Had to wait ages, was other people coming back in saying that they got their order wrong. I was given the wrong drink and no chips were given in my order

Can quite happily say it’s the worst KFC I’ve had !!! Chips crap Pepsi flat and no ice staff mumbled toilets mucky what else

Advertised price is and should be the price you pay. Got to the till and told no it's wrong. Challenged the woman who didn't give a toot. Asked for the manager and she was same. Disgusting place.

This was a delivery. Missing chicken zinger burger. Tried to ring KFC and no answer constantly. This is the 3rd time KFC have let me down. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PASSING IT OVER TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

Worst ever customer service ever experienced , rude member of staff at drive through this evening , appalling attitude

Must write this negative review due to receiving a £60 parking fine despite being in the restaurant for the whole period of time (family of 4 with 3 under 5 years of age) apparently 7 minutes over the permitted time. After waiting for a long time (including a trip and wait for missing items), it will be my last visit to this KFC.

Went to this restaurant 2 years ago, and vowed never to go back, as it was that bad. Was in Sheffield and had to charge my EV car, so thought I would give it another chance as they have a charging point. Wish I hadn't. Two piece meal with chips. One piece was fine, but I've had bigger wings than the second thigh. Took it back and the young (helpful) server took it behind and showed the cook. He returned with another exactly the same size , or it may even have been the same piece. Asked to speak to the Manager, who turned out to be the same cook who had given me the small thigh. He said "that's what you get - one normal and one small piece". Asked him to show me where it says that on the menu - but he wouldn't answer and refused to change it! Subsequently complaimned online to KFC who sent me a voucher to compensate for the food and the manager's attitude. Won't return, and this time I mean it....

Ordered via delivery. KFC had left 3 chicken strips out of the order and for a meal for one there was a scabby small piece of Chicken. Staff should check the order correctly before passing on to the driver delivering. Tried to contact KFC by phone to ask but no answer. Will not be using again

Shocking. They can never ever get an order right. Always things missing. I’ll never go there again that’s a fact. There’s. Plenty more kfcs in Sheffield . Use them not this one.

Drive on,go to Woodseats KFC and get proper sized portions. Most wings are bigger than the miserable offerings sold by this place.

Got a delivery a few months ago and missed parts of order just left as it was more hassle to contact and get re delivered. Ordered today and again missing parts of the order the 1.5 litre pop and 2 lots of fries. Rang continuously and no answer just kept ringing. Fuming and will never order from here again.

I placed an order through just eat yesterday at 9 pm, I waited and nothing came to my address, no phone call from the driver to say he couldn't find the address. I rang the restaurant numerous times and they ignored my call numerous times, I waited for more than 45 - 50 minutes no one came, so I went over to the restaurant before closing time at 9 55 tried to call a member of staff, one member came to the door. I believe it was the manager wearing a grey shirt, looked like an Indian, 5ft 4, Asian, black hair. So I took my mask off so I could speak to them and he repeatedly kept saying we are closed and he didn't even bother to listen to my query, worst customer service i have ever had, he said because of COVID-19 guidelines they close at 10, however it was still okay for him to come into my inner personal space without wearing a mask properly and touched me physically pushing me out of the doors, I tried telling him I've already ordered the food, he interrupted me and did not choose to listen and ignored me, violated my inner personal space even after i told him stand back away from me as it was not 2 metre distance, he didnt seem to care at all and was more bothered in just going home, they think just because guidelines say customers can not enter at 10 that they can finish earlier pack up earlier and disrespect customers. So he physically pushed me out of the door, shut the door on my face locked the door stopping me from talking to him and walked away. I didn't cause any conflict didn't shout at them and tried to speak to them in a calm manner but instead I got the worst experience ever. I never expected I would ever receive this kind of disgusting customer service from any restaurant. Due to my missing order and because of the disrespect, they chose to ignore a customer and just wanted to get out and go home as soon as, I didn't get any response from the just eat or the restaurant on the time and was left without food. I will not stand for this. I have still not received an apology from that manager, he needs to either be fired or give me an apology and be trained how to speak to customers and be trained in how to behave, is this the kind of people higher recruitment staff from KFC hire, I'm would be ashamed if that was my business, to have staff disrespect customers its these kinds of people that destroy great food spots to eat from. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AS I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS DISGUSTING INCIDENT EVER IT WAS UNCALLED FOR!

Ordered 3 Zinger Stacker Meals, a Boneless Banquet for one and a side of 2 Spicy Wings. To start, having gotten home I realised that they had left the wings out. Then came the Boneless Banquet which came with two spicy wings, which looked appetising from the exterior but much to my dismay, when bitten into they turned out to be purple in places. The zinger stackers were by far the worst though, the meat was so tuff and overdone it looked and felt like processed chicken.  Can definitely say I wont be coming back to this place ever again and I can only hope the staff in other restaurants are trained enough to understand the difference between cooked and overcooked because they definitely don't here.

Before leaving Sheffield for the north east we took the chance to use KFC for popcorn chicken, two fries (plentiful) and a regular drink. You know what to expect from KFC and it was fine. The premises was clean and we were able to get a seat which was good as we’d been doing a lot of walking.

Never had a problem here its a nice place plenty of seating and service always good on my visits. To be fair there isn't many customers each time I've been maybe due to the location. But the food is always good service is ok.

Absolutely appalling food and service, dropped in for swift bite. My wife’s burger was stone cold, she complained and returned it to the counter at which point the staff member simply took it into the back and brought the same stone cold burger back to our table! When she again returned it and asked for a fresh one a staff member came to our table and rudely demanded to know what was our problem! Awful food and rude staff!

Couldn't resist this deal 20 hot wing bucket. This is a great deal if you like hot wings 20 wings for £5.99.i like this KFC it's very clean and tidy nice seating. The hot wings are so tasty and at this price a real bargain.

Was a Saturday afternoon, match day so busy. Ordered food and didn’t take to long, I ordered large fries and they was not so told them and given another portion, so I suppose that was a plus, but my partner had 2 pieces of chicken which were both very small and over cooked probably thighs, not a leg. And lastly the Malteser Krush slush type drink was terrible with no flavour. This is the worst kfc I have visited and I have been to lots and the standard is generally high but not this time.

Stopped for a quick lunch on the way home and almost froze to death whilst trying to eat it. The place was freezing - must have had a problem with their air conditioning. It wad warmer outside.

La mujer no parecía demasiado molesta, así que debe estar acostumbrada. Poco sabía que diez minutos después, podía entender por qué el hombre agresivo podría estar tan molesto. Compramos comidas de 3 X 3 piezas que eran asquerosas: bolsas pequeñas de papas fritas y grasientas, pollo gris cubierto de papilla empapada (debajo de la capa exterior sobre cocida) con fragmentos afilados de huesos rotos. ¿Cómo? ¿Por qué? Sé que estos lugares son franquicias pero seguramente hay pautas.Conozco a personas que probablemente se detienen en un KFC que no leen comentarios, yo no lo haría. Pero si la gente siente la necesidad de escribir uno, entonces el gerente debe tomar nota de que él / ella está haciendo algo MUY MAL.Si alguien busca una revisión en este KFC, te recomiendo que encuentres la fuerza para ahorrar tu dinero y tus agallas y ¡PASEELO!

Dado el orden incorrecto no una vez sino TRES VECES en el espacio de 5 minutos. Ninguna disculpa del tipo detrás del mostrador que me sirvió. ¡Luego tuvo la audacia de decirme que tengo que ser "más claro" cuando ordeno! ! Bueno, lo siento, pero si su personal no puede entender una orden relativamente simple de "1 mega caja con salsa y 1 burrito", entonces necesita comenzar a contratar gente con un mejor conocimiento del inglés. Cuanto antes se vaya esta rama particular de KFC, mejor. Nunca tuve este problema en ninguno de los otros KFC en Sheffield. ¡EVITAR A TODO COSTO!

Don’t really know what to say. They cook everything to order which is great but when you have so much being ordered through just eat and through drive thru it takes an age. Not impressed at all

Saludos, cuando ordene mi comida me preguntó qué quería beber té, cuando respondí la comida finalmente llegó 10 minutos más tarde no había té en bandeja! ! Después me dijeron que no tenia ninguna agua caliente para las dos últimas horas! ! Así que después de esperar 5 minutos en el que se dijo que mi comida es ahora frío. . Me pregunté por el gerente para venir a mi mesa - muy pobre inglés era hablado por ella y no resolver el tema, y las mesas eran una pila de cartones de desperdicios y comida aviones + la papelera fluía más, muy pobre espectáculo KFC. .

As they go I find this KFC good compared to some it's in a good position lots of parking and clean.Very good at the moment 9 pieces for £6.99 can't beat that good quality as well.

Typical KFC however my friend sat in chewing gum on the seat and it's ruined her trousers. Took a while to get served as well.

Nice clean and tidy good deal on Tuesday 9 pieces for 6.99 really enjoyed it ample parking and clean toilets but the Pepsi there was harendous

Wanted some quality fried chicken and chips and that's what I got. Great, location to drive in and out. Would go again very soon.

I found out about the kfc club since ive been in sheffield and eaten here alot. Never had a bad burger or bad service. Apparently a halal resteraunt if thats what you like.

Forced to use this branch because it's halal. The chicken is fried in old oil and you can tell from the taste. Never had good quality chicken. They offer a discount for good reviews as brides because they know how poor the food quality is. I don't think the service is bad though. I wish kfc would give the halal license to another branch this side of the city. Sheffield Arena branch MUCH better for halal.

We called today for a quick bite as passing..got to second window to pay for food and all my husband asked is " has the sandwich I ordered got mayo on" the girl had such an attitude that I couldn't believe...she was rude,cheeky & just no customer skills what so ever..we ended up asking to talk to manager (never done that before) what a waste of time as she couldn't give a damn either..I mean I never complain over anything but we've never been spoke 2 like that ever..got no apology & nothing to say sorry...will NEVER go there again! Sort your customer service out..

I visited the ecclesall rd kfc at 9pm monday march 21st.My second visit and maybe my last.The zinger burger was of a good size plump and filling,the only 2 things wrong with it was,it was not hot enough had been reheated and ready within 2 mins.This is not fresh fried chicken with a crispy outside.KFC get it done properly.proper disapointed.

in the past we have used the drive through and it has been OK sort of, one time the person serving was shouting instructions not very politely to another member of staff. today as our local one was closed due to lack of power we went to this one and went inside never again, not surprised it wasn't busy the rudest person served us Anesia? she had head set on and actually whist serving us went to answer the phone in the office the words PLEASE and THANK YOU did not pass her lips we dared ask for mayonnaise, if looks could kill I wouldn't be typing this.. it wasn't busy inside or out, it was not a nice experience and we threw best part of our food away.

An absolute disgrace. The drive through operant had very poor English which made giving our order very frustrating. She repeated back our entire order correctly but we received an order with the wrong sides, cold food and funny smelling chicken. We asked for four extra bits of chicken along with our box meals and were charged but they weren't inside the tack away bag (we naively didn't check until we'd left the premises!!!)Surely the purpose of repeating back the order is to make sure it's put through correct?! What a waste of time and money, made even worse because we only considered KFC as we were both too hungry and tired to cook! We will use a rival takeaway company in future.

Cold sandwiches. Not fresh. Old oil for the chicken. Not well run...needs to be revoked of halal status and given to another branch more deserving. There are hardly many halal choices as it is.

I spotted the drive-thru and thought I’d try the KFC festive offering “Three Legends Box Meal” I had no idea what it contained (probably chicken), but I general go for the promotion because I gave up looking at the KFC menu board some years ago, for me it has the same baffling quality as a London Underground ticket machine. Anyway the talking bollard repeated my order back to me “…you want 3 chicken legends?” and so I thought I’d misread the bloody advert, why would KFC add to my confusion by using a number within the name of a product? In hindsight he might have been on a fast food exchange program from McDonalds, so I explained that I only wanted a single “Three legends box meal with beans and a coffee” but his tone suggested that like me, he remained unconvinced that such a thing existed and was only humouring me from here on in!Coming around to the service hatch, I was a little perturbed to see that the Nissan Micra in front contained at least 10 individuals, this would obviously slow up proceedings, particularly if the guy serving thinks that they want 10 Family Feast buckets rather than 10 pieces of chicken in a bucket!Nevertheless I got served my meal, but in my haste forgot to ask for a spork to eat the beans. You always need to ask unless you’re happy pouring the bean into your face. On the other hand be very careful, if you remind them that you need sauces, condiments and a serviette they have a tendency to over compensate and provide you enough materials to satisfy a fleet of the aforesaid Nissan Micras.It later turned out I didn’t actually need the spork because instead of beans I had actually been provided with a pot of Dulux Antique Green, which was warm and whiffed faintly of curry. I digress, but we consequently went with a Natural Hessian for the hallway.After paying at least four times on the contactless thingy I was then handed and subsequently returned the bottled water, then a Pepsi, before I eventual got coffee. Is that really Seattle’s Best Coffee? Do the socialites really drink tepid brown water in the Emerald City?Anyhow the coffee cup lid turned out to be broken so I had to pull over and extract Seattle’s Best from around the gear stick with 1 of the 40 straws I had been given!PS the “Three Legends Box meal” is a real thing and as you would expect contains chicken.Not “So good” KFC but this was surprisingly cathartic!

used the drive through as in a rush and found it to be incredibly slow - the food came and was cold so ended up going cak in the restaurant to have it replaced yet another delay - tasted ok as you expect

KFC is my favourite fast food and has been for years.The shame is that this is on my way home and easiest to use.I have had to complain before due to wrong order being given to take home and staff struggling to speak any English!Took my wife after a long day at work. Shocking!! Chicken soaked in fat, chips undercooked and almost raw. Spoke to staff numerous times but yet again struggled to understand. Ridiculous, can't speak English at a fast food chain in England!!Disgusting food. AVOID this KFC!!

I went down at lunchtime with a couple of friends. We waited for over 15 minutes in the queue! Why have more than one counter if there was only one person serving at the time? The food was the only saviour.

I took my 2 kids to kfc on chesterfield rd sheffield. We spent over £25. We had the zinger burger with pulled pork. The most disgusting thing I have eaten in a very long time.The Pepsi max was flat, to go along with that. We will be avoiding it like the plague.

Thursday evening my family decided it would make a change to get a kfc for our tea. However, after finishing our meal I decided to go straight to bed as I started to feel really unwell. What followed was a series of stomach cramps and many trips to the toilet. Later on I started vomiting and the stomach cramps continued. The other members of my family had dihorhea too! It is now Sunday evening and I'm still throwing up and rushing to the toilet. I have never been so ill in my life! The food itself didn't taste good at all and was only warm, not hot! Other people I have told have said they ate from the same outlet on the same day and had the same illness as me. Avoid at all costs. Will not be going back here!!!

i took my son here today,it was about 2.30 pm with a small que infront of us of maybe 4 people.we had to wait at least 15 minutes to be served. the girl spoke poor english and was incredibly slow.there was only 2 girls serving and the other girl was having just as much trouble to serve her customer. after another 5 mins we eventually handed our meal..... which they got wrong!We will NEVER go here again !

Went here to day i had a the fully loaded box meal the chicken in my burger was still a little raw the gravy was fine nice and thick. They got the order wrong asked for it as a tower and got a normal one so they had to do it again. Need to stay a way from the ones that are franchises there shocking.

Worst kfc I have ever been to in the entire world!! I love a kfc when you need a feed late at night on the way home but I would rather go to bed hungry than eat here again. The staff always get your order wrong, overfill the drinks via the drive through, ask for your order over and over and claim gravy is not a side that can be in a box meal, the chicken is dry and over cooked and the batter dark brown, the soft drinks taste more of water than concentrate, they shut early and lock the doors (10:35!!!) and the place is filthy, and I mean filthy. Even for quick takeaway food this is horrible, the new kfc on ecclesall road next to tesco is worth the detour on the way home. Stay well clear.

Don't eat here if you are in any kind of hurry. SLOW SLOW SLOW. Just been in this lunchtime and after waiting ten minutes to be served was told it would be another ten minutes for some chicken. This was 12:00 LUNCHTIME! THEY ONLY SELL CHICKEN! Take my advice, there is a chippy on Shorham Street not far away. Go There!

I nipped on here before going to see something at the city hall.The service was pretty grim, the staff weren't particularly friendly or accommodating.You can tell they get trouble in there as much of the restaurant has emergency shutters on it to section certain parts of it off in the evening.The food was generally fine but I did feel like I was eating in a prison.What do you really expect, though? It's fast food, get in, get out.

Long after my KFC I was sick all over the house! The order for me was an Adults large popcorn chicken meal.However the drinks were very, very nice.

I don't think I've ever been here and had the correct order. I now check they have given me the correct food before I leave !
