Dont believe the fake reviews. This KFC has the most friendliest staff in entire Sheffield and food is always hot and delicious. I like the way they greet you upon arrival and help you with selection of choice of food. Ravi and Jackson were amazing.

So many people with food poisoning from this branch, it needs to be shut down or they need to sack all the staff and get new ones because this has been going on for a while and SOOO many people have had food poisoning from there and as soon as you eat the food you need the toilet ! Disgusting

Was the only car there, a small order and we was sat at the window for at least 20-25 mins and they got part of the order wrong

I have received food poisoning at this KFC, don’t recommend it all, their is a better KFC at Handsworth.

He wanted £5 cash for delivery because I didn’t give it he took off with my food

We asked to swap the drinks for gravy and the request wasn’t actioned and the chips were soggy and cold

2 portions of mashed potato missing from the order. Food was not very hot, and 4 chicken drumsticks out of 6 portionbs

It's a KFC, it sells fast food. It has a drive thru, it has a car park. What else can I say?

There’s always items missing from this place - usually the dip. And is it really that difficult to pack the bag? Why would you place a wet, heavy drink can directly on top of food?

the driver was fast but the store delayed the order by 40 minutes before preparing the food. and also didn't package the order well as well as missing items from the order too.

What a disgusting place The restaurant close at 9 pm despite the website says 9.30 and 10 for drive through The manager response to my complaint was appalling and careless and rude. She literally told me I’m honestly the first person complaining about that. They deserve to fail miserably and all the community job after jail people working there deserve to find a better work place. How on earth can you close a restaurant at 9 on a Saturday night in May, that can only happen in this f up Sheffield. I’m still struggling to believe what happened. What a miserable place with little employees that only aim to go home. Plus I see them always smoking outside behind the premises and the food is always bland and old. The only reason I use them is when kfc offers some good deal like the chicken wings I was supposed to buy tonight. This must be the worst kfc in the uk and the workers are rude as a Karen diners Unbelievable. I really hope the kfc area manager reads this complaint which I will also send by email. I’m shocked. This country has gone to hell and these kind of people are the reason. I really hope they will enjoy their free time with the restaurant closed tonight at just 9 pm, I hope the company will let them all go, because if you close a restaurant at 9 that means you want to close down and you don’t care about business. I was missing my gravy and chips very angry

chicken and fries were cold and no bottle of coke as requested. rang to report it and they didn't care. Accused driver of pinching it. chicken pieces were tiny

asked the driver to use the side gate and he just left the food on the wall on a main road and drove off, the cold cans of pop were in the same bag as what food arrived so most was cold by the time we had received it

Whenever I order from this restaurant, they always sub a large gravy with 2 small gravys. It is not the same amount. You'd 4 smalls to make up a large. Stop doing this.

I’ve always ordered from here and I don’t no why I do it, to know I always receive the wrong order or missing orders not only that cold food and raw meat this is my 6th time I had food poisoning. The third time now that the order has been wrong, always in the restaurants favour. ordered zinger towers got normal fillet burgers. The food is abysmal! Overpriced rubbish! Never again.

The driver went to Rotherham after picking my food up from Sheffield just around the diner from me to the go past the same kfc to drop my food off

Had issues with this KFC in the past been a while so thought i'd give them another try but to be missing a main, a drink and most of the fries takes the cake. Had to spend 20mins on the phone trying to get through to them, can let them off with that though, was Friday night. Edited - Managed to get in touch with the store and agreed to sort it all out for us. so amended service to 4

As far as KFC goes is of the normal standard

Wrong burger delivered, gravy like blamanche, small piece of chicken, cold can in with what should be hot food (was luke warm), won't be ordering from this restaurant again

It was never delivered, after two hours I went to the shop myself and collected it. The shop staff were fantastic though, very helpful.

Absolutely rubbish, my delivery time kept changing. When the food arrived it was completely cold, the chicken was dry. Not fit to eat, my garden fox will be eating it for his supper.
