KFC in Sheffield

The order was incomplete . I ordered 6 fries but I only got 5

One of the meals was poor the amount we got and how much it cost wasn’t good value at all , KFC is normally good will not be ordering from this branch again .

The driver was stood outside for a good 5 minutes talking on his phone. I had to go collect it, not happy. Food was going cold.

Had to drive to them as there were things missing (as usual). We order for delivery for a reason. They never get an order correct, always something missing. Not sure how hard it is to count and get an order correct but they seem to struggle every single time!

I always come here I am a regular customer, it’s fresh and the staff are all lovely. Don’t go On everyone’s review go for yourself try it then do your own views on city road. I’ve been to many different KFC’s and I’ve had some terrible experiences however City Road has never been a complaint apart from odd occasion something was missing but it’s gone they just note it down and they give it you next time. If you find the restaurant messy blame the customers it’s those who’s left the mess, I just take the tray away and bits before I eat.

I ordered on the app. £25 that they took straight out of my bank. I turn up for collection and they said they haven’t got my items, and haven’t for months. So why is it still available to order on the app? Ridiculous service. Still haven’t received my money back and this was 2 days ago.

Food needed warming up even though I did ask for it to be extra hot. Do KFC City Road Sheffield know what hot food is? the last 3 orders from there I have had to warm up.

Not hot the chicken or fries only thing to disappoint absolutely not great. Happy with sauces and napkins given but over all disappointment has shown. Only thing hot was the gravy.

courier gave wrong order and when telling him he was in darkness and I told him to come in light which he did not, poor and not happy,food was cold and that other customer food will deffo be cold, advised to take it back and get fresh, he was outside on the phone for 10 minutes before going

Food needs warming up àgain and got wrong drink again . KFC City Sheffield very rarely get my order right

As got to be the most useless staff worldwide I any fast food restaurent. I honestly can’t remember the last time my order was correct, once again just now £35 order and ended up with around £15s worth. Kids half fed and I’ll go without👍my school leaving son applied for a job august 2024 as this particular circus🤡 is local and was told he’s not what they’re looking for😂 He’s doing A level business just saying!!

my order was not delivered ..the delivery driver tried to give me the wrong order which I refused and then he told me he would be back with my delivery and never came back . if there was a no star option I would use it

The zinger burger is gold and fries are not fresh . And also you miss the dip sauce as well in the order

Received the totally wrong order. Second time ordering from here, last time was just a few bits missing. This time got someone elses order. Also what we received had chicken on the bones which if my youngest had got hold of i dread to think.

Food was stone cold. Nobody ever has difficulty finding my address (it's not a hard address to find) I gave the delivery driver clear instructions over the phone, i stayed on the phone to him and he still couldn't find it. He was rude when arrived.

Driver had no tracker to show where he was, then claimed he couldn’t find my address I live on a normal road with houses numbered made me go outside to find him & collect my food which was then cold! All in all pretty poor

Ordered via Just Eat, bits missing but contacted restaurant and was invited to take delivery back. Was kindly given remade burgers, wrap, fries, boneless chicken, new drinks, plus cookies for the kids, and lots of extras as an apology, staff couldn't say sorry enough. Really pleased with service and admissions of fault. 👍👍👍

He was kind and fast he also gave it with respect also minded some of the objects in the floor I would rate him a 10/10

Bought this for the grandkids, what you actually got was a total rip off, £24 for lunch for two 11year olds!!! They had a side plate each and the content’s didn’t fill each plate. There was hardly any food at all. Complete waste of money.
