KFC in Sheffield

Not hot the chicken or fries only thing to disappoint absolutely not great. Happy with sauces and napkins given but over all disappointment has shown. Only thing hot was the gravy.

Gravy was missing and at that price it’s shameful

courier gave wrong order and when telling him he was in darkness and I told him to come in light which he did not, poor and not happy,food was cold and that other customer food will deffo be cold, advised to take it back and get fresh, he was outside on the phone for 10 minutes before going

Food needs warming up àgain and got wrong drink again . KFC City Sheffield very rarely get my order right

Sent my meal out with no fries, the piece of chicken was all bone.

As got to be the most useless staff worldwide I any fast food restaurent. I honestly can’t remember the last time my order was correct, once again just now £35 order and ended up with around £15s worth. Kids half fed and I’ll go without👍my school leaving son applied for a job august 2024 as this particular circus🤡 is local and was told he’s not what they’re looking for😂 He’s doing A level business just saying!!

chicken was tasty but a ten piece bucket had 6 very small pieces, not good

my order was not delivered ..the delivery driver tried to give me the wrong order which I refused and then he told me he would be back with my delivery and never came back . if there was a no star option I would use it

I would order again, if only to hope they get it right! I have, previously, had stuff missing and while everything was there, I got bbq dip instead of sweet chilli.

arrived in a torn bag, all wet as stored next to drink plus not in a closed insulated bag but in an open bag and carried outside car for a distance as delevery driver didnt read message about sat nav aand i could call him to direct him

This restaurant never gets anything right and then when it is delivered and you try to contact them to rectify it they dont ever answer the phone worse place ever AVOID

order the tower burger meal with 1 piece chicken & fries, only got 1 piece chicken & fries. won't be order from KFC again as things are always missing and put cold cans in the bag with hot food.

I ticked for 2 gravy's and we only got 1 pot of gravy.

The zinger burger is gold and fries are not fresh . And also you miss the dip sauce as well in the order

Received the totally wrong order. Second time ordering from here, last time was just a few bits missing. This time got someone elses order. Also what we received had chicken on the bones which if my youngest had got hold of i dread to think.

Food was stone cold. Nobody ever has difficulty finding my address (it's not a hard address to find) I gave the delivery driver clear instructions over the phone, i stayed on the phone to him and he still couldn't find it. He was rude when arrived.

Driver had no tracker to show where he was, then claimed he couldn’t find my address I live on a normal road with houses numbered made me go outside to find him & collect my food which was then cold! All in all pretty poor

Ordered via Just Eat, bits missing but contacted restaurant and was invited to take delivery back. Was kindly given remade burgers, wrap, fries, boneless chicken, new drinks, plus cookies for the kids, and lots of extras as an apology, staff couldn't say sorry enough. Really pleased with service and admissions of fault. 👍👍👍

He was kind and fast he also gave it with respect also minded some of the objects in the floor I would rate him a 10/10

Bought this for the grandkids, what you actually got was a total rip off, £24 for lunch for two 11year olds!!! They had a side plate each and the content’s didn’t fill each plate. There was hardly any food at all. Complete waste of money.

Worse take away ive orderd,ordered at 11.30 before the opening time orderd for 12.30 i know i cant expect it be on time but it cost me nearly £17 plus i gave driver £1.00,the chips was cold and the two pieces of chicken the skin was hard and cold

Driver refused to deliver meal without a code or part of phone number! Confirmation email doesn't have the required code. I had to find some paper and write phone number down to work out the last 4 numbers. Who can memorise a number in reverse?!

chips missing from one meal & the cold cans where in the same bag as the hot food so by the time they were delivered the hot food was cold. need to put cans in a different bag away from hot food!!!!!

Dont believe the fake reviews. This KFC has the most friendliest staff in entire Sheffield and food is always hot and delicious. I like the way they greet you upon arrival and help you with selection of choice of food. Ravi and Jackson were amazing.

So many people with food poisoning from this branch, it needs to be shut down or they need to sack all the staff and get new ones because this has been going on for a while and SOOO many people have had food poisoning from there and as soon as you eat the food you need the toilet ! Disgusting

Shocking all my order didn’t turn up I rang kfc and they admitted it was their fault, but could I go down and pick it up? if not had to get in touch with Just Eat. If I could’ve picked it up in the first place I would have and not had to pay £2.99 service charges.

Some red liquid that looked like blood was spilled everywhere on my bag and leaked on to the kitchen side staining it, and also left a hole in the bag of my food.

Was the only car there, a small order and we was sat at the window for at least 20-25 mins and they got part of the order wrong

Ordered 12pc boneless banquet, zinger burger meal, popcorn chicken. No boneless chicken came. Can't get through to the place on the telephone - 'line busy', have tried many times. Driver went the really long way round to get to the house so food was lukewarm.

I have received food poisoning at this KFC, don’t recommend it all, their is a better KFC at Handsworth.

He wanted £5 cash for delivery because I didn’t give it he took off with my food
