Worst kfc around filthy inside food was cold and wasn’t fresh at all

Staff all need customer service training. So rude, twice in one week i have had problems!

Firstly, I’m not a fan of KFC personally, or any takeaways in general but we were passing and my daughter requested it. That said, I would like to say that the guy taking orders in the drivethrough this evening gave excellent customer service and is so well mannered. It’s so refreshing. I think his name is Tansi. Anyway, credit where credit’s due. Well done Tansi! (Hope I got your name right). Keep up the good work!

2xtubs of barbecue chicken 1 full 1 2/3rds, but had driven away so to late to complain

I went there today and their customer service was horrible. There was a guy called Justin I don't know who he was there but oh goodness the disrespect was horrid, previously I always asked for specific pieces of chicken in my Share Bucket, today I went in and the guy there had strictly said he wasn't going to be give me the pieces I wanted as it was "KFC Procedure" I wouldn't have cared if he said it respectfully but no he said it in a rude tone. I don't think I'll be going to that KFC anytime soon anymore they used to be fantastic with everything they did from Customer service to staff to good everything was brilliant but now it's the total opposite !

Was served by a very polite young man and the Snack Box with a Piece of Chicken Thigh was Delicious and Great Value for money as always 😋

I never leave bad reviews, but time and time again this is the worse KFC I’ve been to and I will not be returning after receiving black chicken.

If I could give it no stars I would . Dry and re- heated food . Overly salted and totally unhealthy. We went through the drive through and if we were not so tired when we got home We would have taken the whole bag of Garbage back. Overlly priced at £13.99 . Very dissapointing

A hello and thanks would help. The staff was rude and not one bit polite. Not one hello or thankyou. Nothing was a nice transition and this resulted in food tasting rubbish. I won't be back.

This one and Sheffield lane top has got to be the worst KFC's in Sheffield. Seems like the burgers had been sat there all weekend.The beans was out of date And the guy behind the counter was touching the chicken with his bare hands. 🤢🤮Wow I will never be using KFC again. Really bad hygiene Took the first meal back.The second one was just as bad I give this a 0 star rating. No gloves on hands Shocking.

The food today was shockingly bad The chicken was dry it tasted like they had already cooked the chicken then it went cold and then thrown back into the fryer to reheat. The skin was hard in places and really crispy. NOT finger licking good like they advertise. This place is going down hill fast

Ordered online a couple of times and they have repeatedly missed items off the order and for some reason they are incapable of placing a Hash Brown on a zinger tower burger! I can only assume that they have a pathological fear of hash browns. Gravy was replaced with beans, missing side orders, looking back at the previous reviews I can't see that they have made efforts to change. it surely isn't that hard to compare what is in the bag to the order receipt! We will not be ordering again!

Came in for a quick stop on my way home and there seemed to be problems with the tills or something, but was served by this lovely young man, who I'm pretty sure was called Ethan. He served us with a smile and we got our orders sent to us perfectly!

We generally use the drive through and it's been okay, but yesterday evening we chose to sit in. The restaurant was quiet but what hit me was how clean and fresh it looked. It has recently had a refurb and the staff are looking after it which is great to see. The serving staff were competent and told my husband about a cheaper option for our food order which was helpful. The chicken was beautifully cooked and everything was hot. The toilet facilities too we're clean and well maintained. I wouldn't normally write a review for tea in a KFC but last night's experience deserves a share. Thank you to the staff on duty last night.

Poor service from the Manager, ordered food and asked for some condiments, Mayo & Salt..he told me Mayo was 50p each..every other KFC give Mayo for free, don't know why they wanted to charge me..poor service Gravy was very watery..poor taste

The computers and order system had broken down when we visited the drive thru, and we were asked to come inside to place our order. The staff were struggling with the technology, which had let them down but were working brilliantly as a team and got everyone's order sorted. Can't fault the service or the hard work of the staff who went over and above

The manager’s name was ROBERT and he was really helpful and nice. We were first in the queue ordering but the computer didn’t work so he asked us to try by ordering for ourselves but it didn’t works as well so we went back to order from the counter. There was another man called us and Robert very rude to serve us first. By the way he was very rude amd disrespectful and racis to us and this is unacceptable. Robert tried to apologise for something wasn’t his fault but he still being rude

Appalling went in store and ordered food and got home and they missed out on an meal and you ring and ring the number and no answer what'd the point in having a number if you can't get in contact with them

Order a party bucket got home and found there was no spicy wings, rang to complain but got fobbed off . I would have gone back but I live 15 miles away. Thank KFC not be getting my custom anytime soon.

Aways good food at KFC, service was very slow as always seem to priorities all the deliveries from uber, just eat etc before the customers in the store.

If you ever wondered why your KFC is cold when you get it delivered, the answer is simple, it's all on the counter, bagged up and sits there till the delivery guy picks it up, generally 15 minutes later, and I see it on a regular basis, so now you know.....

Food was nice but had items missing from my order again

Not knocking the two lads serving, but this place is chronically understaffed. The food quality wasn't great, and didn't sit right all night. Restaurant was full of young feral teenagers swearing and running a mock. I personally wouldn't recommend coming here with your family for a sit-down meal.

food was rubbish, didn't taste like KFC at all. the new xmas burger was covered in sweet sticky juice that killed my burger. others said theirs was tasteless.

After the kiosk change 4 pounds to my card and then said there was a error I went to the front counter and the worker saw I was charged and gave me the food I ordered I was very happy that it didn't have to be this whole thing and was satisfied with my visit

It seems if you order a 4-piece Colonels meal, they want to give you 4 wings instead of breasts . You have to tell them when ordering but i still got 2 wings

You'd think that all KFC would taste virtually the same. Not so. This one far excels in terms of quality and flavour.

How many legs does a chicken have? I ordered a 10 piece bucket and 5 of them were drumsticks which is the worst piece in my opinion. Never ordering from them anymore

Superquick service, fab food will call again!

It's a KFC, food was good & produced quickly. There weren't any napkins or cutlery produced for beans in the takeaway bag though. Toilets left a lot to be desired but it was a match day and I imagine they had been rammed.

Okay. Self service screens were easy, but there were only 2 so there was a bit of a wait on Saturday. Food was fine. Toilets were filthy and no toilet paper. Also pretty cramped.

I dined inside as whilst waiting for my car to be serviced across the road. The facilities where ok, clean and tidy. The food wasn't as good at this KFC as the one near arena. I had the boneless banquet for one with extra 2 piece hot and spicy wings. The wings where so small they looked like they came off a sparrow, hardly any chicken on them. The boneless chicken strips where the smallest I've ever had at KFC, leaving me feeling robbed.

Food was terrible should have known it always is when we call there food tasted burnt and my wifes wrapp was clock cold in a hard wrapp no fizzy drinks only water and fruit shoots terrible wont be calling to that branch again.

Scammers. They offer you a food promotion that is only available via their website ( so you have no protection via uber eats etc) and then they purposely don't provide it. Call them up only to be told by the manager that they wont do anything about it, other than re applying the promotion again (no doubt so they can scam us again at a later date). Wouldn't collect the food or deliver our missing items either. Spent over £50 on an order. Reported and put in an official complaint with their head office. Avoid them, very dodgy

Doesn't even taste like KFC and they give you scabby little bony pieces. They are franchised and look who runs it.

Just spent £45 on the app to be delivered. 3 piece of chicken and a can of coke turned up. 3 kids to feed and the restaurant wouldn’t do anything after I drove down there. Absolutely shocking and will never be used again! See pic for £45 of food.

This KFC just is not the one. If it isn't poor service due to lack of staffing/overworking staff, its waiting about 4 years in the drive through que, if it isn't the service its the food or lack of food when something is missing. I won't be coming back here again due to the attitude of staff - I never have the same problem in other KFC's in Sheffield just this one.

They sent out our Uber order with ice cold cans sat directly on top of fries in the same bag. Not the 1st time as well. Who thinks that is a good idea? Time to engage brain a bit at KFC Penistone Road Sheffield.

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had !!!! It wasn’t a busy time of day and the staff where struggling with service and incredibly rude When I told the staff my orders was missing items I was “scoffed” at with no apology To top thinks off the fries where cold and half filled and the chicken bites where cold and I was given no spoons/fork for the Sunday or bite which was worse considering it was a take out When I asked for my order to be corrected all I got was attitude Also it wasn’t hard to miss non of the tables where clean

I ordered an order with Just Eat, the family offer, in the pocket, and I was surprised by all the chicken. The chicken legs are supposed to be a variety of pieces. Unfortunately, there is not one piece of chicken breast. My child does not eat the legs. He only eats the chicken breast. Also, the legs are not completely good, and the chicken skin is also not fully cooked.

Called today for a coffee and lunch whilst our car had new tyres fitted. It was empty when we arrived but filled up about 30 minutes later with college students / youths (one young person was quite unfriendly and rude to my husband). Service was quick, food was OK, toilets were relatively clean.

I visited the drive thru at the Penistone Rd KFC in Hillsborough Sheffield - after ordering my food I drove around to the window - on my drive round I passed one of the employees sat on the floor in a corner smoking - I have to say on first glance I thought it was a homeless person and was going to offer to buy them some food, but when I looked the person had on a KFC jacket. To say I was shocked is an understatement - their uniform was disgustingly filthy and I have to admit the food hygiene of the restraunt was now in my mind - so much so that I could not bring my self to eat the meal. And I can’t imagine purchasing anything else from this restraunt until things change - there should be at least a no smoking policy with in the restraunt grounds ( as most other places have this rule) and I would like to think the manager would have a DAILEY uniform check to see how clean staff uniforms are especially when cooking and preparing food. I would hope the uniforms are clean on each day however after my visit today I very much doubt it. Come on KFC Hygiene must be paramount and at the forefront of the managers and staff ethos.

Don't think I've placed one order here without something being missing. Just ordered a Gravy Double Bucket and they've not sent any gravy. Would avoid unless you're not bothered if they actually fulfil what you've ordered.

Just picked up order ,when arrived home large gravy which we had paid for was missing . Too far to return to restaurant . Tried to call ,no answer just ringing and then it's cut off poor service disappointed.

ordered 2 trilogy box meals and both pieces of chicken in the burgers were so undercooked I thought I'd bitten into rubber, it was utterly disgusting, tried calling but no reply.

3rd time i buy on this shop and food are missing, pay for the food and when arrive home and 6 items missing. Paid nearly 30 pounds and not had all the food. Try calling restaurant just now and no one answered. Never going back to this shop.

Ordered 14 piece party bucket from the drive though bank holiday Monday for a family of 5 it was that bad the dogs been fed on it for the last 3 days tore it up for the dog removed skin and bones from it the worst looking grey chicken I've ever seen never again truly awful food not the staffs fault but the fault of the owner and buyer of obviously the cheapest chicken they can get there mits on and every piece a thigh or leg i have complained to kfc and as yet have had no reply

Very friendly staff good food but a bit disappointed on the ice cream section definitely need to be looked come on KFC keep up ? Don't think it's good enough on hot days , lf you have young children or not most people like an ice cream ect ...

Every time i go here do they mess up my order, i dont normally complain but my order was competley wrong, id understand if they were busy but i was the only car in the drive through as it was just past lunch time. They got my order wrong and missed items, but it wasnt until i got home i realised, but this has happened more than 3 times i dont know why i keep going back! Rubbish.

The filler tower box meal was appalling, the piece of chicken was so small and dry, the tower burger the chicken was over cooked and dry, and chips cold, they need to take more care I think
