I ordered a party bucket at the front counter and was greeted by a very friendly lad who took my order speedily and even gave me extra freebies!! The food was piping hot and I would extremely recommend that people visit this store for their fried chicken fix

Absolutely useless, missing popcorn chicken this time, mini fillets the time. 4/5 orders something is missing. Uber eats won’t refund as they think we’re taking the p**s, that’s how bad they are. Some chicken overcooked, not the first time. I can’t comprehend how they can be so utterly useless.

Didn’t get all of our food, they messed up the order again. At least they didn’t cremate it this time. Honestly, we’ve never got a correct order. It’s unbelievable how incompetent they can be, it’s almost malicious.

If your the older generation it will be hard to figure out how to order food with those electric screens

Ordered through their app, order never arrived, there is a number to contact them, rang and listened to music for 45min and they never picked up, not the first time this has happened. Absolute jokes that can't perform even the most basic of tasks, even when they do actually fufil your order it's hardly ever as you requested. Won't waste my time offering from here again

KFC can be great but can also be variable. This was great. Happy friendly staff' lovely food.

Proper blaggerz ripping everyone off. I ordered a chicken fillet burger. When the burger came it looked like the so called chicken fillet had been sliced into 3 on a meat slicer as the chicken fillet was marginally thicker than a pencil.. the burger bun is no longer a sesame seed decent sized bun (which tmcalling them decent size to begin with is being generous!!) It was marginally bigger than a mini fillet burger infact saying that, I believe the mini fillets are thicker than the actual fillets. Feel like I've been robbed, I can't say this is a one off as I thought on my previous visit. This seems to be the way KFC are reducing the size of the products and charging even more... never ever going to set foot in another KFC EVER again and would strongly advise others to do the same. KFC should stand for KNOWING FLEECING CUSTOMERS BOYCOTT KFC AT ALL COSTS

The first time I went excellent service and food. The following day same meal take out plus coke. Leaves building with package chicken sandwich missing. Because the ordering machine did not give reciepts what proof did I have. Advice check your take out is complete.

The food from here is going downhill, ordered yesterday and it was asif it was food from the day before, very dry and bland, very disgusting kfc is not like it used to be, I will definitely not be eating from here again (disgusting)

I went in to order my usual monthly 12 piece boneless feast and was greeted by a really friendly cashier who told me that they had a special offer on that meant that I could get lots of extra food for only 87p extra! The guy was very polite and was smiling the entire time. I overheard another worker talking to their coworker saying “I don’t understand how Ben always thinks to use these offers to save them money, he has way too much menu knowledge”, and I definitely agree. This Ben guy needs a raise! The store was quite clean overall, but the bin was overflowing. I suspect that as it was quite busy, they didn’t have time to empty it.

Was clean and staff were overly friendly, really good atmosphere. There was an incident where a customer was being verbally abusive and causing a major disturbance however the worker Dane Williamson I think his name was, remained calm and acted very professionally. Despite being hurled insults and even threats of being “beaten” by the customer, he continued his job as normal and simply walked away from the situation. He rlly is an asset to the team at woodseats KFC.

Spent £27 for variety bucket + 4 extra chicken strips + 2 large gravy . The chicken was old and tough and dry the coating was had as rock, how disgusting and disappointing + we can,t Afford to waste such money Never again ☹️

Ordered food on uber eats, food arrived cold and chip portion was ridiculous, I had to give my chips to my son as there was about 12. The picture below is 2 portions, the price they charge is scandalous. Will never order again. No refund either. This picture is straight out of box, what happened to the bag?

Staff do not clearly list to customer when ordering she had to ask manager about exter rice in the rice box when I ask for it then came back and said no we can not do it the she ask again and said if I buy a rice pot then we can put it in staff need retraining at this store

I ordered the zinger buger meal the chicken had the texture of being raw but looked cook, its the only way I could describe it. it was so awful I nearly was sick in my mouth after the first bite, my dog enjoyed it though The chips were all burnt and there was so little of them Im suspecting I got the remains of the fryer. the can or tango was nice... really disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. What a waste..

I recently ordered food through deliveroo to my address from this particular kfc, had no problems in the past but my god, me and my friend are still in a right state, vomiting and feeling hot then cold. Absolutely horrendous. Its definitely put me off kfc for a long while. I'd advise maybe going to another store even if it's a much longer drive, your body will appreciate not having to vomit up your internal organs.

We attended here when visiting the o2 academy for Becky hill. A concert that had been postponed from last year x my 15 year old daughter was so excited and we’d never been to Sheffield before. We had 20 mins spare to grab some food once we had found parking so we popped in here! I wish we hadn’t. There was in female on the till. A black female with an African accent. She was so incredibly rude and dismissive I was actually shocked that someone would employ her. I told her I was pregnant and needed a toilet. She looked at me like utter crap and said ‘no toilet here’ she could see i was desperate after a two hour journey from Manchester. I asked again and she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes and pointed up the road to McDonalds. I was seriously desperate and thank god another couple saw my distress and helped me find McDonald’s …. A five min walk!!! Just a rude member of staff has made me never want to visit again!!! Kids love this place especially when the pop corn bucket offer is on. It's £5.99 and worth every penny I even have some myself.

Popped in as we were passing and the place was empty for a change. This is usually a very busy shop and can't say we've had a bad meal here. For what we paid and the quality well with the money.

When I saw the advert in the window for the hot wing bucket I had to have it. Went in got the take away it was very quiet only a couple in so it was safe.So I ordered the 20 hot wing bucket for £5.99 it was gorgeous I love KFC chicken anytime and when it's hot it's even better. Love when they have these offers on so glad they stayed open.

I was pleasantly surprised when visiting KFC. I don’t normally put these places on my hit list, but it was nearing lunchtime, so I decided to give it a go! Wow, absolutely scrumptious! Just how I remembered it as a kid, succulent chicken in a tasty batter, hot and crispy chips and their renowned gravy! Loved every minute!

Tried one of those double down burgers before they stop doing them. Ordering one was quick but we had to wait over 10 mins to get our order in a very quiet KFC. Plus the restaurant wanted a tidy up. Plastic Spoons all over the floor. Carpark small for a KFC and Costa to share.

Tried to order food and they said they were out of chicken because of two large orders and would be 15 minute wait. The staff looked so oissed off so tried to jome with them and say fine to wait. When I got home with the food is was salty as hell and clearly tampered with. Close thus place down the staff are rude and clearly dont want to be there absolutely dusgusting!

Nearest local kfc to me is Broughton Lane, Sheffield Arena, Sheffield S9 2DD. Staff very rude and their uniforms are filthy. On Staff has skin rash or disorder not suitable to serve and handle food, I could not take my change back of her never mined eat my chicken. Get showered - was your uniforms - please stay at home until your skin hands rash goes away. Finally please learn English if you come from other country.

Servicio terrible, parece sucio. Siempre cierra temprano, no volvería. El lugar parece sucia, se siente sucio y probablemente está sucia.

Food was no surprise, the usual KFC menu was available. Food was adequate, although both our orders wer incorrect when they arrived, once that was corrected the food was ok.

This 'restaurant' is absolutely appalling. The floors had not been cleaned and were littered with drink, bottles and food. Worker that served me was extremely stupid and took about 10 minutes to get my order right, continuously repeating my order and still managing to forget half of it. Although service was quick, this KFC is absolutely shocking and needs a health and safety check

This place quite possibly is one of the worst KFC'S in the country, the staff are awful and can't get orders right and you are lucky if you can get a member of staff that speaks clear English which makes it a real problem for me as i am hard of hearing as it is.Awful service they never have enough staff on to cope ,The food by the time you get it is cold more often than not and absolutely awful portion sizes to say the least.I should not have to go miles and miles out of my way just to find a decent KFC the management of this place need to get a serious grip of this place because it truly is god awful and judging by the other reviewers they see the same things as me this place doesn't even deserve a 1 for rating it should be Zero coco the clown would do a better job of running this place.Mark L

Called in for quick bite with the other half who loves kfc was bit shocked at how dirty it was bins overflowing tables dirty and floor a mess. The lady's toilet was clean but no toilet paper THANK YOU TO WHO LEFT A SMALL PACK OF TISSUES I got the last one. The hand dryer wasn't working so had to dry my hands on my clothes not impressed. Not sure I will be visiting again The chicken however was up to it good standard so my hubby was happy .

The refurb is lovely but sadly the service is as bad as it ever was. No one in apart from 2 waiting for food already ordered, granted it's not a hot spot for trade or so I thought. Firstly not one item of food out in the racks to pick from so we ordered 2 zingers, then there was a muffled 'it will take the full cooking time' came from the kitchen to which a conversation was needed to determine how long that would be (7 mins ha!) we agreed to wait and sat down by which time the place became packed, it was tea time, 18 mins later no food. I might be picky but we were in a rush and that's why we picked 'fast' food. Staff non fussed felt like an irritant asking where it was then returned to till twice for sauce and salt.Like the very odd KFC but not this one.

I went into KFC tonight about 9.30pm but when I got to the counter to order chicken I was told that I would have to wait 20 mins.I informed the staff that it wasn't 'fast food ' to which he rudely replied "it isn't fast food it's fresh food" but as I recalled my last visit , it wasn't either.The only thing that I wouldn't have to wait for was a zinger burger so I declined to the nearest chippy.KFC is poor value for money and portions are very small and not what they advertise on their posters and quite often they forget parts of the order.What is most frustrating is that they take order after order after order with very little food going out- I would prefer to drive miles away to City road which has always been good.Not happy- sorry

WHY DO THEY NEVER OFF YOU THE DIPS WITH A BONELESS DIPS MEAL?!? It comes with 2 dips (apparently) but I've never been offered them in this KFC. Absolutely shocking customer service! Took 15 mins to get around the drive through then got told we werent allowed to make 2 orders, eventually made our orders, got told to wait and they would bring it out, they bought out 1 order then said we'd already had our second order, when we said we hadn't had it (because we hadn't) we got accused of lying! Why would we lie about a little zinger burger! plus they ran out of chicken! I don't think one member off staff here have any training or customer service skills! what a joke!

This place has undergone great changes recently and is now ultra modern and clean inside.It is much smaller than it was, but the serving area is better laid out and booths are better.Staff appear to be better at serving too. The food has always been good here and it is probably my favourite KFC to visit.Parking next door is good, although they are currently having work done there so it is busy with builders vehicles.

I have visited a lot of countries and quite a few KFC's over the years, which have always kept up the original standards. Woodseats KFC has over the past few years definitely gone down hill, the food been very mediocre and the service even worse. I really thought that a refit might do the job but alas no, it's still the same and actuality worse, queuing for orders for 20min and the same unhelpful staff. How is that possible KFC?

New refurbed and it looks great. The staff however are another issue maybe they are too stressed to be friendly. I had to wait over half a hour for my food, other people were waiting for meals and their ice creams had already been served and melted, when this was brought to staffs attention there was no thought of exchanging just a shrug and a sorry. Food we had was up to the usual standard thoughIf your in a rush avoid, use the other one at the other end of the road

This must be the worst KFC ever. It is bland, dirty and has the mardiest staff in the world. The large lady that served us behaved like we had asked for gold plated chicken. Rude and looked very unkempt which is not great in a food environment. Really needs closing. Even when clearing up she couldn't resist banging all the chairs. I'm not one for fast food, but I've always loved 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' since my childhood. That's 40 odd years!I've now tried this Kfc (Chesterfield road) numerous times. It really is consistently bad. The chicken is ALWAYS dry dry dry! The chips are never great at kfc, but I don't know what this store does - they really are abysmal - cardboard they are!Service - this fluctuates, sometimes I feel the servers just hate working there and this is very apparent in their service manner and attention to the order.My last visit was only last night. I ordered 3 piece variety mealWith diet Pepsi and a chicken gravy.I got home to discover:3 piece variety meal, which was very very dry!A tango orangeNO gravy!Now to just give you a bit of background - the place was empty, I was served by two people getting my order, I had to wait 10minutes for the chicken bites (for my partner)What excuse is there in getting the order wrong??I was so fed up that they'd screwed my order again I phoned up to lodge a complaint - I'm still awaiting a reply....

Whichever poor soul is trying to lead or manage this retail business and woodseats really should take a good , hard , long look in the mirror . Whilst appreciating this is not a 'true 'restaurant , the service I received on Sunday was appalling and it charges prime time prices for takeaway food .Three people in the queue on arrival ,15 minutes to get to the counter . Staff hanging around the serving area helping themselves to drinks ( could have been on a break but it was the dinner time rush ) . Several other members of staff could be seen , doing literally nothing , hanging around pointing at things , whilst the poor serving girl struggled with the till ,clearly not trained adequately in any aspect of what she was expected to do . Our order was wrong ,no fries,no dips . The queue on leaving was literally to the door (20 people at least ) whilst the staff and supervisors (or they acted like they thought they were ;delegating to the one member on the till) didn't do a single thing to attempt to remedy the situation . A total embarrassment on all aspects of the customer shopping trip , disinterested colleagues , abysmal service and too many so calls Chiefs delivering wrong orders. Would not recommend and frankly wonder who granted this franchise . having

Visited this KFC tonight approx 7:30pm. Ordered a simple 12 piece boneless feast and a staff member behind the counter huffed and puffed because he didn't have enough chicken ready, meaning he would have to cook some. Also muttering under his breath "f*****g hell". I'm guessing then that the person on the till tried to get me to change my mind by telling me I would have to wait. I'm sorry I was a paying customer who simply ordered something from the menu that wasn't a simple snack box for £1.99Won't bother next time

i remember the old little one on Woodseats which was brilliant this one opened, maybe 20 years ago and from day one you had to wait, wait in a queue wait for the chicken. We have been twice in 2 weeks the first time, Sunday lunchtime we walked out as very few staff, a queue plus a wait of 20 minutes for chicken, fast food it was not! we returned this bank holiday Monday, lunchtime again this time no queue but it would be a 20 minute wait for the chicken, my husband slightly annoyed told them to forget it and we went down to the drive through at Queens Road no waiting excellent meal piping hot, If you can see a queue at the Woodseats one from the car park don't bother going in your looking at 30 minutes wait the place isn't that clean and looks really neglected, hacked off staff with dirty uniforms .

This is a good very busy shop in a nice position on the main road. What can I say but kfc is kfc same no matter where you go. In my opinion one of the best fast food places to eat. Great menu good selection nice clean restaurant.

I rarely buy KFC but I did buy from the Drakehouse branch after a late shopping spree when I couldn't be bothered to cook, there were two of us and we each ordered our meals and large gravy as extra, the card payment machine was not working and there was no notice of this until we had got to the order window so we had to drive off and get cash from the nearest cashpoint then queue again, the meal was already in the carrier when we drove round to the collection point and when we got home there was a gravy missing even though we had paid for it, all in all it was not a good experience
