KFC in Sheffield

chicken was extremely dry and stringy, seemed hours old. a big disappointment as its usually very good from this branch.

too many chicken legs in the order, out of 6 pieces 4 were chicken legs.

A poor KFC. Floor dirty & tables unwiped. Food cold. Uneasy about hygiene. Staff polite but uninformed.

delivery driver was friendly and polite

Poor delivery service. I pay for a service and delivery fee of £5 on top of my order and the driver turns up demanding a tip with his exact words being “you’re going to tip me” as he was the only one to take the order to deliver. This was completely out of order and rude.

Atmosphere gets middle score only because it's just a place to sit and eat. Clean and bright but these type of fast food places don't really have an 'atmosphere' as such. So it's just an average score to reflect that.

Service is really hit or miss. The restaurant is often dirty with rubbish left on tables and tables not wiped between customers.

Absolutely shocking , delivery time kept getting pushed back even though it said food was being prepped…when it turned up everything was stone cold . £40 down the drain

Took an hour to be delivered. Good had obviously been sat waiting so was freezing and stale when arrived so went in the bin

Unfortunately the bottle of drink that was included in the order was not delivered.

Delivery driver must have been delivering multiple orders so went past our street to deliver one further away first on the same estate. Chips were cold, the rest was like warm.

completely agree with every negative review and I think it speaks volumes how they don't even respond to any comment! Just eat are not just a stereotype of how these big organisations run interested in one thing and one thing only which is ensuring they get their money earning a huge profit but could not care less about anyone down the chain.

Ordered food at 19:25 said delivery time would be between 19:55 - 20:05. Food arrived at 20:40 stone cold and not eatable! Tried to call restaurant three times to request updates on food and complain once freezing cold food arrived to be met with no answer at all. Would not recommend terrible customer service and food!

Last time I ordered from here I spent £40 & had items missing & wasn’t compensated therefore I said I wouldn’t order again. I ordered today after much thought & the chicken was very dry

The Regular Southern Rice was missing from the Boneless Banquet and the Kentucky Mayo was missing from the Twister Wrap Box meal. Not good when you put an order in and there are things missing

The food was delicious as always I have no complaints , also the staff was lovely however I’ve worked in food industry for a few years and I know hygiene is meant to be very strict wearing gloves all times, I saw the back kitchen staff the one making the food not wearing gloves yet putting the salad on burgers on there food which is just not acceptable at all. I hope the manager catches up on this and makes sure that all staff are wearing close at all times

I ordered a stacker burger and zinger box for my daughter. The total cost was £24.51 and the burger didn't have signature fries with it. Now this is not the first time something has been missing from the order. I tried ringing your phone and someone keeps hanging it up. I will be informing Just Eat about this, absolutely fed up with your service

Delivery driver walked away with part of order still in the bag. When we asked them for it he continued to walk away and just shouted that he didn't have anything else. Checked our food and confirmed sauces were missing.

My food was freezing and missing they had made the party bucket like it was a 6 piece i stead of party bucket the large popcorn chicken mini fillets and hot wings was missing and sweetcorn they was hole in the bag and the pop was missing our all meal

time kept changing from original estimate delivery time, all the food was cold didn't recieve gravy and was drinks missing too I have already put a complaint in and haven't heard anything back nearly £60 on kfc and wasn't even edible

It's KFC....what can you say. If you love it, you love it. Never had missing items from my order, sometimes get a cheap offer in store as well when making a purchase. Only complaint and it's not just here, coleslaw either sells out everywhere fast or KFC understock it.

They didn’t send the 2 corn on the cobs we ordered. Also out of the 4 “original dips” none were bbq which was disappointing. Food was okay. Fries are better with this new seasoning but the potato quality seems to vary. Food was hot today.

The driver rang me because she couldn’t find the flat? She then asked me for a number which I knew nothing about and kept me waiting five minutes trying to find it. In the end I took my food which by now was cold. I am furious and will NEVER order from just eat again. Disgusted

I ordered a mighty bucket for one meal at the front counter and it was exquisite. The boy on front counter who served me was very friendly and even convinced me to make my meal large and try the “brand new buffalo bites”, which were quite spicy! When I left my table he asked me if I enjoyed my meal and to please leave a review so they know what they can work on to improve in future, excellent service!

I went to this kfc yesterday evening and had an amazing experience. I asked for a zinger burger like usual and The boy who served me told me about their new buffalo burger which has spicy sauce, so I had to try it! It was delicious and I would recommend everyone try it. Thank you Ben!

Ordered 2 kids burger meals. No chips, no fruit. A bucket for one which for £10 was abysmal. Also, a 3 piece boneless meal which was abysmal. I spent £30 in total and in hindsight I should have ordered from a local takeaway and got a lot more food and probably better quality. Will not be going again. Paying for a brand unfortunately.

Not one to usually post about company's but just a heads up if anyone decides to eat from KFC chestfield I suggest you keep hold of your valuable items (phones,wallets, purses etc) as tonight my friend went into KFC & he forgot to pick up his wallet so he went back in there to ask only to find out a JUST EAT / DELIVEROO Driver has picked it up & haven't handed it in.. when my friend ask the manager to see the cctv footage he say he's not allowed to see it but he knew who took it.. my friend asked who n then said he going to call the police so he rang the police & then were the manager was aware the police are now involved he was then willing to help & gave part of the reg plate.. only to find out the Driver has then been back 2ice to pick up food but still not handed the wallet In that has he's cash & cards & photos of kids inside.. the police came & they aren't willing to do anything about it & now the driver won't come back...!! The driver was driving an Audi A4...!! Jobs worths scum. Not only did the manager not want to do anything the police didn't either..!!

Quick delivery and good food, however, the extra portion of regular fries I ordered was missing.

food was a little late but that was okay. when it arrived it was very poor quality - nothing like i am used to. the chicken was very hard, at points, inedible and the chips were soggy and had no flavour at all.
