The worse KFC ever i went in my life. Bad manager and poor service

Not clean, food all over the floor, one staff member just brushed the crumbs off the table with her hand, and didn't use a cloth or use cleaning spray. And went straight back behind the counter and started serving without washing her hands. I wouldn't recommend going there.

sorry to say that the food was very bad. The chips and chicken was cold and it was not served in a proper manner.

Poor customer service and long wait

Downhill😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 Past few times I've been to get a Zinger the burger has been inedible seasoning slid off and the burger was a congealed mish mash had to spit out anything as it tasted wrong has always been hit or miss but a great decline in quality past few months, wings also tasted 12 hours old dry and looked crusty but were somewhat edible, next time I'm off to Subway or Wendy's 💀💀💀

Bought a 3 piece meal and was very disappointed with it. Chicken pieces were incredible tiny (it can be easily mistaken for partridge), dry and cold. Chips soggy. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. BTW, I hate giving bad reviews

I did order maybe 20 mins ago for collection but the lady who was theire for receiving order ,her behaviour was very rough and talking very loudly like shouting dog ,really disappointed me 😡😡😡will never go theire next time !!

If I had to say one word it would be amazing. This is the fastest service I ever have have in my entire life. The food was spot on the best KFC food in my entire life. It is also right next to the hotel I stayed in. This is what we call fast food not slow food 😂😂😂

i ordered my food before my friend and she recieved hers first, we then approached the staff asking where my food was 20 mins later and they turned around and said they were closing. many people ordered after me and recieved their food i was appalled at this behaviour and they proceeded to just stare at me with a blank face. shocking behaviour would never return ever. apparently they ran out of chicken too. my friend also got extremely poorly from their chicken and hasn’t moved out of bed all day. disgraceful

Make sure to check your order, they forgot my burger and I didn’t realise until I got home. Tried to call them and they didn’t pick up

Waited over half an hour for my food. When I asked about it, they had never called out my number although the order had been ready for collection for a while! They also owe me a drink as they failed to add it into the bag. I should have checked though! Very unhappy with the service. The staff were ignoring customers who were asking them where their orders were! Even a delivery driver was being ignored into the bargain! Shocking experience!😡.

Kfc food quality lowest then ever. The place is unkempt at the moment.

My only issue is that the staff are kind of rude. They just hand you the food no smile or conversation. I understand it isn't the happiest of jobs (I've been there), but when I say 'Thank you' a quick smile or 'You're welcome' goes a long way instead of just blanking me.

This is the worst run down kfc imagine in this Covid season their toilets and water is never working how can they continue to trade without working toilets and running water in this Covid season. Is it because many blacks live in Sheffield is this why it’s allowed : how does a big establishment like kfc be open to the public without running water or working toilets

Very slow, careless staff, very crowed always sweaty and dirty tables etc. On in business because of its location....

Disappoitment in the kfc chain. Staff is rude, service is slow and never get my order correct.

If i could give 0 stars i would and the teriyaki burger is so expensive and tiny i will never go kfc ever again and this is the worst place to go to ever and if you want to lose money come kfc

Took forever to prepare the order

I ordered 10 minute’s in advance to be sure I’d get it when i arrive, upon arrival I’m still waiting another 10 minutes.

Went for food at 11.28 today , she passed me 3 pieces of what can only be described as 3 extremely small budgie pieces, cold chips,,,, to top it all off the woman serving the food,came from behind counter cleaning with mop, wiping table's and just flicking food onto chairs whare the food was left for ppl to sit on, using brush ,tending to bins to only go back behind counter serving, NOT ONCE WASHING HER HANDS , surely this is wrong and needs sorting what a waste of 8.48 discussed at this ,THANKS BUT NO THANKS 🤑😡

Very poor customer service, asked the domestic staff for the toilet and she answered rudely, when staff fi ally responded I was asked to get toilet keys from the waitron 🙄. The toilet was dirty and had an obnoxious smell, i couldn't dare to use it. Very poor service, I would rate the meal a 6/10.

There is always water leaking from the roof at the counter towards the right hand side nearing the kitchen.

I just visit Sheffield for my first time .. is the second KFC .. where the staff was so unprofessional and without a passion for work .. rude .. don't even smile or trying do costumer service.. just like this .. what do you want .. is not the way we treat costumers .. where is the KFC area manager .. what he's doing ? Food is wasant that bad But I left without eating in .. just took my food out side . Clean But atmosphere is was bad .

It has rice box so it's perfect for me. However, the place is just very hot, wondering whether they turn on the AC or not but there are many customers inside. The other day I came at 8 PM but the have cleaned all the floors so I wasn't allowed to eat inside as they're going to close in 1 hour. 1 hour is quiet long time to prepare the closing, they can tell me to dine in but no rubbish would be fine but this guy told me directly I can't dine in and I have to take away while I was starving.

Chicken was nice but a little over done.

Typical kfc food but its getting expensive. 3 strips the tiniest popcorn chicken youve ever seen 17 fries and a small tub of gravy with a small drink and say goodbye to £10..

Clean, tidy, fast food chicken joint. Only went in as a friend wanted KFC. For me, a soulless, dreary experience.

Ordered the wings here and got sick the next day! Unhygienic place and felt like there was cross contamination that caused me a otherwise a good weekend!

Best place to get fried chicken

The female staff member that served me was not good at her job told me did not do hot drinks even though there was a coffee machine behind her that was working

Food took ages and wasn’t even that good, took so long the food was cold. Waited 26 minutes for a simple meal that should’ve took 5 and paid extortionate prices. There was 1 woman working in the front by herself and about 10 people in the back meaning there was a queue out the door of people waiting to be served. Ridiculous

I have been here twice now. The food was ok, although I got an OK service, a few other customers weren't that lucky. Food is OK as well but it does get busy here.

Made an order through Deliveroo, order the 10 wicked bucket and only 6 chicken came and it was for my childrens lunch, imagine the explanation I had to give for incomplete chicken. You guy should do better and this is not the first time.

Had the misfortune to visit this back street chicken hut earlier. Lad swimming for British Universities title and in between fancied two breasts and a bottle of water. Got served 1 x over cooked breast with cold chips ??? No one mentioned chips !!!!! Snatched bag back then got a manager then then another Manager... Avoid this place at all costs....God help the Students if this is the tripe they get that I was served.... Im also posting this on other sites.....I frankly wouldnt serve what i got earlier to my Labrador and trust me, he would eat a tissue with smell of chicken on it..... I was absolutely furious and had to go back to Pool without a snack I looked forward to

Worst experience..... They uses worst oil to fry chicken & moreover they uses same oil over & over again.... Had 10pcs chicken wings..... Most pathetic wings i ever had. To oily, every bit have lots of oil. I thought i paid for oil not for chicken. Never going to visit any KCF in the UK.

This is probably one of the worst KFC’s i’ve been to. The heating wasn’t working, so it was freezing and as cold as outside (0°c) - the food got cold straightaway, as a result. Also, when I was sat down, I asked if there was a toilet. One lady working said ‘yes, it’s just around the corner’. So I went over there and waited for 5 minutes, assuming someone was inside. I realised it was just locked, so I went to the tills and asked if they could open it. The *SAME* lady said, ‘sorry, it’s out of order’. Like, she could have told me that in the first place??? (And save me the need to rush over to a random Ibis hotel to ask to use their toilet instead) The girl on the tills was lovely though and she upgraded my meal to a large when I requested it - so she’s the reason I didn’t give a one star.

I went to the kfc in the morning and met the staff who not only looked miserable but also rude. When u ask them about an enquire and they don't understand, they will give you dirty looks.

Never got to eat anything as when I got to the counter they couldn't fullfil any orders as the machine was broken. Waited an eternity to get to the counter to be not greeted by a miserable server who said it was full price only. absolutely rubbish, don't go. You would think with all the negative comments they would try a bit harder. Clearly not.

Food always takes a while. Seems understaffed, interior is in poor condition always dirty with flickering lights. Staff are nice though and they try their best - just feels like a management issue.

Wow food dry, gravy cold and freezing inside the place. Staff look so depressed they don't want to be their. No atmosphere no background music. I won't be back definitely not recommend the dump dirty inside

it took 1 hour for our food to be delivered. We are only 5 minutes away from KFC Haymarket. Food was stone cold and ended up in the bin. never again.

Ordered on the digital screen. Was waiting over 15 minutes before they acknowledged us. Then had the audacity to say what ur waiting for. Obvs our order. Apparently they had no order of ours as the ticket machine was down. Tried asking for a refund, but then stated they couldn’t due to us not having a receipt but clearly knew the machine wasn’t giving receipts out before hand, never stated it was out of order until at least 12 people had complained regarding this issue. Then an older lady who works there started to become rude and argumentative, making remarks under her breath but loud enough to hear. When the food finally came it was freezing, the order was wrong. I don’t appreciate this kind of customer service. I will never eat here again

KFCs are used to the finger lickin good when i used to be in Dubai and India. But unfortunately, not in UK. I have bought once mighty bucket for once and it was so salty and we couldn’t eat that. And when we complaint to them they were saying that, “its salty for us, not for others”. And they have refunded the money back. And the next instance was that, we have order 20pieces hot wings at 5.99. It was good to eat and tasty and it was oily which will spoil your craving for having KFC. After eating that, it creates headache and stomach problem for me. So if you are eating something from this KFC “You are in Danger” . “You are at your own risk”

Why must kfc always be disappointing? You get the craving for some delicious fried chicken and then the reality is dirty tables, dirty floor, half the shop closed, and chicken that's been out too long and is barely warm (let alone hot). Cookies are still good though

Located on sheff city centre, it's nice for a quick bite if you're on the go. My go to selection is the chicken fillet burger and a Fanta. The main area is a bit small compared to queen's road KFC and was not busy when I ordered.

Food fine, no music so silent, a bit awkward. Upstairs closed (happens a lot ive heard,) disabled toilet downstairs always busy. Too cramped at the tills, right next to the entrance. One out of two touchscreens broken.
