Jamie was amazing today! She was very polite and respectful to me!

Came in yesterday afternoon for dinner and the food was lovely. Ordered on the kiosk with help from Danica who just made our experience at the restaurant a delight. Will definitely be returning : )

After using this local BK - But drive through i couldn't have had a more pleasant member of staff to serve me which cheered my day up endlessly think her name was Jaymee ... What a credit to BK

Recently visited BK, everything was nice, food was awesome. But what I liked most was the service by staff. They were really welcoming. Especially one staff member named Riya, she was really sweet and kind. She talked really nice which made my BK experience amazing.

I was served by Jamie and although I changed my order a few times it was no trouble at all for her to accommodate what I wanted. Excellent service all with a smile

The place is really lovely and Angel is really chatty and fun.

Came in with my kids other day while Jamie was on and asked what was the best deal for the kids and offered the kids meals for them was great and they loved talking to her, lovely and friendly with them

My first time here and it was wonderful and angel was really helpful. I will be visiting again

Came to burger king valley as its close to home after working nights and when through drive thru jamie was there with a warm welcome and was quick to get my food ready

I don't usually do reviews but I came in with my partner and I don't like the chilli heatwave chicken fries when I asked Jamie she said I could have them without which is brilliant, great help and service.

I came into burger king with my grandson and Jamie was there to Happy to greet us and said hello and was playing with my grandson such a happy lady.

Quick stop in a busy day for a bite to eat and answer some emails. Had a nice double whopper and some nice friendly banter with Jamie who served me.

I came here today with a lot of confusion as to how the menu worked, however a lovely member of staff, I believe her name was Beth, was very patient with me, and gave me an amazing explanation as to how it all worked, providing great service with a warm smile Well done 😊

Had a great experience at the Centertainment Sheffield store today. Was traveling through Sheffield. Stopped for a quick meal and enjoyed. One of the staff members, Rajat approached me and made sure my confusions were cleared. Great store and staff.

Very happy with my order . Food tasted lovely. The service was excellent especially Jaymee-Lee was really helpful as I'm a fussy customer she catered to my needs .

All was fine, unfortunately the person who bagged the chicken nuggets couldn't count to 4, as we only got 3!!!

Hi, can i say my experience was 1st class. We ordered 2 Dorito King boxes and our meal was a delite. I think we was served by Danica who was very professional in all departments. A massive 👍🏻's up.

Not a fan of the 100% beef competitors its no where near as tasty as a xxl cheese bacon burger iv just demolished down at sheffield entertainment branch and the quickness of the service I received was second to non I think her name was Danica should have remembered really because she was stunning and such a cute smile and nice chat to about my tattoo's. Will be visiting again soon.

Best Burger King I’ve been to. The food is always great never had a bad meal, the staff are lovely especially Danica she goes above and beyond to give great service.

I went in before taking my daughter to the cinema, Danica, the lady that served us was lovely, very smiley and chatty, and she served us quickly. Will definitely return, what's not to like, good hot food with fantastic service!

Absolutely terrible bought the melt king box for my daughter and the king jr chicken nugget meal for my son. Wow the burger was tiny! Nothing to it! Looked so unappealing too. Not how I remember BK last time I visited. The kids meal had barely any chips, didn't even half fill the bag. My sonw as still hungry after. Not worth it even if you get an offer! Total waste of money. If I'd have not been rushing to get home I would have gone back in and taken the whole lot back.

Probably the worst Burger King we have been too. My double bacon cheese burger was shocking. It looked nothing like the photo. Very disappointed.

Good burger king, enjoyed the food. The veggie burger was a bit well done both times I had it, but it was still delicious. Layout was a bit off, and the play area is out of order currently, but a good place to grab a bite.

Burger king is by far the best burgers compared to their competitors, we find the food from this burgerking to be hot and tastes great, we normally have a delivery but we called in through the drive through this time. Good points. Food hot Food tastes brill Staff friendly Clean. Bad points Expensive but worth it. Drive through needs an overhaul

An ok restaurant, bins overflowing and tables could do with wipe downs after each use. Great burgers though!

Burger King is fine overall, but the place could really use a renovation. The staff often seem disengaged, which impacts the experience. While the food is “fresh,” the wait time can be frustrating, sometimes taking 10 to 15 minutes. It’s okay for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Ordered online 3 plain burgers and 3 lots of chips 2 burgers came with onions (my friend has a allergy) and one lots of fries were missing and when trying to call to reselve the problem nobody picked up within the 15 minutes of calling

The staff are always happy to help with any questions or enquiries needed

No tomato on whopper which is partly why I ordered it for the tomato

I am currently homeless and love the smell of food cooking at this store. I often look in through the window teary eyed in hope that a member of staff notices me and throws me a fry or two - but alas, they don't. One day I will make it out of the gutter, amass a great fortune on the stock market and buy a BK franchise right next door and I will compassionately throw fries at the homeless. Until then I will continue sniffing up and dreaming as I walk by this great smelling establishment. Thank you BK

Driver had too many deliveries in one go, left the shop ages before food arrived, he didn't swipe he had collected it until he was delivering another order closer to my house than the store. He then drove past my house to deliver a different order, then driving all the way back round to drop my cold food off.

Standard quality as expected but to say how many staff members were working most tables needed cleaning and the toilets were harendous urine all over the floor ,ladies toilets was very smelly and unclean...it wasn't busy inside so no excuse for the poor standards that we experienced

Went in today. Went up to the counter to place my order and the young lad taking orders said “What d’you want?” 😂 I said “2 whopper meals please” he said “cool”. As I was waiting for my order I went to use the toilets cos I was bursting and it was filthy and stunk of piss. I couldn’t use it and it was very uncomfortable eating with a full bladder. And the whopper wasn’t great. The management needs sorting.

Was asked to use self service order / pay machine, althought only 4 other customers in, I presume the member of staff at the counter must've been overwhelmed; self service machine was hiding the (normal) fries at the bottom of the list, yet holumi (not sure I've spelt that right, but don't care, don't know what it is & don't like sound of it) fries at the top & screen didn't want to move down for a number of tries; very small portion of fries compared to McDonald's!!!

Very quick service, friendly staff and managers, very well maintained dining area, ambiance is excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you are in valley centertainment 👍🏼

It's freezing cold in there, aircon cranked far too high, had to sit with coat on and the chairs and tables cold to sit on/touch

Burger and fries where stone cold and messed up my order and it took a long time for it to be peppered the worker was very rude

We love burger king but this place it's like they don't know what they're doing...so slow,and play area has been closed since COVID,tables look messy,nobody comes to clean up.its ok though,at least the drink machine is,great options

£ 24 for 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drink burgers was dry fries was chewy and luke warm drinks was flat go to maccys d instead

Tried to make an order using the Burger King app, was running very slow, so I checked if there was an update, there was so I updated the app and it seemed to run slow but alot faster than originally, tried to pay for my order and it kept saying my card information was invalid. It was correct. 😤 I ended up parking up and going inside, went to the actual counter to be served by a human, it was very loud with the current take that performing, I explained about the app, the young guy talked to me so quiet I couldn't hear him, i ended up just agreeing 😒, I then decided to just make my order there to be told all there tills were closed and I had to use the self serve 😤, I went to the self serve and everytime I clicked on an item to add to basket, it says would you like some of these extras, NO, I DON'T OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE ADDED THEM MYSELF. SORT YOUR APP OUT, MCDONALDS DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, EVEN KFC DONT.

Left Ice Sheffield at 8.30pm n looking for quick food prior to journey home. Chose Burger King from the multitude on the nearby retail park. By far the nicest fast food we've enjoyed for years. Fries were spot on,burger was hot n tasty place was clean and one of the staff spotted my wife struggling walking and opened the side emergency exit to save her walking all the way round(nice touch). Haven't been to Sheffield for years,and may not go for a while again but would definitely recommend to anyone who does.

Absolutely disgusting place ppl cleaning DA without washing hands serving food . Manager call Martin busy in office drinking his coffee. Missing items need go back few times to get all right.

Tepid food but prompt service, floor sticky.

Sandwiches and nuggets were almost cold. Chips WERE cold. Coffees were just warm. Didn't have time to complain, had to leave at a certain time. Definitely won't come here again!!
