Good burger king, enjoyed the food. The veggie burger was a bit well done both times I had it, but it was still delicious. Layout was a bit off, and the play area is out of order currently, but a good place to grab a bite.

Burger king is by far the best burgers compared to their competitors, we find the food from this burgerking to be hot and tastes great, we normally have a delivery but we called in through the drive through this time. Good points. Food hot Food tastes brill Staff friendly Clean. Bad points Expensive but worth it. Drive through needs an overhaul

An ok restaurant, bins overflowing and tables could do with wipe downs after each use. Great burgers though!

Ordered online 3 plain burgers and 3 lots of chips 2 burgers came with onions (my friend has a allergy) and one lots of fries were missing and when trying to call to reselve the problem nobody picked up within the 15 minutes of calling

Burger King is fine overall, but the place could really use a renovation. The staff often seem disengaged, which impacts the experience. While the food is “fresh,” the wait time can be frustrating, sometimes taking 10 to 15 minutes. It’s okay for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The staff are always happy to help with any questions or enquiries needed

No tomato on whopper which is partly why I ordered it for the tomato

I am currently homeless and love the smell of food cooking at this store. I often look in through the window teary eyed in hope that a member of staff notices me and throws me a fry or two - but alas, they don't. One day I will make it out of the gutter, amass a great fortune on the stock market and buy a BK franchise right next door and I will compassionately throw fries at the homeless. Until then I will continue sniffing up and dreaming as I walk by this great smelling establishment. Thank you BK

Driver had too many deliveries in one go, left the shop ages before food arrived, he didn't swipe he had collected it until he was delivering another order closer to my house than the store. He then drove past my house to deliver a different order, then driving all the way back round to drop my cold food off.

Very nice food, friendly staff, kids were a bit disappointed that the play area was shut and looks a bit of a mess.

Standard quality as expected but to say how many staff members were working most tables needed cleaning and the toilets were harendous urine all over the floor ,ladies toilets was very smelly and unclean...it wasn't busy inside so no excuse for the poor standards that we experienced

Went in today. Went up to the counter to place my order and the young lad taking orders said “What d’you want?” 😂 I said “2 whopper meals please” he said “cool”. As I was waiting for my order I went to use the toilets cos I was bursting and it was filthy and stunk of piss. I couldn’t use it and it was very uncomfortable eating with a full bladder. And the whopper wasn’t great. The management needs sorting.

Was asked to use self service order / pay machine, althought only 4 other customers in, I presume the member of staff at the counter must've been overwhelmed; self service machine was hiding the (normal) fries at the bottom of the list, yet holumi (not sure I've spelt that right, but don't care, don't know what it is & don't like sound of it) fries at the top & screen didn't want to move down for a number of tries; very small portion of fries compared to McDonald's!!!

Very quick service, friendly staff and managers, very well maintained dining area, ambiance is excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you are in valley centertainment 👍🏼

It's freezing cold in there, aircon cranked far too high, had to sit with coat on and the chairs and tables cold to sit on/touch

I visited Burger King this afternoon for a quick meal and I cannot fault them at all. My order was really quick to get prepared and the staff were really friendly

Burger and fries where stone cold and messed up my order and it took a long time for it to be peppered the worker was very rude

We love burger king but this place it's like they don't know what they're doing...so slow,and play area has been closed since COVID,tables look messy,nobody comes to clean up.its ok though,at least the drink machine is,great options

£ 24 for 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drink burgers was dry fries was chewy and luke warm drinks was flat go to maccys d instead

driver wouldn't get out of the car and had me come to him not what I pay delivery charges for.

Tried to make an order using the Burger King app, was running very slow, so I checked if there was an update, there was so I updated the app and it seemed to run slow but alot faster than originally, tried to pay for my order and it kept saying my card information was invalid. It was correct. 😤 I ended up parking up and going inside, went to the actual counter to be served by a human, it was very loud with the current take that performing, I explained about the app, the young guy talked to me so quiet I couldn't hear him, i ended up just agreeing 😒, I then decided to just make my order there to be told all there tills were closed and I had to use the self serve 😤, I went to the self serve and everytime I clicked on an item to add to basket, it says would you like some of these extras, NO, I DON'T OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE ADDED THEM MYSELF. SORT YOUR APP OUT, MCDONALDS DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, EVEN KFC DONT.

Left Ice Sheffield at 8.30pm n looking for quick food prior to journey home. Chose Burger King from the multitude on the nearby retail park. By far the nicest fast food we've enjoyed for years. Fries were spot on,burger was hot n tasty place was clean and one of the staff spotted my wife struggling walking and opened the side emergency exit to save her walking all the way round(nice touch). Haven't been to Sheffield for years,and may not go for a while again but would definitely recommend to anyone who does.

Absolutely disgusting place ppl cleaning DA without washing hands serving food . Manager call Martin busy in office drinking his coffee. Missing items need go back few times to get all right.

Sandwiches and nuggets were almost cold. Chips WERE cold. Coffees were just warm. Didn't have time to complain, had to leave at a certain time. Definitely won't come here again!!

Food wasn't bad, more expensive than o remember. The tables weren't clean ans the store felt dirty, 70% of the drinks from the drinks machine were empty so only coke or diet coke was availe , slightly disappointed

Nothing like burger King the drooling food the chicken fries its perfect the service is 4-7 minutes fast atmosphere a bit sweaty and sticky so not a a fan of the atmosphere and I dined in and the food was perfect and the staff was really nice

the food was cold but i think it was due to the driver not taking notice of anything said to him ...my partner was left standing in the freezing cold whilst tge driver kept putting in the wrong directions even though i gave added instruction on order form and he was also on the phone .. it still took him 20 mins to drop food off .. when he finally got to my partner he had already passed him twice but all he said was he did not see him ...he is 6ft and big build..angry does not come close

We ordered two toppers as we hadn't eaten all day as we were buying a car. The order came stapled together twice. The receipt was correct but when we opened it up we got a load of cheese balls (we can't eat cheese) and a bacon and chicken and cheese burger (we do tear cheese.or bacon) so had to be happy with the fries as we were only visiting and didn't have time to find the take out and complain

I ordered 2 meals just 2. 1 double whopper with cheese meal and 1 bacon double cheeseburger meal. The price was £27.04 it arrived cold and they sent 2 bacon double cheeseburgers. I tried ringing burger King to complain couldn't get through so gave it to my dogs what a waste of money.

Called in here yesterday afternoon visiting Cineworld, wanted a quick snack. No self service machines, stood waiting ages at the counter, just me, no one on the counter, eventually someone asked me if I was ordering?? Yes why else would I be stood here? Very lapse service was frustrating

compared to other big name food outlets these seem to be the only ones that can get the order right. send all items and it's actually hot and nice to eat when it arrives. good job👍keep it up

Ordered food via the app, Took ages for the food to be made , order was missing the drinks and when I asked for them half way through making the hot drink the staff member went and did another order. Had to ask yet again.

The burgers and chips I got were tasty , and I like the crispy texture of the chips with the right amount of salt. I did not however appreciate the smell of the toilet, but it was clean though. You can bring your kids here if you want to, it is a drive through as well.

Ordered burger king for the first time in a while to take out. By the time we got home we noticed that one of the meals was missing. We phoned up, and the manager who answered the phone (Jack from what I remember) was highly defensive saying they were the one who packed the order and made sure the vegan was separate from the meat (understandable) but the meat meal was not there. We tried to explain this to them and they just got more defensive and in the end I hung up as they refused to listen to me. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this store. The food itself what came was okay, the service was not.

Changing the current review. The staff was unfriendly and not sociable (like robots) no internet service so was able to access the BK app. The fries were cold so I asked for a replacement, took 3 minutes whopper burger could have been a bit warmer. You now pay have to pay for dips, despite it previously being free. Co side going elsewhere

Shocked at the quality to be fair. The burger bun was so dry anyone would have thought it had been sat under a a sunbed for past century. Bacon on the burger was as rubbery as a bouncy ball.& Wont be ordering again, ended up making some toast after 1 bite of the burger. should have just burnt £17. Abismal
