KFC in Ashfield

Yet again not received order as requested. Asked to go large but wasn’t, got home and part of order was missing. Not the first time this has happened but probably will be the last

visited here recently and every time you get to the collection window I'm always astonished of the view, food all over the floor, sides not cleaned. literally the last time staff were sliding on what must have been grease on the floor. to top it off ive been really ill the day after with my stomach.. not good

Depends on the time of day as to the quality and speed of service, whether they have again run out of food or drink or even if your order will be accurate or not 🙄

Waited 20 minutes in a queue for food, poor girl in the tills was run off her feet and had to keep apologising as she was the only one on the tills and bagging orders up. Seems to have no support and inefficient. Walked out without any food in the end

Went there with family, ordered and waiting.. After waiting for half n hour, the girl in the counter said there is a 20 minute wait for one of my order, asked if I can change the order to a different one if its easier.. Said there's a wait for that one too. Waiting almost an hour to get my order which was 3 meals.my order was 20 hot wings bucket, almost all was burnt, and more than half was just fried flour with no chicken. No sauces. Really bad customer service and get the order wrong or items missing everytime.

It still isn't pleasant place to be but so much better than it was before. Still need someone who tidy the tables and clean around. Hopfully it will get better.

Tried to buy lunch for 2 at 12.35 - lunchtime- on a Saturday and was told there was a 10 minute wait for mini fillets 30 minute wait for chicken pieces! What a way to run a KFC. I can only assume it's some sort of chronic mis-managemwnt. There never seems to be any senior members of staff in the place and the staff who are working seem unskilled and unsure of pretty much everything. Previous drive thru visits have normally resulted in at least one wrong item when in the bag when get home - small chips where large have been ordered, no straws for the drinks. Theres just a general lack of care and attention and the blame must lay squarely with management.

Been here many times and always had poor service and had to wait in quite some time in drive through even when not busy. Why do you keep going you may ask it’s close by and husband prefers it to McDonald’s although next door never reviewed although I should have as I feel being in business myself it only fair to management anyway just had a boneless bucket and throwing most of it away please retrain your staff and improve standards in this branch it’s been this way for far to long

Went for family treat. The place is filthy staff are as friendly as a polar bear at feeding time thats if you find staff. You wait a age to be served by the one person on till then 20 minutes for food to be served to you which on our visit was wrong. Your not asked if you want dip had to hunt for napkins only to have to wait a good ten minutes to be noticed by staff having a good natter out back about her date with david and hiw he didnt do it for her. Its a terrible place

Called into this KFC whilst visiting the area. It seemed that it was staff break time when we called as they were sat at a corner table dining which meant not so many staff serving. It was really slow and everyone was moaning about how slow it was. The floor was dirty and tables were messy. Luckily I know that this isn't the usual standard of a KFC so it wont stop me visiting another branch but I wouldn't go to this one again.

Staff really friendly and welcoming but the availability of some items is limited, I’ve never been to a KFC that’s not got chicken especially on a quiet day. My advice is go to a different KFC local.

As i dont go to KFC everyday the girl who served me was a gem. She was so helpful and jolly. The staff were happy and jolly. the food was fab and the place was spotless, well done.

like the ease of parking and menu choices, great for light bite, the all stars is good value./ love the hot chocolate and cheaper than other places

Absolutely appalling experience today! Just one thing after the other going wrong!

I always find KFC restaurants to be scruffy however we always have nice food! 9 of us for a birthday tea and was a lovely night. Staff friendly and food was nice as expected! advised to get bottle of pop as feeding a few kids and was given the right amount cups and plates without asking for these. We sung happy birthday with cakes etc and everyone enjoyed the night, easy experience just a shame the place (along with all the KFC's) is so scruffy and a nice huge smashed window to look out of....but will visit again as we do enjoy a KFC.

I really enjoyed my visit to KFC lovely food nice place it's self service but did not have to wait staff pleasant

can b hit n miss sone nights the chicken is juicey and fries nice n crispy outher times the chicken is dry fries limp and beans dried up

Usually good, fast, hot and tasty. Drive thru and eat in. Can be a bit teenager dominated and loud at times.

Staff and food take away brill all hot tasty and 100percent great staff so great to i go on average 1nc a week

Sólo puedo asumir que este era para mantener la cola! Fuimos a pagar en ventana pagado y enviado a esperar en la bahía a esperar la comida. Después de 10 minutos de espera nos dan la comida. De forma precipitada a casa en coche sólo para descubrir que estamos perdiendo nuestra gran pollo palomitas! ! ! ! Mal servicio y comida fría nunca un ganador en nuestra casa:

Went into the kfc at Sutton in Ashfield very clean despite being busy, food pipping hot and tasty... Best one in the area.. Will definitely be coming back again :))

Ordered 2 American all stars at 21.55 to be told there was a 3 minute wait for chips. So I parked up and thought 3 mins is ok if I'm getting fresh chips.....well 3 minutes actually turned into 20 minutes, no apology when they eventually came out...will not be useing them again that is for sure

Very disappointed with the food here as i have enjoyed other venues of KFC and been pleased with it.I cannot understand this as they should all be the same

Only went through drive through got parked up for 10 mins. The girl gave us the food and a dirty look. Got home to no salt for chips no tissue wipes or even a paper plate. No spoon or anything to help me eat my beans. I'm glad I took it home and wasn't eating on the run. Food was ok nothing special. Avoid this hole McDonald's is next door so I'll use that next time

We called at this KFC today, it's terrible just like the one in Langley Mill, Derbys, staff are so slow it's supposed to be fast food they kept saying to us to wait a moment, the waiting time was ridiculous!! only soft drink they had was Diet Pepsi, a food chain like this shouldn't run out?? Terrible service won't be going again, this place needs closing down.

We as a family with 3 small children decided to eat out 1 Sunday afternoon and now wish we hadn't! We arrived at KFC in Sutton & there wasn't a soul In the place but yet it was still filthy, tables still with previous customers leftovers on, spilt drink stains.. We had to walk past the 1st 6 tables to find a partly clean 1. I went to order our food n was greeted by a miserable looking young girl who was taking orders & dishing out the food by the time she'd take my order there were 7 others waiting to be served to which then she carried on serving. The music in there was so loud we could hardly hear each other talking.! And the whole 40 minutes we were there 1 of the employees spent a good 20 minutes outside the main entrance smoking with a group of other girls.. Never again!

Avoid this kfc food bad service bad and it's dirty and run by chavy kids .again I had to mention cleaning the restaurant as it was dirty and looked like there had just been a mad rush on but no there were 4 kids in messing about I'll never subject my family to this ramle again

Used this outlet before. This time food has deteriorated. Chicken tough to eat . worst kfc we have had from here. Won't be visiting again. Staff seem not to care what they are giving to customers. Very disappointed.

Visited here a few times, not sure why we subjected ourselves to the repeat visits.Nevertheless sometimes you just crave the greasy chicken goodness & it's nearby to work.The place is at best, disorganised. Chaos seems to take over most of the time. Staff are clueless about offers, what can be served and what cannot and the hygiene is lapse in places. It's often dirty, condiments aren't topped up and queues build up frequently.The place is also often frequented by chavs and teenagers which provide a disturbing background and not a pleasant experience when one is trying to enjoy finger lickings' good lunch.Let's not forget KFC isn't the cheapest takeaway either.Much improvement needed!

Can not believe it could be so bad. Got order wrong - twice they tried to short change us on the food we had ordered AND paid for and still when we got home we were missing 3 pieces of chicken!!! The fries were stone cold and inedible. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Give this place a wide berth. What a waste of our hard earnt money.

disgusting and dirty even though its been refurbished.fries thrown allover the floor tables dirtyeven rubbish in the windows.staff were blind to the fact that fries were still under the table when they swept up and slow service. staff don't look clean either hair hanging down pointless them wearing hats might aswell not bother

Went there last thursday night as a treat with my son, nice change to McDonalds i thought. When we got there it was quiet only a few diners. Lots of staff on. But the queue soon built up. I ordered 2 fillet burgers after a 10 min wait then was given a ticket to wait even longer. There was no napkins and when you asked for them they just ignored you, The toilets were filthy and stunk. These are near to the kitchen area too .

I can't believe such a large chain can get it so badly wrong, I've tried this place a few times recently as I thought it must have been a one off bad experience the previous time. How wrong I was, the food cold is more often than not, the drive through orders are always wrong and the service is shocking, McDonalds next door from now on.

Called in with our son, wish we hadn't bothered. The place was empty, tables & floors were dirty, staff were miserable. My husband went to the toilet & said it was filthy, never again, stay away & go to mcds .

This KFC opened at 1030 I went in around 1100 and was untidy scruffy and dirty. I've no idea why it is that KFC in general seem so bad at being clean and organised. In fairness this one in Sutton is typical of most outlets and if KFC in general goes down the pan, well it's your own fault you should respect your customers more.

First of all, if you're going to eat here go to the drive thru and take the food home. That way you can avoid the ignorant and rude staff and the overflowing bins and filthy greasy tables. I'm not sure if the McDonald's next door is any better but it might be worth the chance. The gravy was extremely watered down and tasteless. I don't know how they stay in business, this place needs a serious overhaul.

Walked in here to a miserable atmosphere, staff seem bored and lack a smile, food was luke warm and seemed to have been stood ages. I love K.F.C. but this one is worst I have had.

Good fast-food restraint, you get what you pay for, food is lovely, fairly cheap place to eat, takeout and ample parking.

If you ever fancy a KFC, I wouldn't visit this one. I have heard stories about this place, however my visit wasn't as bad. The restaurant itself was rather scruffy with rubbish littering the decor. The staff where incredibly slow and food was bog standard, chips cold. Go to the store in Mansfield, it's only a 10 minute drive from this one. Major improvements are needed here.

Me and my husband don't have high expectations for KFC but we do at least expect that the staff can understand English. When we went to order at the drive though she wasn't foreign but spoke very slowly and slurred at us that they don't have each item we asked for (burrito, something else we didn't order then corn). She then asked what drink we want with the child's meal. We didn't order a child's meal. We asked for a tower burger meal. After telling her a few times we just drove away and left her slurring rubbish slowly. I don't want to sound horrible but she was either taking the p*** out of us or she's special needs and can't deal with drive through and tills. Either way they shouldn't employ her to do drive through. I'd email KFC but they have no email address. Class!

Despite being next to empty with a number of staff working I was left standing at the counter for several minutes. While a couple of the staff looked at me disparagingly none spoke or asked to take an order. Premises also looks quite dismal so I left to the McDonalds less than a minute away. Don't waste your time coming in here.

Normally I would say KFC is good tasting and speedy service. This was not. The chicken was bland, it took 30 mins to get food and it was stood on side getting cold. Order was wrong and bins full and restaurant very dirty. We did get an apology and a free bottle of Pepsi Max, none of us like Pepsi Max!!! We won't be going again.

The worst KFC I have ever been to .we only went through the drive through and the two girls that worked there were having a argument and nearly ended up fighting . When we eventually got served . The service was as bad as Iv ever had . I then had to pull up and wait nearly 20 minutes for my meal and when we got home the fries were cold and they had forgotten my wife's sides of gravy and corn on the cob . I called to complain but the phone just rang and rang . Absolutely terrible

Judging by the very poor customer service and the lack of food hygiene, lack of food ready also.. The management is clearly doing nothing to address this poor fast food restraunt. Often when my wife and I take away we are not even acknowledged when we get to the window and find that most of our order is messed up. Also, when taking away we are not informed of towering up or even offered it. Ver very poor standard for such a massive company.

Workers where very short with me and my friends. There wasn't a table for four people that was clean and there was a bunch of chavs glued to the corner making a mess.

Very often we are disappointed with this KFC but we still go fairly often as we like KFC food and this is our local branch. Why should we travel further due to poor standards at this KFC? Very often believe it or not they have no chicken ready! At our last visit we were told to come back in half an hour and we went and did our shopping in Asda and came back and chicken still wasn`t ready! No chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken you couldn`t make it up! Often they do not even know what they have to sell, they still had a XXX burger sign up even though they weren`t for sale. Staff generally rude and don`t look overly clean and seriously need customer care service skills. I recently went to America and the customer service is excellent. This is a problem with this branch as the one at Forest Town is superb, clean, friendly staff and minimal queues. Somebody needs to get hold of this branch and do a root review. Often the bins are overflowing with rubbish and you generally have to clean your own table before sitting down. Please KFC management address the issues at this branch.

For a quick snack, we decided to call into KFC in Sutton. The advertisements on the tv make their produce out to look good and tasty.However, what we got served, I wouldn't even feed to an animal. Grisly chicken, overlooked, tasteless, the list of negatives could go on.We called at a quiet time of day, (after lunch hour) all the staff were interested in talking about their lives, showing no customer liaison whatsoever.The staff really do need more training, shown how to keep the place tidy and clean and how to talk to customers.It surprises me this hasn't Ben shut down by the environmental health by now.Think we will give this restaurant a big miss.I've given one star as you can't give any less than that!

The days of fast food and good service still do not appear to have arrived at this KFC. Abrupt and rude staff take your order, rarely do they offer to up size the order, not once have they mentioned any promotions of offers and when you get to pay its usually park up as they don't have food ready to give to you. When it does arrive don't expect to have everything you have ordered in your bag - CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!!!! Better off going to Mansfield KFC, newly refurbished, better staff, better service and less of a waiting time to get your food !!!
