I've been ordering from here for years but I think they've levelled up

Ohannes helped out with a last minute, large order for our hospital team. The service was amazing and the food was even better! The meals are big and really tasty. Had lots of options, including for vegetarians. Will order again and definitely recommend!

It's not cheap as anything like mcdonalds but it is by far the best burger place in hucknall, the burgers are absolutely incredible either eating in or taking away. I rarely try other burger places due to wishing I went to ohannes instead. I always order an extra aioli for myself and my partner as its so moorish.

Just ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered the Swiss burger. It came with fries and some sauce. I haven’t had a burger in ages. This was so nice. Really yummy. Good quality meat and lovely flavours. The order came quickly and was hot. 10/10. Thank you

Absolutely outstanding food perfectly fills your desired stomach for an amazing burger with some fully loaded crispy fries, this also comes with brilliant customer service great people that work here would recommend to anyone I came across. It doesn’t end there the atmosphere and the way the restaurant is put across is again outstanding and will definitely keep this place in mind forever. As you can see in the picture 3 completely finished dinners.

Best fast food in the area. Best O’Hannes i’ve been in out of 4 so far. Top stuff, definitely recommend.

We ordered 2 burgers & some Halloumi fries. 1 hour & 10 mins later it arrived. Cold, inedible, and quite frankly went straight in the bin! When we called to chase up, we were told they don't have enough drivers! If you don't have the staff then don't offer a service!

Ordered food from just eat, and we have had food from here before and has been good( apart from too much salt shake) food arrived late and cold! £30 for 2 burgers, rang the shop and they said “ not our problem” we cooked the food and was then waiting for a driver from just eat! Not our problem! But they don’t have their own drivers either! Found the bloke unhelpful. Hassle if you’ve had a long day and just want hot food.( if you do order make sure there’s a driver ready or collect, as on the whole , the food is good

Ordered from them, and delivery service tried 4 doors down sent food back because they tried the wrong address, had to drive into town to be told they had no idea what to do if i hadnt turned up, tried several times on the phone with no response to be told by employees in shop that they had no phone number. When we got food home, sadly was cold and limp, will never be returning. Customer service is practically 0

I've just had my Perri Perri chicken burger and part of my chicken is raw and I've just noticed so I'm not happy that my children is raw.

Food was good, decided to try a milkshake, biscoff one and it was rubbish literally vanilla milkshake with cream and a few sprinkles. No sauce in it etc.

This place used to be amazing it’s gone right down hill, half cooked fries, burgers ok but very overpriced for what you get now. Used to look forward to one of these, safe to say I won’t be ordering again as it gets worse every time, not worth the money, such a shame 👎🏻

I really enjoyed their burgers. My kids lived the chicken bites. Service was top-notch. The only issue was the cold inside the shop. We decided to eat-in as we didn't want to risk the food getting cold on the way back home however due to the low temperature inside the shop food became lukewarm with seconds it landed on the table and within few minutes it was cold. As a business owner I appreciate the high winter utility bills. Perhaps serving food on a warm plate would help a bit...something for the management to resolve.

My order arrived fast, however the chocolate milkshake was missing, nothing major just get a refund from Uber eats for it, but the chips was extremely undercooked and unseasoned may as well been raw, the onion rings was also undercook to the point the I onion was almost raw as well, I tried to call the restaurant three times for it to just ring our. Very disappointed

Burger nice chips nice. Slightly more expensive than most but seems to be better produce. I will certainly order again. Keep going back because its best locally by far

They say they open at 12pm on fridays , nobody answers phone 15times i called,nothings.... shame cuz I like the food but services wise very poor...

Ordered a peri peri burger and it was amazing, the fries are also so good. Food came within 30 mins and was nice and hot. Keep up the good work vibes.

Have passed this place a few times on the bus and finally got to give it a try...and very glad I did! We had an evening sit in meal at the few tables available. Ordering was quick and easy... Food was served quite quickly given everything was cooked up fresh. We both had the Xmas chicken burger, and the quality and taste of the burger, chips, and onion rings was excellent. Fries had a lovely seasoning with a slight minty taste (which I loved). Tables were clean, and seats very comfortable. Great rock music playing in the background - tho I do wish the heaters were on more as it was a little chilly inside. Service from the staff was also excellent and friendly. All in all, a fantastic first visit - and given how the missus enjoyed her food as well, I'm sure we'll be back again soon!!

Have been to the Hucknall branch twice now, 2nd time after the Christmas light switch on 1-12-2021 I just want to say thank you to the staff for your amazing service skills, couldn't have done more for us. Regular customers cant pre order whilst on the way , due to some random people ordering and not turning up. Not a great way to treat regular customers. Maybe try blacklisting the people who don't turn up , and treating the good paying customers better. Constantly told i can't order over the phone without paying by card....I don't want to pay by card I want to pay by cash same as every other single time I come.

Ordered from uber eats for delivery, spent £20+ Delivery was alot faster than expected so stars for that. However food was cold and the the peri peri burger looked like it had been chewed and then put on the bun, it tasted just like it looked also. Not a positive experience

Spent ( I mean wasted ) over £20 here today. The food was almost cold when it was delivered and one of the burgers was over cooked and very chewy. Also the top part of the bun was burnt. Food should not be sent out like this as it is bad for business. I will not be ordering from here again. Thankfully there is also the Golden Arches in Hucknall.

I love this burger joint the new head chef is really passionate about giving good food. I have now fully converted from Five Guys to this place.

Made a good burger, but the chips weren’t as good as the Arnold Ohannnes and the portion was about half the size. Hoped to have a similar experience as the Arnold one but not quite.

Honestly the food here is great but again I’m so very disappointed with the delivery. We ordered a selection of burgers and they arrived but the mozzarella bites never turned up even after contacting the shop and they said they were on the way very poor!!

What a let down! Previous experiences have been amazing but this order has been terrible. Waiting on food for 2 hours to be told only have one driver available who is only taking 4 orders at a time. Customer service was terrible. Ended up going to the store myself and still wasn't ready. Super disappointing. Wouldnt reccomend to others and use with caution.

Ever feel let down when a picture of a burger looks six inches tall but when you open the box it looks like a pancake? NOT HERE! Prepare yourself to be impressed the Mexican burgers we had today are without doubt the best we have ever had. Tasty, expertly packaged in a pristine establishment manned by well turned out friendly staff• Okay they’re a bit more expensive than the run of the mill burger but you are actually getting a meal that will satisfy you. We will be going back again no worries! UPDATE Have been back several times and enjoyed the food sadly it appears they don’t open during the day presently. Tried their delivery service we are about three or four miles away food arrived on time the chips were as usual to die for and the food was piping hot. The salad had cooked on the burgers though it might be an idea to have a box of salad and a dressing separate to the main meal? Grandson loved his cheese burger alas the chicken in Peri Peri sauce was tough not nice at all I think if you’re going to do gourmet burgers your trimming and preparation of things like chicken breast needs to be spot on this was fatty and had sinew in it which rather let them down. They need to address this issue as they aren’t the cheapest eating out there and at a tad under £25.00 you’d expect better.

Tried to place an order for collection last night. Took a while to get through as phone just rings. Someone eventually answered but hung up on us. Called again and they said they were too busy to take my order so to call back another time. Won't be calling back I'm afraid

Felt welcomed when I came to eat at Ohannes Hucknall by friendly staff members. Food was cooked and served promptly and very delicious ! 100% recommended, will certainly be coming again !

My kids tried this place first and suggested we should all have a takeaway. The prices are a bit higher than normal but WOW the burgers are fab! So are the chips actually. We have already ordered a few times and it is equally as good each time. Worth paying a bit more than Macdonalds for a far better burger.

Ohannes has to be THE best takeaway / restaurant in Hucknall. All the employees are so excellent at what they do, extremely professional and the food is absolutely mint! I can't recommend Ohannes enough, if you're ever in Nottingham you definitely don't want to miss these guys! Best burgers ever! McDonalds is old news 🔥😎

Ordered from Ohannas for the first time this weekend. I tried the Peri Peri Burger and partner had the Swiss Burger. Both burgers were incredibly tasty, with authentic BBQ grilled flavours. We loved the sauces, particularly the mushroom mayo, compliments the food very well. The chips were piping hot, thick cut with great consistency. Filled us both up very nicely. Will certainly be ordering again !

Food quality was good, portions were large and was given an extras box of onion rings, mozzerella sticks and chicken bites because on average its over £20 for two burgers and chips with two cans of coke. Dissapointing thing was even though we collected from 5 mins walk away the food was cold, and the extra onion rings were undercooked.

One of their staff has just physically abused and verbally abused my partner in the hucknall branch, over a parking Space. Totally unacceptable behaviour and definitely not ok in any shape or form. Violence against women should not be tolerated and I would encourage anyone thinking of eating here not to.

Good price quality and service, the owner is very respectful with customers, 5 stars for cleanliness , this was the restaurant we need it . Definitely will be the best choice in Hucknall for a good juicy burgers. Hope to see soon more toppings like blue cheese , mozzarella cheese , parmesan and grilled veggies in the burgers. First time trying here and we were disappointed. Burgers were cold. One was missing cheese that id paid extra for, also missing the mushroom mayo and onions so the swiss burger was a plain burger with a few mushrooms on the bottom! The chicken bites were also soggy so not the greatest. Wouldnt recommend and we wont order from here again.

Hucknall, first visit, was very impressed with the food. Good value for money, price £18.60. Two cheese burgers with seasoned fries plus, two onion rings, two chicken pieces, two cheese sticks, 2 dips. Defo visit again. Excellent burger!!

Fantastic burger! You will be paying the same as a Burger King and a pound or two more than Mc D’s but they are worlds apart. Everything about the food is good, fresh lettuce & beef tomato are just the start with amazing source and onions. The beef patties are a good size, I may try the super size next time! Our Friday lunch at work for year’s has been Chip Shop Friday, from now on it will be Ohannes Friday! £2.50 delivery on Uber again is very good. All round fantastic value for money.

Drove down to the branch only to find it was cash only, no mention of this on website. Wasted journey, it's 2021 and there's a pandemic why are you asking people to handle cash? In answer to the owners reply, It was certainly CASH only when I visited, 1st impressions count for a lot, I spent my money elsewhere.

Placed an order for delivery between 5pm-5.30pm which arrived hot and beautifully packaged at 5.05pm. Lovely hot crispy chips and authentic tasting burgers. So glad it lived up to expectations! First I'd just like to say when the food arrived the chips were a bit cold. Now that's out of the way oh my gosh the food was amazing. The burgers were moist, tender and so flavoursome. The chips (even slightly cold) tasted absolutely amazing. I enjoyed it, my pregnant wife enjoyed it and so did the baby. Will reccomend

Had a delivery from here today as a valentines treat. I had the peri peri pulled chicken burger box, and it was beautiful really really tasty. My bf had the lebowski burger which he said was lovely too. The mozzarella sticks were also really really nice crispy on the outside gooey on the inside, the onion rings were lovely too. The chips were seasoned but didn't taste seasoned? Which was the only let down. The food was nice and hot and delivered very quickly by a lovely pleasant lady. Will certainly order again but maybe not include the chips.

I had the Swiss burger and initially thought the price was a little high but how wrong was I !! The burger arrived on time in a sturdy box with seasoned fries and a small tub of aioli sauce. The burger was top quality and it tasted AMAZING, so were the fries and aioli sauce. I will be back and will ask for extra aioli sauce. Thanks guys a brilliant addition to Hucknall high street.

I was very excited about this famous Burger place in Nottingham. Unfortunately we are so disappointed about our order. First we would like add just caramelized onion and I don't know how they take out everything from burger! So it was so plain burger ! Second was a BBQ burger ( inside NO BBQ SAUCE WOW!) so disappointed. The last thing what make us very unhappy and disappointed was HAIR in the chips, curly black hair. I don't know how to describe my dissatisfied of this food and order! Cheeseburger was very nice. Also packing of everything was nice and pretty, so that's plus.

50 mins late. Phone line is busy when you try to call to cancel. I need food but I cant order something else when I have paid for this but I cant cancel this either. Seriously??!??!!?!?!?!

The presentation and the taste were good, unfortunately the burgers were lukewarm when they were delivered. And my chicken bites were missing. I would order from here again when we're able to walk in and do it, but not for home delivery.
