Kfc in Nottingham

We ordered 4 chicken strip, signature fries,water extra fries and 4 bbq strips We received only 3 bbq very small strips no extra fries When I rang the assistant said I could have the missed items if I fetched them We paid over £20 for the meal which was disgusting actually This is the second time we were short on the order and I am very reluctant to use again I tried to call kfc head office to no avail there seems to be no way of contacting them to complain

The WORST KFC by far! Will never use this KFC again!! Staff are rude and never get food orders right this isn’t the 1st time either its every time you use them! AVOID travel and go to another branch or McDonald’s up the road

Unhelpfull customer service , and attitude, not very helpfull ,front of desk staff . And the wait to get served even though we was front of the cue, was long ,

Been a couple of dozen times over the years. Never been great, but never been as bad as the reviews suggest either. I tend to use Mapperley as it is a lot better. On Saturday we were in Bulwell and fancied lunch so we used the drive through, Ordered two Trilogy Box Meals. They always come with dips when we have them from Mapperley. We weren't asked about our choice of dips when we ordered so we enquired at the window and were told they were already in the bag. Strange, but they wouldn't lie to us would they? Actually, as we found out when we parked up to eat them, the girl in the booth HAD lied to us. By that time we were a couple of miles away so we had just spent around £20 on two incomplete and unsatisfactory meals. Shame, because the rest of the meal was fine. Tried to use the contact form to tell KFC about it but it wouldn't let me submit a report without having something to upload. Good way for KFC to avoid having to do anything - hiding behind technology. Lying about the completeness of a meal is terrible customer service - it's deliberate and it's easily found out. Avoiding discussing it by adding obstructions to the process is also poor. To be honest, I'm beginning to think they don't really care about customer service.

Food was disgusting. Bucket of 6 peices was all legs. Inedible. Dry and rock hard. Wasn’t fit for pig swill.

On our way home, stopped in the car park and used the app to order the drive through, only second time used this method. Order went to Clifton. Called Clifton and they were brilliant with speaking to Gemma at Bulwell and sorting this out with special thanks to Charlotte on the counter for her patience in rectifying my mistake. Food was perfect, thanks, enjoyed by all.

Tried to order 10 fillets at £5.99 Was refused order due to saving food for deliveries. It was only 11.20/11.25pm, still had around 30 minutes of service. Was told fryers and all equipment was turned off at 11pm and the food that I specifically was requesting was saved for delivery orders. Staff on window wasn’t very friendly. Asked to speak to manager(Luke), who kept looking away as to say he wasn’t bothered. Not happy as I always come here during the day and never have a problem. But sometimes when I come in the evenings I do have similar issues. One very unhappy customer, most likely won’t visit this store again. 0 stars!!!! Only putting a 1 as have to.

Ordered my food and as per usual did not give me what ordered zinger meal with wings and side order only got burger and fries burger had very little salad or sauce the manager needs to get this place sorted not good at all. It’s put me off KFC

Waited 35 mins for family feast got it home took bucket of chicken out the bag and bottom of the bucket fell out due to how much grease came out of the chicken it was so greasy

Rubbish outside, staff looking scruffy, didn’t like to think they hadn’t washed there hands, didn’t eat the order, why can’t the managers keep the outside clean and tidy and the staff clean ..

45 min wait for what only can be described as raw/hard chicken, waste of money waste of time, the place needs a health warning :(

Have given this location 3 chances recently but finally had enough. Staff are shocking food is awful had a box meal the chicken was two small pieces of batter. The beans were burnt on the edges of the container. Items were missing. Won't go there again

Ordered 3 banquet boxes One came with no extra fries as ordered also ordered gravy with this on and instead got just beans and the other 2 were ordered with corn on a cob and gravy one came with corn on cob and no gravy as ordered and the other came with just beans which was not ordered it even says on the receipt what we ordered on the bag and it says checked but clearly they didn’t check what so ever will not be ordering from them again.

Literally just drove past and saw a member of staff smoking a cigarette in the door way then i assume she noticed us noticing here because she stepped back inside like we couldn't see her smoking in there!! Don't know if it was a cleaner or someone who deals with food or whatever, either way it's wronnnng. Smoke outside

Worse KFC you will find. Been a few times and always had issues, completely missed half my order so had to wait back in line for another 20 minutes for them to get it right which isn't the first time. Always either out of certain types of chicken, fries or gravy which is ridiculous for a fried chicken fast food chain. If you want to wait an hour to get half of what you've asked for and then for them to tell you that they didn't have what you ordered so decided not to tell you was the best option then go here.

Just been to kfc at bulwell,first time in a long time due to a shocking experience before,saw just 4 cars waiting,thought great this should be quick which was what i needed after a 12 hr day at work,boy was i wrong,after just over 20 mins i got to the speaker to be told, back in a minute,4 mins later i ordered a boneless banquet for one to be told it would be 25 min wait so asked for 2 pieces and chips,20 mins,no reason given,told them not to bother i would go elswhere like several other cars in the queue had done then had to wait 10 mins for the cars in front to leave so that i could get out,dont know what they ordered,couldnt have been chicken,what a waste of time ,will never ever go there again,dont know how they survive with such terrible service and disrega4d for the customer,i know they are a franchise but somebody ought to check out what the hell is going on,there was nobody available at the window to complain to by the time i got there,so much better at nuthall and clifton , no stars from me ,i had to give one,because (its required) for me to submit my review

We drove through the drive - thru. The waiting time was 20. When we was ordering, the tiller said the bonless chicken was still frozen due to a late delivery and they had no salad?? AND, the card machine was not working only taking cash. We had no cash, time was now 35mins, we had to drive away. If you want a good food, good service visit KFC Nutall Road. I will never visit Bulwell again.

Mi amigo tiene autismo y se obsesiona con ciertos alimentos. Una de sus últimas obsesiones es KFC. Esperar prolongado en drive thru, pago no fue tomado en la ventana uno y sólo nos dimos cuenta cuando nos íbamos ventana 2 después de colección que no estaban planeando tomar pago. Sólo después de que se solicite el pago camino! Más tarde, esto fue debido a un miembro del personal en particular que tenía tomó el pedido luego continuó su descanso.

Este lugar está sucio y de vergüenza. No limpio algo o eliminar cualquier basura. Las mesas están cubiertas de comida pasada y salpicaduras y así son las plantas. El personal pretende limpio pero cuando ves luego te das cuenta de que no han hecho nada. El director cuando se enfrentan fue grosero y desdeñoso y amenazadora. su sombra muestra claramente por qué su personal no les importa en absoluto.

Dropped in for a quick takeaway, fast service, plenty to eat between two of us, and really tender chicken. Excellent.

Visited kfc bulwell and used drive in. It was very busty, took 20 minutes to get in and didn't hear anything at first order desk as car queue inpatient went to order window which was closed so finally after queuing fir 30 minutes was check out window. Explained I had not placed order as I could not hear anything and was they cant take order and to go back to back if drive-in quenue or go to another takeaway. I asked for manager who was hard saidy, explained I had not heard the headphone so would it be possible as I had been waiting 30 minutes to get served if she could put my order thru eat-in checkout, haddy the manager refused and said to go elsewhere I explained I felt her attitude Was not helpful and she started arguing with me as a customer. I then in protest to her vile attitude got out of car and went to eat-in and requested her to resolve the matter by putting it thru the till. This manager was on phone to police so quickly. I left kfc feeling badly treated. The checkout staff said to me sorry as lots of people do not hear the headphone and they have to use it as they are doing 2 jobs due to lack of staff on. Don't eat here unless you like wasting your time waiting for hours in the drive-in and like rude kfc staff

Fast food. Not. Took over 25 mins not even busy. Order was wrong. Asked for bbq source. Attitude from staff " ain't got none " asked for tissues. " ain't got none ". Don't like your job, leave it. Chicken so dry. Couldn't eat it. Tables need cleaning. But then again it's a fast food joint. Expectations to high.

Disgusting and really needs to be shut down. This restaurant has put me off KFC for life! The food is awful and the staff don't know what they're doing.

The place always has dirty tables and the staff just don't seem to care. The food sometimes takes ages. Yes you get the advantage of "freshly cooked" but there isn't any kind of urgency about the lethargic people who work there.

First off I should say the food here is standard KFC, I have no problems with the food. The problem is the state of the restaurant. Its hard to find a clean table, the floor is dirty and covered in rubbish. Even the counter is dirty. If like to say it was a one off but it's the same all the time. We actually chose to eat in the car this time as I couldn't stand to stay in the restaurant. I'm trying not to think about what the cleanliness is like in the back where they prepare the food! We won't be going back.

Visited for lunch. Busy, Queue half way across the store yet service was leisurely and unhurried. Dirty uncleared tables, debris on floor around and under tables. Looking through window in Kitchen door showed debris on floor there too. Tables reluctantly cleaned on request, floors clearly needed work, but nothing done during visit. No pride in store, manager invisible. Is this what a KFC should be? I think not. Will not revisit.

The Trilogy meal is a new addition to the tried and tested KFC menu. It includes zinger burger, a piece of chicken fillet, popcorn chicken pieces, a side (we had sweetcorn) and a drink. Although it's a bit expensive, it provides a square meal for £5.99

Terrible customer service and extremely dirty restaurant. food and wrappers everywhere, over flowing bins in and outside.
