Disgusting behaviour by staff, riders shiver outside window and all Indian staff gives a shit about them. They are so inhumane and will keep you waiting until you ask them to cancel the order. Food is also full of salt, kfc seriously needs to hire humans instead of feeling less robots.

Been here a couple of times bought the £8.49 3 piece meal on both occasions they gave me chicken which was not fresh it was very dry and overcooked

Even one star is Too much, the gravy with the gravy MegaBox meal was like water not gravy just water with a bit of brown colour. The chicken skin colour it’s dark which tells you they haven’t changed the oil for a while .

Delivery delayed as driver came the long way in order to deliver to someone else before me stopped there 5 minutes so my order was late and stone cold I’m absolutely disgusted I accept food my be slightly colder but this was unacceptable as I paid for delivery for me not for additional customer orders

The app just told me it was delivered and there was no one outside. so someone else has the food I just paid for...tell your drivers to read the delivery instructions

The worst food i had in a long time the food was cold

Food was terrible it was over cooked and when we called Alfreton Road the customer service was absolutely terrible,will definitely not be ordering from here again and tbh I will be taking this matter further

We only got a delivery. They left out all the mashed potatoes and fries, gave the wrong chicken meal, their were pieces of rice in the popcorn chicken, the popcorn chicken didn’t taste right, and they gave the wrong flavour of fruit shoot. Also, instead of cookies, we got pineapple sticks!! I will never order from here again, and I don’t recommend.

Always enjoy KFC promo. They have 20pcs chicken wings for £7.99. I always love their chicken wings.

Went to this place yesterday, it was quite clean and nice bit i care more about food which that was really good, chicken was crispy and tender overall its a really good place

Just rocked up to buy a KFC wicked variety meal which is advertised on the KFC website for £15.99 collection only. Only to be told I have to order on the app(didnt take my phone with me) They refused to honour that price despite no mention in the website of app orders only. Pathetic customer service. Steer well clear.

The menu couldn’t be further from the speaker if they tried so you’ve no idea what they sell, and what you can see is so dimly lit it’s hardly legible. Can’t see if they’ve got your order right as they’ve covered the screen with a poster of a chicken. Just spent £32 and only got two box meals. One meal and an extra large gravy missing, and KFC is hardly the cheapest of places. No wonder they said they’d put in an extra chips for having to wait… don’t know why I had to wait as we got no food?! I’m sure my dad would’ve liked his 3pc Colonel Meal with large gravy. Had to spread thin what little we had. No receipt in the bag to even go in and complain. Won’t be going again.

Chicken cooked as it should, parking a nightmare here though, but not KFCs fault, it's a shared car park, with a busy small Tesco, i wouldn't come back, not because of the staff or food, but you simply can't park here

felt really bad for the lady behind the till as she was working the till and the drive thru is all by herself. she also had some customers complain to her face about things out of her control. definitely need more staff

Zinger burger dry poor amount of sauce and lettuce. Twister wrap too crispy whole wrap just cracked and all ingredients dropped down. Service very slow only 1 person tried to keep up at counter and still had to prepare fries on her own for orders. Atmosphere like on funeral. This branch goes down the hill not pleased at all
