Staff are great and always do what they can to help but every time I get food from this location it's terrible. Mash is either too wet like water or too thick like wet sand. Chicken is hardly every crispy sometimes the burgers look like a massive chicken nugget from maccies. Need to fire the chefs and get new ones and you cant be doing mans mash like that damn

Small KFC tucked away near Hyson Green and Alfreton Road. Limited parking out front but revamped and clean interior inside. Plenty of seating for a small restaurant and you can either order using touchscreen or at the counter. Staff were friendly and efficient.

customer service is terrible i tried calling 10 times they didn’t pick up which i find out of order as they are less busy than usual right now

We only got a delivery. They left out all the mashed potatoes and fries, gave the wrong chicken meal, there were pieces of rice in the popcorn chicken, the popcorn chicken didn’t taste right, and they gave the wrong flavour of fruit shoot. Also, instead of cookies, we got pineapple sticks!! I will never order from here again, and I don’t recommend it.

Disgusting behaviour by staff, riders shiver outside window and all Indian staff gives a shit about them. They are so inhumane and will keep you waiting until you ask them to cancel the order. Food is also full of salt, kfc seriously needs to hire humans instead of feeling less robots.

it was like eating asbestos so dry sat there all day I couldnt even swallow it.but the real issue was that it was all greyed out when I tried to message the app so had no chance. been coming here for 20 years never going again.

Been here a couple of times bought the £8.49 3 piece meal on both occasions they gave me chicken which was not fresh it was very dry and overcooked

Complained waiting for refund nothing was correct over half items missing nearly 45 pounds and we had 3 fries 3 cans pop &the 3 pecs chicken we did get was no burgers no corn nothing .

Even one star is Too much, the gravy with the gravy MegaBox meal was like water not gravy just water with a bit of brown colour. The chicken skin colour it’s dark which tells you they haven’t changed the oil for a while .

Delivery delayed as driver came the long way in order to deliver to someone else before me stopped there 5 minutes so my order was late and stone cold I’m absolutely disgusted I accept food my be slightly colder but this was unacceptable as I paid for delivery for me not for additional customer orders
