I didn't like the food.dinning area was dirty. washroom was dirty,no toilet paper . although it was a waste of time and money

So lay back dealing with customers.

Not happy as order was missing items. Shouldn’t have to check ourselves if we have the full order. Only found out after reaching home so wasn’t worth returning to the restaurant!

The food was nice and hot and the Chicken was nice and crispy. The staff were very helpful.

The menu couldn’t be further from the speaker if they tried so you’ve no idea what they sell, and what you can see is so dimly lit it’s hardly legible. Can’t see if they’ve got your order right as they’ve covered the screen with a poster of a chicken. Just spent £32 and only got two box meals. One meal and an extra large gravy missing, and KFC is hardly the cheapest of places. No wonder they said they’d put in an extra chips for having to wait… don’t know why I had to wait as we got no food?! I’m sure my dad would’ve liked his 3pc Colonel Meal with large gravy. Had to spread thin what little we had. No receipt in the bag to even go in and complain. Won’t be going again.

Gave us the wrong order, ordered a wicked variety bucket, gave us no hot wings and chicken strips

order was missing some items including the top half of a burger bun 😕

Food came on time but some food was missing

Chicken cooked as it should, parking a nightmare here though, but not KFCs fault, it's a shared car park, with a busy small Tesco, i wouldn't come back, not because of the staff or food, but you simply can't park here

felt really bad for the lady behind the till as she was working the till and the drive thru is all by herself. she also had some customers complain to her face about things out of her control. definitely need more staff

Zinger burger dry poor amount of sauce and lettuce. Twister wrap too crispy whole wrap just cracked and all ingredients dropped down. Service very slow only 1 person tried to keep up at counter and still had to prepare fries on her own for orders. Atmosphere like on funeral. This branch goes down the hill not pleased at all

Waited 2 hours for my delivery, didn’t get a single update on the time everytime I checked it said the same time, then after the 2 hours they changed it to delivered

What just happened with my delivery? While the delivery arrived on time everything after that was awful. Fries were missing from the order and the the chicken bits were dry and felt like rubber. Chicken felt like it was re-heated leftovers from yesterday. Paid 43 GBP for a very awful service that made me wish I ordered in the Bulwell KFC instead. Moreover, the bad quality of food seems to be a constant problem in this particular restaurant as when i ordered from another restaurant, I never had any problems with food. If you want KFC, buy it anywhere but here. This place singlehandedly tarnishes the reputation of the KFC brand in Nottingham.

It’s a shame you even have to give them one star, with the absolute shambles of what the staff and food were, oblivious staff who spent more time chatting to each other while our food sat there on the side waiting for the chips, by time we got our food we just wished we hadn’t bothered, we received two sorry looking burgers, with a piss poor amount of lettuce which were slapped together carelessly, will never bother here again, not worth £17!!!!

Driver had the food on him longer than 25 minutes and all the food was cold.

Always get the order wrong and wait is always upwards of 30 minutes for collection orders.

Prices at KFC have gone up but also the portion size gone down sadly not the best for customers also taste bit different maybe 🤔

I bought one of the juiciest Family bucket of 10 on Sunday. Nothing missing this time. Then later during this week I bought the promotional bucket of 20 via the App. Store Manager and serving crew member were exceptional when I encountered a little problem with the App. Keep it up.

The chicken burgers where chewy and dry they went in the bin

always leaving out items. Food is good, but you guys always forget to put something in the bag, look at the paper and put the things in the bag next time, thanks. 🫥

Food quality is not good, given me cold food had to warm it up myself. Service not at top standards, employees there are lazy and don't smile, always moody, not coming to this branch ever again. There's always mess when I go, Food waste on floor, the waste bin always full spilling out. Puts me off, dirty tables. Fix up it's KFC Should be on top of everything.

We went in to order the food,they not even ask if we eating in or take away. We had order beans and a dip bites and they pack us no fork and the water is warm. And there tables are dirty drink an food on them. Wouldn't recommend never coming to this place again.👎👎

Only one person taking orders and dealing with delivery orders and handling out food was a long wait.

I ate with my son and after an hour I got a stomach ache and my son and I.. the meat in the burger looks dark brown, I suspected that something was wrong..

Low quality of chicken!! Just order two pieces of chicken and one piece was ok and other one was very small .more smaller than the chicken wing.

The order machine is quite smooth. Not big and less seaters. So many orders to handle, not every to do the clean up.

food arrived on time drive a very pleasant didn't know that I had gave him a tip, food was average, warmed up chicken yet again I don't think I've ever had fresh chicken from the Alfredton Road outlet.
