KFC in Nottingham

the order came an hour late and cold

The food was 1 & a half hours & cold when it arrived .... not a happy lady after spending £60

My order wasn’t delivered, still waiting for a refund

Food was cold by the time it had arrived

i apid for 12 peice bucket and got 8 peaces of chicken

Do not order the Two mini fillet burgers deal if you want your teeth in tack so chewy and dry nothing compared to when you have a normal meal

Food from kfc is good. Staff here are not. Was ignored 3 times by someone when I went up to the counter. He literally turned his back. When noticed by other member of staff he passed me onto someone else. She was very unhelpful and said she couldn't help the fact that the order I'd paid for online wasn't on their system. So had to purchase again and wait ages to get my food. Absolutely rubbish.

the driver did not give the ordered Pepsi in the set

They have wonderful staffs like Shahil,he really give customers a nice treat and we will always Love to see his nice smile as well

It is a Magic place, full of interesting people fast and reliable. I ordered chicken meal box and it tastes nice and juicy. Specially in the weather there is really warm heart upstairs and downstairs.

The food great but why instead 4 chips portions I received 3??

The delivery driver didn’t come to specified delivery spot and demanded i went to meet him. Given the fact his service was delivering the food to me he was incredibly rude when it was his mistake not mine. The inability to meet in the correct spot combined with the rude attitude of the deliverer led to me being dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

Always disappointed! Portions are extremely tiny!! £5.99 for 3 teeny tiny portions of chicken!!! Disgusting!!! Also, Flaming wrap was cold as always!!! Waste of money!!!!!

This KFC has a lot of monitor where you can order it easier and faster. Besides, I tried the stuffing tower and it was amazing. I didnt need to wait for long for my meal to come out after I ordered it. They have spacious place upstairs and the toilet was decent one. Good job for KFC Milton Street

The food was really good. The quality of the chicken and fries was very impressive. The staff was quite friendly and pleasant to interact with. I would recommend this kfc to everyone.

Hot, crispy and tasty. Just as wanted

On 8th December at 2:31 am the lady who was serving the customer was extremely rude and ignorant, few delivery drivers were standing there for 30 minutes and we could see that they were asking her to pass on the food to them, but she wasn’t responding at all, also she got so frustrated that she shouted to get out from the restaurant to those delivery drivers, I feed bad for those drivers who work during cold and rain but literally no respect for them. Please teach teh staff members common courtesy as will as empathy.

Worst KFC branch I’ve been too. Took over 17 minutes to get a might bucket, one female staff member was extremely rude. Other than that it’s KFC, get what u expect

Delivery much slower than stated. Chips were very stale.

The food was way to over cooked, off and oily, the fries were way too salty and no chicken popcorns? Overall the food was disgusting we couldn’t finish the food and now I feel sick after eating that oily chicken

i’ve ordered the bucket, burger & additional popcorn chicken, you’ve gave me only one popcorn chicken the rest is here but we are without the additional popcorn chicken so can that be refunded please.

I was on a zoom call due to finish at 2030, my request for a 2035 delivery was totally ignored and was delivered at 2010! What’s the point an a preferred time if it’s just going to be ignored!

Normally I don’t do reviews on KFC, McDonald’s, subway, etc. But this KFC actually blew my mind. I came in around 11pmish on a weeknight and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just BEAUTIFUL. I ordered on the self serve kiosk and when I entered the shop the staff greeted me with a heads up (that’s the best because I’m an introvert) I got 2pc chicken and one southern rice and mash potatoes. The staff were so generous and very nice, they gave me extra chicken and EXTRA EXTTA portions of the sides. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely go back.

but your delivery driver left my food on my cold door step and took off with my bottle off drink that should of come with my food .So im not happy I didn't know that my food was outside it was on the off chance I was going to put rubbish in my bin .Or otherwise it would still be outside so the delivery service is apooring

Had a hospital appointment and on my return decided to purchase KFC from the milton street store. I have a dissability so i needed something to eat when i get home. I ordered 3 pieces meal. The chicken was slimy and very oily so i had to throw it away and go to my bed hungry, i tried to call the KFC to complain but the number did not ring out. Shame on you KFC i will not waste my money on your so called chicken Ever Again DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
