Customer was excellent the staff was friendly and food good quality, the assisted me in choosing the best price and package for my family

Edit: last two days 3 of us have been ill with stomach problems after eating here. The one with the leftovers worst of all. Thinking food poisoning --Original review:-- Received wrong item in my order and the toilet was covered top to bottom in urine. Staff all looked like they really didn't want to be there. Won't be eating here again

Normally I don’t do reviews on KFC, McDonald’s, subway, etc. But this KFC actually blew my mind. I came in around 11pmish on a weeknight and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just BEAUTIFUL. I ordered on the self serve kiosk and when I entered the shop the staff greeted me with a heads up (that’s the best because I’m an introvert) I got 2pc chicken and one southern rice and mash potatoes. The staff were so generous and very nice, they gave me extra chicken and EXTRA EXTTA portions of the sides. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely go back.

but your delivery driver left my food on my cold door step and took off with my bottle off drink that should of come with my food .So im not happy I didn't know that my food was outside it was on the off chance I was going to put rubbish in my bin .Or otherwise it would still be outside so the delivery service is apooring

The shop was supposed to be open at 11.30 and at 11.40 there is still no show of opening the store. Very poor service

Had a hospital appointment and on my return decided to purchase KFC from the milton street store. I have a dissability so i needed something to eat when i get home. I ordered 3 pieces meal. The chicken was slimy and very oily so i had to throw it away and go to my bed hungry, i tried to call the KFC to complain but the number did not ring out. Shame on you KFC i will not waste my money on your so called chicken Ever Again DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

i really loved the chicken and it was amazibobs the taste was sexy and it was so nice that i chucked it in the bin thank you kfc milton street for this experience and i will NOT be coming back due to a male named charlie parks came up to me and said oi give me your chicken or i will shank you, he proceed to pull out a machete and put it to my chin thank god raph the kfc manager came out and ruby tackled charlie parks and it was all safe and sound. i am good mates with the manager now and the police came a few moments later to the kfc manager putting coke over him

I am dissapointed with the way I did not get an update on my order. I waited approximately 2hrs for the app to automatically say my food was delivered when it was not. I did not recieve any communication from any rider to let me know where the food was

Chicken not over cooked or undercooked. Seemed ok, though the meat on the drumsticks seemed a little brown. The chips taste amazing. Love the new seasoned taste.

After picking up my order, the driver took a strange route, probably picking up/dropping off other orders. My delivery time changed from 6 minutes to 13, then finally 17 minutes. Delivery took almost an hour from order to arrival.
