The chicken pieces have shrunk, not as good value as it used to be 😢

Had to wait over thirty minutes for my table service meal, went to the counter and still had to wait. The lobby host intervened and got it sorted with extras, fantastic fella, thanks.

2 chicken burgers were overcooked, and really small fillets, took ages to arrive as always delivering more than one order, so 4th drop and food was cold, most of it went in the bin.

I ordered today zinger rice box and I received it in a box which is not the regular square box instead I got it in box convenient for chicken.also the rice is missing no cutleries nor tissues for a takeout.i was waiting for my order since long time and when I questioned the female staff she seemed rude.very poor experience overall.will completely avoid visiting this centre for sure always not pleasant.

The service was awful from the lady with short blonde hair, colored round glasses and tattoo on left forearm. Miserable as. Two young lads asked her something, answer was No.. When my colleague questioned our order, the response was rude and abrupt and then smirked as we walked away.. Got the food back in the van... The drinks were just full of ice so there was hardly any drink in it. Fries were thrown, cold and soggy and chicken was greasy. Never again. £8.99 for bad service and rubbish food

Food from kfc is good. Staff here are not. Was ignored 3 times by someone when I went up to the counter. He literally turned his back. When noticed by other member of staff he passed me onto someone else. She was very unhelpful and said she couldn't help the fact that the order I'd paid for online wasn't on their system. So had to purchase again and wait ages to get my food. Absolutely rubbish.

Do not order the Two mini fillet burgers deal if you want your teeth in tack so chewy and dry nothing compared to when you have a normal meal

It is a Magic place, full of interesting people fast and reliable. I ordered chicken meal box and it tastes nice and juicy. Specially in the weather there is really warm heart upstairs and downstairs.

The food great but why instead 4 chips portions I received 3??

The delivery driver didn’t come to specified delivery spot and demanded i went to meet him. Given the fact his service was delivering the food to me he was incredibly rude when it was his mistake not mine. The inability to meet in the correct spot combined with the rude attitude of the deliverer led to me being dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

Always disappointed! Portions are extremely tiny!! £5.99 for 3 teeny tiny portions of chicken!!! Disgusting!!! Also, Flaming wrap was cold as always!!! Waste of money!!!!!

This KFC has a lot of monitor where you can order it easier and faster. Besides, I tried the stuffing tower and it was amazing. I didnt need to wait for long for my meal to come out after I ordered it. They have spacious place upstairs and the toilet was decent one. Good job for KFC Milton Street

The food was really good. The quality of the chicken and fries was very impressive. The staff was quite friendly and pleasant to interact with. I would recommend this kfc to everyone.

On 8th December at 2:31 am the lady who was serving the customer was extremely rude and ignorant, few delivery drivers were standing there for 30 minutes and we could see that they were asking her to pass on the food to them, but she wasn’t responding at all, also she got so frustrated that she shouted to get out from the restaurant to those delivery drivers, I feed bad for those drivers who work during cold and rain but literally no respect for them. Please teach teh staff members common courtesy as will as empathy.
