Crazy bad. Smell bad, all crack heads in.

The worst place for food been as bad as this staff ignorant food cold anvoid discusting no pizzasno burgers this place is a joke replace staff as they are sarcastic food with no drink when states drink,been 3 years nothing has changed food ,asked for soft egg chips hard meat cold and dry peas mixed colour ,flies all a round meal at least I hope the flies enjoy the meal ,£32 wasted never again ,drink was ok

A strange one, I was here meeting friends. The beer is cheap and so is the food but it's good. Lots of noise and special guests.

Great place to drink and eat staff are friendly and helpful prices are fantastic and food really good plus wide selection of real ales.

Grotty place the staff spend more time chatting and messing about outside and are far too tired to wipe the tables clean which are a sticky mess, It would appear the staff have more pressing issues to deal with that isn't customer or job related, Ask for a damp cloth and the member of staff wanders off into the kitchen not to be seen again, Not put off I ask another member of staff and I'm given a bunch of dry hand towels, My advice avoid it like the plague unless filthy tableware what you look for in a pub.

One of the quieter Spoons. Had small TV showing Euro football. Recommend for a bargain pint and usual Spoons fodder.

Its a Wetherspoons so as you'd expect, reasonably priced drinks, good atmosphere and pretty busy most of the time. We also had breakfast here good food with super quick service

Tables where tidy had to ask someone to clean it young girls where misable had to ask for sauce as all sauce bottles where empty if the staff don't like there job leave and move on only one lady was really nice long black hair

Probably the worst spoons in the city. It is often unclean and filled with drunk and disorderly even during the day.

It is a very good wetherspoons, I like to go upstairs and get a window seat overlooking the city Square. The food is nice for what you pay for it. The drinks are cheap and they have a good selection of real ales. It gets quite lively on a weekend and a good atmosphere.

decent place - shame that it was more like a crèche than a pub - i asked the staff if they could sort it out- said no . so just listened to two screaming children - karen and helen - to be told to stop it and also the mother used appalling language with them . drinks were nice . blonde male bar staff a bit rude . the other male bar staff was lovely disabled toilets filthy

Very quiet at 8.20am breakfast OK but burnt toast today

The acoustics are odd in here. Sit upstairs and you can hear everything being said by people from the crowded downstairs amplified. Maybe because of the oddly angled concrete ceiling and peculiar voids. Whatever it is , it creates an unpleasant cacophony upstairs. Take earplugs. Fabulous view onto the old market square. We were fortunate to see a magnificent wedding party posing for pix. Trams 🚊 pass directly outside.. shops all around.

A busy pub in central Nottingham. Good vegetarian food options but not so good for vegans. Friendly staff and a good eating environment away from the front bar area.

After sitting at the table for 10 mins and ordering via the app, the food came fairly quickly. I just wish that you'd be on top of cleaning the tables! I had to ask when we received our drinks.

Absolutely terrible staff need to work on there people skills, my advice is stay away!!!

There were only 2 people at the bar, one was being served. Another person walked up to the bar and a barman walked straight up to them to serve them. I stated l was next and was completely ignored. i asked for their name and was told by the barmaid she was new and did not know his name - seriously? I then asked to speak to the manager and was told they were too buy - honestly,, when someone makes a complaint they are too busy! I walked out without purchasing a meal and a drink. If this is your way of running a business then this is one customer you will not get back. Surely there is someone on the premises to deal with customer satifisfacion or does that not bother you. I only used this premise as it was convenient for my business and staff metings but will no longer be doing so. I would like to thnk there would be a response but looking at previous feedback l will not hold my breath. I am proud to own a business in Nottingham but l doubt you feel the same way.

To say it's in the heart of the city it definitely need a refurb it is looking well run down and attracting undesirables shame

Second visit here and wasn't disappointed. Food was excellent and very inexpensive.

Waited 90 minutes for a buger to be told we'd been overlooked. Asked for a drink as a form of compensation, told "no chance!" Asked to see manager he was too busy in the kitchen. Got said drink, then rushed cooked food was not freshly cooked, burger was burnt next burger was burnt. Not what you expect from a Wetherspoons! Never again.

Some loud mouth drunks in some older folk were a bit upset but staff dealt with them well.

Unfortunately the food was awful and cold. The pint of Carling downstairs was good but the one upstairs was awful

Fab afternoon, a few drinks and a lovely sharwama wrap which was delicious .hubby had chicken basket and a beer , staff were rushed off there feet but were very helpful and apologetic

Had a breakfast there it came to the table in under 2 minutes. 1 egg was over cooked the other egg undercooked the bacon was hard and hidden under the toast .it was cold and pretty much disgusting

By far the worst weatherspoon iv been to ,ok I don't expect ala cart ,but come on it was curry night and My curry was cold and they forgot half my order , my partners was the same. Nan breads and poppadoms where dripping cooking oil and nan breads had clearly been heated up in the microwave opinion Baja's where discusting god knows what the did to them raw in the middle burnt on the outside . Horrible place poor atmosphere and I won't be coming back.

Had a beyond burger bun was lovley what I didn't like was the fact that all tables bunched up on top of each other feeling you couldn't turn sideways without bashing heads luckily the table right behind me was empty until I was around finished so fortunately for me I was only viewing this experience of others 😱 the service was swift and pleasant I would come back for a burger takeout but wouldn't want to be crammed in here to dine if it was any busier 😏

Busy place and quite popular among local people. Personally I am visiting this pub because they serve very strong coffee and price is much lower than anywhere else around. They serve traditional pub classics food as well as English breakfast and that's a huge plate with a good food. I'd recommend You to book a table before the next visit for longer stay.

Full of drunks but the prices came be beat

It was horrible I ordered a jacket tata with beans n butter and got it and it was a pile of poo. I complained about it because it has the smallest amount of beans on it and no butter at all the potato wa tiny n they gev me loads of lettuce with was not necessary just to cover up the tiniest amount they are discriminating and are careless about your food the waitress was very rude barely gave me and more beans and I was really not happy 😡

Typical Weatherspoons. Value for money food, good beer and nice surroundings. And in this case a very welcoming doorman.

Not really my kinda place ,not the cleanest place in the world ,staff not particularly friendly, food passable but only just

before train had a few wines and an apple crumble. It looks on to a main square and had good views from upstairs

Having ordered 2 children’s breakfasts (bacon, egg, sausage, hash brown etc ) via the app for my 3 & 5 year old, a waitress advised after payment that it wasn’t available. Was given the option of changing so amended to scrambled egg on toast and bacon butty. She then returned with another waitress to take FURTHER payment to cover the difference between the deal and the revised order even though there was less food. To top it off the 2nd waitress told the 1st to take back the YoYo snacks which were part of the original deal = unhappy 3 year old.

Fair. Food and drink are nice and cheap. Had a full English breakfast with a few beers 🍻 great value.

Worst spoons I've been to - lots of morose staff milling behind the bar, but very slow service - bought x2 Leffes, flat as a pancake , food average at very best .....never been in a spoons where I've said, I will not be back ! Awful !

Orderd leffe blonde guy behind bar poured 2 pints of froth, then continues to pour causing 2 flat beers, never gone to a weatherspoons and said never again

Yeah, tough one. Nipped in for a drink to kill half an hour before heading off to a gig. Couldn't really wait to get out of I'm being frank. Folk were waiting forever for food and it didn't appear to be worth the wait. Nothing was being cleared away with any great rush and we headed off quickly in search of somewhere more, well, Functional.

An uninspiring pub with no atmosphere. In need of a complete makeover or better still, shut it down.

Chez took care of us and is someone we look forward to seeing every time we come here. Makes our night every time we come in with his excellent customer service. I

Walked in, walked out I'm sorry to say. Felt dated and dingy and not very pleasant.

Went for coffee wasn't very warm dont think go again 😕

Ordered breakfast here this morning… 1.) the eggs was like rubber and well over cooked 2.) The bacon was black! 3.) The sausages was warm with no flavour 4.) the beans was cold and hard 5.) the hash browns was okay, toast was okay too The staff member that served me had nothing to smile about. This place has really gone down hill such a same I think the chef should think about a new profession.

We had a meal the problem was the plates were cold which made the food cold before you had finished eating, this would be much better if the plates had been warmed witch you think would be a standard procedure. P Hall.

Conor was so nice he was really nice and he was nice to his colleagues. He genuinely needs a promotion because the happiness he brings to every shift I see him at is impeccable. good on him.

It's bang in the market Square in the centre of Nottingham with a really wide entrance/ first bit of the pub with a lot of seats and standing area which makes it great for meeting up. There are 2 floors so past the downstairs bar are plenty of seats and tables for eating or just drinking. In true Wetherspoons style the toilets are down 2 flights of stairs. Upstairs is a bit smaller but there is a good view over the market Square (although the square itself leaves a lot to be desired) and if you are seated upstairs there are toilets on the same floor 😉 Let's face it for a central city pub it's kept very clean, it's fairly busy, it's cheap, the service from the staff and waitresses is usually pretty quick and good. There is no parking but the trams stop literally outside the front door, the buses are just up the road. It's a great place to start a day/night around Nottingham, I'd even go as far as to say it's the 'new left lion' which if you are from Nottingham you'll know what I mean.

Visited on a Saturday evening, very busy as expected but service was quick

My friend and i arrived today for our breakfast it was our first time here and will be our last, i ordered our food I specifically asked for my egg well done. We sat down i went to get our drinks but the hot chocolate wasn't working in one of the machines so i tried the other unfortunately the hot chocolate was not drinkable. I made the staff aware and one of them sorted it. Out food arrive 38 mins later for my eggs to be runny which I specifically requested for them to be hard. I had to take my food back and i had to wait a further 5mins, there so called traditional breakfast was not only cold but did not look appetising at all the bacon was rock hard the toast didn't come with butter the eggs were runny the ash brown looked like it had be sitting there for hours not fresh at all and the food was cold. I made a complaint to the manager who apologised and said he would replace my friend’s breakfast with a full english but we would have to wait another 5 mins. 10 mins later I've had to ask were the good is for them to bring it out 5 mins after that and than it was the same as what they gave my friend earlier. It’s been a long time that I've come to a restaurant with appalling food and customer service. I will not be coming here again the worst breakfast i have had.

Typical Wetherspoons pub. Very busy Saturday lunch as Forest were playing at home. As a result, tables were very slow to be cleared but the food was okay and excellent value.
