KFC in Nottingham

Este lugar era tan malo que casi vomité después de comer la comida. la comida estaba fría y tenía pelos en ella, creo que incluso vi una rata! El servicio al cliente era terrible y no me sentí bienvenido. Este restaurante es una de las peores cadenas de kfc en Inglaterra.

The touchscreens are not good enough. My daughter cannot use them as she doesn't press hard enough, and when I try to scroll it often treats my swipes as taps at either the start or end.

Comfortable environment, efficient ordering, friendly staff

Chicken tasted freshly prepared, chips were crispy too and didn’t taste like they’d been sat there all day and refried. Service was good, restaurant was clean. All in all a good experience

I ordered rice box - forstly need to wait if I can get that then it should be with grilled fillets and at home I found out that I got crispy fillets. Secondly There wasn't hot drinks..

Best KFC we have been around Nottingham for the past couple of months. Last time we were there, we ordered tower burger set and hot wings. Not having to wait at all, wasnt even any queue. Service was quick and food was freshly cooked and above standard. Would recommend to anyone around city centre or WB area. 👍

Had a great experience at the drive-thru! The staff were quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I ran into a small issue with the card machine, but they handled it smoothly and got me back on the road in no time. I haven’t dined in yet, but I’ll definitely be returning. I’ve visited several KFC locations across the country, and this one truly stands out as one of the best.

I had a great experience at KFC Daleside! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from KFC — crispy chicken, tasty fries, and quick service. What really made the visit stand out was the staff, especially Nathan. He was polite, helpful, and made sure our order was correct with a smile. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The place was clean and well-managed too. Definitely coming back again, thanks Nathan and the Daleside team!

Went through the drive though, staff were prompt and very helpful. Had an issue with the card machine and staff were brilliant in fixing the issue and sending me on my way! Haven’t been in to sit and eat but will deffo me back. I’ve been to a few KFC’s around the country and this one is much better.
