Pagué un buen dinero por un cubo de pollo de la familia consiguió solo piernas y thay donde sobrecocinado y 2 piezas donde falta a pesar de que nosotros donde los únicos allí nos dijeron que aparcar y esperar 20 minutos después nuestra comida incorrecta nos dio cuando llegamos a casa tuvimos que tirar la comida y pedir chino para los niños Pasé 45 minutos llamando por teléfono solo para estar fuera de cada llamada la comida era asquerosa y el personal parecía sucio y simplemente no mostró ningún interés en ese trabajo simplemente asqueroso y siento que nosotros donde robaron no vamos allí es basura

The manager kept me waiting and didnt even offer me a drink when i had been there for an interview. I then had to order a burger and all they did was made me wait 20 mins for the same and it was cold . It was gross.

Half the items were missing, chips tasted like they had been forgotten in the bottom of the fryer for 2 weeks, rice was just 1 lump, but the delivery driver was brilliant.

Never had such poor service in my life, I was waiting at the drive through bay for over 15min, said hello at the bay several times and was never once acknowledged, so just assumed the machine was out of order. As cars were queueing up behind us I thought to go to the window and place my order, to which a server saw us and close the window on us, without even speaking to us. When she eventually opened the window, we explained what happened, she promptly refused to serve us. Once again we explained what happened and she said we could only get served if we went through the drive through again as she was on a timer for customers who were behind us. We then saw a lady who appeared to be the duty manager which was very rude, and simply said she was not taking any orders or payments there and then and to turn around. Which at that point we got very frustrated and went around to only find another five cars to be served before us. We gave up. There was no apology for the wait or even for the inconvenience and no attempt to rectify the issue. I hope something is done about this because it doesn't look like customer service is the priority at KFC. Can't wait for Popeyes to open down the roadsoon cos I will never use this KFC again and I hope you lose all your business.

Delicious food, friendly delivery driver

Fries were almost cold had to throw in bin other chicken was ok except for popcorn that was almost cold as well. Had to make my own fries

Super slow service, visibly filthy floor in the food prep area, just served by young staff that were clearly overworked and not able to cope. Updated to 1 star, recent order we collected was missing 2 sides, they never anser the phone so you cant complain either!

Went through the drive thru this evening, lovely lady taking the order but unfortunately this is where our good experience ended. Didn't order too much but once home found half the food missing, we went back and told staff, received no apology and acting like they wasn't even interested, also placed an order we was asked to pick up for someone and wasn't surprised that half of that was missing too. 2 staff members hanging around a bin in the car park smoking and bins overflowing. Was very hot inside the restaurant when we went back to sort the missing food and pick up another order. I don't think we will be visiting again for our payday treat.

Delivery driver very obnoxious and rude when delivering to my work place he was in an uber car with a passenger in the front seat next to him he didn’t believe to order at this address even though I had an order to this address yesterday with no issu

Food was okay, salad was a little old looking on rice box but everything else was yummy. The whole place stunk like urine and it was boiling hot in there. That much so we had to go eat in the car park in the car.

Food has I'm sad to say gone downhill bit bland the staff where nice but looked like they just wanted to go home which is fair enough There where children kicking up a stir in the corner Recommend going slightly further and finding another one if you realy want KFC or just go to another fast food/ restaurant

THe whole meal was terrible the chips looked and tasted like they were cooked last week and the chicken was very dry. Im very disappointed as I've always enjoyed KFC sorry but I won't be ordering again and it didn't help it being late

Food is nice, but on this occasion I didn’t have a very good experience as my food was wrong so I drove back and it was wrong again, Ben on the drive through, I’ve never seen an employee for kfc with such passion and respect and manners, he did everything he could to ensure I was happy and to rectify it. He was the face of kfc for me. Very great job and well mannered. He made me want to come back again. Please ensure he is noticed for his hard work and receives praises. I’m in this industry myself and what a great job he does for kfc. Thanks for the wonderful customer service my mate. Good job keep working hard you’ll go far.

Easily the worst KFC in Nottingham. 2nd time coming and will be the last. Staff have no interest in service, table service involves shouting your order number across the restaurant for you to pick up from the til. The food is minimal with the zinger burger having exactly 3 pieces of chopped lettuce. Won't be coming back !

It's a bit smaller than I remember

Traté de ordenar aquí hoy. Después de ver lo sucio que era el autoservicio hasta que decidí pedir en el mostrador. Esperó y esperó, pero no hasta que alguien en la cola preguntó si se les serviría, todos fuimos recibidos con un no grosero que necesita pedir en las otras cajas. Esto se encontró con protestas de necesito ordenar aquí, no quiero usarlos, etc, etc, a la joven no le importaba. Dije que si tengo que usarlos no pediré, no tuve absolutamente ninguna respuesta - me fui sin pedir y no volveré. No sé si esta es una nueva iniciativa de KFC o solo este sitio, si es un sitio que estaré encantado de pedir en otro sitio, si no, no visitaré KFC nunca más.

Please guys check your food before driving off, whatever you ordered is in the bag. Missing items

Simple order: -flaming wrap, snack box and 2 tango, hot bites and 2 hot wings Poor food. And waited 30 minutes for the food to be COLD. As in COLD. Why did I wait 30 mins for cold food? Staff is poor. Never coming to this kfc again. Food was horrendous. I wish to have talked to a manager.

Delivery took an hour and ten minutes to arrive. The quality of the food was poor, it looked like a monkey had prepared it. The food was cold and the chicken was like eating rubber. I will not be ordering anything from there again.

Good food and cooked well, staff are quick to serve and you usually don't have to wait long.

Really poor decision by KFC to not allow customers to order at the tills. If I want to customise an order, the kiosk doesn't give you the option to do this. If I don't eat the breast of the chicken (for example), you can't select this at the kiosk. Asking the server to order at the till was non-existent. No flexibility. Appreciate this may be a management decision, but there is also customer service interaction, which was really poor

I called the restaurant after I placed an order and they 100% helped me out. The food was hot fresh and on time.

Great service and food was good.

ordered 5 pieces of chicken, all of which were leg portions. The general mix is a 50/50 with breast portions, which have a far larger chicken content. To summarise, I'm not at all happy with the breast to leg ratio!

Order not complete missing chicken fillet burger

My macdonalds order didn't arrive, it says it was delivered but it wasn't. I have been trying to contact someone to help but with no success. There is nothing on the app for me to report an order that wasn't delivered

i ordered a fillet tower burger because i like the hash brown with the chicken but it turned up without the hash brown , very disappointed

Staff were not nice. When ordering, I picked up the table number or so called “bucket beacon” and they simply said we do not bring food to the table. The screen said order ready, I went to ask and they said 5 more minutes. The place was dirty in general and all the tables had crumbs on them. There are no options for people with dietary restrictions. No tea or coffee was available either.

Staff are morons. Never able to get an order right. Always demanding higher wages, yet unable to even look at a screen and place items in a bag from the cooked items rack. Utterly hopeless. No matter what they say, ALWAYS check your order. They WILL stuff it up. And low and behold, go there again, asked the woman if the order was right. She "Assured" me it was correct. Get home, and to my "surprise" they left out Sweet chilli bites and gave us two piece of corn. Just avoid this trash excuse of a franchise, they are utterly hopeless at EVERYTHING they do.

Food was wrong so dissatisfied

On multiple occasions now we have ordered 6 and 4 piece meals and have only been given chicken legs...no breast or thigh portions. Not good enough. This was the case with this order too. 4 legs only. We hope people pay attention to this before ordering. We complained to Just Eat who refused a refund for some BS reasonin around the restaurant had actually supplied chicken. Beware.

Update. Ordered a 14 piece chicken bucket(plus extras). 10 drum sticks and 4 god knows. Fumming! Absolutely the worst kfc I have ever known. AVOID! My first order was a 10 piece family bucket plus other bits. After getting through traffic(Ladybay bridge closed) and getting home we found only 5 pieces, called the restaurant and spoke to the manager(Josie)who then asked me to wait on the phone while she asked the person doing the chicken. Was then told he must of got mixed up with a 6 piece dinner?! That would have been a bonus as I would only miss 1 piece and not 5. Was then kindly given a code to replace my half filled bucket with a replacement on my next order. Next order.. Asked for 3 sides of beans (none available) ok I get that a busy restaurant can run out, but beans?? They live in a tin to 10 years!!! Got the order home. 10 piece dinner was 6 tiny legs and 4 thighs.. doesn’t a chicken also have a breast?? Apparently under new management?! Terrible franchise. 100% lost a customer.

Watched the driver on the map got to several different shops and make several different stops before making my delivery. My food is freezing cold and inedible

The staff were miserable and unhelpful, I saw a server casually sweeping the floor behind the counter in between packing food without washing her hands. The Chicken was overcooked and dry and soaking wet with grease and the chips had all speckles of black on them. I threw all of it in the bin, won't be going there again. It's bad really, because the products are good, it's just the way it's been cooked and presented.

I live down the road so its my closest takeaway, unfortunately quite often my order will be missing items after being handed my order. I'm not one that likes to check my order when it's handed over, I'd like to think its not hard to read a list of 4-5 items and make sure they're in the bag before handing it over to the customer but it happens around every 1 in 3 orders so I'm forced to check now in case I'm missing anything. Otherwise, the food is great and the staff are mostly friendly.

In my comments left for the staff both my requests were ignored.which is rude.why have it there.when your not going to read it. Chicken was warm and chips were cold not worth nearly £40 that’s for sure

After following the drivers route it was obvious he had other deliveries before mine. Food was cold when delivered.

Absolutely awful.....ordered a mini fillet meal, was told to wait in a bay for 4 minutes, i was still waiting 20 minutes later, but when they did appear they had missed the drinks. Then when we came to take the order out of the bag, no chips and double sides.......!!! Attempted to ring for half an hour, but it would ring off. When I placed the order at the drive in the chap serving was rude and ignorant, no please or thank you, just couldn't be bothered. An absolute shambles.....avoid!!!!

I wouldn't even give this place or justeat a 1 star to be honest. Firstly the food was undercooked and drenched in so much sauce it was basically like a casserole. Then it was just left on my doorstep without any notification it had arrived. Hence cold and a mess when I realised. Finally after a week of not responding to my complaint justeat then say they cannot help. Total shambles both of them. I won't be going anywhere near this place or justeat agin.

didn't get my order. the tracker came to the location and said look out for your driver within 30 seconds said food delivered no sign of the driver or the order stood there waiting for an extra 10 minutes thinking it was a glitch. but no still no food and no sign of the driver

Firstly I just found the food on my doorstep with no notification from the delivery driver they had arrived. So it was cold when I realised it had just been left there. Secondly there was far too much mayo and sauce in the burger. To the point where I couldn't even hold it without it falling part. Finally onr of the wings seemed to be badly cooked. Like a black colour. So a shambles really and would exoect better. Far better.
