First time we have been to KFC. The team spent time explaining what meal deal or boxed meal deals there were even came up to the tableau asked if everything was alright for us. Will be coming again.

We ordered the dipping boneless feast and the chicken was very dry and overcooked, we asked for a large gravy and a large bean and our child had a burger box meal we asked for beans with that too. But beans wasn't on the menu there seemed to be some confusion as to why because when we got our food we got 2 large beans and one reg gravy. The service was good and staff was friendly however the food wasn't great we left a little disappointed this evening.

It would be great if the cleaning could be improved, such as better wiping of tables or more thorough sweeping of the floors.

Was meant to come 20:35 to 20:45 but arrived at 21:27pm. Chips gravy and corn were very cold and chicken was just warm enough.

I popped in last night and picked up a fillet burger. I got home and it wasn’t what I ordered. Thought it give em the benefit of the doubt. Today I came and ate in. It was ready and brought to my table within ten minutes. The food was right and nice and the two girls serving were very attentive and helpful.

Food was well made and hot. First time having the vegan burger and it was decent calories for what it was. Food came within minutes direct to our table as part of the table service. Atmosphere in the place is nice and chilled with music at a good level in the background. Would definitely come again.

KFC's can be hit and miss when it comes to the quality of their menu but this place was superb. All piping hot, fresh and tasty.

Recientemente visité KFC, y debo decir que la experiencia fue fantástica! El pollo estaba perfectamente crujiente por fuera y jugoso por dentro, tal como cabría esperar de KFC. La variedad en el menú atendió a todos en mi grupo, desde pollo frito clásico hasta deliciosas hamburguesas y wraps.

The food is good and all the staff are very nice

Just a normal place, nothing is wrong about anything and I think that warrants 4 stars. Environment is a typical fast food place, food is great as usual and the service is as you would expect it to be.

The Chicken and Chips were Stale Dry Burnt and COLD. Absolute RIP OFF having to pay £15 for Stale Cold Chicken and Chips

ordered at 5pm daleside Road KFC not delivered till 6.15pm food stone cold never again trying to ring KFC daleside road and just eat no answer or cut off , absolutely rubbish service by both

Disgraceful ! Came cold it was not edible and had to go in the bin !! Over 1.5 hours wait - order placed at 5.03pm.did not arrive until 6.45pm !! Not the first time this has happened ! Appalling that you can’t cancel your order after a certain time

Pagué un buen dinero por un cubo de pollo de la familia consiguió solo piernas y thay donde sobrecocinado y 2 piezas donde falta a pesar de que nosotros donde los únicos allí nos dijeron que aparcar y esperar 20 minutos después nuestra comida incorrecta nos dio cuando llegamos a casa tuvimos que tirar la comida y pedir chino para los niños Pasé 45 minutos llamando por teléfono solo para estar fuera de cada llamada la comida era asquerosa y el personal parecía sucio y simplemente no mostró ningún interés en ese trabajo simplemente asqueroso y siento que nosotros donde robaron no vamos allí es basura

Multiple items missing from a very simple order.

Online there was no option to add rice. Also, the same price I pay in store but I get sides as well. Poor delivery mans tyre punctured but he came with order. Dont mind that he was late due to a valid reason by a couple of minutes.

The manager kept me waiting and didnt even offer me a drink when i had been there for an interview. I then had to order a burger and all they did was made me wait 20 mins for the same and it was cold . It was gross.

Half the items were missing, chips tasted like they had been forgotten in the bottom of the fryer for 2 weeks, rice was just 1 lump, but the delivery driver was brilliant.

Never had such poor service in my life, I was waiting at the drive through bay for over 15min, said hello at the bay several times and was never once acknowledged, so just assumed the machine was out of order. As cars were queueing up behind us I thought to go to the window and place my order, to which a server saw us and close the window on us, without even speaking to us. When she eventually opened the window, we explained what happened, she promptly refused to serve us. Once again we explained what happened and she said we could only get served if we went through the drive through again as she was on a timer for customers who were behind us. We then saw a lady who appeared to be the duty manager which was very rude, and simply said she was not taking any orders or payments there and then and to turn around. Which at that point we got very frustrated and went around to only find another five cars to be served before us. We gave up. There was no apology for the wait or even for the inconvenience and no attempt to rectify the issue. I hope something is done about this because it doesn't look like customer service is the priority at KFC. Can't wait for Popeyes to open down the roadsoon cos I will never use this KFC again and I hope you lose all your business.

Delicious food, friendly delivery driver

Fries were almost cold had to throw in bin other chicken was ok except for popcorn that was almost cold as well. Had to make my own fries

Super slow service, visibly filthy floor in the food prep area, just served by young staff that were clearly overworked and not able to cope. Updated to 1 star, recent order we collected was missing 2 sides, they never anser the phone so you cant complain either!

Very bad food smiling bad probably selling old food.

ordered 3 meal boxes Chips in all 3 were soggy and brown All 3 of us threw them away We had the same problem with chips last ordered Won't be using them again

Went through the drive thru this evening, lovely lady taking the order but unfortunately this is where our good experience ended. Didn't order too much but once home found half the food missing, we went back and told staff, received no apology and acting like they wasn't even interested, also placed an order we was asked to pick up for someone and wasn't surprised that half of that was missing too. 2 staff members hanging around a bin in the car park smoking and bins overflowing. Was very hot inside the restaurant when we went back to sort the missing food and pick up another order. I don't think we will be visiting again for our payday treat.

Took an absolute age to get food as only one person was cooking. Won't be returning
