McDonalds in Bolsover

Staff are appalling, long queues, get to the window 9/10 get told to park up as food is never ready when you get it it is cold honestly just get to Alfreton this is not worth the visit if going towards Mansfield go either Sutton or kings mill McDonald’s

Just go to another McDonalds. Decided to go into the restaurant instead of the drive through because I thought it would be quicker. Big mistake! Ended up waiting half an hour for a Big Mac, chips and a McFlurry with a friend. The McFlurry was genuinely warmer than the Big Mac, and in the end we decided to leave the food and go to the Sutton-in-Ashfield McDonald’s to get a better meal. Terrible food.

We went on the Thursday night on way back from hospital and ordered 2 smocked house chicken burger meals and 2 apple pies to take to eat in the car Got to the car and one lot of chips missing then no cheese, onion or barque sauce on the cobs, Judy like a chicken sandwich Came to have a drink of the coffe and stone cold just water and after getting out of the car to go back in to say my chips were missing I just couldn’t be bothered to go in again to say half of my sandwich was missing as well as the excuse was when I went in first time I’d well we are busy and it’s not good enough for the price you pay!!!! Steer clear and eat somewhere else for better value

If i could give no stars i would - disgraceful staff attitude (Jack shift manager) long waits, missing food and generally a place that i will never return to - avoid avoid avoid

Visited 5pm Aug g 1. Dirty public area. Nowhere with chairs to sit only bench seats. It was the scruffiest mc Donald's I have been in. Outside tables were dirty and rubbish bins overflowing.

Teenagers pissing about,,thats the staff.30 mins waiting time is average,cold food as standard, only 1 cold burger in a big mac the other week.tonight the lazy kitchen staff kept shouting Dawn the cleaner to take out food to people who were waiting outside,shes the cleaner,i would have sent the food straight back.the manager wants sacking for allowing this. Dawn the cleaner is the only one that cares about that place and goes above and beyond to please customers,worth her weight in gold.

The service is shocking! You order and they give you wrong thing!!! Thanks to that I hated the food and will never go back there again!

EVERY time my family orders from this place, items are missing. Today it was the drinks from our breakfast meals my daughter ordered. Before its been nuggets, burgers, fries. We've even been into the restaurant to eat and had to go back to the counter to ask for missing items!! I know we're not the only family to experience this, either. Its absolutely shocking how many times staff here mess up! Check, double check, then send out. It's really THAT simple!

Discussed in the lack of care gone into my chicken sandwich with hardly any lettuce at all on there and it was cold. Disappointing.

Awful! Paid for 4 large bigmac meals and the fries cartons were only a 3rd filled and the burgers were chucked into the bag no longer resembling Big macs. Sadly I didn't realise this until I got home with the food. Atrocious!!!

Fed up getting home and having the wrong meal, happened a few times. Paid for Big tasty got a single burger. Not acceptable.

What a load of crap ordered from this restaurant can't even deliver your order don't order McDonald's as they can't get the order right

Pathetic! Staff are to busy making a fuss of friends to offer any service 30 minute wait for a standard meal, store was almost empty and 4 members of staff are stood talking to friends on the shop floor

Yet again my drive through order was lacking what I had ordered and paid for. They always miss something! I have even started checking before I drive off now it’s that bad!

The service is abysmal, I’ve never been through the drive through and not had to wait in a bay, the orders usually wrong too and today to make things better they also didn’t put any straws in so drinking our drinks in the car was difficult.

Ordered through Uber eats I rang the restaurant to make sure our food wasn’t being cooked or anything as the Uber turned from 25mins to nearly an hour! Food arrived baring in mind we live not far from the place and the burgers were stone cold and McFlurrys had melted to was just basically just fluid with the tiniest lump of ice cream in the middle! Not happy at all, oh and when I rang the restaurant the manager who was on was very very rude!

Worst McDonald’s ever been to in my life every time go threw the drive threw get asked to park up and order is always wrong place wants sorting out

Went to pick up food for the family, had a large order with lots of different customised orders and everything was perfect, food was warm and staff friendly. Best McDonald’s experience we’ve had in a while
