Every time we have ordered they forget at least one item. The store couldn’t care less about it and actually tried to blame it on the delivery driver (even though they were told it happens every time, the bags were still sealed and we have never had issues using Uber delivery drivers from other places). They didn’t care that their continuous mistakes now mean that my partner is unable to get refunds via Uber eats as McDonald’s app uses their drivers so you can only go through them for a refund on missing items. This branch is the WORST branch I have ever used. It needs serious work on management and staff training. The latest delivery they forgot 2 burgers, the selects to a 5 chicken select meal and the food that did arrive was barely warm. If you want what you paid for do not use this branch!

27 minute wait for an eat in order for our family. Nothing different. No changes. 3/5 meals arrived cold. 1 was wrong. Wouldn’t come back again

Ever time I call at this McDonald’s you are asked to park up and wait for your food When they do bring your food it’s always cold Nothing special ordered just one quarter pounder meal

My husband ordered 29 pounds worth of breakfast it was delivered by Uber eat and was stone cold when we rung Uber eat they told us it was Mac Donald’s responsibly when we rung they were rude and put the phone down several times and didn’t even know the correct temperature for food the food we could warm up we did but the ones with meat in we had to throw away

I never had such problems at a maccies I ordered a plain Mc Crispy with a slice of cheese since their 18yr old brains are hungover from last night they couldn’t make my order right and put mayo and lettuce even though I put I don’t want that you have lost my trust and that’s why I’m going to kfc instead of you 🤬😡😡🤬

Teenagers pissing about,,thats the staff.30 mins waiting time is average,cold food as standard, only 1 cold burger in a big mac the other week.tonight the lazy kitchen staff kept shouting Dawn the cleaner to take out food to people who were waiting outside,shes the cleaner,i would have sent the food straight back.the manager wants sacking for allowing this. Dawn the cleaner is the only one that cares about that place and goes above and beyond to please customers,worth her weight in gold.

EVERY time my family orders from this place, items are missing. Today it was the drinks from our breakfast meals my daughter ordered. Before its been nuggets, burgers, fries. We've even been into the restaurant to eat and had to go back to the counter to ask for missing items!! I know we're not the only family to experience this, either. Its absolutely shocking how many times staff here mess up! Check, double check, then send out. It's really THAT simple!

The service is shocking! You order and they give you wrong thing!!! Thanks to that I hated the food and will never go back there again!

Discussed in the lack of care gone into my chicken sandwich with hardly any lettuce at all on there and it was cold. Disappointing.

Awful! Paid for 4 large bigmac meals and the fries cartons were only a 3rd filled and the burgers were chucked into the bag no longer resembling Big macs. Sadly I didn't realise this until I got home with the food. Atrocious!!!

Fed up getting home and having the wrong meal, happened a few times. Paid for Big tasty got a single burger. Not acceptable.

What a load of crap ordered from this restaurant can't even deliver your order don't order McDonald's as they can't get the order right

Pathetic! Staff are to busy making a fuss of friends to offer any service 30 minute wait for a standard meal, store was almost empty and 4 members of staff are stood talking to friends on the shop floor

Yet again my drive through order was lacking what I had ordered and paid for. They always miss something! I have even started checking before I drive off now it’s that bad!

The service is abysmal, I’ve never been through the drive through and not had to wait in a bay, the orders usually wrong too and today to make things better they also didn’t put any straws in so drinking our drinks in the car was difficult.

Ordered through Uber eats I rang the restaurant to make sure our food wasn’t being cooked or anything as the Uber turned from 25mins to nearly an hour! Food arrived baring in mind we live not far from the place and the burgers were stone cold and McFlurrys had melted to was just basically just fluid with the tiniest lump of ice cream in the middle! Not happy at all, oh and when I rang the restaurant the manager who was on was very very rude!

Worst McDonald’s ever been to in my life every time go threw the drive threw get asked to park up and order is always wrong place wants sorting out

Went to pick up food for the family, had a large order with lots of different customised orders and everything was perfect, food was warm and staff friendly. Best McDonald’s experience we’ve had in a while
