KFC in Runnymede

If you buy food from this shop you are wasting your money it’s run by kids with no customer service skills whatsoever we have had food from here a few times and it’s always wrong or cold or items missing the drinks are not cold and when you do complain the attitude is awful they make you feel like it’s your fault that it’s wrong who ever owns the franchise needs a serious look at there business as it quite frankly disgusting

had to wait an age for the food and wish i had not bothered the chicken and the chips were soggy the hole thing was a soggy tasteless mess

Kfc Addlestone is the worse. I ordered from uber eats for the first time. It arrived late & stone cold uber refunded me 79p what a joke never again will i order or go there

Bought 10 pieces bucket today and asked for all chicken thighs, double checked with the lady if she’s given me all chicken thighs before leaving the store and she said yes all thighs! Got back home and found out none of them are chicken thighs! Asking for a refund but they were not willing to! Asking for the name of the lady who packed the wrong order and she just acted busy sweeping the floor! The store manager doesn’t even care about it and said if I wanted to get the name from his staff then I talked to her myself! Then they started speaking in their own language which is quite rude! This is not the first time getting the wrong order from KFC! Really don’t understand why so difficult to pack the correct order by just following what it is showing on the receipt!

Went in here lunchtime today for the Tuesday offer of nine piece bucket and have to say it was the worst KFC I have even had in my entire life and if it had not been so far to drive would have taken it straight back and asked for my money back.It tasted like old chicken from the day before that had been reheated and was saturated with grease and rather than the skin being crisp had the consistency of a rubber glove and most unpleasant.Much of it went straight in the bin and will never set foot in this dump again, absolutely disgusting.

Everytime I place an order they always get the order wrong. Yesterday my partner and I ordered 2 meals for delivery. They left the chips and dips, the chicken was absolutely tiny and was completely crushed and battered when received. We had to drive to KFC to show them we were missing some food and that we weren't happy with the tiny chicken pieces that was pretty much all bone. They would not replace the chicken but handed us the chips they left out. Prior to that I had gone into place an order specifically asking for no drumstick for a family bucket meal, I received all drumsticks! When I went to complain none of the staff could understand English and gave me funny looks. With such poor service we have decided as they keep messing up our orders we're definitely ordering from them again.

The staff can't understand much English they never get the food right it's always just slapped together you have to repeat yourself time after time and the chicken is rather to small and dry or just plain old full of grease and soggy it's a joke ordering for deliveroo paying in advance clearly stating what you want it always come cold and wrong

I'm glad it was open late as the chippy shut before its closing time of 10pm. Standard fare very quick service i enjoyed my usual boneless chicken pieces.

Yeah, have to agree with most of the reviews here. This place needs a shake up and quick. Whenever I pass or go here it looks busy so you think it must be good and popular. However when you go inside you realise it looks busy because it is shear chaos and no one has their food yet. The last time I went which is a couple of months ago I, as usual said no thighs on the chicken. In hindsight I believe the woman that served me did not speak English and you guessed it, I got 2 thighs. I now go to Walton which is excellent.

One person serving and filling orders and a huge queue. Other staff in background doing nothing. Obviously no effective management. Unless you have time to waste do not use this awful branch

I live in Newhaw but I go to Woking as Addlestone shop always gets our order wrong and food is cold when we get home

My daughter, my cat and my friend have been seriously ill this weekend after eating fried chicken and chips. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I have written to the food standard agency concerning this matter. It is not the first time this has happened in my family from this restaurant. Please think carefully before buying food from this take away.

They seem to have a total inability to ever get an order right. I have asked for food in store and they get it wrong and even ordering food through deliveroo they cant get it right. And the delivered food was cold. Useless

On previous visits items have been missing. chips were cold when we got home (about a 5 minute journey). The chicken was literally dripping with grease and one piece the batter was almost non existent. The staff need more customer service training.

I ordered the BIG DADDY box meal and they left out the chicken...Unfortunately i didn’t realise until I was home and it was too late for me to get back to complain.The rest of the meal was very good so no complaints there just disappointed this mistake had happened

Shocked to have had such a bad meal from here. I went in on a Quiet Saturday afternoon with the usual expectation of a fast food chain. How wrong was I? The food was stone cold by the time it took me to drive a mile down the road. Very disappointed and will not be returning

Lukewarm food, particularly the chips and the side, staff who don't care, orders often wrong, always have to wait, aggravated by local youths on bicycles outside, rubbish strewn across pavement and table never cleaned One of the worst KFC I have ever been into

Went here for lunch and after my previous experience was looking forward to it being just as good the second time, how wrong I as the chicken was okay but the coating was soggy rather than crispy but it was the chips that were absolutely ghastly.

I really wanted some fish and chips but all the local places were closed so thought I would give KFC a try and have to say the chicken was very good and better than expected although the chips were not that warm but edible, had they been hotter and crisper I would rate the meal as excellent and be keen to go back again.

There must of been a change in management or owners,it took 25 minutes to get my order,the shop was empty,just me in there and 6 team members standing around doing nothing,the floor was dirty.

Came here on a busy Saturday night, expected a queue as always on a weekend. Waiting in the queue to be served, I watched how the staff just weren't interested in being there. One young lad was doing all the running around and the other 2 weren't fussed. The young blonde girl clearly didn't want to be there and was busy standing around chatting or making the drinks which she would then dump on the counter with a straw thrown next to them. The queue was out the door and apart from the 1 person there was no rush to get food out and get people served.

Every time we go here they get the order wrong. They tried to give us someone else’s order. We got cold chips from that other order. The recipe tastes different (too much flour/bland). Waited over 20 mins. Missed items. Flat Pepsi. Different staff each time.

Can you believe the guy saw us working out what we wanted. When he finished packing up the previous customer we began our order. Can we have a zinger burger - no zinger. Ok fillet burger - no!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was hot and was not too greasy. Chips could have been a little bit hotter still good and always have offer on

Went there to get a takeaway as a treat for the family, waited about 5 minutes to be served and they were helpful and efficient.

Nunca me gustó el servicio en todas aquí, pero recientemente me he dado cuenta que está recibiendo mucho mejor y mucho más rápido.

Servicio rápido, la comida caliente y el personal amable. Lástima de algunos de los clientes, y cómo salir de las mesas cuando se han terminado.

Comida muy pobre tienen unas cuantas veces, pero probamos siempre hace frío y grasienta personal no genial simplemente tomar el dinero y te dan la comida, no recomiendo este lugar no como años atrás comida bajado.

Partner just walked in with order from here....bloody disgusting. I would not feed it to my dog. Straight on the phone to the manager, told him that it was on its way back. For his sake I hope he gives a refund without any fuss. Do youselves a favour and stay well away!!!

I do like a nice KFC! Tasty crispy chicken is always great on a Friday night! Never have any complaints with the service and quality from this KFC.

Worst KFC ever. No hygiene standards, no product knowledge. Will always argue over loyalty card as to when it should be presented i.e. before or after ordering. Will also get your order wrong everytime. so check your order before walking out.

The staff seem a bit pre-occupied talking in Easter European to friends hanging around and they're not really concentrating resulting in mistakes like my missing chips that I had to go all the way back for

Visited today as couldn't be bothered too cook after a hard day at work.The service was very poor the woman that was taking my order had a trouble to understand what i'm on about plus they were speaking some other language between each other which i think is really rude! It's not the first time when i find my self in this situation when going there, they always forget what you have ordered so always check your bag before you leave.Food very oily corn tasted so awful that even my dog wouldn't like to have it.

I regularly go here for a quick take away. Food it great, staff are friendly and very pretty ;-)Finger licking....

They really have got it wrong here very very slow to produce an incorrect order made up of cold food.

Had to get a take away for a teenage boy in hospital as a reward after a month in hospital nearby. Ordered take away, the girl was doing my order an her colleagues order ?? as well. took take away to the lad and it had chicken missing, I rang and said and they said bring it back, I said no we have opened it in hospital we have to go through trying to park car at hospital etc,, then visiting would be over. He then said call in to morrow and collect the chicken.. Needless to say I did not have time and I felt that it was a cheek to expect me to use petrol parking etc to collect the order they forgot, he was very disappointed and so was I.

The chicken was okay but too grizzly and fatty. worse though was the fries/chips. The chips are too soggy and difficult to eat without cooking them again when you get home.Sorry.

A good cheap fast take away for when you can't be bothered to cook after a long day out perhaps. A variety for all the family

Great food, staff are reasonably friendly. Been twice now and each time there was something missing from my order, first I had ok chips, second time no pop corn chicken..... Shame as the good was good just not all there!!

Cold food, can't understand a word you say and wait forever. If only the colonel could see this place

It's KFC so food is as you'd expect but on 4 separate occasions they got my order wrong so check your bag before leaving.

What you would expect really. Good value buckets of chicken and usually fast service. Cleaner than many branches I've been in.
