The day I went I was craving for a juicy tender chicken sandwich. I was not happy. I waited for 15 minutes to get my order. The sandwich was so small for the price I paid and the chicken was dry. The hot sauce was the only good thing in the wrap.

Got a chicken burger and it was swimming in oil not nice at all

I'm not one to complain as I work in the hospitality industry, but this is ridiculous paid 42£ for a meal that went straight in the bin. Ordered 2 super burgers with onion rings, sweet potato fries, normal fries and mozzarella sticks. This was at 18:15 food only arrived at 19:45, apon opening everything we were shocked to find everything burnt from mozzarella sticks the the bacon on the burger as well as the beef and chicken. With my disgust of our meal I called them to let them know that I would be throwing everything in the bin as it was inedible I was told sorry but your next meal will be on the house.... who said I'll order from you again as this was my first and now only time to order from them. Honestly such a waste of food time and money never again.

Not had a good experience at all with this place at all. Firstly they forgot our fries when it was delivered and secondly they’re was plastic in both of the milkshakes that were ordered... like full on pieces of plastic, gross!!! The food however was quite tasty (when it all finally came), the delivery time was good and the deliverer was very friendly and nice. Still not happy about the plastic though.

Absolutely terrible service and when it did tern up its was an hour late and food was cold. I am never going back again

Lovely friendly staff! Placed my first order tonight, they answered all my questions when I called them and placed an order over the phone, as I was having technical issues with the site. Food was lovely too! Huge portion sizes and the milkshake is amazing as well. Will definitely be ordering from you guys again!

Terrible smell of burning fat came out of extractor fan and in my view it made the place extremely unpleasant. Clenlines is the key! Decided to go somewhere else instead.

Flamin’gos has fast become my favourite place to eat for quick bite to eat of a lunchtime (and a fair few take away ‘s)! Impeccable food and impeccable service. As a regular at flamingos I thought it’s about time I wrote a review. Excellent food! Leo goes above and beyond to make the customers happy and nothing is too much trouble. I recommend to all in the area, like Nando’s, just better!

The food from here is amazing. The Piri Piri chicken is honestly better then Nando’s and the chips are the best I’ve had in years. The burgers are also great too. A great range of food can be ordered. Some may think it is pricey but Is defo worth it!!!

Ordered through just eat with requests phoned after placing order to confirm, yes all good, exactly as you order, I collect and get home and is wrong, phone and told the item will be delivered in 15 minutes, nope, 30 minutes later I call them, at the same time the driver pulls up, apologies and and a gift of a cake, that's cool thank you, but YET again it was wrong, what a joke this place is, now I know why after 10 years in Chertsey I don't know about them!

I've never eaten in, but we regularly order from this place via Just Eat - & I simply cannot praise the quality of the food enough. No idea what the negative reviews are about, on one occasion my corn on the cob was missed off the order - but I've never had cause to moan otherwise. It's pretty pricey but tasty & quick without fail, so if some takeout is on your mind you can't go wrong really.

Really liked the peri peri chicken with spicy rice, way better than Nandos. Portion sizes are great. Keep it up guys.

Ordered delivery it took half hour which is fine but I live round the corner so not sure how it arrived stone cold and not very nice chicken burger was hard and processed not nice wouldn't recommend not worth the money. Used to be really nice so not sure what's happened.

Has this place changed hands? Ordered a take out last night, terrible! Food cold, portions been halved and defiantly no where near the usual standard. And to top it off tried to charge a delivery fee. Won't be going back. Avoid.

Terrible, avoid. Last night had a takeaway delivered tiny portions and nothing like it usually is. Food cold no drinks which were suppose to be included and even tried to charge delivery. Has this place changed hands? Defiantly would not use again.

A long black hair came on my chicken breast, called up to complain and they were so rude, woman said to me ‘ok what do you want from me because I’m in a rush’. Will not be ordering from them again, obviously not hygienic.

Have orderd from here on a few occasions, have even left a 5* review but someothing has obviously changed, the customer service is awful! After waiting an hour for a delivery and then calling back to find out how long it would be, to then be told it was going to be another 45 minutes.... when then asking to cancel the order as we were not prepared to wait another 45 minutes to be told we could not cancel as ‘she had already made it’!!!! I’m sorry if I wanted to eat chicken that had been sat being kept warm for an hour I’d go to some back street chicken shop... will never use again and will be making sure nobody else I know uses again..... disgusting

Got a home delivery. £1 extra charge. Delivery was quick, food was plentiful and tasty. Would order again.

Visited Chertsey to see our new Grandson and decided to try Flamin'go for an evening meal. Very glad we did, excellent food, great service, would recommend to anyone in the area who wants good food either to eat in or have delivered

Literally the best burgers...ever...

A great place to sit in, relax and enjoy amazing food..!! The chicken is so tender and just melts in your mouth combined with the range of spicy sauces it's just fantastic..!! The staff are very friendly and always on hand to fulfil requests..!! This has now been my third time here and it is honestly replacing my weekly visits to Nando's..!! Get yourselves down here and see and taste for yourself..!!

I have recently visited Flamin'go and was really impressed with the quality and the service. Great choice on the menu that gets your mouth watering! I specifically enjoyed the grilled chicken and I highly recommend this place whether its for a family outing, friends gathering or a casual treat. Nice to have some great potential in the Chertsey area.

I have visited this restaurant twice now and it has such a homely but chic feel about the place. The chicken is so tender and succulent and the menu really has such a good choice you'll be struggling on what to go for!! The restaurant has such a welcoming and friendly vibe the staff really do take care of you. Set in a beautiful little square in Chertsey this really is one to try and that you'll be wanting to go back to!

Brilliant little restaurant for all occasions! Such a homely, friendly vibe about the place with the staff really knowing how to look after you. The chicken is succulent and juicy, coming in a variety of different marinations. The menu is great and will leave you wanting to come back and try dish after dish! Set in a pretty little square in Chertsey town this is a great little restaurant to try and visit!

Due to misinformation at Feltham railway station electronic signs I ended up in Chertsey and Flamin'go. I only had a coffee wguxh waa very tasty but the staff were very pleasant and the appearance of the restaurant looked clean and tidy. I will be back.

greasiest burger I've ever had. Meat was burnt. Ordered a side of chips and onion rings. Both were straight out the freezer. Side pot of burger sauce was about a quarter full. Collected from the store and had to wait 15-20 mins even though it was empty in there. Definitely won't be going back. Avoid!!!

Ordered a chicken salad at 1:40 place was empty and waited for about, 40mins for a poxy salad with some chicken, after the waIt I was offered a can of coke lol and to top it all of the salad was nasty,

Not my idea of Piri Piri Chicken - not a whole, crispy skinned part of a chicken. Just a skinned jointed piece covered in the 'marinade' of your choice. Pale, briefly shown the skillet. The 'mild' option is actually quite hot, but tastes differ and I'm not complaining about that. Carrot cake was fine. It was just an experiment to try something new from Chertsey. I could have skinned a chicken at home and poured oil and hot peppers over it. It wasn't marinaded. I know; I cook.

Great food, great price and in my opinion the hot peri peri chicken is more tasty then other rival famous chicken shops. Well worth a try as you won't be disappointed.

Really tasty burgers, just took a long time to get them. However, they're new, and i'm sure they were just surprised by how popular they would be, so i'm sure they'll get the hang of it.

If you're looking for a tasty healthy alternative to the normal take aways, then Flamin'go is for you! Beautifully grilled chicken with a coating of your choice. We had the hot peri peri and I can safely say that it was delicious! You have to try it at least once!!
