Loved this place. Felt like I was at a bar in the middle of Texas (Yee-Haw!). Food was excellent. We all had racks of ribs which was succulent and very well cooked. Will return for sure.

Lovely setting, the decor is just great. The food was absolutely wonderful and all served promptly and with a smile. Lovely place for afternoon kiddies functions, I saw them handing out balloons to the kids. Highly recommend this establishment.

Wow! What an atmosphere! We got the big sharer pudding with fireworks and serenaded with the Happy Birthday song! It was no ones Birthday, but extremely fun and worth every penny! The food was good, my fajitas were a little on the small side, but it was a blessing in disguise, because I had room for puddy and more cocktails.

Came here once last year and absolutely loved the food, but it was booked for a birthday and we waited for hours for the big birthday cake to come out that we had ordered with the booking, it never came so we left really disappointed as obviously it was supposed to be a surprise. We then thought this year we would give it another chance as we enjoyed the food, again after taking the payment for the birthday cake we yet again didn't receive it. Another birthday surprise ruined..both times we drove an hour and a half there and an hour and a half back. We were also rushed all the way through our meal which was obvious that staff just wanted to leave as we were told when we arrived that we were the last booking. Didn't enjoy this experience at all which is unfortunate as the restaurant and food itself is lovely.

I've never been to a Smith & Western before so it was a really great experience visiting this one! The entire restaurant is western/cowboy themed including saddle seats at the bar and some booths styled to look like wagons! It was a very busy, lively atmosphere with great food and excellent staff. They have a great range of items on the menu, including drinks and desserts!

Small birthday party, overall very good. We were dissapointed with some of the food as it was over spiced and very hot, but the manageress was quick to respond and did offer a replacement. We will return and hope the food is better

My daughter visited this place twice for 2 different friends birthdays and she loved it, she said I would love it too as I'm a massive lover of country music. So bless her she surprised me and took me for my birthday last week and I absolutely loved the place the waitress was lovely, the whole atmosphere, music and decor is amazing and the food was 5 star 🌟 I even had happy birthday sang to me by the staff as my daughter purchased the birthday belly buster pudding , was slightly embarrassed but loved it really lol. I even recieved a free cow girl hat. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday pressie, would hundred percent recommend this place to anyone . A lovely memory made with my girl

Probably the best place ever eaten at. Food was absolutely fantastic, staff are incredible polite, friendly and professional. The restaurant it's self looked so cool, my kids got so excited over the style, and it was spotless. No crumbs on the floor, tables clean and the toilets where actually really well kept ( unlike most restaurants ) . So happy with the meal costing £98 for me, the wife, 2 kids and picked some of the most expensive meals, including some cocktails, beer, kids milkshake so was worth it. UPDATE- second visit here, amd once again blown away by the quality of the food and service.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the decorations and the style 😃 The food is really good, we tried the sharing grill plate and it was enough for two starving people 🤣 We also ordered the cherry cake and here it comes my 4 stars: the cake was good, but the ice cream had a strange taste. Not sure if it was the ice cream or the syrup on it but it tasted like soap or expired milk? Not sure but I told it to the waiter and he just said he will check in the kitchen. Then we asked for the bill and he didn’t come back. No discount on the bill neither. Probably they could have done something different here, just come back with a feedback from the kitchen was enough.

Fantastic place! The staff were brilliant, the venue is very well set out western style! The food arrived really fast and was fantastic, even down to dessert that arrived in a little wooden "crate" to share. For the service and food quality, the price was OK for 2 🤠👌 A really good choice made for the last day of a 2 week holiday off work! 100000% recommended!!

The hot TNT sauce was hot 🤬🤬🤬 Loved everything about this restaurant. Big pitchers of lager. The mixed meat selection 🍖 The TNT dressing and let's not forget the decor. The staff were all dressed in cowboy and cowgirl outfits. The whole night was an experience, We loved it ❤️

Second visit this year and this time was not great, firstly lemonade had to be replaced twice as was just fizzy water tasted yuck, then the chicken was just warm, won't be rushing back.

Wouldn't go back, if it was a returnable item I would love to return it all for refund, that disappointed and really not worth the money at all! First walked in very cold! Food average, nothing special no real difference to making it at home. Ordered chicken and was given options of the different types of chips, however was not made aware the curly fries were extra. When questioned at payment, we was given the menu and it was 4 pages previous to the page I ordered off, and as I didn't order of that page where it was indicated I did not see it. Communication wasn't very good on that part especially if you are budgeting to then have extra sprung on you at the end! Also not cleaned very well as there was eaten ribs under the table.

Lovely friendly staff from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Fantastic atmosphere with music playing. Food was excellent and great portion sizes. If you have never been, I highly recommend a visit even if you just pop in for a drink!.....you'll be surprised how it looks inside. Every effort has been made to ensure the theme is upheld in every way possible. If I ever go back to Addlestone I will definitely be going back 😁

Left this review a little late as was given vouchers but the vouchers ran out as there not valid now as they have a time limited which is quite unreasonable in my opinion..so i emailed them and asked while visiting if they would honour these but they cant seem todo this....so rather then going to return and give the place the benefit of the doubt i will write my review from the experience at the time Now.. On my visit to ADDLESTONE RESTAURANT place wasent too busy when arrived was put in one of the carriage type seating near the bar and door went to the bar to order our food to be met by a rude bar staff female whome blanked me first then could not understand my order when eventually she got it correct she threw the receipt at me which wasn't the full receipt The food took over 45minutes to arrive and as everyone knows the place is expensive so you expect a certain level of food quality where as thats not what you get the food is below par to a weatherspoons i had the ribs which tasted burned and left half of the meal,my son had a steak at which he left 3 quarters, when waiting for food noone came out to say about waiting and the male manager i eventually got hold of to ask whats happening explained still being perpaired at which i ask how long as been there a while and was offered dessert as a good will gesture for waiting,miraculouslythe food came within 10mins to be greated by a polite male worker whome apologised about the wait and again said about the free desserts.. After my son was struggling with the quality of the food and myself i tried for near on 20minutes to get a the managers attention at which i asked him to try the food or the chef in the place..he offered me another set of desserts at which o explained had already been offered because of the extremely long wait,the pudding came and as leaving i spoke to the management about all the issues at which o was told there was nothing they could do,. I reached out to the company and had several ping pong messages as they needed full receipt and as server didnt give me issue so as i stated to them and here told them my orders and my issues at which was offered the vouched at i think is around 25% of your bill..they agreed at a push for vouchers and explained about having to travel there only when visiting at which they said about the restaurant but only around london which isnt good when you live over 3hrs away... so based on my opinion if you want weatherspoons food you should go to weatherspoons and not pay an escalated price for poor quality food and service but looking at the reviews i would say most alot of people agree with me

Awesome Western themed restaurant and the live music during my visit really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend it, especially if you are watching a movie beforehand as the staff ensured everything was sped along for us so we wouldn't miss the start of our movie.

Great place for families and made to feel very welcome. Very good choice of food and drink for kids and adults alike. Service was quick too

Allergies not followed Eve though this had been mentioned. It is very dangerous my sister has tomatoes allergies and we informed the waitress, however the burger came with a big tomato. It spoiled our meal because when the redid the order my sister was so scared of eat the burger I. Case a tomato was present again. Also the waitress thought it was funny to forget about the allergy this should not be taken lightly, allergies are real and my sister would have had to go to A & E had she not noticed the tomato. Please take this seriously people die because of allergies and training should be give to this waitress to take this seriously.

Went for my partner's birthday and she absolutely loved this place! Perfect for fans of the wild west and country music, and of course American cuisine. We ordered The Ultimate Celebration Belly Buster to mark the occasion and Kirsten (our waitress) and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job celebrating my partner's birthday with us. We will definitely be coming back again!

We turned up here yesterday afternoon and was a bit taken back by the frosty reception and the man behind the bar. The staff clearly did not want us there and I assume this was because they were closing for the football in an hour or so. Despite us just wanting to have a drink, the man behind the bar “had to go check” that this was OK. We then were “allowed” and ordered 3 espresso martinis and they tasted awful. Disappointing for £10 each.

Ventured into addlestone One for a dinner with my grandad and brother and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is electric with incredible immersive decorations and country music. I was welcomed by Evie at the door who was very lovely and took us to our table - our server Kornelia was very attentive throughout. The food was served hot and delicious. Couldn’t recommend enough!! 🤠🐄

First visit and very impressed. Fabulous greeting on arrival by all members of staff, great atmosphere and interior setting. Really was a brilliant experience, nothing was too much trouble to make your visit the best! Menu and food was delicious at reasonable prices...looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend to friends and colleagues.

Be warned when you come here!!! Make sure everyone has an empty stomach as you'd want to order everything off the menu! It was a wonderful family dinner outing to celebrate a belated birthday and we were really impressed with how things were prepared and cooked. The ribs are to die for! The nachos were done very well with the dips given on the side to avoid the mess and furthermore, the lashings of cheese and cheese sauce kept the nachos intact (those who eat nachos know the feeling of the melted cheese solidifying and becoming a nuisance). If you manage to find room for dessert, I'd highly recommend the mini donuts...fresh, warm and succulent sauces to finish off the hearty food provided throughout! Parking is pretty convenient after 7pm inside AddlestoneOne or if you're lucky, you may find spaces on the high street. We are certainly looking forward to coming again!

When we first entered, the children were very excited with the decorations like an American gun as the door handle and the cowboy boots etc The uniform of the staff fit the theme very well as well. The food came surprisingly fast but they did miss little extra things like a cloth for the wine and the waiters were quite hard to get a hold off but I do understand that it looked very busy. The food did taste very nice and the chicken was cooked very well and came with a wipe to clean your fingers. Overall the place was very nice, the Service was good but could have been better, they were very nice as well.

My wife and I took our daughter here and we loved the atmosphere. Our daughter loved the Western theme. The staff were all very friendly and although it was busy the service was good. The food portions were large and the food was delicious. The sundae was one of the best I have had in a restaurant. I also thought it was reasonably priced. My wife and I both thought the atmosphere was very welcoming and lively without being loud. We will definitely be returning.

Food was nice but the service was terrible! The greeting was great when we arrived and the lady behind the counter was lovely. We sat down at our table and the waiter came over not long after for a drinks order… this was all very good! After drinks arrived we were sat waiting for quite a while and then asked another waiter to order some food. He then went to get our waiter who came over and took our order. When the food arrived , all was great until they had messed up one of our food orders. When my friend said to the man serving the food that it was incorrect he said “yes I know” and then put it infront of her. She then said this isn’t what she had ordered and he still left it infront of her. She then raised it for a third time and after telling him it wasn’t what she had ordered they took it back to the kitchen and came out with another dish (a large portion instead of a small). She raised this and was told not to worry. When the bill came they had charged for the larger portion and when she mentioned this to the waiter he had it rectified. During the meal we were not asked if everything was ok and the waiter we had at the start we only saw him for our drinks order and then the bill and he became a little frosty. I don’t normally complain but other smith and westerns I have visited , I’ve never had an issue. The staff appeared uninterested and came across rude.

Walked in here met by an enthusiastic manager he accommodates us to a comfortable seating booth in the back for our family the drinks were amazing id recommend the western colada personal favourite the mains were filling perfect place to eat after going to watch the movie would definitely recommend be back soon

This is our favourite local restaurant and never disappoints. The staff are always really helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. We took our autistic child and a baby last night and our waitress, Georgiana, took particular care to moderate the level of noise made for a birthday celebration on the table next to us, and to forewarn us that it was about to happen. Really considerate and very much appreciated. P.s. I highly recommend the steak fajitas! :)

We came to this restaurant a few times and have had the same waitress a few times now. She is always amazing and super friendly. Our daughter has special needs and Georgiana always does her best to make her visit as fun and accommodating as she can be for her needs. She tells us before the celebration cheers happen so we are able to leave during this time. This means that our daughter does not become upset and cut our visit short. She makes sure our food doesn’t come at this time so we don’t come back to cold food.

Loved this place today. If you want a fun setting for a meal with friends/family- this is the place. Wood floors, cowboy boots, country music playing, tables sat inside covered wagons, wooden wheels decorating the ceiling. This gives you an idea of rhem vibe. Large menu selection. Something for everyone. We didn’t have the friendliest waitress, but another waiter who helped was very kind and helpful. Would return for the overall experience. 🤠

Very poor service last night and not just from the waitress, all staff seemed pretty miserable. Food was ok and portions were tiny with hardly any chips. No one asked how the food was or if we needed anything and when I did eventually find someone and ask for bbq sauce, they charged me for it. Won't be going back to Addlestone unfortunately.

If I was reviewing this time last year it was great, but on this occasion it was disappointing. Cocktails used to be 241 and now 2for14. Watered down and the frozen strawberry daiquiri was a watery froth not frozen and in much smaller glasses. My daughters drink was missing when they were bought to the table. Main meals were OK. Don't like paper on the plates as it ends up being soggy, ripped and eaten with food. Fries portions should be bigger. We ordered pudding as it was my birthday. The children's ice cream was the smallest I've ever seen with a rock hard brownie that nearly broke a tooth. Ordered a cheesecake and got given a chocolate brownie. The server seemed annoyed that we sent it back and asked for the correct one. After finishing our desserts we waited 40 minutes to pay the bill when all the tables around us were served, paid and left. The country singer was a nice suprise. One of the other restaurants offers free parking. Do you not do this too?

Customer service is shocking, we had a misunderstanding with one of the items on the menu, when the order came I explained this to the staff member who refused to do anything about it and said I could have another but have to order the whole meal again and pay for both!
