We had excellent and quick service from Nelly. The food was of a high standard and we enjoyed our meal. My only gripe.. the acoustics in the building are so bad that the background noise is way too high that it is difficult to to hear the waitress talking… some acoustic boards are needed!

The steak itself was not great but that was not the fault of our waitress nely who was so so tentative and could not have been more polite and helpful , she really made and average meal excellent

Came in on a late one and was the last people to be seated for the night, Jess served us was very friendly and warm. Although she was busy with her close down, she still made sure we was well looked after and had everything we needed. 10/10

We had the most marvellous evening! We had the pleasure of being served by Jess who went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect! Her attention to detail was sublime and we will 100% be returning. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were served at a really good time, despite the restaurant being busy. Fantastic experience. We love miller and carter but have not been in a while. Rachel was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and welcoming. We had super fast service and all the food was perfect!

I think I must have just been unlucky. Reviews were very good and I was looking forward to a good steak. Sadly it wasn't up to a proper steakhouse. The steak was disappointing and I didn't like the frozen style chips or the lump of lettuce. Desert was OK and I rather enjoyed the wine. Service fine but overall average.

Our waitress, Jesy, was really nice and friendly and she could answer all of our questions in detail. She was super helpful and made our experience enjoyable.

Unlike the Mitcham branch, The Food as usual at Chertsey was terrific, the staff attentive and friendly and the overall experience very good. The only criticism with the visit was we waited a while for the bill to come, but that really is clutching at straws to find something. The aftercare the managers demonstrated dealing with my mistake regarding gratuity was very professional also.

Denise was our sever and she was absolutely amazing in everyway very polite, kind and very friendly. With amazing food also. We Look forward to coming back very soon. Totally AMAZING 🙂

The food was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. We ventured in by luck on our way home from a short trip last November and we were so happy we did. The steaks on both menu were divine! We’ll be back.

Best food ever! We had the waiter Jess and she was super friendly and kind. The food was super tasty! I got the cheesy garlic bread, beef burger, strawberry lemonade and ice cream with sorbet and I could not stop talking about it the rest of the week. I would definitely recommend it here and would come here again!

These guys offer a very good range of steaks and also a good range of gluten free options. So many other resturants say they offer gluten free, only to find, when you arrive, that it's the Tzatziki and gulten free pitta bread, starter and the side salad (very irritating)

Ines was lovely and verry accommodating and understanding for my allergies. Truly made a wonderful part of the experience. Extend to her my thanks. Just a shame there was no no garlic butter on the day for the steaks. Hopefully the business brings it back.

Amazing service today with our server, Nely. Our food came very quick and our server wished me a happy birthday, a very wonderful experience and she brang out a lovely happy birthday chocolate design with a candle, very nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant in its entirety is very fancy and not loud or distracting. Amazing for occasional family dinners or any special occasion. Would 100% recommend and I will be coming back.
