The best restaurants serving American food in England

FOUND A HAIR IN MY MILKSHAKE order the food to my door took 30 minutes to come I only live down the road and enjoyed my meal until I opened my milkshake to mix it.

Wasn't going to come back here after my last visit 18 months ago but I was passing through Maidenhead and needed a quick lunch. Food was better this time, served quickly and hot. However I feel KFC are complacent as an organisation. Their burgers are, frankly, boring. Chicken, a bit of lettuce and mayo - that's it. No alternatives or creativity on this ageing menu. My Zinger breast piece was smaller than the roll too, so one bite was just bread. KFC need to up their game as all their competitors do chicken burgers too these days.

This place is absolutely awful, they never get the order right because they are not listening, how they keep their customers I really don’t know and it is always cold, I had to tell them 3 times last night my order and they still didn’t get it right, the employees are all awful

Honestly. I'm very annoyed. I went into store ordered a party bucket, 2 separate medium meals. I checked tge separate meals before leaving and didn't not want to open the box up. I asked staff, everything there? She said yes. Took the food home to Sevenoaks. Opened up at nephews birthday dinner after a long day out doing activities. NO CHIPS.... they missed 6 regular chips out! We had to put chips in the oven.... kfc I spent £50 you owe me money... I should contact Headoffice in fact. I will. Disgusting. Slow down and get orders right!!!!

Some MacDonalds are great. This is not. It’s like they’ve moved all poor service into one place. Run out of pancakes, no one at the payment till, no milk in a white americano and finally got given the wrong order. Went back and no one there to change order. I could be rude but don’t feel like swearing.

On the last two occasions I have ordered a double Big Mac meal from McDonald’s, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury and on both occasions when I got the meal home there has only been a normal Big Mac in the bag, but in a double Big Mac box, tried calling but no one ever answers the phone. Won’t abe using this McDonald’s ever again Really… how difficult can it be ???

Very very rude staff who completely ignored us, google maps said they were open however when we arrived they shut the doors in front of us so we went to the drive through window, and waited in line for all the cars to go past first. They completely ignored us and gave us very dirty looks. Eventually after knocking someone answered who was very rude and said cars only. This I didn’t mind however they were still serving Uber drivers through a side door who were on foot. The staff we spoke to were extremely rude and unsympathetic that we walked over a mile and that google maps said it was open. I do not recommend this KFC. What is wrong with people why can’t basic manners be used. Also in front of us the manager was shouting at his employees.

ordered at 14.46pm. out for delivery at 15.00pm arrived at 16.10pm. I live 10 mins away. Driver was 5 mins away then 20. then 15 this went on for an hour. when he finally arrived and i asked him why it took him an hour and 10 mins. He said he had subway to also deliver .. complained to Redhill KFC .. not their problem apparently i have to complains to uber. used the KFC app to order.

No Gravy in my 2 mega Gravy box !! Chips were hiss poor KFC definitely on a downward spiral! Personally I think they only care about online orders and not orders in the takeaway

Ende duo having to stay at the travelodge next door, which is an absolute disgusting stinky old crap one, then ended up going to kfc for some might aswell have been raw chicken, so undercooked couldn't eat it Then next day called into the truck stop, only place nearby to get hot food, breakfast was awful chepw and tasteless and over priced, you get a better one at wetherspoons for £2.99 Just go to McDonald's in your vehicle acrosd roundabout and don't bother The place is disgustingly dirty and the suave says it all Absolute pits, a dump

It was very busy when we visited, but we managed to find a table indoors. It was being cleaned by a lovely lady, nothing phased her and she was very smiley and happy to help. Food was okay. The toilets were disgusting and smelly...

The most SHOCKINGLY branch of KFC EVER EVER EVER. (This WILL BE REPORTED TO THE LOCAL COUNCIL & KFC HQ which will need to investigate by the relavent parties as this franchise is the WORST i have visited, UNACCEPTABLE behaviour from the manager shooting at staff). Absolutely awful & rude service and the food i ordered was STONE COLD, I didn't realise until i took the food home, which is 2 miles away, i thought it would be safe to throw it in the bin instead of trying to warm it up. I have had the worst experience ever from this branch of KFC, i should of walked away when i entered the store & the Manager was shouting at his staff members. Please avoid this branch at all costs, you have been warned. 0/nil. Sub par.

Terrible KFC to go to, we order on uber eats, as the food arrived, the bag was torn and ripped apart, we even ask for 1 beans but they gave us 2 beans, as well the food was cold and plus once I went inside it was dirty, bones everywhere, tissue, cups everywhere, and plus the place is unhygienic and their staff is pretty rude, will maybe try for a second time in the future, will not recommend to people.

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..
