First time visit since they've "improved" their burgers & now use brioche buns. Brioche buns are horrible so never going back !

Visited Thursday Evening only to get home & meal completely wrong, ordered double cheese quarter pounder only to have single & 9 chicken slenders only to be given nuggets??? I called eas told meal would totally replaced Reference number given Well husband went to get food gave reference number & was told by a member of staff NO, so rude she even walked away my husband paid collected & came home. I called Macdonald's straight away & was told that the slenders would be replaced what joke... Well we won't be going back there..

I ordered a uber £29 worth of food from this Mac Ds, only half of the food was delivered it was in sealed bags so it was not put in the bags at the restaurant. I spoke to the Uber driver and he said I needed to speak to the restaurant, I tried for 30 minutes on the phone but no answer. I decided to drive to the restaurant. I asked a nice gentleman serving tables if I could speak to the manager he said yes and got the manager. This manager called Vicky had no customer service or management skills. Vicky said we had to speak to Uber and it was not her problem,we explained that we wanted the food we paid for and by now I wanted my money back. I said I was not going to leave till I have my food or my money back. The manager said we will be waiting till 11pm, Manager snatched the food off the side and stormed off. A young man called Harry came over very calm and asked what he could do to help I explained and Harry redid the order he did miss a few things out ie apple pie and dips. I work in management and I must say Harry will go far he was polite and understanding young man.

Poor experience, Not busy but 3 small orders took over 40 minuets#. staff looked to be working in 0.5x speed. Laterally throwing the food into the brown bags, fries girl must have lost at least half of the fries that she had wrapped over the back of the shelf necessitating refilling each sleeve sometimes multiple times. When my quarter ponder and 20 nuggets finally arrived, the burger was dry and clearly old and the dip's id chosen (Sweet and sour, Curry, BBQ) were all missing with 2 pots of Ritch tomato in the bag. This is becoming a common experience across many McDonalds "restraints"

There were literally about 9 staff behind the counter the restaurant was empty yet they managed 2 give me 2 cold cheeseburgers and half a cup of coffee. Looks more like a youth club than a restaurant

Worst McDonald’s to ever grace the universe multiple times orders have been lost , falsely delivered and quite frankly messed the frick up. Stupid store and awful customer service

Ordered dinner for delivery and for the 4th time my order was missing items, my husband then had to go to the store as he was told they could not do anything about it, passing the buck onto the delivery driver saying once its left the store it is no longer there responsability. And also the fries are awful, tasted like cardboard

Ordered a delivery, part of my order was missing, I called and the manager offered me to go and collect missing item- if I wanted to go to the restaurant I would have gone and collected in the 1st place. Food that arrived was also cold.

Got to be the worst meal I’ve ever had from here!!! Double Big Mac with bacon was cold, dry and tasteless, also contained one very tiny piece of bacon!!! Fries were undercooked, anemic and tasteless!!! Coke was warm and flat!! Definitely won’t be going back!!

We ordered 3 McFlurrys through the drive through last Sunday evening and they were awful, no sauce and little topping. When I rang to complain the manager gave me a code and suggested that I could have 3 free McFlurrys but would need to go into the restaurant I went to get my free McFlurrys tonight. … and what a shambles; I watched the guy throw them together and when he pushed them towards me with no smile or acknowledgement 2 looked fine but one was only half full. When I dared to suggest the one wasn’t acceptable he snatched it back and filled it Behind the counter seemed grubby, cluttered and generally just horrid. The staff were shouting and joking with each other as if there were no customers there at all; not professional or pleasant at all. I shall not be returning in a hurry

Went to the drive- through this evening. After placing my order and waiting in the queue to pay I saw something moving out of the corner of my eye by the bins in the carpark. Rats! (In pleural). Running around obviously having a great time. Mentioned it to one of the staff who just shrugged. This was in the daylight. Not a great advert for the establishment and I certainly won't be returning.

This place is shocking. Always forget half of the order including the sauces, the food is always wrong. For instance I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and grilled chicken came on it. I took it to the counter and the person who made it said I thought that was how you make it. Crispy is fried and grilled is grilled. The staff don't have a clue and don't care. Every time I have been there it has been late evening /night.

1000’s of bikers descend on this restaurant for this event and this morning was no exception. The place was rammed, but thankfully the team had clearly put a lot of planning in place, because it was ran like clockwork. Our food order was prepared in no time and the breakfast was piping hot and tasted great! Exceptional work guys - thank you.

No wonder this restaurant has such a bad rating. It’s like the managers just don’t care. We waited ages for our food today after being twice offered someone else’s. The poor lass bringing it out was polite and helpful in the end retaking out order. It was obviously then found so they sent out a cold order. We just left and binned it. Very disappointed. The lack of care from the management was appalling. They should have got off there backsides and come and apologised. You are lucky that where you are offers you a large footfall.

Went for breakfast this morning, the drive thru took forever to acknowledge arrival, payment window was empty when I arrived at it also. Once I had finally got my food, the hash brown was soggy and lukewarm, like it had been sitting around for hours. The muffin was hard a rock, thank god I got a bottled drink as I’m worried that would have been equally shocking. Overall slow service and poor quality food. Expected much better.

Always friendly always clean always efficient. We take the children after football practise, and the staff know us now and take time to ask about the football.

Our meal arrived fairly quickly but found the chips quite cold and worryingly the chicken and bacon wrap my daughter had contained raw chicken and stringy bacon, therefore she left her wrap. And I ordered a chicken burger, it had one plop of mayonnaise and a tiny bit of lettuce. Very disappointing apart from the coffee.

Visit every Thursday teatime (have done for years) Poor management is leading to really long waits, poor service, poor cold food and dissatisfied customers.

It was quite busy which usually means fresh food. Food was cold chips not nice. Loads of orders just left on counter waiting to be picked up or taken to tables. As I had my grandkids with me I had table service. Very slow.
