Poor service , food was cold , tiny portioin of chips , tasted like cardboard

Freezing cold food, no answer when ringing them to send the food back!!!

This is the second time now I have had doner kebab and it’s does not taste fresh. It’s cold and full of like fat (oil) like it’s been cut off and put in the container for a long time then dished out . Used to rate these but not anymore.

Food quality was great and the delivery was really quick, even got some free items. Biggest thing for me having visited the takeaway premises before is the staff are all brilliant, friendly and go the extra mile for the customer. This is my number one place to go to for food!

For some reason sadly got cheesy chips smothered In garlic sauce that we didn’t ask for and that we actually hate. They did kindly send more out but buy then pizza and burger was cold. Just not the same getting your food in two half’s. Usually great

Only half my food come and it was soggy and cold

when i open the chicken x chips the chicken was over cooked ,dry x dark brown on the skin

never again, £14 for two positions of chips, which was not my order,

we have found plastic foil in our smoothie.

Good amount of food nice tasting

The food was all delicious. We ordered hot food which arrived hot and also milkshakes which were still in top condition even though I live a good distance away from the restaurant. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering again.

Wrong ice cream no salad an no chicken !!

The delivery driver was not good at all, he expected me to walk to the car park next to the house because it was cold. I hate to be quite forceful to make him deliver to door. He stated it could not see number, but no one else has that issue.

The delivery driver didn’t knock on the door and subsequently meant that we didn’t receive our food. With knower else open. We tried calling the restaurant but there was no response several times

Great food... Very rude delivery lady. Couldn't find my house apparently. It's only been here in Monkmoor since 1982. She mumbled huffily 'you're welcome, f***'s sake' as she walked back down my garden path.

Food was delivered stone cold and one small dump steak was 3 small pieces of meat, not only that but was told they had no change, wouldn’t knock a pound off so instead got charged extra £5 just to get my food, can’t get a refund and can’t get through to the shop, what an absolute joke

Chips were cold, delivery took 2 hours.

There wasn't as much steak as I would of liked. But it was all lovely and fresh , including the salad. Very tasty meal.

Food good as always but the driver didn't want to get out of the car, kept give excuses, called 3 times to say he couldn't find the house, in the end i had to go looking for him and found 80 houses away, i good job i wasn't a old person.

Alan came to see Dave last night about some ladders he lent him last week but Dave refused to give them back so now Alan is upset and he will never lend to him again. Dave is crying now. Haha Dave

Always order from here every week or two as they’re our favourites and even deliver early, but this time the food didn’t show up, despite being marked as delivered at the last second before the delivery window closed, and the phone number for the restaurant immediately cuts you off so I can’t actually speak to anyone to find out what happened. Really, really disappointed and don’t know if we can even get a refund or replacement. Will have to go elsewhere next time, which is sad.

The whole meal was great it was so nice the me and the wife did a ritual dance around it and just screamed and screamed out loud and after about 3 mins of screaming we sat to eat the meal and was even better than it looked so we stood an cried

Appalling service, ordered at 8.30, food arrived at 11.30, started cooking food at home as we were all starving, which then got binned as delivery arrived. Tried calling, just kept saying called failed. A waste of money. Flaming Great need to get their act together

We use them quite often as the food is good but on this particular order they were very busy and it took 2 1/2 hours to deliver and it stated on there ordering offers spend over £25 and get 40% off and this wasn’t taken off ,but the food was good

3 hours late food freezing cold went straight in the bin also missing a chicken burger no update couldn’t get hold of them at all absolutely appalling will never use again

My food didnt even turn up after waiting 3hours! but says delivered and took £32 for the order. No answer on the phone line shocking.

as always, good food, good service. it was later than estimated, but the roads and traffic are awful due to flooding and the storm, so to be expected.

Never delivered. Can’t phone number doesn’t work. App says food has been delivered. Just Eat shocking service. The place has gone massively down hill
