Got food poisoning from here from a burger. Never again!

because of this the food was stone cold

absolute joke, app claims its been delivered yet I'm still waiting 10 minutes after latest delivery estimate.

Super fast, Hot, great food great place.

The meal was great. Especially when the driver gazed at my nipples before passing me my food. I let the driver come in while I eat my meal. This was weeks ago and he is still here and he is still gazing at my nipples

Don’t bother with them - food turned up over an hour late and was stone cold. Rude delivery driver when we told him. Restaurant weren’t answering the phone when tried to call to find out where delivery was.

sent the wrong icecream ,rang up and was told they would send the correct ones out but never did

After differing reviews I’ve given this place in the last 18 months I’m done with them. Ordered via their app, took an hour which isn’t horrendous but it was 5.30pm on a Saturday. Two kebabs were stuffed into the food carrier, on top of the pizza and I could see that the top was crushed down. Opened it to find all the toppings stuck to the lid. Food was cold too.

OK food. Over priced for what it is.

Everything was perfect. Just forgot the milkshakes

I didn't hear anybody knock and I didn't receive a call, I wait over an hour for my food and it said it had been delivered after the hour, I went outside to check and it had been left outside on my bin and was stone cold.

it was lovely and the delivery driver was kind

took a chance ordering from here again..as last time it was really bad..but thankgod it's gone so much better. delivery was brilliant and the chips..pizza kabab was lovely and hot..I'm hoping it will stay like this.🤞👍

Lovely food, did leave a note to omit onion and chilli from salad, but luckily not allergic so just picked it out

Excellent meal lat night looks like they are back on track with the food quality and let’s hope it stays that way as last nights meal was excellent

driver was lovely however order was missing an item, went to ring the restaurant to explain however I couldn't hear what the other person was saying apologized and asked him if he could say that again then he just hung up

Food was cold .. hour late .. app said the food had arrived, enjoy it, it wasn't here. Complete joke, contacted flaming great and was told they would call us back to find out where it was, no phone call back. Numerous phone calls made by us to flaming great and driver. Eventually, when it arrived, it was all cold, soggy bread and chips and the salad was mushy. Will never use flaming great again.

Love the burgers but this time someone forgot the salad!! No salad at all on either burger. How does that happen?

My food was NEVER delivered. Kept saying on the app that it would get here and it didn’t. I’ve been waiting outside in the cold for ages just for it to say it’s been delivered when it hasn’t! I’ve just wasted £38 on food that never came.

food was cold when it arrived. chips weren't cooked. only had one option to add salad and only to pick one sauce which then i had to pay for an extra sauce on my burger

delivery driver didn't knock the door good job I have the ring door bell food was still hot and delivered fast.

Pizza was destroyed,it was upside down in the box and all the toppings had fallen off the base

If I could leave no stars I would the food was shocking i wouldn't have fed it my dog. They charged me for things I didn't even order the problem may have been the bloke didn't understand much English at all

My last review said I gave it 3 stars but I don’t know why as i only gave it 1 star and tbf I would have gave half a star if I could. All food was rubbish

Once again they have given up on making our food nice. It’s a shame as they used to be great but after using them for a while and they know we keep coming back they don’t care and food is rubbish now. I’ll gave it one more go just tonight and it’s the worst yet. Hard chips cold pizza with no sauce on it just cheese kebab meat was nice tho but then it’s kebab meat lol it’s hard to get wrong

Food had items missing and wrong drinks, but after phoning them, it was resolved quickly. Great customer service

Donna kebab was so greasy it was running down my wife's fingers and it was sat in alot of fat in the tray it was un edible. burger was enjoyable. don't think we will use again just because of the shear amount of fat the Donna was sat in.

The order was 30 minutes late. Driver couldn’t speak English properly to understand location. Pizza and cake is freezing cold. I would like a full refund.

Ordered 2 fish and chips , the fish looked like fish you would pick from a supermarket which is frozen the fish itself was a horrible texture and the meat was Grey , chips where stone cold , didn’t enjoy at all , thrown in the bin

Shocking service , lied on the first phone call saying out for delivery, second phone call they'd forgotten to do it. Might as well of ordered food for breakfast. Avoid

I always order from here..and spend £30 all the time.. I won't now as they where half hour later all our food was cold never had a sorry when I rung up 3 times..I won't ever order again from these..ask for a refund or something back had a message say they won't give me anything back

food was burnt/over cooked , burger was nice,kebab was swimming in mayo. fudge cake was dry and hard usually food is good from here however was very unhappy with all the food

The delivery lady is lovely, we’ve had her a couple of times and she’s always happy and friendly.

So the first time my food was delivered the pizzas were not correct and the cheese was mostly off the pizza. The lady went and corrected this however when it was “corrected” they returned incorrect I asked for BQQ pepperoni and ham and 1 Donor Kebab pizza and that was still wrong. Wasn’t all that happy tbf and would like a refund

This place used to be good but all the normal chefs have gone. Went in on Thursday night, the guy was sat on the food prep counter on his phone and scratching himself. Took him a good few minutes to know I was there. Nearly walked out and wished I did. Got a medium kofte kebab which was normally served with loads of salad and in pitta bread. Got back to this monstrosity and paid £7.50. It’s sad because it’s very local to me but I won’t be going back. Ever.

Excellent food as always, the chicken strips and cheese burger, was spot on. Thank you. Also, the delivery driver was very polite.

Flaming great has always been the last saviour, the place when you’re out clubbing and drinking you can rely on. Tonight for example. (Many times this place has been my saving grace but tonight especially!) I don’t know your name but I assume you’re the owner/mannager. I messed up and had my food ready to collect at the wrong location. You were an an angel and made my food for me yourself. You are the best of us and I love you so much, thank you and the food it is banging. You’ve made my night especially in my time of need. You’re a credit to humanity. God bless you.

Love ordering from this place food is always great and plentiful everytime. My Girl used to go and collect food from here with her dad the staff was always friendly as well been enjoying orders from here for over 2 years now and haven't been disappointed yet.

Was going to place a £60 order with you. But you lost out and took my service elsewhere. Wanted to ring up my order as internet was playing up. To have some aggressive man shouting down the phone saying ORDER ONLINE! Clearly says online place order through website or call restaurant…… poor service

Literally five minutes away from my house food was cold and the wrong food delivered, rang up and told order was correct said they tried ringing me to let me know food would be wrong no missed calles but driver managed to ring me okay

Many, many negative experiences with this establishment. On two occasions, they couldn't find my address so gave up but still charged us and refused refund (one of these experiences was that they wouldnt drive down the lane to our house and said if we wanted our food, we should meet them on the main road). Once I had moved, I foolishly gave them another chance. The food was stone cold and I spent an hour phoning them to try to get them to rectify it. The phone rang for over an hour with no answer- I even spoke to the delivery driver and understandably he couldn't help. Waste of money, waste of time and from experience will happily steal your money. Avoid at all costs.

I will review in 3 parts.... 1- Service & food = Excellent service and fantastic food as always. The banana milkshake was delicious, thank you. 2- Delivery = there was a slight problem. 3- The driver (important) = the driver was fantastic, he walked through the park to me, because he was the other side, 5 star driver all the way, thank you mate...... Bottom line = I will definitely use this service still, especially with these guys having very good drivers.

Chilli sauce spilled onto the pizza the whole pot! One pizza missing! Other then that the Kabab was nice and the chips also.

Kebab put with cold items so cold onion rings was cold same as kebab put with cold items burgers 5 star

We didn't even have our food delivered. I told them to cancel as my partner was rushed to hospital, they said it was to late to cancel so I had my son come around to take the collection and they never turned up. When I rang them an hour later they said they chucked it in the bin

Flaming Awful , they seem to live in a world where the customer is always wrong , and are very aggressive with it.

Regular use “ Flaming Great” for a chicken and lamb shisha kebab. Always great tasting, decent amount of food, and the premises is always absolutely immaculately clean. Keep up the good work, and lovely food 5*
