The burger was nice except the roll broke up into pieces when picked up which made it hard to eat.

The food was all delicious. We ordered hot food which arrived hot and also milkshakes which were still in top condition even though I live a good distance away from the restaurant. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering again.

Wrong ice cream no salad an no chicken !!

Bubblegum milkshake was lush, everything fresh and rapid professional delivery.

The delivery driver was not good at all, he expected me to walk to the car park next to the house because it was cold. I hate to be quite forceful to make him deliver to door. He stated it could not see number, but no one else has that issue.

the food wasn't nice, really greasy pizza almost burnt. genuinely a horrible dinner won't be ordering again from here

Garlic bread was burnt to the point it was inedible and the pizza was stuck to the box ruining 2 pieces and did not have Pepsi either

The delivery driver didn’t knock on the door and subsequently meant that we didn’t receive our food. With knower else open. We tried calling the restaurant but there was no response several times

Great food... Very rude delivery lady. Couldn't find my house apparently. It's only been here in Monkmoor since 1982. She mumbled huffily 'you're welcome, f***'s sake' as she walked back down my garden path.

Food was delivered stone cold and one small dump steak was 3 small pieces of meat, not only that but was told they had no change, wouldn’t knock a pound off so instead got charged extra £5 just to get my food, can’t get a refund and can’t get through to the shop, what an absolute joke

Chips were cold, delivery took 2 hours.

There wasn't as much steak as I would of liked. But it was all lovely and fresh , including the salad. Very tasty meal.

Food good as always but the driver didn't want to get out of the car, kept give excuses, called 3 times to say he couldn't find the house, in the end i had to go looking for him and found 80 houses away, i good job i wasn't a old person.

Always order from here every week or two as they’re our favourites and even deliver early, but this time the food didn’t show up, despite being marked as delivered at the last second before the delivery window closed, and the phone number for the restaurant immediately cuts you off so I can’t actually speak to anyone to find out what happened. Really, really disappointed and don’t know if we can even get a refund or replacement. Will have to go elsewhere next time, which is sad.

Alan came to see Dave last night about some ladders he lent him last week but Dave refused to give them back so now Alan is upset and he will never lend to him again. Dave is crying now. Haha Dave

The whole meal was great it was so nice the me and the wife did a ritual dance around it and just screamed and screamed out loud and after about 3 mins of screaming we sat to eat the meal and was even better than it looked so we stood an cried

We use them quite often as the food is good but on this particular order they were very busy and it took 2 1/2 hours to deliver and it stated on there ordering offers spend over £25 and get 40% off and this wasn’t taken off ,but the food was good

Appalling service, ordered at 8.30, food arrived at 11.30, started cooking food at home as we were all starving, which then got binned as delivery arrived. Tried calling, just kept saying called failed. A waste of money. Flaming Great need to get their act together

My food didnt even turn up after waiting 3hours! but says delivered and took £32 for the order. No answer on the phone line shocking.

Absolutely shocking. Order here regularly and this order has not turned up despite a 7:20pm ETA. Now 8:50pm. No excuse around not knowing the address as they deliver to us regularly. Phone lines are dead at both locations for Flaming Great also. Avoid like the plague. Wouldn't mind if there was a call to explain why the order couldn't be fulfilled some had a chance to order elsewhere but to simply not send the delivery after accepting the order is shocking.

Forgot my sons meal. I know its not just eats fault. I had orderd a kids meal of chicken nuggets and chips and it was missing.

The pizza was cold as the driver couldn’t find the address the pizza cheese is like jelly it we have paid 52 pounds for this order it wasn’t worth the money this time this is very disappointing even McDonald’s is way better more tasty and a lot cheaper for you’re worth unfortunately what we brought it’s not worth the money at all

Extremely disappointed order a platter for 15.99 plus 1.59 service charges and I have got few wings some dinner and fries I took a photo of food if needed lamb sheesh was missing chicken dinner were missing and no salad at all …..

chips were like rubber, pizza looked and tasted like rubber tasted like they were made days ago and warmed up, kebab wasn't alot for the price and pitta bread was rock hard

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes from when I ordered it for it to be delivered they delivered the complete wrong pizza tried calling and the phone kept ringing out when they finally answered I mentioned I would stand outside so the driver could find my address and it was over a hour I was standing around for. I feel so bad for the driver she was lovely very apologetic but it’s really not her fault so a big thank you to her she was lovely but the rest was shambles

Order never came, rang firstly after it saying it has been delivered they said it will be 5 mins rang again after half hour later they said they would call the driver and no show at all. Then they wasn’t answering the phone.

5 calls to the takeaway. Always promised to find out where the driver was and call back - never did. Blamed being very busy. Why say delivery in around 60 mins if that wasn't possible? Food arrived 2 hrs 45 mins after order placed. The delivery driver blamed heavy traffic. He offered to replace the cold garlic bread. How if the traffic was so bad?! All the food was cold and inedible - had to throw it away. Wouldn't recommend and won't be using again. Less than one star.
