Amazing experience I just thought I’d drop a quick one to say how great food and service was. A huge change in this restaurant of recent leading to the more frequent visits from myself and family even though this isn't my local branch.

Very poor service and rude employees. Mess up orders

The driver was rude. He telephoned and shouted to come out without even knocking the door. When I asked why he didn’t knock, he replied he has been living here for 45 years or something..

I don’t know why I’ve gone back to this app. Every and I mean every time I’ve used it the food has been wrong, cold or inedible. I don’t know if it’s the restaurant to blame or the delivery drivers. This time my chicken was cold and inedible. I’m guessing all the heat had been used up on the choc chip cookie I ordered which was placed right next to the hot food so fell apart and was a crumbly mess when I opened the bag. My food said it would be here at 2.07pm but arrived just before 2.30pm.

Order placed at 12.20pm never arrived. The restaurant said the driver never bothered to collect the order! My son was sat waiting on this before work now won’t be able to eat til he finishes at gone 11 tonight! Fuming

Couldn’t understand the courier, delivery was very late and food was cold, won’t be ordering again.

Every time we order from this place there’s loads missing, this time the wrong drink was delivered and had no fries which there should of been four lots!

as usual the order was late by 35 minutes ( there isn't a drop down for that ! )

We ordered 4 pieces of chicken and all 4 were drumsticks and no breast pieces!! The fillet burger literally had no filling other than the fillet and a gravy was missing from the meal…………very poor service!!!!

delivery driver made us go to the car cause he was too lazy to walk to the door, what a joke! shouldnt tip before they actually deliver it as i did.

driver refused to follow delivery instructions. When he rung me to find house he then refused to drive to the house. ended up having to walk 5 minutes down 2 different roads to find him.

We came to enjoy the festive burger this evening. The 2 servers were under a lot of pressure to get the orders out and weren’t doing very well. The dining room wasn’t even that busy just 2-3 of us waiting for food. Food was placed on the trays but then forgotten about whilst they did the just eat takeaways. To me it seems like they can’t keep up with the trade if you are struggling with staff why add this to the mix? Our dinner was popped on a tray whilst we watched it go cold. All it needed was baked beans and the man waited 20 minutes just for baked beans whilst the food was just sat going cold. The manager finally helped out and got things moving but when I explained my food was going cold he just quickly replied “we are under a lot of pressure” and never spoke again there was no apology or replacement even thought about. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a long wait and cold food. The dining area was disgusting food on the floor and tables un-wiped. If you can’t cope with the work and it’s not up to the standard you advertise maybe look into cutting the deliveries and focusing on the dining experience. We came away saying we wouldn’t go back again after a few of the same experiences. After working in fast food myself customer service is key and this place truly lacks in every area of service.

Over £8 dearer to order on just eat than on the app and I don’t know why (this was before the service and delivery fee)

I came in today for a gravy box, I was served by Kelsey who was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been served by Kelsey a few times and she’s always very courteous and pleasant, and always seems to be happy even when the restaurant is very busy.

Just had a fantastic meal. The staff were very polite has they always are when ever i go. Food was hot! And they had everything i wanted. Tables were very clean and a high standard. Highly recommend.

Delivery fine. The food was ATROCIOUS. Hot wings were soaking wet, mushy, no texture. The coating was wet and slopping all in the bag. Not edible by anyone’s standards. Straight in the bin. Serving slop like that is beyond a joke

I am a delivery man and whenever I come to pick up my orders, they are ready on time and the staff are very respectful and attentive and know how to relate to new delivery men and customers I gladly recommend you to visit and eat at KFC Barker Street

The food was great and all there. Put the order in at 4:40pm with a 30-40 minute estimated delivery time and it came at 7pm, 2 hours 20 minutes later. Worse than I even thought after all the other reviews.

College student so ideal for dinner, but food needs to be given out slightly quicker because of college lunch time lengths, other than that, brilliant!

Quick Service for first thing in the morning on weekdays. Staff are sound. Food is class (even for breakfast).

There were items missing from the order and the delivery time just kept going up and up. For a restaurant that was a 15 min drive it eventually took 1 hour to get the food delivered

Item missing from order - tried to call restaurant three times nobody answered - poor service.

12 piece dipping bucket ordered, only 9 pieces in box, one of which was a hot wing!

I ordered, and on the app it came up as dilivered but my order was never dilivered so I'm assuming it's been given to a different address.

Opening times on the website read 10.30pm closing time on a Sunday, I got there at 10.05pm only to notice it was shut.Please update the wedsite or did the staff decide to just close early.

The woman who was serving just threw the food about when I went in today,she honestly seemed like she couldn't be arsed. Once I got home I realised that the chicken I got with my box meal was just thrown in a box, instead of being put in a wrapper,which made it dry up quick and greased up the box it was put in. Normally I'm greeted by friendly staff but the ones today made me feel guilty for ordering and were pretty ignorant. Nobody else was in line and I wasn't acknowledged for sometime. Every time I go in,there's always mountains of trash all over every table,normally left by inconsiderate chavs. It's abit of a hang out spot for bellends.

Placed an order online, and it is now saying it's hong to be delivered 2 and a half hours after I placed it. No one is answering the phone - I have tried ringing about 7 times. Absolutely terrible service.

Food was okay, but was cooler than it should be because the delivery driver just could not find the house, despite us never having had an issue before.

Driver didn’t knock the door or ring the bell. So all the food is cold. Food was sat outside for 45mins. Also extra gravy was missing from the order.
