service was great and archie the angel deserves a raise, helped me find my keys when i lost them in store and just made it an open and inviting environment.

Best KFC that me and my partner have had for ages, a lot of them have gone downhill but Barker Street's is always good when we visit. I recommend the Zinger Stacker burger.

They now have new self serve which was very easy to use and the food arrived really quickly and was hot x really impressed x it was clean inside too x

This is the third delivery in a row to our house where the order has been short delivered. This time there was no extra piece of chicken that was paid for or the condiments that were ordered. It is too regular to be a coincidence.

Food cold. Ordered beans got gravy!

i went to this kfc for the first time and i ordered a mini chicken wrap ,the wrap did taste nice but i was later disappointed by a different issue , I went home and felt sick i thought maybe i just had a stomach ache but when i woke up the next day i felt very unwell, stomach pain , feverish, a horrendous headache and i told my friend about these horrible symptoms and she told me that the last couple of times she had gone there for food she had got food poisoning , hearing that i was not happy , and later on that day i had horrible diarrhoea and that carried on for four more days. Unless you want to get food poisoning i don’t recommend eating food here at all ,safe to say i will never order from here ever again .

The gravy was runny... this unfortunately ruined the whole meal because KFC gravy has to be thick! And please... in future could you be considerate enough to include a couple of napkins?!

Both meals were Luke warm, we had to microwave them & there were some chips missing. Also KFC has gone really expensive VAT & delivery added £5.00 to our order, so over £40 for two!!!!!

The server just put the food on the tray done on my table, the 1 piece of chicken wasn't even on a bag and I didn't get a fork for my rice. And we waited for ages for our food whilst the staff were talking to eathother and not even packing the order. They seemed like they didn't even want to be there

Hot and crispy, and delivered a bit early

Food arrived cold and wrong drink received on the kids meal, a very long wait for the food, but after several time changes it did arrive on time. Will not order again from here.

Was worried after reading other reviews. We received all our food. The only item that was cold was the chips but even when you by them yourself they go cold quick. The delivery time changed once and it was delivered in the time frame but was the end time. So bit later than we were hoping

for a 10 piece bucket there were 7 chicken legs and 3 thighs not a variety.

Amazing experience I just thought I’d drop a quick one to say how great food and service was. A huge change in this restaurant of recent leading to the more frequent visits from myself and family even though this isn't my local branch.

I don’t know why I’ve gone back to this app. Every and I mean every time I’ve used it the food has been wrong, cold or inedible. I don’t know if it’s the restaurant to blame or the delivery drivers. This time my chicken was cold and inedible. I’m guessing all the heat had been used up on the choc chip cookie I ordered which was placed right next to the hot food so fell apart and was a crumbly mess when I opened the bag. My food said it would be here at 2.07pm but arrived just before 2.30pm.

The driver was rude. He telephoned and shouted to come out without even knocking the door. When I asked why he didn’t knock, he replied he has been living here for 45 years or something..

Order placed at 12.20pm never arrived. The restaurant said the driver never bothered to collect the order! My son was sat waiting on this before work now won’t be able to eat til he finishes at gone 11 tonight! Fuming

Couldn’t understand the courier, delivery was very late and food was cold, won’t be ordering again.

We ordered 4 pieces of chicken and all 4 were drumsticks and no breast pieces!! The fillet burger literally had no filling other than the fillet and a gravy was missing from the meal…………very poor service!!!!

driver refused to follow delivery instructions. When he rung me to find house he then refused to drive to the house. ended up having to walk 5 minutes down 2 different roads to find him.

We came to enjoy the festive burger this evening. The 2 servers were under a lot of pressure to get the orders out and weren’t doing very well. The dining room wasn’t even that busy just 2-3 of us waiting for food. Food was placed on the trays but then forgotten about whilst they did the just eat takeaways. To me it seems like they can’t keep up with the trade if you are struggling with staff why add this to the mix? Our dinner was popped on a tray whilst we watched it go cold. All it needed was baked beans and the man waited 20 minutes just for baked beans whilst the food was just sat going cold. The manager finally helped out and got things moving but when I explained my food was going cold he just quickly replied “we are under a lot of pressure” and never spoke again there was no apology or replacement even thought about. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a long wait and cold food. The dining area was disgusting food on the floor and tables un-wiped. If you can’t cope with the work and it’s not up to the standard you advertise maybe look into cutting the deliveries and focusing on the dining experience. We came away saying we wouldn’t go back again after a few of the same experiences. After working in fast food myself customer service is key and this place truly lacks in every area of service.

Over £8 dearer to order on just eat than on the app and I don’t know why (this was before the service and delivery fee)

I came in today for a gravy box, I was served by Kelsey who was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been served by Kelsey a few times and she’s always very courteous and pleasant, and always seems to be happy even when the restaurant is very busy.

Just had a fantastic meal. The staff were very polite has they always are when ever i go. Food was hot! And they had everything i wanted. Tables were very clean and a high standard. Highly recommend.
