Great team. Regularly pop in for a quick wrap and the service couldn't be better.

Dispite the horrendous weather the driver arrived on time and was very nice…

The food was great and all there. Put the order in at 4:40pm with a 30-40 minute estimated delivery time and it came at 7pm, 2 hours 20 minutes later. Worse than I even thought after all the other reviews.

My favourite place to eat here, bbq wrap is banging

College student so ideal for dinner, but food needs to be given out slightly quicker because of college lunch time lengths, other than that, brilliant!

Quick Service for first thing in the morning on weekdays. Staff are sound. Food is class (even for breakfast).

There were items missing from the order and the delivery time just kept going up and up. For a restaurant that was a 15 min drive it eventually took 1 hour to get the food delivered

Ordered at 3.50pm with a 20-30 minute delivery time. Was delivered at 5.10pm so was cold.

the chicken came cold , was not possible to reheat , very disappointed.

Opening times on the website read 10.30pm closing time on a Sunday, I got there at 10.05pm only to notice it was shut.Please update the wedsite or did the staff decide to just close early.

The woman who was serving just threw the food about when I went in today,she honestly seemed like she couldn't be arsed. Once I got home I realised that the chicken I got with my box meal was just thrown in a box, instead of being put in a wrapper,which made it dry up quick and greased up the box it was put in. Normally I'm greeted by friendly staff but the ones today made me feel guilty for ordering and were pretty ignorant. Nobody else was in line and I wasn't acknowledged for sometime. Every time I go in,there's always mountains of trash all over every table,normally left by inconsiderate chavs. It's abit of a hang out spot for bellends.

Placed an order online, and it is now saying it's hong to be delivered 2 and a half hours after I placed it. No one is answering the phone - I have tried ringing about 7 times. Absolutely terrible service.

Complete Fillet Tower Burger meal missing so I went hungry. Shocking service. It’s really not hard to put 4 meals in the bag instead of 3!!!!

Food was okay, but was cooler than it should be because the delivery driver just could not find the house, despite us never having had an issue before.

Driver didn’t knock the door or ring the bell. So all the food is cold. Food was sat outside for 45mins. Also extra gravy was missing from the order.

Ordered using just eat and unfortunately the food that arrived was wrong. Decided to call up. The manager answered and offered us a refund or we could collect our same order again in store. Food was great and the service was superb.. however I cant comment on the atmosphere. Thank you Dan!

disappointed, chips were cold but the chicken was hot so the chips presumably were put in cold, and the salad consisted of lettuce and a handful of sweetcorn, no cucumber or or tomatoes.

Well everything was great apart from bones in some of the chicken, a child could have chocked on it, the chicken should have been boneless

Absolute joke - sent wrong food. Just eat driver didn’t take it back. Refused refund. Didn’t help within the slightest. Avoid at all costs go to the other branch atleast they know how to send the right order out.

We have ordered 40 hot wings and the quality of food was extremely low .The wings have overly covered with flour and it haven’t any crispiness at all.It was completely uncomperable with the kfc that we have experienced throughout years.We have so struggled to complete the meal.we expect a reply from u.Thank u

Whilst the food was as pleasant as ever and the delivery was "on time" that time was constantly pushed back and pushed back, which is always annoying

Chips were cold and soggy, drink was wrong, coating on the lukewarm chicken was soggy and gravy was watery. Hot wings were spot on though.

The service was exceptional, but the fries were cold but the chicken was delicious even though not as warm as I wanted to be. I can’t really give a verdict on the atmosphere because I was the only one in there.
