First Time in KFC for a While and it will be a long time before I go back, I almost fainted when I saw the Prices and was almost Reported Missing by my Family I waited so long for the Food. when I took the food back to the Car the Chicken Filled Burger looked like it had been assembled by someone who didn't know what a Burger Was, I asked for not to much Mayo and Typically got None, the fries wouldn't of Choked a New Born they were so small and id love to know who had the Chicken from my Drum Stick because it wasn't me. Almost £10 for a meal that left me Hungry. The Staff I will Admit were nice but as Per One was stood round talking while the rest chased their tails. My Mothers Boneless Box had fillets in it that could Re Soul Dr Martin Boots and the Drinks had more Ice than Antartica, my Pepsi was so watered down I could barely taste it. while in there I saw several older people struggle with the ordering on Machines, I myself was a little lost but I'm not part of the Younger Generation so I don't count at least that's how it feels. Gone are the days when KFC was better than other Fast Food Places as they all seem equally Crap.

Got my order wrong with everything being a small instead of a large. Service was alright, but lacking in time. Not to mention that the atmosphere just feels so depressing

Twice before i've paid for a snack wrap and it wasnt included in my bag but hadn't noticed till I got home, last time they over charged me by nearly £5. I thought I'd give them one last chance because my girls asked to go here as a holiday treat and I certainly won't be returning, paid for sweet chilli bites didn't have them in my bag so went back into the store, returned to my vehicle to see they've given me the buffalo bites so again had to return to the store to get the ones I'd ordered. And the size of the fillet in the children's box was half the size of the usual fillet,very disappointed considering they've put the children's meals upto £5.

Every were a mess rubbish bins full and over flowing toilets for ladies dirty and no toilet paper won't be eating or going again very disappointed

Arrived late to premier inn (opposite) so restaurant was booked up. Kentucky, self service machines, cleanliness, seating, music , all totally fine , food served promptly and hot - it’s all good.

Nice place to have food and relax. We used self order which was nice and easy.

Seriously, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. No staff, YOU WILL be waiting a very long time. Avoid.

Useless, half the stuff isn't even on the mobile app forcing you to take longer and have the awkward interaction at the counter ordering your food with people stood behind u while your making your mind up and then your order won't even be correct, how hard is it to not put mayo on a wrap, the drive thru is closed half the time too and krushems are advertised but "not available at this store" all the staff look like there on a go slow and I seen three people food just sat on the counter for like 5-10 mins getting cold while they decided if they should say the collection number aloud, I remember why I stopped coming here now I'm writing this and I don't think I'll be returning

Sat at the drive through window for ages, no sign of any staff and no intercom interaction, drove to the next window to place order only to be rudely spoke to. Won’t bother coming back.

This kfc has improved the consistency of its food. Kfc burgers can be a bit tough sometimes, this particular one has provided more chewy burgers than any other that I've been to. But over the last year it has definitely improved. No bad ones for a long time.

Staff is negligent or incompetent Ordered 4 vegan burgers Reached home and checked that all 4 burgers had a bottom bun only 🫠🙃🙂‍↔️ Literally Ridiculous Order 9110 on 9th July I can’t even say they were busy when they made my order , my order was only order which was in queue. Feels intentional Racist behaviour

Ok food, ok service no atmosphere at all.

Thought I would give this KFC another chance wish I hadn't rude on drive thru all our order was wrong!! And a big black hair on my boneless chicken...which I didn't order sitting in the queue and witnessed 3 people going bk in with wrong orders...will never go again

Hot food, long wait in car park though. They did say sorry for the wait and gave us a bottle of Tango as away of an apology.

I haven't had KFC in years, this ones certainly didn't disappoint! A very busy KFC when I visited but clean and the food was piping hot and tasty! Finger licking good.

Just a pit stop but very friendly staff.

Service friendly but the portion sizes and freshness of the food was way off the prices paid. Fast food is no longer even close to being value for money, thin pieces of chicken at exorbitant prices.

£9.99 for two tiny anorexic bits of chicken, two hot wings and two crispy strips meal wasn’t my idea of value, and the toilets were swimming in water and filthy. Or at least I hope it was water. Wont be back

Probably one of the best kfc I've been to, everything was fresh nothing forgotten no issues.

Picked up a takeaway as a treat. Wanted 3 pieces of original chicken, fries, sweetcorn and a Krushem. No sweetcorn available, no krushems available (never have been krushems every single time I have been there in the last 2 years, so no surprise) and I was given 3 small drumsticks instead of the 3 different pieces - so basically half the meat I was expecting. Didn't expect to have to check at the window so didn't notice until home. Tried to call 3 times. No answer. Hence the review. Certainly not worth the money.

It's not really going to score high on atmosphere. It's a fast food joint. You want food fast, not cabaret. That said, the food does turn up fast, contains chicken as advertised and tastes like an uhealthy addiction being serviced. I feel little guilt on the matter because "mmm, chicken good"

Everything you want from a KFC.

Do not bother stopping here on your way through. Drive through is closed. No menu on the boards. No flaming wraps. No apologies. Waste of time. No comment on food as I walked out.

Poor service, I could have killed, dressed and cooked the chicken in the time it took for me to receive my order. Very wet and soggy fries. Definitely won't be going back.

Paid 24.99 for boneless bucket we have quite a lot to share tried to call them as when I got home only had the 8 pice bucket and paid for a 12 but no one picked up the phone..not good if you can't call them about it.

On Saturday the 10th February. Myself and the family fancied a KFC . So around 9pm we walked over to kfc from our hotel due to using this kfc a few times in the past I know that is is supposed to stay open until 10.00pm at night . Before we even ordered our food the first thing the staff said to us was its take out only. I thought it was extremely rude to say this when It was not even closing time at this point. The staff was not showing a welcoming attitude at all. Also the tables and floor was filthy. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this particular store. The experience has put me off going to that kfc ever again.

We dont get KFC very often with the exception of my youngest son who used to absolutely loves their fries. Staff have always been friendly especially a guy called Liam he has served us quite a few times now via the drive-thru and is always very polite and professional. Ive eaten in only twice before and service and food was more than adequate dispite not tasting to me as good as it used to in the 90s. The restaurant is in a good location but the parking and drive-thru can be hectic to say the least especially when it is busy. Update: Went recently, drive trough was as slow and hectic as ever food was awful fries have a new coating which makes them taste funny plus the ones we where given where cold.Chicken was some of the worst ive ever had thoes famous 11 herbs and spices where seriously lacking i couldn't taste anything resembling KFC. The service was very slow but the few staff i encountered where pleasant KFC is more expensive now than its ever been its also the worst tasting its ever been bring back how it used to be and get some more staff it seems like they run a skeleton crew most of the time now days.

Eating here might be the biggest mistake in the world. It was really bad. The fries were cold and very greasy. And they were just covered in salt. The situations were not bad, but everything else was very bad. The toilets were dirty and poorly maintained, as if they had not been cleaned for 10 years.

Make sure u check everything u order at the time they pass over your order, fed up paying for food they forget to put in my bag !!!

I have never left a review but this was needed Absolute shambles! Everything was cold, but the beans were hot but I had to drink them because of no spoon. Service was shocking! Opening times need to be reviewed seemed to have closed doors early!! Judging by reviews it's the norm! Maybe lack in training or maybe low morale in staff but improvement needed

Obviously understaffed and struggling!! Staff are doing their best, being polite and reassuring customers, but it’s obvious this is a management/ owner issue. Staff your business properly. Food was actually good. Service is the issue

Been tonight (6th of January) The lad serving had a bad attitude, barely acknowledged us, could clearly tell he couldn't be bothered and made us feel like a hindrance. Wouldn't let us order inside even though there was 20 minutes before closing which meant we had to walk through the drive through....in the freezing cold

Decided to have kfc after the festive meals at home. Drovr up to drive thro Here at oswestry. Service from ordering very slow. Only 3 cars in queue. Pulled up at window, no aknowledgement. Handed bag & i dbl checked my order. Well the food was disgusting. Hardly any fries, not coated as in wrexham kfc which we love. Chicken sparse more like pigeon pieces. Some overcooked. All in all very disappointing. Would like to speak to the manager to vent my opinion. Will never ever visit again or recommend.

Had a take out through Uber eats, came freezing cold, chicken wasn't even coated and chips soggy, just absolutely Minging food. Never again, even the new McDonald's in town can't get anything right, someone could clean up here if someone actually put effort in.

Half of the self serve machines are out of order. The one that was working wasn't scanning the KFC app or giving receipts. No pepsi Max, quick service, bin was overflowing.

Dirty grubby place. Tables I cleaned and floor with waste food and packaging all over. Had to ask the manager to send some one to clean tables so we could sit down. Young girl didn’t know how to clean tables and had to be shown. Poor that the store manager would think this is in an way good service. Will not be back here again

Standards are dropping with delivered orders when it comes to presentation and items being bashed around or missing please work on this

Average food. Fairly certain it made both of us unwell. Access to the site is awkward and car park is dreadfully laid out. Everyone was driving near to KFC/Starbucks units expecting to drive around only to find the road stops in the two drive through exits. Just while I was there about 6 cars had to reverse back down the car park

I ended up with food poisoning half an hour later, being sick in the car in a carrier bag on the way home to Standish, then on the loo, never again, clean up your act KFC 🤮

Restaurant was locked. No one could use main door and had to come in through side door. Got different food than ordered. And had to ask for forgotten items.

First a 25 minute wait and then when we got the food there was only legs in the bucket and the the spicy wings had blood in the meat, which is a key point in telling whether the chicken had not been cooked. When I phoned them they keep picking the phone up and then put it straight down, eventually I got through and they said that's how chicken should be despite the obvious fact that anyone with a small bit of knowledge on the topic of chicken would tell you that should not be anywhere close to red and should be a nice off-white colour.

Slow service and they didn’t have the corn or dip we ordered, but the server made up for it with an apology delivered well and 2 free cookies and “chippies”. She did good. The food we had was good.

Setting a new low in customer service. Never seen such a bunch of uninterested, unhelpful staff in my life. Floor was filthy as were the toilets. Won’t be going back.

Handy for takeaway while staying at premier inn

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager (manager on duty on 30th September at 21:30). Supposed be closed at 10:30 but said it's closed 21:00. Wouldn't take our order even the drive through. Wanted us to wait behind all the cars when it's raining although the next car in queue was happy to wait for us to place order first.

As decent as any other kfc, finger lickin’ good. Closing time listed on google as 10:30pm. When asked the chap at the window, closes “at around 11:30pm-ish”.

Not a good one, didn't get what I asked for and ended up eating chicken strips when I wanted the fillet bun, busy when we went so couldn't be bothered to go through again.

Layout was confusing (we accidentally entered the drive through.) Student discount didn't work, screens didn't allow app scanning initially, and service was slow.

Chicken was so greasy that you picked it up and dripping everywhere cooked in burnt oil chips, absolutely vile I returned, which they changed but when I was driving away and just the same didn't even get a refund absolutely disgusting place to eat from .

Food shocking, Chicken swimming in grease. The cleanliness of the place was discussing bins overflowing waste food all over the tables and floor, the toilets they were a mess so dirty and sinks full of grime. Shame on you KFC

On arrival we waited for 5 minutes before I called staff over to ask for service.. then waited a further couple of minutes for them to take my order... 15 minutes later we are still waiting.. fast food my rear end!! We had to cancel our orders then get a refund.. 30 minutes of My life I will never get back.. diabolical place.. avoid if you want to actually want to get served with food!!
