kfc has put spicy sauce on all of the food and one of my family members can’t eat spicy food very very unhappy

For once everything came fresh and piping hot and even the chips where enjoyable which is a first for KFC. Definitely a step up from the previous time I ordered from here. I enjoyed it a lot.

Waiting nearly 2h for food is unacceptable..

The manager came up to me as soon as I finished my food, shoved a qr code in my face and was begging for a 5 star rating. The food was nice with fast service, however this is due to the store being extremely quiet at that time of day. Would be a 4* if not for the assertiveness from the manager.

Was clean, good service, quiet atmosphere. Would give them a 5 for food but unfortunately they didn’t have any mash left at 5:30pm, they gave us extra corn but my son only eats mash.

Best visit that we have had to this site - a lot cleaner than previously. They remembered that we asked for no ice in the drinks 👍 Wish that you would bring back ordinary chips - don’t like the beefy flavour with the chicken.

took too long to get here, everything is cold, bar the gravy which is kinda warm. they clearly prepared the order before the courier got there, and the courier took an hour. just eats fault though as always.

Food was lukewarm at best. Ironically the only hot bit was the gravy. The chips where actually freezing when the delivery came. Very poor experience considering how much I paid for it.

previously gave them 5 stars, but tonight, a 1 star, chicken were cold and hard and not even fresh, too salty, they probably been sat there for a while. Also a few times service is terrible and slow. Very disappointed.

My delivery driver was polite and helpful and as for KFC not helpful as missed 2 items off my order, when I phoned them I was told they couldn't help and was helpful and as this is the second time they have missed items they won't get Mt business in future.

The wait for the food was way to long and then told there was no Gravy. KFC'S Gavy is pretty famous, thought they was going to say there was no chicken left next. Once we got the Food the order was cold so not even keeping warm under the lightbulb. By far Worst experience at a KFC cheers. However managed to get a full refund with ease must be used to it.

Served by Caitlin, she has a great attitude and great customer service skills. Service with a smile throughout- even when informing me I couldn't swap fries for chicken (you don't ask, you don't get!) So so nice to be served by a friendly and happy face!! A credit to the team, treat her well!

Had the stuffing tower burger it was brilliant I'll definitely be back.

Staff were keen to be on hand and were helpful and organised. The original recipe fried chicken was nicely cooked with a texture that wasn’t too greasy yet not too dry. It was busy and whilst we did get seating, the outside of the building may lead you to believe there is seating upstairs but on closer inspection it appears kfc itself is on the ground floor of the building and the above area is used as on office or something.

I don’t hardly go to KFC unless I want greasy food every now and then that I crave. Well, I wish I never bothered! I been waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes and the guy who was 2 cars in front of me I could hear him telling them he’s been there for an hour waiting for his order and by their faces they simply did not care. KFC is going downhill and I can’t see them lasting very long! The staff lack motivation and look like they don’t enjoy working there all run by young people. When I finally got home and tucked in to my hot wings they just don’t taste the same, it seems like it’s been coated in bread crumb's? You can get served even quicker at Maccies so I think I’ll be popping down the road next time to get some chicken selects! Awful service and the chicken was bland, not as moist as it used to be. I definitely won’t be visiting again!

For the first time i found such an unprofessional service at any KFC . The order was poorly served. The staff was rude and took me 15 minutes on the drive though waiting for box meal.

Courier did one with our food and kept pushing back the delivery time so we couldn't even contact Just Eat - KFC replaced our food in the end out of goodwill. Just Eat really are shocking.
