Booked on app to collect at drive-thru, got there, no-one ahead of me, to be told a couple of minutes wait for vegan burger and to park in a bay. Fifteen minutes later still no food so I returned to the window on foot and was handed a bag which I’d seen them put down 5 minutes earlier. Got home to find the vegan burger had been put in the box upside down, the box put in the bag sideways and nothing on the burger (no salad or sauce.) Abysmal.

Absolutely shambles says closing at 11pm closed at 10pm and it was a Friday night, we walked there and the app said closes 11pm and even the door said 11pm what a shambles

10 pm Sunday night, no one was available to take our drive through order despite plenty of staff inside. Under staffed and under motivated, they couldn't be bothered to look after customers. Went to McDonald's instead,go served straight away.

delivery was quoted then put back an hour & when it did arrive it was cold

Second time orderering still no chips delivered and no gravy. What is going on with reading peoples orders and checking their orders making sure everything is in the bag.

Standards are up and down. Menu screens are not easy to get what you want and service counter only take cash now. Staff need to be more attentive, I waited just for a dip but staff were not interested, so no dip with meal, more training needed, no surprise there.

Part of the delivery was wrong ,shops fault not delivery drivers

Served the cold fillet burger Went back to till and asked for fresh one. He brought the same burger putting them 20 sec in microwave. Can tell its off, leaving part eaten burger on your table sorry

only half our order arrived. large order for a birthday party. ended up having to collect it myself. Attitude of staff unbelievable. I can assure you we will not be ordering again

Ordered a considerable amount of food for delivery, for 10 year olds birthday tea. Only half order arrived. When eventually got through to Arlington Way I was assured a new order for the outstanding food would be sent. However, an hour and 20 mins later I had to go fetch . Staff attitude was appalling, a reluctant apology given by the senior management and made to feel it was my fault! Will not be using this establishment again, despite having used frequently in the past.

Ordered 4 chicken thighs and other things going through the drive thru and when I got home and checked it there was only 2 chicken thighs and 2 legs! I don’t eat legs which is why I ordered thighs. Phoned up to speak to someone about it and they hung up on me half way through the call. Disgusting behaviour, my family and I used to go there every week but no longer will you be getting anymore custom from us! Appalling!

I always seem to get only drumsticks in my orders. Why? It would be nice to have breast pieces for the price I pay.

Charged twice, Claimed card declined despite going through on machine and appearing instantly on my online banking...no receipt available.. Paid again with cash to receive my food. Told would receive refund on my account and ofcourse didnt. They're spastics in there.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive threw for 4 krushems , 6 hot wings , didn't even add the extra bits I was charged for and didnt even take the staff discount 25% day light robbery and Sam you lied to me my krushem was more ice then aero it was watered down SHOCKING il be back tomorrow hope for a better service and a SMILE at least!!!!

Friendly staff. Food was lush and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I love the new fries, hadn't been to a kfc in a long time and was pleasantly pleased to see that had upgraded the fries

Only ordered a small delivery but ended up with a bloody banquet poor sods who didn't get theres has it would of costed them over 40 quid!!! Prob last time i ever use kfc

before ordering the delivery time was max 50 minutes after order that changed to 1hr 50 mins. Food was stone cold and very few chips. First time ever having a problem with Arlington Way

Delicious kfc. Original is best. Served quick. They seem to have changed the chips to be sort of salt and pepper flavour which I liked but my colleagues did not as they were expecting McDonald's type chips. Hey ho, more for me :-)

A very friendly local branch of this international franchise. New staff need more training. Some have no customer skills, don't listen and are obviously all at sea.

Rude young woman took our order on the drive through. Crackly headpiece so we couldn't hear and she was abrupt and rude when we queried what she'd ordered for us. Got to the next window and realised it was her again. No smile and when we said we were disappointed with her customer service, she said she was tired and had been working 7 days straight! She may have been tired, but her job is customer facing so she should have at least been pleasant. Get over yourself my love, get used to working you've got 40+ years to go! Won't be in a rush to visit again, we'll try peri peri chicken next time.

The fries box was practically empty. There’s only 9 fries in the whole thing. It’s barely a 3rd full

Ordered extra chicken in bbq sauce, which I paid for but was not included, message Just Eat but no response and no refund. Chips, what few there were, were stone cold. Not impressed with service as there is often something missing e.g. sauces/extras.

I ordered it at 4:10pm it arrive at 5:38pm , how come that it takes so long to be delivered?

Ordered at the till as the self service machines didn't work. Was given a different drink bottle as the one we ordered wasn't in stock, why this isn't tracked or disclosed when ordering I don't know. Once we sort that mess out we need to ask for; cups, as if ordering food to eat in wasn't sign enough, "boxes" to use as plates, as heaven forbid we want to eat our family meal, and the right selection of sauces, as apparently they ignored us when we made our selection when ordering. And that's before we get to the part where we overhead that the coffee machine was out of service... And they let someone order coffee.. how? You also have the toilets which don't look like they have been cleaned in a few days... - Another day and they screw up our sauces, half fill twister wraps, etc. not value for money at all.

New seasoned fries are way nicer than the former fries! Hot wings, chilli bites, burger - all food was hot delicious and crispy - although at least one food item is almost always missing! 😩

We popped in tonight and were treated and served by a young man called Zach 😀 What a polite a courteous young man. The gentleman I was supporting needed a little extra time and Zach ! Was fantastic with him 👍🏼 An absolute shining example how all should be treated equal a credit to K F C !!
