Kfc in Shropshire

Caitlin was none stop, and on the go constantly during my visit. Welcomed me as I came in and handed me a table number, brought my food over promptly and said I hope you enjoy. Smiles all around. She is an asset to the team. The restaurant was spotless. Well done guys! (Especially Caitlin!). :D

Every time I visit this KFC I constantly have a problem with receiving watery gravy? Every other KFC I’ve been too have a thicker gravy, not watery. Asked if they had a thicker gravy and I felt like they weren’t really too bothered and just brought me another batch of watery gravy. I’d recommend the KFC in town rather than this one.

One thing was missing from the order but was rectified quickly.

We love KFC and drive 25 miles every week to get the yummy food. Probably best is to get the food from another place as this team here is totally unprofessional. Ordered 10 pieces Family Feast which comes with 8 pieces of chicken and the garlic mayo dip is bbq.🥴 Probably I am lucky as another customer in front of me ordered something with 2 pieces of chicken and got none🤭. Someone else here mentioned a new manager, I am pretty sure he need a new team or they need to get some maths lessons… If the manager needs to check on 02.07.2021 at 6:28 order 9044

Staff nowhere to be seen when I tried to order nobody came, I could hear them laughing and swearing and still nobody took my order. Do not recommend coming here as order was wrong cold and missing food. Rude customer service

I ordered a vegetarian salad and found 4 pieces of chicken in there. I tried to contact them and the number is a London branch of KFC.

Ordered on the app and checked in when I parked up. Had to wait a bit for the food to be ready, but it was freshly made; the burger was well put together; the chicken piece was juicy and hot. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Tables were cleaned and the toilets were spotless.

Kfc staff all stood around one area chatting and laughing when the seating area is dirty rubbish everywhere and long wait for food when I got it it was stone cold and very greasy and the servers were very unfriendly to me when I ask for my order after 25 minutes

Had a fantastic experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience. A special shoutout to Kirsty, who went above and beyond with her friendly and efficient service. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such great customer service, and she truly made our visit even better. Will definitely be coming back—highly recommend this KFC!

I regularly come to this KFC, only because it's our nearest one. Normally, I can only describe it as dire. You never leave the drive thru unless you've checked your bag to see if its all correct. (Which it normally isn't). I went here yesterday not long after it had opened. It was clean, and I was greeted by Liam who offered me a highchair for the baby. The food was brought quickly, and efficiently. Hot, and all correct. There were even extra sachets, napkins and cutlery in a little bag on the tray. Liam even found my coat that i had left, and brought it to me. Thank you for a very positive experience Liam.

Over priced. I am a skinny guy and still had to go back for more food. £10 for a meal is madness. £6 for my second order… a so called “saver” meal

Just bought for my son. Chicken undercooked and soggy. Swear the staff are stoned. Avoid

Chips stone cold, dog wouldn't even eat them. Messed up my burger order by just making it how it comes instead of how I asked for it to be made. Wasn't even busy at the time so no excuse for it. Popcorn was the only thing that was edible

Disgusting went around 8pm had to wait ages order number 9150 got home and chicken was burnt greasy and inedible tried to complain on web site it would not let me really upset at wasting that amount of money on a sharing bucket

Just editing because I want to say sorry to the poor lad who had clearly been forced to come up to our table not long after we got our food and ask us to leave a review. So instead of eating, I had to leave a review whilst the poor lad stood there awkwardly waiting. Food was also actually really flavourless and it was probably the worst kfc I've ever had, but I felt obliged to give a good rating with him stood right there!! Again, not mad at him, but who the hell is forcing their staff members to go up to people who have JUST got their food to leave a review 🙃 Awkward encounter and not worth the money this time around.
