Toilet out of order on 24/1/25 (Used the toilet in the neighbouring Dobbies garden store) otherwise the experience was great. It was a clean & tidy place, machine ordering. Usual range of food available. Tables small but clean, staff efficient & pleasant.

I got the wrong milkshake, I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a vanilla one.

Got the be one of the best Double Bacon XL’s I have ever had. Walked in ordered at the kiosk food was there within a minute, walked to the car and it was piping hot and built perfectly. Bread was fresh and the meat succulent. 10/10 to the fella on the grill and the prep staff. If I’m ever in the area will definitely come through again

The quality was terrible was told I was getting free chicken nuggets which weren't delivered. for nearly £30 I was expecting a lot better.

Smallish location with no drive through, but the same burger king quality food

This place is conveniently located, the carpark is huge, we entered Burger King, could not work out the auto menu so went to the counter. The staff were very helpful and were quick to take our order with a smile. I would sa that our order was ready within 3 minutes so we'll done Burger King, its an A+++ from me

I ordered the deal on bacon double cheeseburgers and an extra chicken royale, the royale was never sent and there was no option to report this. Disappointing.

Chips were cold (Usually the chips from this BK are piping hot) burgers were ok. Cheese bites were hot 👌

Great burger and plenty of sauces

Tasty food as usual, but not very clean and pricing more expensive than other Burger Kings - although this is expected at a service area, the elevated cost was beyond reasonable. Staff in the kitchen were touching their faces a lot also.

Grabbed some food on way to holiday, spent 2 days with severe food poisoning.

They always get the order correct and the food is always hot/warm. McDonald’s pretty much screw every order I have up.

Went through the drive through on route to a long trip to Tenby. First two days of my holiday have been spent with food poisoning. I’ve not been able to spend the time doing anything other than sitting on the loo or in the shower. Absolutely devastated

On the app it says u get chicken nuggets with the order for free as we have previously. This is still on your website. Yet guess what no nuggets with the order I will not be using again. Such a con.

Absolutely awful. Never got a call or any notification on this app to say that the delivery driver was outside to give us our food which means he collected our order and either ate our food or delivered it to somewhere else. Utterly disgusted the driver needs to be fired !

Paid £5 for the smallest bacon and cheeseburger. Bland. Chips over salty. One bin - overflowing. Staff polite and civil. Atmosphere: zilch. And as for trying to exit the services; absolute chaos and took 20 minutes. Somebody redesign the traffic lights please!

Missing food and no one will answer to get it delivered

Delivery person refused to hand over my food purchase. She demanded a 'code'. After standing there going through my phone and showing her the order confirmation etc she finally saw what she needed to see! This is a joke

Best burger king I’ve ever been to. I made a stupid error ordering on the app and the staff were very helpful. They notified the manager which was able to help - a top gentleman. The food was great, very warm and fresh. Thank you!

The double whopper was very good. The data entry screen was not very user-friendly. Seating is very basic and not really comfortable. There is a Subway in the same room as well.

There's no atmosphere....it's Burger King... However.....we had a late night burger and chips..Burger was nice, chips were amazing.

I stopped here as a break to my journey. It was all but empty but the service was good and i enjoyed my Caesar Chicken thing.

The food sadly wasn’t great. The burger was overcooked and I couldn’t eat it, and the nuggets were sadly undercooked. This is unfortunate as I have always had good quality food from Burger King. But sadly, as I say I just couldn’t eat the meat & only ended up eating the fries & chilli cheese bites

I accidentally ripped my nipples off opening the paper bag as the staple flew off. I then just sat and cried before I used some chilli cheese bites to replace my nipples

My food says delivered but has not arrived

Staff was very rude and was shouting at a delivery driver, telling him to f off, a young man named James and a young lady with retainer, after the driver left she was telling her colleague that she texted someone to “take care” of the delivery driver, how awful hospitality keeping in mind there were a lot of costumers in BK. I did not feel safe, imagine going there and having to complain about the food or something, they would “take care” of me as well. Awful experience.

Dining area very clean. Staff neat in appearance. Only three tables occupied when we visited. I went to the toilet, although they were clean,I thought the hallway and the toilet could use a new coat of paint to brighten them up.

I was on my way home and witnessed an unfortunate scene, a middle-aged woman yelled at a delivery driver, I'm not sure why but the driver was quiet and calm the entire time. She behaved as if she owned the town, having no respect for the customers who were there, she said things like “get out of my restaurant” in ways that I had never heard before. The standards for people who work in hospitality are supposed to be high, customers only want to buy the menus, not witness the unprofessionalism of the Burger King Staff.

Burger King is fine, but the car park is preposterous it has taken us over 35 minutes to get out onto the A5. Which is longer then it took us to order and eat our lunch!

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was ready quickly and was no hassle at all! Overall really happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting again!

Burger King and food was good. Staff were busy. The location is not great.. not sure why that much of bad smell. Inside Burger King was okay, outside the restaurant felt like not a great place to visit.

We ordered our meals and they were ready fast but they were stone cold, don’t know how long they had been sat there. The place itself stunk of urine, but no idea if it was from the toilets as wasn’t brave enough to try them. The tables were filthy and there was food and rubbish on the floors, staff were just chatting behind the counter. It was a really grim experience and we definitely won’t be returning.

The driver didn't even knock the door. No sauces either. Along with MacDonalds this is very poor

Got wrong burgers and the restaurant does not have a number

Everything OK service and food wise but because of the state of the toilet, both male and female, I am scoring this place poorly. If you are travelling and stopping for a quick bite to eat and to use the toilet… don’t.

This was one of the best Burger Kings I'd had burger tasted fresh and the chips were obviously freshly cooked a bit disappointed you have to pay extra for mayonnaise when it used to be free along with tomato sauce
