Food was okay, usual fare. Restaurant staff were very disinterested and make/made little effort to clean or clear the tables. It seems a common theme in a lot of places at the moment that the staff are not happy in their work: or maybe they don’t understand what their job is? Serve good food, keep the place clean and smile. Not rocket science

Tuve una entrega de solo comer. Las papas fritas estaban frías, empapadas y poco cocinadas. El pollo era casi aceptable. No voy a pedir a través de comer de nuevo.

Incompetent staff member. Customer before us ended up with terrible product as half dropped on floor. Gloves left on to collect goods from store, take cash and make sandwich. Very poor standards.

My visit to Kaspa's was an absolute disaster. I ordered the Hazelnut Choc Deluxe sundae, but what I got was anything but that. The Ferrero Rocher, which was supposed to be a highlight, was completely missing. Instead, the sundae was a random mix that didn't come close to what was advertised. To make matters worse, the service was atrocious. After being told to sit down and wait, I was ignored for over 20 minutes, when we where the only ones there. Not a single staff member bothered to take my order until I had to get up and go to the counter myself. The lack of care and attention from the staff was beyond frustrating. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service and getting orders right. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. Kaspa's is definitely not worth your time or money.

Just arrived home, with Chicken and stuffing stacker and chips, after 2 mouthfuls of the burger I nearly threw up !!! It was just a handful of disgusting tasteless mush!!! The chips were tasteless !!! Just binned the lot !!! Never again 😡😡😡

I ordered breakfast off them at 10 and was left waiting for half an hour sat next to the workers. I was about to approach because all the workers seemed to be standing around doing nothing while we were waiting. When they call our food as being done just to tell me they stopped serving breakfast HALF AND HOUR ago. While I did request a refund service was terrible there was nothing stopping any worker approaching us to say they were unable to make our food rather than leaving us sat waiting. The manager was no help and had to wait for him to refund me and the staff were useless!

KFC London Londres Yo recomendaría KFC en Greenwich. Sin embargo, no recomendaría pedir a través de Uber Eats. Cada semana hago y ordeno que viene a £ 16. Una bebida viene con la comida que pido. Siempre me gusta pedir una lata extra de bebida. Cada semana Uber come y Just eat estropea mi pedido, y solo recibo una bebida y termino teniendo que solicitar un reembolso. Que no siempre recibo.

We had finished a swim session at a local leisure centre and it was close to dinner time so we decided to visit the Walsall wood KFC restaurant. My kids both had popcorn chicken meals, I had a zinger tower meal and my wife had a rice box. Whilst my meal and my kids meals where fine, my wife's rice box was abysmal. A pitiful amount of salad and rice, I mean, it's supposed to be a rice pot not what was clearly a rice I can't be arsed pot also someone had decided to scrape the coating off the chicken fillet whilst trying to slice it presumably. To top it off there was a nice strand of hair in the salad. Thanks but no thanks.

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.

Ordered food at 3.30pm, had a phone call to say driver delayed and would be here by 5pm - already late! 5.30pm food arrived, cold - ever tried heating up jalapeño poppers and chips and chicken??? nah guessed not!! why not cancel the order if you knew you had a problem, £26 completely ruined and in the bin..
