The best restaurants serving American food in England

Rude guy serving. Took ages to arrive, and only attractive females were being compensated albeit only with chips. Food was tasty but there happened to be something wrong with each order which they were resentful in replacing.

We paid for a takeaway 38.22 never came contacted them the next day to find out Tamworth was closed even tho you could still order and take money been trying to get money refunded as they said they would but NO REFUND AS ARRIVED been trying to contact them email phone Facebook etc no answer been ignored or they’ve closed down this as now been going on for 3 weeks will now have the hassle to contact credit card

I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p

This place is not good at all, the food is pathetic and so is the service the staff are reluctant and the place is ill managed.

Absolutely awful kebab £13.50 for a mixed kebab. The lamb doner was lamb chewy gristle. Couldn't eat it. And the rest of the meat was cold. Avoid like the plague it was not worth the money.

Went through Drive Thru, placed half our order and after asking for no ice on the first drink were told to move to the first window. We hadn’t finished our order, and we couldn’t edit at the window and add on the other meal. Weren’t asked if we had finished our order, and were just hurried along. Drive thru staff did not have a nice approach towards us when we explained they had not let us finish, and was not at all apologetic. When we asked to cancel the order, she didn’t even talk and then ignored us. Not happy with the service.

I am not normally writing reviews but this time I feel I have to, just got an order wich the name is " Gravy Triple Bucket" today 20th November 2022 which arrive in time but is missing items on it.. no mini filets, supose to be 8 hot wings and there is just one, no regular popcorn came in the bag and also no drink which suppose to be a Pepsi Max 1.5L, and worse I had to pay £29.28 for something that did not came in my order, and last I call them and did not pick up the phone, really disappointed whit this brunch, not ordering from them ever again.. really bad service if I could give cero stars I will give it, worse experience ever.

very dissatisfied in my experience with this establishment. we tried ordering a pepperoni pizza online for a party and within 5 minutes it had reported that our order had been cancelled. when looking, they had not refunded our money and when trying to call the number went it straight to voicemail. we tried calling multiple times and even left voice messages however the calls were being declined instantly and our voice mails were not replied to. To anyone ordering proceed with caution!!!

Every time I collect a 6 piece bucket , 4 fries . Get 4 drumsticks, a wing and thigh. I am housebound, a friend spends £17.99 for this to be delivered, 3 times the same awful portions , utter rip off . Waste of money

Queued up to get myself a salad at lunch time today 6th April. As it got to my turn to be served the guy behind the counter mumbled something at me when I said pardon he said where were u in the queue? There's a queue that starts at the back you know! Really rude and unprofessional I explained yes I know where the queue started I had waited my turn! He then said what do you want I order my food he chucked me a salad together said anything else as if he couldn't be bothered and looked absolutely miserable . I left feeling really annoyed as he had no manner with him and felt he was really rude to me. I won't return again

OMG, went in to get a bag of large chips to take home for the other half and myself. I wished I didn’t bother. Waited for about 10 minutes while the chips cooked, fresh I thought, how wrong could I be. For a extra large bag I paid £3-20, so expensive when I saw the size, I’ve had regular sized bags from other chips shops lager than their extra large but that’s probably the only positive. When we got home, the chips were black, green and rock hard like they used potatoes that was going off. After picking out 2/3 of the bad chips, we were left with a very small child hand full and I swear, these chips tasted stale and looked like they were fried again just to heat them up. Seriously these would have to be the most disgusting chips I’ve ever tasted and the quality was definitely well below poor. We had to throw them away, in fact I was that angry, I tried to get the telephone online and the number is incorrect so obviously you can’t complain so in the bin they went and a pizza was put in the oven. Afterwards I read the reviews and I advise you not to ever entertain the thoughts of getting chips from here, thank goodness I didn’t order any thing else. DO NOT USE.

I order a burger and i said no sauce (plain) fhey put in the burger sauce, and ive changed it , i told them again with no sauce , They put again other sauce , And my brother's wings are not even coocked good , this is the worst kfc in london

For a start my food was cold so that was great, I sat and watched an elderly lady asking a worker if they had anything vegetarian to which the woman rudely applied ' we have vegan and plant based but they're cooked on the same grill as meat' So then this elderly lady asked what's on them? What's vegan ? And this worker says ' god knows' then pointed at a chicken burger on the screen and said ' it looks like that' AT LEAST PRETEND TO KNOW YOUR SHI** AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE. Just wow

Went there for a nice boneless box meal suppose to have chicken strips instead I got spicy wings I asked very rudely the staff answer you take it or not but that’s what you will get there is a reason why it’s all boneless .the staff is very rude they do not deserve the kfc name as they dnt provide the same service cooked chicken should me kept in heated display and under a light when asked staff told me the electric bill is so high I said you still cnt serve cold cooked chicken this branch should be closed hope after reading this kfc name owner should take action hope so but as me I will never go to this branch again
