very dissatisfied in my experience with this establishment. we tried ordering a pepperoni pizza online for a party and within 5 minutes it had reported that our order had been cancelled. when looking, they had not refunded our money and when trying to call the number went it straight to voicemail. we tried calling multiple times and even left voice messages however the calls were being declined instantly and our voice mails were not replied to. To anyone ordering proceed with caution!!!

This place is really nice for lunches and dinners if you would like something casual .The food was delish .the chicken was perfectly cooked and the wrap was also delicious and so was the cheese burger 😀

Shocking customer service. New owners have increased prices and not updated website. So when you go in and order the prices have increased by 30%. Beware. Food not all that either.

You cant buy chicken without being forced to have chips with it the chicken from here used to good but now its not worth it at all. They have always forgot stuff and arrived hours late but the chicken isn’t even good anymore id avoid this place

Honestly, this place just goes backwards. Is it under new management. Everything takes forever and then it’s either over cooked or under cooked. Avoid.

ordered 3 pizzas, meat feast, pepperoni lover and chicken and sweetcorn - couldn't tell the difference between them when they turned up - hardly any meat or pepperoni

I have ordered a takeaway from Tasty Feast today and i am left utterly devastated. The chicken was not cooked properly and was very rubbery and i could not rip it apart. it was very hard and uncooked. It tasted like raw chicken and seemed very plasticy. Clearly it wasn’t defrosted properly

Contratamos arriba para el Baby Shower de mi sobrina. Qué hermoso lugar. La decoración en el interior es muy única con un montón de características originales. Todos tuvimos un tiempo fabuloso. La persona del bar Grant era simplemente increíble. Muy educado y amable. Nada era demasiado problema. Hasta sus cócteles eran encantadores. También gracias a Lauren el equipo de cocina. Era brillante. Nos ayudó a configurar Buenas tardes a todos. Siento no poder agregar fotos no se como hacerlo loooool.

El primer problema fue que solo recibí 1 bolsa de papas fritas cuando debería haber recibido 2. El segundo problema fue que las hamburguesas no se cocinaron correctamente y después tuve un dolor de estómago muy fuerte, y me senté en el inodoro durante unos 20 minutos. El tercer problema fue que las hamburguesas que recibí eran hamburguesas con queso, ¡NO LO QUE PEDÍ! Las hamburguesas con queso (que no pedí) sabían como si hubieran estado congeladas durante unos 2 meses. Habría tenido mejor suerte yendo a Islandia y haciéndolos yo mismo. El cuarto problema fue su anuncio y cómo usan las imágenes de Google para su comida! Fui silbado... ¡POR COMIDA! Aunque, había una ventaja... le dieron las dos latas de bebida que pedí. Luego intenté obtener un reembolso y no era elegible para uno. ¿POR QUÉ? Pobre de todo. EVITA A TODA COSTA Y AHORRA TU DINERO! ¡20 libras por el ahogamiento!

28 The Kingstanding CentreKFC New Osscott branch. Bought bargin bucket got it home only to find after handing it out the our kids and them eating a few portions of chicken my daughter shout out that she had bad taste in her mouth. We treat a peace and certainly could taste a chemical on the chicken like TCP. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him what had happened and the taste on the meat. My Mrs told me as she went to buy the food she could smell cleaning chemicals. I questioned the manager on what products they clean their areas with he replied We don't use chemical to clean and the sides don't get cleaned down till the following day ? We returned the order got our money back and also keep a peace of children and put it in the freezer. It was recently collected by Birmingham City council Environment Heath / Food Agency.
