very dissatisfied in my experience with this establishment. we tried ordering a pepperoni pizza online for a party and within 5 minutes it had reported that our order had been cancelled. when looking, they had not refunded our money and when trying to call the number went it straight to voicemail. we tried calling multiple times and even left voice messages however the calls were being declined instantly and our voice mails were not replied to. To anyone ordering proceed with caution!!!

This place is really nice for lunches and dinners if you would like something casual .The food was delish .the chicken was perfectly cooked and the wrap was also delicious and so was the cheese burger 😀

Shocking customer service. New owners have increased prices and not updated website. So when you go in and order the prices have increased by 30%. Beware. Food not all that either.

You cant buy chicken without being forced to have chips with it the chicken from here used to good but now its not worth it at all. They have always forgot stuff and arrived hours late but the chicken isn’t even good anymore id avoid this place

Honestly, this place just goes backwards. Is it under new management. Everything takes forever and then it’s either over cooked or under cooked. Avoid.

ordered 3 pizzas, meat feast, pepperoni lover and chicken and sweetcorn - couldn't tell the difference between them when they turned up - hardly any meat or pepperoni

I have ordered a takeaway from Tasty Feast today and i am left utterly devastated. The chicken was not cooked properly and was very rubbery and i could not rip it apart. it was very hard and uncooked. It tasted like raw chicken and seemed very plasticy. Clearly it wasn’t defrosted properly

I ordered food but the burger was very cold and uncooked . I complained to staff and they given another one which was even worse . I spoken to team leader in charge and she stated that bins are never hot and cheese never melts. She aslo given wrong refund and customer service is terrible and tables are never cleaned and food is always left around. Even when you complain they never say it’s their fault but they don’t do nothing about it and states they helped solved the query but they didn’t do nothing to help. Disgusting !

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.
