I order a burger and i said no sauce (plain) fhey put in the burger sauce, and ive changed it , i told them again with no sauce , They put again other sauce , And my brother's wings are not even coocked good , this is the worst kfc in london

I had a deliveroo order and did not get ketchup, then advisor lied to me they have no it. What a rude and not professional approaching.

The staff seem to be more interested in taking amongst themselves and doing everything other than serving customers, the standards are so low.

I ordered good From Leyton mills kfc Sunday evening for my family I ordered through just eat the food arrived warm , parts of the order was missing and part of the chicken chicken they provided were not worth having as they were just bones . I called the restaurant to complain and the manager said there is nothing he can do about the chicken and he would give me the parts of the order that was missing if I went there to collect, which would defeat the object of having the delivery. I am very disappointed at the food they supplied and discusted that they feel it’s ok to take your money for food you can’t eat and not all delivered .

Poor service throughout. Order took ages to be prepared, yes it was busy but fast food served by slow staff doesn't work. Badly managed. Then found the smallest piece of dried up chicken piece on the plate, even the hot wing was bigger, took it back to ask what it was. The member of staff just gazed at me with disinterest, went off to the rear and brought back an empty plate said I'd have to wait, not sure why when there was a hot cabinet of pieces within view. She went around the back again to bring me out a piece of chicken. As I had no idea what she may have done to it I left it. Won't have my money or custom again. There are certain KFCs to avoid this is one. Filthy toilet to boot, brown encrusted toilet brush, urea wet floor, dirty bowl. No thanks

We were looking for food as we were shopping at ASDA supermarket very late in the evening. The staff at this place was extremely hospitable as they let us in even the restaurant had closed. We were served delicious zinger burgers and icecream. The food was absolutely delicious. That really made our evening out worthwhile. Highly recommended.
