We paid for a takeaway 38.22 never came contacted them the next day to find out Tamworth was closed even tho you could still order and take money been trying to get money refunded as they said they would but NO REFUND AS ARRIVED been trying to contact them email phone Facebook etc no answer been ignored or they’ve closed down this as now been going on for 3 weeks will now have the hassle to contact credit card

Poor customer service. Had to wait ages for food which was nothing special for the price. Wouldn’t use this place again, better burger places out there. They seem more bothered about their so called branding than the customer. Believe the hype LOL

Review based on Balearic Eye as opposed to No. 18 as they supply the food to the latter. My friend booked No. 18 because she loves the burgers, of which, they're named after musical artists and movements - quite cool actually. I opted for the Madchester, which I thought was pretty decent, lots of flavours, but maybe a little bit on the dry side. The flavoured fries were good. Can't remember the name of them but they were spicy devils. I have rated Balearic Eye 3 stars as I think very good would be over-egging the pudding. That said, I wouldn't call the food average.

So having had a lovely time at Ice&Slice we had an horrific time at Balearic Eye, not only did I have go to ring & confirm the booking (don’t actually know why I wasted my time) ! We waited 35 minutes for 4 cocktails that never arrived! The toilets don’t work & the whole place is grimy! Believe the hype is the motto, what a load of crap Grim!Grim! Grim

Such a shame! Great idea, potentially great products, but really inconsistent quality of food and service. Ordered many times, usually food is late. Used to be served in small boxes with the name of the burger written in it, now, squashed into foil in a plastic bag, with only the vegetarian option clearly marked, the rest is purely guesswork, opening each burger! Not great!!! Unfortunately Ordered for the last time now. Missing items, wrong items....and over 90 minutes to arrive from placing order, when estimated time given was an hour. When calling to advise of Missing/wrong items, was told that we were mistaken, and yes, they would send out another, but that it would be exactly the same!! When the replacement burger arrived, it was exactly what we had wanted and nothing at all like the one we had originally received. Customer service needs improvement for sure. To tell us we were wrong is really poor on an order worth over £70. Very short sighted indeed. Such a shame, but we won't be ordering ever again and neither will the friends we were with.
