Area to be improve : cleanliness of the shop. 😀 when you see the tables are left with rubbish, try to send 1 - 2 staff to quickly clean and clear the rubbish, both on the tables and on the floor. After they clean the area, the supervisor please go to check their work. e.g. you ask the colleagues to use the cloth + purple Ecolab cleaning solution to clean the table, did they properly clean the tables? ( I doubt that ) haaaaa the colleague who swept the floor, didn't she ...notice there were still tissues + chicken bones under the tables? haaa ~~~ guys and girls you can do it. 😀

An order was delivered but it wasn’t mine I ordered food for 3 people an I got an order of one meal an it wasn’t anything close to what I ordered

Save your money this is the third time ive had cold food thats not what i ordered. I ordered a zinger meal and two hot wings and i got a cold chicken burger not a zinger with two hard budgie wings, no drink and 15 chips for £16.90 honestly rotten

Food is sometimes decent but you can wait 2 minutes or 40 minutes for food

Was about to enter and noticed a chicken being forced to watch its family be eaten through the door. Made me become vegantarian. Also the bathrooms smell like they slaughter the chickens they feed you in there.

Has to be the worst KFC I've had for a long time. Order wrong twice, chicken lukewarm, chips had a funny smell and wasn't cheap. The staff wasn't happy, and the whole place was dirty and grimy. The customers were cleaning the tables to sit down at.

I placed an order at 18:55 first delivery time was 19:30 + final delivery was 20:28. Spent an hour on preparing food

Some items were left behind and when I called the restaurant, I was told there was nothing they could do and we would have to ask for it next time we’re in the restaurant, which isn’t really the point. Not very good service.

The men’s toilets were real mess with foul order, no cleanliness observed in there. We ordered for a 14 pcs bucket but only served 13 pcs. However, Staff were so polite and service was good.

my order was great but wifes was incorrect should of been a bbq burger but it was a zinger tower the same as mine and she does not eat spicy food..simple mistake we understand. Rest of the food was great .

The time that the food was meant to be delivered kept changing, it went from 12:45 to like 13:15 to like 13:03 and that was a bit confusing, I don't understand why it kept changing while it was saying the driver was at KFC.

Alert avoid at all costs all KFC like many other fast food outlets have greatly increased there costs across the whole food range in the last 12 months lots of the set meals with drink and fries have increased by 300 percent nothing but greed for larger profits avoid now at all costs !!

I ordered one single meal, a popcorn chicken meal and all i got was chips? What’s the point of ordering a meal if all im going to get was chips? if i wanted chip, i would’ve ordered one bag of chips. It was in store i don’t see how you would’ve messed up an order.

I am of an age when I would just like a choice to have square eyes looking at a screen.!!!! Or talking to a real person and ordering by card or cash.. you give us no choice.

Horrible service, ordered a rice box, got back to work off my break as I only work nearby and found out that the rice box wasn’t a rice box. Took it back and they gave me an alternative food option, took the food back and ate it and made me feel ill. Never returning again.

Found a broken blue nail on my pizza and when I called to let the restaurant know the worker put the phone down on me

Missing loads of items off my order. Never get it wrong in the restaurant but if you order for delivery it’s like they miss things on purpose!!!

Ordered at least 35 minutes early for the time I wish it delivered, which was 5:15pm. Even with the very early ordering, for a time later, the food didn't get to me until around 5:45pm. I expected better when pre-ordering

we are missing a colonel meal we have the drinks but not the food.

i order 3 bottles of Pepsi max and there was a receipt but your driver came to the door and only left only one bottle of Pepsi max was left so I was not happy about this we uses just eat a lot and things like this have happened before I have also been told I am going to get a refund before and this did not happen . just eat owe me £6.98 which I want refunded to my account no voucher or anything like that ! I have also made the store KFC Venture park aware that the driver as stolen two bottles of Pepsi max from my order

Chicken was hard and food was cold.

Ordered seeing it was a 30-40 delivery and arrived after an hour and 45 minutes.

Your driver decided to drive 4 miles the opposite way to pick up vodka and deliver it for another company all of our food is barely like warm the chips stone cold

Great driver , well mannered and food arrived warm after some problems not showing the drivers route he was here fast and food was in insulated bag unlike alot of other drivers wondering round trying to find my address with food uninsulated for it then to arrive stone cold , thanks to whomever made my order you are a diamond in the dirt .

Completely the wrong order- (aside from the 2 drinks) we worked out from the receipt on the bag the order we had delivered was from an order over 4 hours old, food was completely wrong and obviously stone cold

Every bit of food was freezing cold

The chicken on one of the burgers was full of fat and inedible. We have never had any issues before, so we were very surprised and quite shocked by how bad the piece of chicken was.

The order delivery time was put back 3 times. The food when it arrived was barley warm. The popcorn chicken was like rubber and hardly any coating in the fillet strips. Still reminded me why it’s been six months since I last ordered. I should of gone to Pepes … I will next time..

I ordered spicy wings menu, fries were ok but the wings were literally cremated and meat totally tasteless, it was such a disappointment, was hungry and really wanted to have some spicy wings but couldn't even eat them, not to mention the stomach pain I had after just for trying one.To call that burned stuff food it's a total insult for anything edible in this world, and you pay for it. I ve eaten in other kfc restaurants, even abroad, this must be the worst! Will never step in it again!

The order arrived minus large popcorn, it stated on the ticket but when seal was broken and opened it was not there. We had 4 fries 2 beans and 8 fillets of chicken plus pop. No way of proving this but not happy with the service as not cheap.

Having ordered a sharing a family feast bucket for my daughter on tasting the chicken it tasted of soap i made a complain to which the response was that they are not interested! No refund or voucher will be given this is absolutely disgusting service and i will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again!!

I have not been to this kfc for a while and was really looking forward to my meal. Last time I went there I had too many salad leaves in my rice box. Today not only that but the chicken was too salty. Shouldn’t you always have the same standard meal that tastes the same? I don’t normally write reviews but I never had this experience in other kfcs. I am sorry to say this but the place does look a bit greasy.

When I placed my order it was told it would be delivered between 20.05-20.25, when it actually arrived at 20.40 everything was cold I don’t think I’ll order from KFC again as it’s the second time my order from there has been cold.

Actually the best KFC I've had. It was piping hot and actually fresh and the delivery man was friendly and polite.

My order been confirmed at 20:11 with a delivery time between 20:25-20:45... have been updated to 20:50 , but at 21:10 been re-updated to be delivered between 21:25 to 21:55... The driver arrived shortly afte 21:30. The food was not so warm anymore and for dont know how many times now we been missing the sauces...

Unfortunately we ordered a 12 piece and it was short by one piece of chicken. At this piece it’s not good to be shorted

Delivered in 25 mins but food not very fresh

Went in yesterday on the 27th of January and the the place was filthy, toilets were disgraceful and don’t want to goon about what was all over the sink and walls but was horrible then food and and rubbish all over the tables and floor and staff just standing there on there phones and when we paid over £50 for food it was all cold and soggy. One of the worst experiences for our family and kids and won’t be going back there. Can only imagine what the kitchen and fridges etc are like. Dirty and ignorant staff
