KFC in Tamworth

Really innept staff had no way of dealing with someone with a verbal disability and made a total hash of my order.

Arrived quickly, food was still warm which had been an issue previously.

Delivery driver got lost. We spoke on the phone and I had to stand outside the house and talk him to the house. He was on foot. When I opened the bag I found that the lid to the rice bowl meal was not on the bowl. It was loose in the bag. The food was cold. The burger meal was also cold. Waste of money. Terrible service

Made a £45 order for the family. Should have received a 10 piece variety bucket with 4x fries and Pepsi max. They did not send any fries, they sent diet Pepsi, ALL of the chicken was stone cold, half of the chicken had barely any meat on the bone and the other half had no skin. What meat we did have was bone dry as well as cold. I had to go back out and buy more food to go home and cook meaning we ate 2 hours after we originally sat down for dinner. I made a complaint and was refunded £20 of the £45 "for the missing items". I did not want to pay £25 for half of a cold order with the wrong drink, I asked to pay £45 for a full order, hot and as advertised. Absolutely disgusting.

Shocking quality. Instead of 2 fillet burgers we received 2 buns with mini fillets in that were soggy rather than crispy and for some reason 1 had sweetcorn in and tasted vile. Food was all cold and most thrown away.

Delivery was perfect but bucket was missing a piece of chicken. Call me picky but it was being shared by 6, so yes it did make a difference.

There were no cookies available so instead of refunding me the money it was substituted with one small stick on pineapple which nowhere near is the equivalent of 2 cookies.

Ordered through the KFC app and appeared as “ ready to be collected “ from 10:30am until 23:00pm. Got there at 11:00am and i’ve been told that “ we can’t open, we are getting some work done “. So I had to wonder around for 30 minutes just so they can open and be ready to collect my food, in total 1hr for an order! Picked up my order and could see that the food that I have been served was either old, re-heated or the oil hasn’t been changed in the past month! They were all burnt and dry! Total disgrace KFC!

we got the wrong order entirely. somebody put our receipt on the wrong bag and delivered somebody else's order to us. not happy.

Ordered 9 meals for our team at a local business. 2 box meals missing. Went back myself to collect them to save time. Was confronted by the Manager who argued with me saying she packed the order herself, after a completely pointless back and forth she realised that it wasn’t the zinger tower meals that she had packed it was a separate zinger stacker that was part of our order. Gave the two meals that were missing in the first place!

Ordered the large £50 party feast for kids party via delivery so i didnt need to go out. chicken turned up but not the sides. rang in but had to go and collect myself as they cant contact drivers. wasted my time so will just collect myself in future so i can check the order is correct.

Very bad service. The food came cold and I asked for 2pieces of chicken and I only got one. I asked for blackcurrant fruitshoot and I received orange instead. My son only drinks the blackcurrant one and started crying.How is it even possible? What kind of people work there? Everytime I order my order is wrong or something’s missing. Very dissatisfied!

The driver called and asked me to pick my order from the car park and had to walk a lot.

The driver came without all of my order and admitted he'd stopped for fuel on the way with our order in his car after I asked him as I'd been following the tracking. He spent at least 10 minutes at the petrol station. Our food was cold and the drinks he did bring were warm and covered with condensation. His only answer to everything was 'I don't know'. He didn't seem to care at all. Dreadful service.

Filthy restaurant in particular the floors and food lacked taste. Never known it to be like this. Asked for a zinger burger meal and received the Christmas flavoured chips of which I hadn't asked for. I wanted normal chips.

Didn’t receive items,contacted kfc who told me to contact justeat, they said as the code had been given this proves delivery??so my advice is to not give the code until you have checked your order to prevent theft like my order

Chicken drenched in oil, was falling apart. Packaging all ripped due to overload of oil! Tasted vile. Straight in the bin.

Arrived quickly and with everything present, correct nice and hot too. McDonald's needs to learn from them. We ordered this meal separately for another family member and the customer service difference is huge. Would strongly advise KFC over McDonald's after the repeatedly poor service we had from them. KFC I would recommend.

yet another driver who only thinks about money , decided to take my food and deliver others food is double dropping and as usual the food is stone cold driver and just eat couldn't give a toss after they had to ring me to confirm delivery seriously needs a total overhaul as JE and their drivers only care about one thing conning their custom base asked about compensation and customer services ended the call and wouldn't answer me just kept saying goodbye despite me saying so there is none ?

The service drone at the counter was spectacularly worthless, when asked a question about the application of discount on the app they shrugged, huffed and "went to get supervisor". The supervisor hadn't got a clue either but blamed the internet. On a positive note, if there's ever a zombie apocalypse these folks are breakfast.

Food was nice , but went to use the toilet no paper in any , was so dirty didn't look like it had been cleaned at all vile

We eat at KFC regular in different area's and I have had to write a review after visiting for the 1st time KFC Tamworth - Ventura Retail Park and have got to say it is the best meal we have ever had at a KFC. Everything cooked to perfection, hot & super fast service. We will defiantly be back.

Visited KFC drive through today and was greatly disappointed - displayed menu is very limited with no listing of kids meals so had to ask at the ordering point and volume was ‘low’ so very difficult to hear the server - There was no offering to upsize the meals - no hot drinks were available and limited cold drinks i.e. no Pepsi no 7UP. Meal arrived - the kiddy meal was very poor value - a tiny chicken fillet, a pot of beans, pineapple stick and a fruit shoot - she was unable to eat the beans as there was no cutlery in the bag, no serviettes and no ‘wipes’ - the adults meal was a very small portion of fries that would be more suited to children!! The salad was basically lettuce which was the hard chunky core of the lettuce and the only hot food item was the beans!!! We hadn’t realised the KFC menu was so poor/limited - I used to recommend this chain over all the other fast food restaurants - but no more!!

Friendly enough staff, clean premises, but empty of customers. It's not hard to see why though. Since when does a fast food restaurant not serve hot drinks? For me, and I'm sure many others, it's a deal breaker. Most odd.

confused about which number to give the driver to confirm correct delivery address, the one on the order confirmation text or the last 4 digits of order number on the confirmation email as they're both different??

10 out of 10 for the service tonight we got serverd by the wonderful Lucy, thank you the wonderful service with a fantastic smile one. Absolutely exceeded my expectation this evening xxx

Not to any fault of driver. He was great. Food just came late from restaurant, Slightly cold food and the rice box was very little compared to usual portion. Also missing half of it. Hence the 4 stars not 5

I was very disappointed with my recent dining experience. The food was not very flavorful, and the salad had an unpleasant taste. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund due to the quality.

We visited here on the way to the cinema on a Sunday evening. It was relatively quiet, and the food came out pretty quickly. The chicken tasted quite nice. However, the place wasn't very clean. The toilets had water all over the floor and we're pretty slippy. The servers also handed over the food and forgot to give both the sauces and pop with the boneless box. Its like they couldn't be bothered.

Never had a bad word to say about this branch. The food is excellent, and all the staff I have encountered are friendly, with any of my requests (for example asking for thighs and legs) always accommodated to suit my needs. Seriously in my eyes, without doubt, the best KFC in the country. Keep up the good work guys.
