I find it quite extraordinary to read the reviews below.I can not speak for their delivery service but if any of you lazy people who now have a further excuse for not going out and actually get some excersise decide to eat in it may balance their jaundiced review of this place. I have to say I feel the need to mention the elephant in the room which is that the hard working staff,especially those who work at the counter may be guilty of racism.I am a white British male over sixty years old and I have a strong feeling that because the women are predominantly Muslim and wear habibs this might be the trigger for some of the nasty reviews.I should add that I am of a religion that would not be expected to speak up for Muslims ! I am not a regular but have been to KFC Hornchurch every so often when I take a night off from eating healthily.! I have never found the staff to be rude.They are always very busy and maybe do not have time for niceties but are always polite. Twice I have got confused and made errors which were rectified immediately and on a rare occasion when my fries were not hot enough they were replaced right away. The food is always as it should be.Tasty and enjoyable. I do not recognise any of the negative reviews as being representative of the KFC I go to. My advice is don’t take notice of the reviews and try it for yourself and judge accordingly

Staff refuse to serve you, you have to use machine. Do not take cash. Don’t support business that supports a cashless society! Walked out!

Terrible KFC to go to, we order on uber eats, as the food arrived, the bag was torn and ripped apart, we even ask for 1 beans but they gave us 2 beans, as well the food was cold and plus once I went inside it was dirty, bones everywhere, tissue, cups everywhere, and plus the place is unhygienic and their staff is pretty rude, will maybe try for a second time in the future, will not recommend to people.

Excellent food. Really nice staff. Being respectful always helps. Love the zinger burger. Like original fries without new seasoning and staff are happy to make them plain.

Después de que tuve la peor experiencia hace 2 años y nunca volví a esta sucursal de Brixon, vi que renovaban sus instalaciones, incluso poniendo un guardia de seguridad dedicado allí, así que pensé que tal vez todo se ha mejorado, así que decidí darle otra oportunidad y fui allí para pedir solo una hamburguesa zinger por su cuenta. Esperé 17 minutos para llegar y esto fue a la hora del almuerzo alrededor de las 12 : 15 . Fui a casa y descubrí que se equivocaron en mi pedido de nuevo, no era la hamburguesa zinger y esto era solo un artículo - pedido. Abrí la hamburguesa para encontrar ensaladas podridas dentro (ver fotos). Tuve que desechar todo del trozo de pollo, lavar y cortar algunas ensaladas, añadir un poco de mayo y mi propia salsa fría para poder consumirlo. Thanks, KFC Brixton.

First ever Wendy’s, WOW. Food was incredible the loaded chili fries were some of the best I’ve ever had and Dave’s triple, Jheez. Piping hot, fast service and the lads there had a smile unlike some places. Deffo be coming back

Went in early Saturday evening so not much of a queue. However, the meal itself was awful. Worst KFC I've ever had. This was supposed to be a birthday treat but the chips were soggy and greasy and the chicken in the 14 piece bucket was very greasy. The skin is supposed to be crispy. This has really put me off buying a KFC ever again. The 2 stars is for the quick service and not for the food.

El peor McDonald’s en el que creo que he estado es el terrible pedido de 20 nuggets de pollo, comida Big Mac y un cuarto de comida de libra solo con tres mcflurries. ¡No sólo la orden tomó 1 hora también se olvidaron del Big Mac! Llamamos por 20 minutos y ninguna respuesta necesita ser cerrada. Dentro también es un desastre y el personal es generalmente grosero y cabezota.

Ordered 2 meals here, 1 chicken and rice meal and the chicken XL meal and the food was very poor. My partners chicken XL was inedible she said chips were cold, soggy and no flavour and the chicken burger itself was cold and hard. Mine was pretty much the same. My rice wasnt spicy at all like it is in other pepes piri piri branches and the chicken pieces as well were hard and barley any flavour either. Gutted to waste money here for food that was really bad.

May have been done up but really slow service for foot take aways. No progress there. Always long waits.its ok for sitters and Uber but the hungry have to wait.

Birstall Juct 27 This is the biggest joke i have ever used the order we got was cold we had it delivered the chicken read 20 on the prob there was things missing from the order ie chips gravy and extras we got cold chicken and nothing else for £33 please dont not use this company what a disgrace i think IE could do much better no wonder AI is taking over things today please AVOID this place what a joke.

Disgusting 🤢 Spent over £40 for 3 meals. Mozzarella sticks were rock solid. Chips were burnt along with the burger. Sadly waited over two hours too for it to be delivered. Very disappointing, even my young child was like we are never ordering from here again.

El servicio fue muy rápido. La comida estaba recién cocinada, el gerente Kamil era muy amable y servicial. Volveremos a visitar.
