Kfc in Aylesbury Vale

I ordered from this kfc branch on my holiday, we ordered food for 6 people with 3 young children and we were utterly disappointed and quite frankly shocked with what we received. Our food took an hour to arrive, which with 3 small children is completely too long. Our order was missing coleslaw, a piece of chicken and beans for my 2 year old who is extremely picky. We attempted to call this kfc, calling around 10 times and the call was declined each time, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable after our cold, minuscule meals with missing food for a 2 year old. Don’t order from this kfc!!! this meal completely ruined our weekend away and caused nothing but inconvenience having to find picky children food to eat.

Very rude staff, one spoke hardly any English and just grunted at us, no smile or anything. Chips are disappointing since they have changed them. Small portion of pop corn chicken for my friend. My son has been ill from here before.

Quality of boneless chicken is worst the coating of many is not there and very cold not satisfactory and rates high no amount in bill specified

Business running illegally. No customer toilets available at all. Shouldn't be running a food service with over 10 seats without adequate customer toilets by law.

Disgusting Avoid unhygienic. No loo roll no soap, finger lickin remember. Do the staff have luxury soap or loo roll, they prepare your food remember. When staff were told they shrugged and offered my son a serviette as a loo roll gross avoid

Awful - avoid at all costs Spent £30. 4 x fries missing. Didnt care when we called. Told us to come to back tomorrow. Absolute joke. Complaining to head office about this franchise

Absolute crap. Missing chicken fillets. Food cold. When i rang to complain was told that no one could remember getting the order wrong and if i wanted the missing food then to go and get it myself. If i could of done that then I wouldn’t of ordered for delivery!! What chicken fillets they did put in were so dry they were inedible

ordered through uber eats and food delivered on time. order came from KFC at Aylesbury with half items missing. No french fries and only 1 garden salad. This is not the fault of uber but of packing order at KFC.Unable to contact KFC directly had to complain via Uber eats who gave a refund on missing item.Uber - goodKFC - Rubbish

Restaurant sends orders with just eat that are always missing items or the food is cold when I ring the restaurant to ask if the correct items can be delivered I am told four different members of staff as they passed the phone round to each other that they cannot give me a refund as it needs to go through just eat I said to the manager but I ordered through just eat and it came from your restaurant if the items are missing then you should replace them and I was told no and the phone put down on me contacted JUST EAT who were not the slightest bit bothered either they seem to be more interested in paying wrap stars to make expensive adverts on the television but not interested in customer relations I have sent them a list of all the items I have never received to be told to fill in another form and another contact details and I never actually get anywhere.

Terrible! Ordered food online, to receive it missing items and cold. I rang to complain and was spoken to like a child but someone claiming to be the manager, I then asked for a new order to replace this and re-delivery, the “manager” refused and said her drivers do not have time for that. So I had to drive up myself with the messed up cold order, walk in and wait for a swap, she then proceeded to speak to me like I was a stupid child in-front of other customers. There was no apology or concern, poor manors and customer service.

Really enjoyed my lunch here, I had the Zinger Tower Chicken Burger meal and everything was very tasty. I especially liked the cute little box my popcorn chicken side came in. :)

I’m not sure where the 5 stars of the other review came from because we had a delivery tonight & although the chicken was not bad apart from very very greasy but “tasty”.on the other hand the chips where probably the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune to eat, over cooked & undercooked at the same time as cold limp horrible mush

Great new look and loving the new style chips. Very nice thanks. Easy to order and food was still warm /hot when I got home xx
