Kfc in Aylesbury Vale

I have missing items in the delivery. These are 2x Regular Creamy Mash

I ordered mash potatoes with my meal box. it was missing, no ketchup 😕

Order never came, they lied and said it was delivered. Restaurant didn’t even pick up

No bbq sauce which was ordered

Chicken was ok, but sides were a complete mess. I got beans instead of gravy and the sweetcorn was off. The kernels were popped, looked like somebody had bitten them, it smelled and had a sour taste. I will definitely not order from there again.

Useless half the order was missing no answer from them. Awful service.

The driver didn’t follow my instructions so drove round for 30 mins claiming he couldn’t find us. If he had just followed the clear instructions I put on the order he would have found it

Ordered with chicken nuggets but you did not put it

Why is it they keep mash on the menu if they don’t have it? The meal already comes with 4 chips so why substitute the mash with 4 more chips? I’m not eating that many chips. Either turn off the mash or ask people what substitute they want

food said delivered, but did not turn up. restaurant not picking up the phone. can only wait to hear back from just eat.....

first time ordering from here! was not impressed! asked for a large beans, got 2 small! out of 10 pieces got 4 legs and 3 wings!!! only 3 decent pieces - 1 breast, 1 side breast, 1 thigh. i ordered for adults and you gave me kids pieces!!!! dont think i'll order from you again! most disappointed!

First time I had ordered from here was great, however seemingly every time since then then quality has slowly downgraded. for some reason this time curry was extremely watered down and not much taste to it

My order wasn’t even delivered! I was waiting outside as it was apparently 5 minutes within range and then 30 minutes later it says it was delivered when I went out there which it wasn’t. Even now a full hour since it said it’s been delivered it still hasn’t. This is awful experience and due to the fact I can’t provide photo evidence for this I can’t even receive a refund. This is the most worse experience I’ve ever had with just eat and I’ve lost all faith in them now because of no refund!

Incorrect order, variety bucket with 2 corn cobs ordered. Received no mini fillets, 2 gravy which had spilled out into bucket all over he food . Get told to send photos & wait 49 hours !!! Considering I don’t eat gravy & husband doesn’t eat bone in this is disgusting

While the order was nice I ordered mash potatoes and received 2 portions of soggy chips and slightly burnt chicken still edible and still has flavour just seemed like it it had been fried left for abit then fried again but I still ate it cuz it cost quite a bit and I was hungry haha

ordered a trilogy box meal with a plain zinger burger. burger didn't come plain and I didn't get fries either, so I basically paid nearly 18 quid for 2 chicken strips! thanks , how hard is it to read a order!!

Food arrived freezing cold totally inedible considering I’m only 5 mins away from store it must have been cold when it left. Not acceptable

Gave another chance to KFC Buckingham Street but seemed to keep continuing on making mistakes. Two items missing from the order and refusal of answering the phone.

The chicken was drenched in oil, making it nearly inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and was overly greasy. The sides were no better—soggy fries cooked in some black oil, overly greasy.

But the food was cold not happy at all

Can’t tell you cause it hasn’t been delivered!!!! Want full refund asap. Will not be using your services ever again and will be letting social media know if refund not done.

I recently purchased six chicken wings from the KFC on Buckingham Street in Aylesbury and was shocked to find something that looked like feathers on one of the wings. When I went back to the store to show them, the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. This response was very disappointing and unacceptable. I expect higher hygiene standards from KFC. I won't be returning to this location.

Forgot the sweetcorn side, chicken burger was burnt or been standing for some time. Chicken was dry and poor standard. Chips were soggy and cold, tbh, probably the worst KFC I've ever had. no care. Not Good, couldn't be bothered cos it was 8pm

No issue with just eat but once again issue with wrong food been delivered and also arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again from here

Delivered upside down so a bit of a mess in the box. Practically every item was lukewarm or cool, I put everything in my AirFryer to warm it up.

ultimate burger meal was disappointed as it was small burger and rice box over cooked meat very dry and no spicy beans.

I ordered a vegan burger along with other bits, but there was no burger. Thnking they forgot to pack it, and not wanting to disappoint my partner I ordered another one. paying for delivery/service fee, again! I got my second order and again, no burger! I called to the delivery driver as he was running away (he had blocked the road to deliver the order) about the matter, he replied saying they dont make them! I then noticed the receipt with a note "Sorry we don't do vegan this store" thanks 👍

Wrong side was sent and chips were missing. Extremely salty chicken. I've had much better from small independent chicken shops. Very disappointing.

Very bad experience 4 dips was missing from the order and when talked to customer care they were not able to do anything.

Can't win with this place. They deliver you rubbish food, so you stop ordering from them! A year goes by and you mistakenly order from them instead of the retail park, BUT it arrives perfectly fresh and great. So you order again a few weeks later to receive this rather pathetic, lettuce shortage of a burger, overheld dry hot wings and cold fries.....

Cold food and missing two sides.

Went here late last night, and was charged £12.98 for 6 boneless chicken fillets bladdy shocking ad when I got home they were small and only 5 in the bag! No chips nothing. £12.98 for 6 boneless small chicken breast if you can call it that? Workers talking in there own language which is fine but show the customer a bit of customer service! I'll be investigating this matter.

Driver was rude, sounds lazy if you’re asking your customers to come outside while you wait in the car. When you should be delivering to my door!!!

Food taste good, but the place has a very strong grease scent

According to the updates on line, the Driver was at the restaurant for about 20 minutes before departing to deliver. although the food was in the insulated bag on delivery, the fries were virtually cold, and the chicken was only lukewarm. Very disappointing, when previous deliveries to us have always been hot on arrival.

The time for delivery kept changing. The box fell apart as I opened it. The order was wrong. I was given the wrong item and the dip was missing.

Ordered 4 piece for one. Received 4 very pink drumsticks and cold chips which went straight into the bin. Shame because I’ve always ordered from Buckingham street. Maybe back to other alternatives in Aylesbury.

I ordered a12 piece and got a 9 peice lrg pop chicken looked like someone had eaten half the box beans were cold like out of the tin and chips where mashed

I ordered at 6:30 they said will be ready at 19:30 and it came at 20 34.

Food was very cold not happy at all and delivery was very late my time was between 16:35 - 17:05.

Its was just left outside no one knocked on the door the cats outside got in to it very not happy

Where is the food you didn’t deliver it ? A guy rang me and said he was there , but when I told him the delivery address was wrong he said he would find out what to do! He never rang back so I drove home and nothing was there , can you please reply as soon as possible or I will contact the bank thank you

Delivery ETA was updated and food was cold. if you're charging over £10 per person I'd expect it to be hot.

The chicken was not at all crispy. It was with oil dripping. Really disappointed with KFC. It was horrible.
