Kfc in Aylesbury Vale

The order never turned up its states it was delivered and I never received it!! Furious

Never arrived! Never answered the phone. Delivery was supposed to be 10-20 mins, after an hour wait we gave up. Sheer cheek to actually report it as delivered as well!!!! 😂😂😂

this is absolutely not acceptable, I ordered mash potato in my meal and that is missing from it and I ordered ketchup that is missing from my order too.

order is incomplete. missing 8 hotwings in my order.tried to phone the store hundred times but never picked up.we had to drive to the store to complain. very stressful dinner for me.

My partner is working away he originally ordered 1hr previous and food dodnt turn up. I ordered for him again as hes working nights and again food didnt arrive, driver called me and was extremely rude and abusive to me. Food cold and late

I have given up with the KFC at Cambridge Crescent, so I thought I’d try this one for the first time. Much better. Not small pieces of dry chicken but big pieces that were succulent.

One of the best KFCs in Buckinghamshire, food is always fresh, really tasty, including drinks that don't get watered down. Friendly staff, despite being a small but clean outlet, service is fast and great value too.

Waited for ages on the delivery and when it did arrive, food I wouldn’t even feed my dog… I don’t know how many times you change your oil but I suggest a couple more times is needed

I'm really annoyed because the food tastes like it was cooked a while ago, almost stale, not hot or warm or freshly cooked.. like I've just gotten the leftovers rather then freshly cooked food.. have to throw it away because it doesn't taste nice.

Chicken was ok, but sides were a complete mess. I got beans instead of gravy and the sweetcorn was off. The kernels were popped, looked like somebody had bitten them, it smelled and had a sour taste. I will definitely not order from there again.

The driver didn’t follow my instructions so drove round for 30 mins claiming he couldn’t find us. If he had just followed the clear instructions I put on the order he would have found it

Why is it they keep mash on the menu if they don’t have it? The meal already comes with 4 chips so why substitute the mash with 4 more chips? I’m not eating that many chips. Either turn off the mash or ask people what substitute they want

first time ordering from here! was not impressed! asked for a large beans, got 2 small! out of 10 pieces got 4 legs and 3 wings!!! only 3 decent pieces - 1 breast, 1 side breast, 1 thigh. i ordered for adults and you gave me kids pieces!!!! dont think i'll order from you again! most disappointed!

My order wasn’t even delivered! I was waiting outside as it was apparently 5 minutes within range and then 30 minutes later it says it was delivered when I went out there which it wasn’t. Even now a full hour since it said it’s been delivered it still hasn’t. This is awful experience and due to the fact I can’t provide photo evidence for this I can’t even receive a refund. This is the most worse experience I’ve ever had with just eat and I’ve lost all faith in them now because of no refund!

While the order was nice I ordered mash potatoes and received 2 portions of soggy chips and slightly burnt chicken still edible and still has flavour just seemed like it it had been fried left for abit then fried again but I still ate it cuz it cost quite a bit and I was hungry haha

Incorrect order, variety bucket with 2 corn cobs ordered. Received no mini fillets, 2 gravy which had spilled out into bucket all over he food . Get told to send photos & wait 49 hours !!! Considering I don’t eat gravy & husband doesn’t eat bone in this is disgusting

ordered a trilogy box meal with a plain zinger burger. burger didn't come plain and I didn't get fries either, so I basically paid nearly 18 quid for 2 chicken strips! thanks , how hard is it to read a order!!

Gave another chance to KFC Buckingham Street but seemed to keep continuing on making mistakes. Two items missing from the order and refusal of answering the phone.

The chicken was drenched in oil, making it nearly inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and was overly greasy. The sides were no better—soggy fries cooked in some black oil, overly greasy.

But the food was cold not happy at all

Can’t tell you cause it hasn’t been delivered!!!! Want full refund asap. Will not be using your services ever again and will be letting social media know if refund not done.

I recently purchased six chicken wings from the KFC on Buckingham Street in Aylesbury and was shocked to find something that looked like feathers on one of the wings. When I went back to the store to show them, the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. This response was very disappointing and unacceptable. I expect higher hygiene standards from KFC. I won't be returning to this location.

Forgot the sweetcorn side, chicken burger was burnt or been standing for some time. Chicken was dry and poor standard. Chips were soggy and cold, tbh, probably the worst KFC I've ever had. no care. Not Good, couldn't be bothered cos it was 8pm

No issue with just eat but once again issue with wrong food been delivered and also arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again from here
