I seldom write reviews, however after meeting Angie today I absolutely had to make sure that both her and everyone else knows how special she is. Myself and a friend were met with one of the warmest smiles I've personally had in many a year. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was so professional... but it was more than that, it was instinctive and natural. Her personality was just incredible. With a smile that would light the darkest of rooms, her enthusiasm was infectious and a freezing cold morning became safe and warm as she went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. The food was lovely but it's the service and specifically Angie that has made this experience. Myself and my friend were genuinely sad to leave her presence and we haven't stopped talking about how lovely she was. Sometimes in life, people are sent your way to remind you how wonderful things can be. Angie is one such person, she leaves a sincere, caring impression. I imagine she is a joy to work with. Thank you for taking care of us today.

Came here for a catch up breakfast with a friend for Christmas. Food was lovely, but even better was the service from Angie. She made the experience even better with her lovely smile and radiant personality. We felt completely taken care of. She is a credit to the company a deserved recognition l for her exemplary customer service. Get her training everyone in the company!

I recently visited The Harvester in Aylesbury, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff.

Very busy on a Saturday night in early December, really good atmosphere! We were a party of 3 adults & 1 child aged 7 years. Attentive & friendly staff, enough options on the menus to choose from: hot & tasty food, fair salad, puddings really good. Visit here during my trips to Aylesbury, know that we'll get a decent feed at reasonable prices. Thank you!

I met up with a friend for breakfast today where we were greeted with a kind , joyful and smiley waitress called Angie. She went above and beyond to make our morning a lovely one. Although noisy due to the Christmas parties going on, the atmosphere of Aylesbury harvester was absolutely amazing! I’ve never doubted coming here for a meal and I’ll forever come back! Currently sat in the restaurant not busy at all. The salad bar is empty nothing their but stale onion. Staff standing right next to it and clearly don't care.

Have gone to the Harvester on and off for years and never had a problem. Food is good for what you pay and a handy place to meet. Unfortunately parking is now a problem on this site as all 3 of us who met at the Harvester for a meal have received £60 parking fines from the adjacent car park. £180 surcharge for parking on a meal means unfortunately we won’t be coming back to the Harvester again, not had this problem before and perhaps the Harvester needs to talk to whoever runs the car park before it drives all their trade away.

We dined in tonight at the restaurant for our anniversary meal as thought we would go local. Unfortunately we waited to be seated which is completely fine and acceptable, the waitress that took our orders is a huge credit to your team whilst the other two servers had zero customer service about them. We ordered two meals to which one came out with the chicken being cold and undercooked the waitress was kind enough to acknowledge the food was cold and offered to replace the meal, she was extremely apologetic which she shouldn’t as this was not her fault. We then waited for the replacement meal and watched the two other ladies walk past the replacement meal 3/4 times and we clocked the food being on the side for a total of 15 minutes, there was zero communication from the other two, the orginal waitress then brought over the food where we explained the whole situation and by this time at 8pm I refused the food as my partner had eaten most of there’s and the food had been sat for so long. Again she was very apologetic and offered us deserts or the meal cooked again but by this time in honesty I had lost my appetite after biting into the first course with rubber textured chicken. She kindly removed items off the bill but this should not be the case, this lass is a credit to your restaurant and deserves recognition for trying to resolve how a customer feels, unfortunately we left deflated that the meal we expected was abit of a shambles with only on person partially eating. As mentioned we did not get the name of waitress but she clearly deserves recognition for how interactive she was with customers but also the professionalism of trying to resolve the situation

Good food at good value, although your prices have gone up a lot from what they used to be. The restaurant seemed clean and cared for. The service was first rate, as it always is when Seb is managing it.

Hi I had lunch in venue today, I’m and adult ADHD suffer and I have issues with people and food, my waitress Ang was truly amazing with her kind caring compassion and made the experience really ok for me she is 10 out of 10 for service with care & compassion Thank again Faye x

No beers on tap. Guiness out of a can, non alcoholic version only. Mixed grill had chewy/grisly steak that was very bloody when medium requested. No mustard either. A reduction on the bill was given no problem. Staff friendly. A bit of a let down really.

Delicious food, but the star of the evening was my waitress Kasia, no one praised the sausages as enthusiastically as she did, I tried it out of curiosity and I was very pleased, good portions too. The salad bar was also great, in short, I had a very nice evening. Definitely, I'll come again, I wonder what she will recommend next time :)
