Nice food, good atmosphere and service

Toilets disgusting 😑 Floor had food all over it and very dirty , food was to bad , cheff was smoking a vape when putting food on counter.

Jenny the food server was very professional.

Jenny served us on a Sunday morning, was very attentive and served a great breakfast

Great Service from Angie at Harvester Aylesbury We had an excellent experience at the Harvester in Aylesbury, thanks to our fantastic waitress, Angie. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her outstanding service really made our visit special. The food was great, but Angie’s warm and professional approach made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here for my birthday meal. Food was amazing! Jenny did a lovely job setting up my balloons and banners and Aletta was a really good waitress. She was friendly, polite and always smiling and checking in on us the whole time. Thank you Team Harvester!

OMG!! Went there on spec on Sunday afternoon (2pm)....two members of staff first said they aren't not taking walk-ins, so needed a booking, then they said the wait would be over an hour...so effectively turned us away!. There were busy but we could see several spare tables. My wife and I walked out, and because we had driven 45 mins to this branch, decided to check the online booking system, and the booking system offered us a table at 2pm. We booked this and walked back in. Met one of the senior managers (that had rejected us before), and when I said I now had a booking for 2pm (ie...now), she said she would give us a table, however then went on to point a long table of 12 people, and said the waitress would not be able to take our order until that table had selected their meals, and therefore it may be an hours wait for food. None of this made sense, except they either didn't want the additional business (not great for this chain and their Head Office), or they were simply being discriminative of us!! Unbelievable when hospitality businesses are busy saying their takings are down because of the cost of living crisis!!

Very impressive service. I'm following slimming world and have to go off menu and Jenny was really helpful. My bacon was even cooked without fat on. Thanks for understanding and good quality food.

We had a pleasant visit tonight at Aylesbury Harvester. Kai was very kind, helpful and understanding. Keeping track of our orders flying in from all directions must’ve been quite tough but he got everything spot on and handled it like a champ! The food was great as always and the atmosphere was perfect too! We’ll be back!

Despite having a booking and there being empty tables we were turned away, was looking forward to a nice meal, but person who created us was rude and dismissive. Why take my booking if you are unable to accommodate. Really disappointed with Harvester

We visited the restaurant, to a warm welcome.from the front of house team. Our table and our surrounding area was well presented and extremely clleqn. Our waitress was very polite and made us feel welcome. The food quality was great. The evening was extremely enjoyable. We were treated very well and our custom.was appreciated. We will visit again.

Not impressed, they knew it was a 50th Birthday meal and it took an hour to serve our main meal..... In the end I went to see if it was sat on the serving hatch counter..... And there it was.... I told my wife it was sat there, and table next to us heard our conversation, and said.... We noticed it 25 minutes ago...... It's been sat there that long...... Explains why my chicken skewer was like rubber and was'nt that hot..... Never again..... Terrible place to eat...

Excellent value and good food (loads of options) in a relaxed environment, Lisa made us feel very much at home and was very attentive, this is definitely my new go to for family occasions

All good , didn't reserve but asked gor a cozy corner for 4 and got one . Not the fastest service but we had no rush . Food good

I go to the harvester quite a lot for both breakfast and dinner. I feel like the management is letting the restaurant down. More than once, I've seen the staff hiding by the bar on their phones - whilst people are sitting waiting for over 20 minutes to order a drink and be seated. I get there's enjoyment at work, which is fine but when your sat at a table dying of thirst and you can see the staff stood around chatting, laughing, on their phones and drinking monster it is annoying. The food is average, nothing special but not the worst. The restaurant itself is nice, plenty of parking and clean.

Came here for a catch up breakfast with a friend for Christmas. Food was lovely, but even better was the service from Angie. She made the experience even better with her lovely smile and radiant personality. We felt completely taken care of. Visited today and was told there was no rotisserie chicken!! That's what I went for . Ordered steak instead but I didn't want chips so asked for baked potato and was told they were still cooking and wouldn't be ready for a while. Food came, grilled tomato was like it was from yesterday, peas overcooked steak was nice. Salad bar mediocre pasta very bland other bits ok. Bread rolls not warm anymore and dry. Waiting staff polite and efficient. Freezing cold in restaurant. Toilets cold and smelly . Majorly gone down hill from previous visits

Standard Harvester experience except for the service from Shauna which was brilliant. We were a party of 13 and Shauna wasn't just very patient, she was also a lot of fun and made the evening better for it.
