Im celebrating together with my friends. Were always enjoying our food here in Harvester. Friendly and good service as well

Always very good food at this branch & the service is very good. The waitress Lisa has served us a few times & is a lovely lady, very friendly & good at her job. 12 out of 10 for this Harvester it’s one of the best out there!

We had a lovely evening at the Aylesbury harvester and a great waiter call Kai made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond for me and my partner great night out highly recommend to everyone And a special thank you to Kai for looking after our needs for the night

Our server, Jenny, was fantastic. She went over and above and anticipated our needs - even bringing water (without us having to ask) when she saw us eating something spicy. Nothing was too much trouble! The new menu was great also.

Went to this Harvester today as a family treat, what a joke. Booked a table turned up and waited 10 mins to be seated on a table surrounded by other tables that had not been cleared and looked like it had been there a long time. Ordered food on the app but tables had no numbers so had to walk around restaurant twice to find someone to ask to which I was told our no. I then submitted order......no food......no drinks.......a waitress then appeared so I asked her where our order was that I had ordered using the app to which I was told I have to let a server know I had placed an order for them to get it?! I then asked what the point of the app was then? To which she shrugged and said she didn't know. She then led me to 'our waiter' who agreed with what she said and agreed it was a stupid system? If we had been told to not use the app on arrival we wouldn't of done. Food finally arrived my son had asked for a plain burger but it arrived with everything so had to scrape it all off. My steak was cold and I asked for a peppercorn sauce that never arrived even after asking. Needless to say we left quickly but I cannot understand why they kept seating people at tables when clearly thay couldn't cope with the few they had. To be honest I would've refused to pay in full but had already paid on app. AVOID this place at all costs.

Not much options and the prices were pretty exaggerated. Wecwalked out for lack of a good choice to order.

Visited with my partner, was seated quite quickly by a friendly female member of staff, we were seated and given menus. While we waited to order we noticed a number of tables were still dirty but it wasn't that busy, our order was taken by the same friendly staff member, we had to wait a while for our salad bowls but the glasses for the drinks came quite quickly. I had ordered my burger no BBQ but when it came out it had BBQ on so had to find a member of staff to get that changed. It was changed quickly and the food itself was delicious but we had to then wait a while to pay our bill and while we was waiting we did see more tables had been left dirty and some complaining about the wait from another table. All in all food great, customer service great but speed of service was slow and it wasn't busy.

Service was good, food tasted nice. Menu items were missing and the salad cart was not topped up quickly.

Came here for a birthday dinner The salad bar, wasn't filled and when asked, I was ignored! Really didn't expect this level of treatment considering we was here for a birthday dinner. The food took a while to come but once it did the food was satisfactory. The atmosphere was okay I have been to harvester before and have always found the experience very good, so was slightly disappointed with the experience that we had recieved. Parking - there was plenty of parking no issues or concerns. This harvester is located near or in a retail park so can get quite busy, especially as its on a one way system just off of the Bicester Road.

Food is awful. Very dry and bland. I think the chef their best but the ingredients sourced are clearly very low quality. I'm not expecting top notch food when I go to a Harvester but this place made wetherspoons feel like fine dining. For what you pay it was rubbish. £90 for one starter, three mains, three drinks. Won't be going again.

Refound this gem recently. Lovely food. Great service and atmosphere.

Lovely buffet salad bar with plenty of choice. Big range of main courses and delicious puds.

When we went in the lady that greeted us was so miserable, we thought oh great ,but once the we got a different lady serving us at the table it was really good she certainly was friendly and the service was very good ,food was really nice , such a shame that the first contact we had was so miserable,

Great service, super kind staff, quick preparation of the meal, I highly recommend it for the dessert, which was delicious.

I came here on Tuesday and the young girl who was our waitress was amazing, she spoke us though all the allergies and had us laughing our heads of. The best service I have received whilst dining out. Thank you

Long wait for someone to come and take our order even though the place was pretty empty. Our server apologised to us so many times throughout as couldn’t do much right. Disappointed.

Great, no complaints at all, staff very friendly made us feel welcome.

Met friends as soon as the site was open. Salad was lovely and fresh. Mains were adequate but as is everything these days, a little expensive. I had four pieces of chicken on a skewer, flat bread, sweet potato fries (which were extra) for over £15.00. however, it was cooked nicely. I wouldn't go for a dinner in the evening as we wouldn't be full but ideal for lunch lighter bites. As it was early it was nice and quiet but soon started to fill up due to the school holidays.

We came here as a table of 10 which can sometimes cause delays but everything was done in good time. Food was great and they had good dietary information as we had 2 allergies on the table. Also honestly the evening was improved by the service as Beth was really fun. Great meal here and will be back more often

We had a lovely meal, very fast service! Lisa was absolutely lovely, told us about offers we didn’t even know about and saved us money! Lovely lunch time treat!

Salad bowls seemed smaller than previous visits. For 10 adults, 1 child and baby, 65th birthday meal. Portions were smaller too, but we made up for that with birthday cake. Our server Kasia, was a little star, hopefully, tipped accordingly. Overall experience was wonderful, as always. Good food, great atmosphere, will definitely visit again.

Visited the resteraunt this evening. We never booked and took a chance to get a table. The front of house staff were very welcoming. The food was fantastic. An extra shout out to our waitress Elleta, a very polite professional young lady. She went the extra mile.to make.our visit fun. Thank you to an amazing team.

All the staff were very helpful and attentive. My server Aletta was especially friendly and accommodating when I needed extra time to order. Food arrived quickly and was of good quality. Would definitely come again and would happily have Aletta as my server again!

I came down with my partner last sunday and I am happy to say this is the best Harvester I have been to! The lady serving us was absolutely amazing, everything you would want from a "waitress" she had a great character and really made us feel at home, she was funny and very polite, and straight to us if she saw us finish our plates - very attentive, so thankyou Kasia, you were a great waitress and really made our night! The food was also really great! My only complaint would be the two young kids constantly running around the place barging into tables and playing tag :/

Came here for breakfast as I've previously been here for lunch and loved it. Straight away were greeted by a very smily and lovely waitress called Angie. Now I'm a very fussy eater but every request was greeted with no issues! Nothing was too much! Loved the service and the kind of service Angie gave makes it a no brainer to come again. Thankyou!

Gd evening all.. We went to the Harvester this afternoon,was greeted by the manager and sat at a seat of our choice… We were served by Kasia she was polite cheerful and professional its the second time we have visited the Harvester in two weeks.. It’s our number one restaurant,all the staff are lovely with a big smile..

We had a lovely dinner, here it wasn’t too quiet, and our waiter Kai, was very friendly and attentive.

We waited for 45 minutes to receive the bill, there were at least 5 tables who arrived after us and got the bill straight after they had finished! Our waiter just stared at us multiple times and didn’t think to use her BRAIN and come give us the bill. Was very obvious we had finished as drinks and plates were on the opposite side of the table. Furthermore, we asked for a biscoff waffle and received a waffle with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce BISCOFFE WHERE?! So appalled as the last time I was here I had an amazing waiter (shout out to the mixed raced boy who was very sweet). Don’t think I’ll be eating here again, disgusting.

Update Visited today - wed lunchtime. Very few people in. Table we were shown to was still dirty. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Ordered from the 2/3 course fixed price lunch menu. Had to wait for bowls for salad. Salad was basic and doubled up on each side. No side plates for rolls. Rolls were obviously defrosted from frozen and without taste or texture. Had to order dessert at time of ordering mains. Chicken burgers arrived with chips in metal cup. Disgusting. Server walked away without enquiring about any condiments. Waited about 10 minutes after finishing for them to realise and ask if we wanted our desserts. Desserts were the best part of the whole experience! Asked for bill and showed blue lights discount QR code. Bill arrived with discount, but was more expensive than the listed prices on the lunchtime menu. Had to get this changed and was told it was my duty to ensure the discount applied as per terms and conditions, not them to tell me. All considered, staff were reasonable, but nothing amazing. Food was poor. Cleanliness was below par. Have reassessed our wish to revisit and it's now a No thanks! 3 for unbooked Saturday dinner. Very friendly staff, much better experience than previous visits and other Harvesters. Shame they took order for roast chicken that then wasn't available (30 minute extra wait) and therefore 15 minutes later we had to order a different meal, however this did arrive quickly. Yes, would revisit.

Food was of good value and piping hot! Lovely staff and good service. They do well with how short staffed they are. You’re doing a great job!

Overall good experience. Served by a blonde lady who was as mad as a box of frogs but lovely and fab at her job! Food was ok. Some items missing and not that hot but ok. Served in a timely manner no real complaint. We had breakfast at 11am.

We went to the harvester Sunday and was amazed how quickly we got a table , the service was excellent, the food was amazing. Cannot fault it, the staff who served us were so friendly and pleasant. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Would give it more stars if I could. Will definitely go again.
