Only 24hr if you’re in a car or order through the app, which would be fine( except for the fact they refuse to help you if you order the the app and force you to get in strange men’s vehicles so you can order food. Thankfully the man was very kind and understanding.

Not open 24h/day. Only accepting drive through customers after 10:00. I tried to order and was told to go via the app as I was a walk in customer. The app crashed and did not allow payment, I showed the worker and their reply was to close the cashier window and say sorry we can’t serve you.

Another reason why I go to McDonalds great coffee and a good breakfast. Thank you..

This is the first time I've been to McDs in a very long time, but it was next to where I was and it was a hot day. I fancied a strawberry shake and the thought of a McDs shake was making my mouth water. Unfortunately, when I walked in, I was confronted by so.ething completely alien. I had to order from a screen and then collect my food at the counter. Quite bizarre! I managed to navigate the giant touch screen and I'm pleased to say that there's a complete page for allergies, which for me is great. So armed with that info, I bought large fries and a shake. I couldn't eat anything else. Shame in these times that I cant get a gluten free bun for a burger at one of the biggest burger chains. Pretty poor. Anyway, the fries were exactly as I remembered them.... Tasty. The shake hower was pale with a blob of strawberry colour in the middle. Completely unappetising. It tasted like it looked as well. Very disappointing and I didn't finish it. Will I go back anytime soon. Extremely unlikely! Maybe try again in another 18 years.

If you aren't using the self service machine, no one really is available to serve you.

The food was served cold, I ordered BIG MAC and received old lettuce, the meat was undercooked. and the cheese wasn't even melted. Very poor sandwich. The Starr and new no salt Chelsea sharebox fries were tasteless and also cold.

Macdonalds’s like milion others nothing special. Biggest plus is small amount of people inside. Big plus for employes for keeping it clean. Nothing else to say.

I got here around 10:45 in the morning, and I wanted to get breakfast, because the Hash Browns are nicer than Fries. Once again, the McDonald's app Crashed several times, when I attempted to use it to order. By 10:55, I was still struggling to use the app, and I had to order without it, so that my order was placed before 11am. This is more of a criticism of the App than the Restaurant, and the Manager replied "No Comment" when I asked her if a lot of customers have problems with it. My breakfast was fine, but I wish McDonald's would offer Hash Browns all day, not just in the morning.

It's a McDonald's, there's nothing 5 stars about one. 5 star atmosphere because it's clean most of the times I go there. Food is ok. Haven't had stale burgers there unlike other places. Service is ok.

Had the new share box. Chicken selects and nuggets. So nice

It’s meant to be 24hours/7 day a week and everywhere says this i travel far to get here and to be sent away from a guy on top table fixing lamps. Sign says Open 24 hours 7 days a week at the door says the same, Google business profile says the same. If you own this business surely you must know that you’re misleading customers with wrong informations. It doesn’t take long to put those sign down and update the times so people don’t freak out when they get here.

Attempted to sit down and eat pancakes and sausage but was given paper cutlery. Only managed one bite before the cutlery folded like errr...... Paper. No refund. No breakfast. Won't be doing that again.

First of all wait by ordering station was slow and couldn't understand person!! Have they ever tried being friendly? Drove to next window no one at it? Just a "manager" staring at me? 5 minutes 10 minutes?? To cap it all there was an ambulance crew waiting for there food too!!?? No organising No urgency No politeness. I will never eat at this place ever again. I would rather lick the toilets. The burger was luke warm at best, Fries were the standard stone cold as a corpse!! What an absolute disgrace to the Macdonald's name. Burger King better service with a smile and burgers and fries far superior.

Over 20 minutes for a single wrap meal deal. Hardly any orders were coming out and no one on the front desk, waited ages to finally catch someone to ask where the order was. Everyone just being told, it's coming, it's on the way and to go sit down and wait. They said they were still waiting on chicken to be cooked, how does chicken take 20 minutes, with none available on hand within few minutes? When we finally got the meal, chips were cold and the wrap was half empty, might as well just not added the chicken! Appalling service, wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location. Car park was overrun with vans parked across multiple spaces including disabled spaces. If they can't fit then they should park on the road right outside where some more thoughtful vans were parking.

The self service machines *never* give receipts at any McDonald's (gives some error code about failed to print). Don't use them, go to the counter and order there with a human. You're going to have to go there anyway if you want your receipt. Food is extremely variable, last time I was here it was great: just cooked, hot etc. This time, warm at best,meh!

Very very very slow at the drive through. When we got home , dips missing . Burgers falling apart, most of the fries in the bag rather than container.

Dodgy milkshakes. Ordered one chocolate milkshake with drive-thru order. Tasted of strawberry so got replaced. Thought she was joking when she said it tasted of banana. Never had this happen before. She was so excited to be initially told milkshakes were on menu. Check before you drive-off.

Great friendly staff nice warm welcome as entering the restaurant. Quick service and the ingredients where on the bun, unlike some other Mcdonald restaurants I have been in.

The cleanest McDonalds I have ever gone to. Friendly staff who work hard. Polite and courteous too. A great example of a friendly and committed team.

Update today, it's 10000000 degrees in here. Service quick enough. Food as expected. The toilets, filthy and stinking. When I walked in there, there were two staff members in there to use facilities, have they not got their own? Chap that was wiping tables, was doing so in a high Vis heavy jacket and he had a nasty cough. Shouldn't have been customer facing today.

Waited half an hour for 3 drinks and 1 McFlurry which then the McFlurry was wrong and by the time I got the right one the food was cold

Really limited parking here, but overall, just like any other McDonald's..Haven't been to a Maccy Ds in a long time and little shocked at how prices have risen.

Stopped for my mum, who really wanted an ice cream. Machine was working! Fantastic service from the lady.

Mayur was very rude to me and swore at me and told me either buy his food or get lost and that he’d make sure the food was horrible. I am absolutely appalled. Never visiting this store again. As this was happening I witnessed a Big Mac thrown in the background would stay away . 😡‼️

It's a clean, well run Mc Donald's. It always seems busy probably because there isn't any competition for several miles. Also open 24 hours.

Very late and lazy employees.Rude behaviour of employes especially managers worst McDonalds i experienced its just a weekday not even weekend and took 20 mins to get my food.

This McDonald’s has a great location. It’s out the way, a building on its own. Car park is quite small. Service was quite good and the order arrived in just a few moments. I ordered a limited galaxy McFlurry, it only had a few chocolate bits in and not much sauce, quite disappointing.

Newly refurbished and all the better for it ... used to feel small but now feels much bigger, lighter / brighter and spacious. It's got the 'modern McDonald's feel' about it with automated ordering screens ~ food is just the same old stuff ~ but feels more pleasanter to visit than the old place. UPDATE ~ March 2024 Food was hot, fries seemed pretty fresh, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Seating area was clean, which is a nice bonus.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, definitely gone downhill and I’ve been going to this one since I was a child. In the last few years I’ve NEVER had an order correct from them! Honestly worth going to the high street McDonald’s instead in Aylesbury as atleast they will get your order right!

As with most mcdonald's the machine ordering is easy and straightforward. Once ordered though even when it's quiet it takes ages for them to put your order together which I'd recommend you check before leaving as items have been missing on more than one occasion in the past. Food is hit and miss, fries are rarely hot and often not crispy but very soft. It's not terrible but its not great either.

If I use the drive through my order is incorrect in a new way every time, today for example I asked for a breakfast roll meal with a large hot chocolate, I asked for no sauce in the Roll, they put it down as no sausage and when I went round to pay the screen didn't show my order to confirm if it was correct but verbally the staff member stated it was correct as I repeated it to him, so having been told my order was correct it wasn't, previously I had ordered the exact same thing and had been given a large black coffee instead of hot chocolate. When you get the correct food it's good but you have to make sure you have what you ordered.

A genuinely pleasant experience. I’be only ever been to a few McDonald restaurants but none like this; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the establishment clean and calm and the food was as good as one could get for a fiver. Thank you :)

Good place for a stop over, although car parking is a stretch. The shop area was clean, and the staff were smart. Went to the loo and fully expected to lose the soles off my shoes. The floor was very sticky! Some people need to stand closer to the potty, or a new type of floor cleaner is required. If go again so to speak!

Stood at the counter for a couple minutes, staff were all in kitchen looked at me saw I was there waiting to order. One lady called out for an order and then walked away, I was very clearly standing at the counter to order. And was completely ignored. Disgusting customer service.

The marks would probably be the same for another McDonald's as the problem is the way all they now work. Far too much time waiting for your order whilst standing in a mass of people plus all the delivery drivers doesn't make a trip to McDonald's a very enjoyable experience. Food is no better than when you waited 2 minutes and it came out of the production bin. As for the atmosphere all the stores lost that with all the changes in the past decade.

Used drive through on the app. Drive through very quiet but we just got drinks and told to park in bays, as usual people eating their meal in grill bays?? So parked in disabled, we have a blue badge, cars still being sent to park with nobody queuing in drive through, why keep taking orders??? Food good, extra portion of chips, all good.

You pay for what you get. Do you expect evething to even be in your order when you get it. I bet you check silly not too .

Honestly McDonald's just keeps going down in quality and up in price. The staff have no idea what they are doing they work very slow and stand around like lemons. One worker was told to leave our meal on the side to complete another order so our meals just sat there getting cold, unfinished. For 2 of us it cost over £20 which is disgusting and the food is just awful now, chips were cold, my big tasty had 4 slices of cheese in it and the patty wasn't even in the bun. Isn't fast food anymore it's a joke

An early Sunday breakfast here gave me unexpected quality and an individual table service where all my needs were catered for. Not the service you get in the busier times of the day. That always keeps me away from here.

Thieves. I ordered 4 mayo chicken, paying with a £20 note. The cashier only gave me £4.84. I pointed out to him that I gave him 20 and he told me it was only 10. I'm sure it was 20 because I only had 20 banknotes. Unfortunately, the doors are locked and there is a long queue for drivers. So people, watch out for this young guy because he's stealing change.

If you ant to wait 2 hours for delivery, have items missing and/or incorrect, and the rest of the order lukewarm then this is the restaurant for you. We placed an order on my McDonald's app at approximately 08.30, after they kept on putting the time back, our order finally arrived at 10.20! Only to find there was an item missing and an incorrect item! Used the complaint email address to fill in the survey, and they kindly (not) sent a voucher to get big mac or side salad for £1.99! Bit cheeky asking me to spend more money when they've already charged me for the missing item, which cost more than the £1.99 voucher. Not had an order right from this restaurant for a very long time now, will never use this particular restaurant again!!

This one is quite small. Everything else quite standard. Only went there because I was getting very hungry and came across nothing else on the road.

Its currently 21.00 and we are sat in the macdonalds car park eating our glorious mcflurries. We were served with their finest McFlurry ever. The standout feature was the sheer abundance of Smarties. The person behind this creation deserves a raise for their skill and dedication. This is how mcflurries should be, especially after they ramped up the damn prices. I should get a generous portion of smarties not a puny sprinkle!

When starving quick and easy alternative.

Breakfast order was incorrect even after clarifying in drive through. McMuffin was bland and thrown together.. this is why I don't do fast food.

I have been using this MacDonalds for a number of years. It is normally surprisingly busy. It always smells of cannabis, especially members of the staff, who are slow and unhelpful. It can be quite a rough area as well. I have often had to send back food as it was incorrect or had other problems like being cold or past it’s serving time. About the only plus for it is that the introductions of the screens for ordering food has improved the accuracy of the order, but has increased the time. Then went to use it last night via the drive through and was first ignored, so went around to the other order point and was refused to be served.
