Lady got the order wrong when going through drive through but was quickly rectified

Lucky u got 1 star. Your quality of food is terrible. Bad enough it gets delivered cold!! Then I open my hamburger find I can count the onions your staff put in it,literally about half a dozen. I used to work in mcdonalds when i younger the quality food was never this bad!!! Even when you go in your store chips are never fresh, sat there feeling sorry for themselves. Mcdonalds in general gone downhill. What do you care !!!!!!

Breakfast arrived smelling foul; sausage meat in the McMuffin tasted off and clearly was not edible to eat. Very poor, very disappointed

Just how slow is it possible to be? Very little seemed to be coming out for anyone, with no obvious reason, such as shift change, large order for delivery, or breakfast menu to normal menu change. Just ssslllooowww.

The quality of food in this McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s because we pre order on the app and the food is left sitting there, despite that it shouldn’t be prepared until you click you’ve arrived but it’s always stone cold by the time you get the food home - which isn’t far! And they always , always forget the sauce. It’s ridiculous as it’s actually now part of the order on the app and yet open the bag at the window to check and 100% of the time there’s zero sauce. Then the staff seem really confused when you ask for it. I’m done with them. I know they are a franchise but someone needs to kick this store up the backside because it’s flipping awful.

I arrived very early in the morning. Before 6am. Nice and quiet but food was hot. And quick. So yeah top marks.

I rarely visit McDonald's, occasionally with my children. The only available ordering screen wigged out and only on the 3rd attempt (10 minutes later) to enter the whole order did it offer for me to pay at the till. Then 10 minutes to pay for my food +15 minutes for it to arrive at the table. I have never received a burger so cold, probably below room temperature. Luckily my kids food was within food safety standards (just) or I would have lost my sizzle. I didn't eat the burger and had to complain later as we were now running late. Well at at least they offered me a big mac for £2.99, yeah, cheers for that. I won't be returning.

Must be one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Perfect service advice at the counter. Service was quick. All the staff were friendly. Toilets were clean.

Food was very slow to come out but was hit and fresh and so worth the wait.

Standard McDonalds. Bit of a challenge ordering food in the drive through as the person serving could not understand English. Took about 5 attempts but got there in the end

This is another a mcdonald's that has poor management. Takes ages for your food and is unclean. The manager is rude ( visit on 28.12.24) not willing to listen to all the disgruntled customers. Why is the food expensive and cold when you get it..... avoid

Though they say they are open 24/7 only drive through is open. They've shut down the restaurant by 10 without any notice. Given their location anyone who comes to use this would be left without ability to use the facilities. Very dissaponted. You could see the staff is just enjoying their time. Leving the customers to suffer. Hope you'll consider leaving the facilities open in the future.

The food was atrocious, cold and tasteless, even taking the burger back the microwave must be broken as the cheese didn't melt, the fries were cold and no apology from the staff! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!

Food hot & tasty, delivered to table pretty quick, but this bins been stuffed for over 20 minutes after a member of staff tried cramming more rubbish in it. UPDATE! Wanted to buy a saver meal with a hot drink as it’s freezing cold outside but not allowed one, only cold drinks!? Brought my own mayo, when will mcdz do mayo like Burger King?!

Without doubt the worst Mcdonalds meal ever!! Ordered: Chicken & bacon wrap grilled Medium fries Cappacinno Delivered: Disgusting chewy thing , chicken? Medium "fries" cold tasteless Cappacinno - cold dregs from the machine.... WHY go to Mcdonalds?

It was a takeaway order and spacious for dining and tons of parking space. The staff is fine, they managed place to make it nice and clean.

Got a take away meal, restaurant was very clean, staff friendly and smiling! Car park had space, speed of service was adequate, but it was lunchtime!

Newly refurbished and all the better for it ... used to feel small but now feels much bigger, lighter / brighter and spacious. It's got the 'modern McDonald's feel' about it with automated ordering screens ~ food is just the same old stuff ~ but feels more pleasanter to visit than the old place. UPDATE ~ March 2024 Food was hot, fries seemed pretty fresh, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Seating area was clean, which is a nice bonus. UPDATE November 2024 Food & drink all good today : hot and pretty fresh. Seemed a while waiting, but that's probably because the drive thru was busy. Obviously still a popular place to eat.

Awful. Just awful. Ordered through mcdelivery and they left a whole box of 20 nuggets out. Tried ringing the restaurant 4 times and had no answer. Their customer service is shocking and currently, I’ve paid £7 for food I never received. Absolute joke

The order was wrong - cheese on my son's burger - he has dairy intolerance! Milkshakes were wrong flavour. Chips cold. Delivered 55 mins late. Terrible experience. Won't order again.

Only 24hr if you’re in a car or order through the app, which would be fine( except for the fact they refuse to help you if you order the the app and force you to get in strange men’s vehicles so you can order food. Thankfully the man was very kind and understanding.

Not open 24h/day. Only accepting drive through customers after 10:00. I tried to order and was told to go via the app as I was a walk in customer. The app crashed and did not allow payment, I showed the worker and their reply was to close the cashier window and say sorry we can’t serve you.

Another reason why I go to McDonalds great coffee and a good breakfast. Thank you..

This is the first time I've been to McDs in a very long time, but it was next to where I was and it was a hot day. I fancied a strawberry shake and the thought of a McDs shake was making my mouth water. Unfortunately, when I walked in, I was confronted by so.ething completely alien. I had to order from a screen and then collect my food at the counter. Quite bizarre! I managed to navigate the giant touch screen and I'm pleased to say that there's a complete page for allergies, which for me is great. So armed with that info, I bought large fries and a shake. I couldn't eat anything else. Shame in these times that I cant get a gluten free bun for a burger at one of the biggest burger chains. Pretty poor. Anyway, the fries were exactly as I remembered them.... Tasty. The shake hower was pale with a blob of strawberry colour in the middle. Completely unappetising. It tasted like it looked as well. Very disappointing and I didn't finish it. Will I go back anytime soon. Extremely unlikely! Maybe try again in another 18 years.

We need our food to arrive for a family birthday but not everything got eaten as people had to leave to travel home. The delivery time kept going up by the minute very disappointing. By the time the food had arrived it was cold and chips were disgusting

The customer service from McDonald’s is as horrendous. No one could tell me where my food was. Someone said he has left and on his way and then someone else said he hasn’t arrived for his shift?! The time for delivery kept increasing by 10mins every couple. The food was meant to arrived at 5:50pm as I ordered at 5:15pm but it didn’t arrive until 6:43pm - freezing cold! No way of contacting the driver or just eat. Poor service all round

The food was served cold, I ordered BIG MAC and received old lettuce, the meat was undercooked. and the cheese wasn't even melted. Very poor sandwich. The Starr and new no salt Chelsea sharebox fries were tasteless and also cold.

Macdonalds’s like milion others nothing special. Biggest plus is small amount of people inside. Big plus for employes for keeping it clean. Nothing else to say.

ordered at 4. 48 and my order arrived at 7.10 almost 3 hours for my food, absolutely ridiculous.

I got here around 10:45 in the morning, and I wanted to get breakfast, because the Hash Browns are nicer than Fries. Once again, the McDonald's app Crashed several times, when I attempted to use it to order. By 10:55, I was still struggling to use the app, and I had to order without it, so that my order was placed before 11am. This is more of a criticism of the App than the Restaurant, and the Manager replied "No Comment" when I asked her if a lot of customers have problems with it. My breakfast was fine, but I wish McDonald's would offer Hash Browns all day, not just in the morning.

It's a McDonald's, there's nothing 5 stars about one. 5 star atmosphere because it's clean most of the times I go there. Food is ok. Haven't had stale burgers there unlike other places. Service is ok.

It’s meant to be 24hours/7 day a week and everywhere says this i travel far to get here and to be sent away from a guy on top table fixing lamps. Sign says Open 24 hours 7 days a week at the door says the same, Google business profile says the same. If you own this business surely you must know that you’re misleading customers with wrong informations. It doesn’t take long to put those sign down and update the times so people don’t freak out when they get here.

First of all wait by ordering station was slow and couldn't understand person!! Have they ever tried being friendly? Drove to next window no one at it? Just a "manager" staring at me? 5 minutes 10 minutes?? To cap it all there was an ambulance crew waiting for there food too!!?? No organising No urgency No politeness. I will never eat at this place ever again. I would rather lick the toilets. The burger was luke warm at best, Fries were the standard stone cold as a corpse!! What an absolute disgrace to the Macdonald's name. Burger King better service with a smile and burgers and fries far superior.

Over 20 minutes for a single wrap meal deal. Hardly any orders were coming out and no one on the front desk, waited ages to finally catch someone to ask where the order was. Everyone just being told, it's coming, it's on the way and to go sit down and wait. They said they were still waiting on chicken to be cooked, how does chicken take 20 minutes, with none available on hand within few minutes? When we finally got the meal, chips were cold and the wrap was half empty, might as well just not added the chicken! Appalling service, wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location. Car park was overrun with vans parked across multiple spaces including disabled spaces. If they can't fit then they should park on the road right outside where some more thoughtful vans were parking.

The self service machines *never* give receipts at any McDonald's (gives some error code about failed to print). Don't use them, go to the counter and order there with a human. You're going to have to go there anyway if you want your receipt. Food is extremely variable, last time I was here it was great: just cooked, hot etc. This time, warm at best,meh!

Very very very slow at the drive through. When we got home , dips missing . Burgers falling apart, most of the fries in the bag rather than container.

Dodgy milkshakes. Ordered one chocolate milkshake with drive-thru order. Tasted of strawberry so got replaced. Thought she was joking when she said it tasted of banana. Never had this happen before. She was so excited to be initially told milkshakes were on menu. Check before you drive-off.
