KFC in Chichester

This restaurant has finally given me the strength to never trust or eat KFC again in my life. Bad hygiene, cold food, off chicken, my son and myself have both been poisoned 🤮 from this KFC. I look forward to my life without this brand.

Located within the leisure complex, this KFC is an eat-in, take-awayand drive-thru’. There were no queues and no smiles either. The venue is clean, prices fair and food tasty. The side salad does make it a less beige affair and it’s tasty albeit quite dinky.

Oh i wished I read the reviews first. Didn’t expect to end up in this dive but all the other restaurants where full (I wonder why) The bloke that was taking your order was very poor at English so it was quite frustrating that he didn’t understand us. We sat down amongst filth and debris from the local teenage chavs that where shouting across tables. We had an hour to kill before our film. The food was very good 👍 The toilets where however the filthiest I have ever seen. See the picture. I don’t understand how people complain about this place and nothing ever gets done!!! Keep it clean. Get English speaking servers. Respect your customers.

We went to kfc Chichester gate tonight asked for two zinger rice boxes with a drink through drive through arrived at drive thru payment window for collection they charge me £16.47 and then gives me 3 drinks when there was only two of I said that's wrong told him what I ordered and gave me some change back which was wrong we got our food and drove home only to find when I got home we had someone else's food I am absolutely disgusted and will be contacting kfc head office on Monday.

Arrived at approx 6:30pm and decided to eat in. Only two tables occupied but absolutely no other clean tables available; I asked at the counter for something to clean a table with and was given two hand wipes!!!! After trying to clean our original choice I had to give up as there was no removing the bogeys someone had smeared down the edge of the table. So feeling quite sick at this point, waited for our food; and waited and waited and waited! Eventually we got our food, I opened my carton on the chicken fillet burger only to discover I had been given a fully loaded chicken burger - now I don’t like cheese so initially I tried to remove it myself, however when I spotted the hash brown I realised it was the wrong burger - I returned to the counter where the KFC employee poked it with his fingers and told me it was a chicken fillet burger - fortunately another employee confirmed that it was not and asked me what I wanted - at this point - the twice poked burger was put back on the shelves to serve to someone else!!!!! I did eventually get me overcooked chicken burger, but just like my partners two piece meal, it was inedible!!! I spent most of last night feeling very sick and I will never ever return to this KFC!

Wow!!! 12 plus orders waiting to be made and over half an hour wait for food. No apologies for service. Very disappointing.

Food cheap. Only up-side. Food is far from healthy, fatty and not good on the digestion. The chicken fillets were thin so that made them more fatty. Not a good experience.

Ordered a 3 piece meal with a can of Tango. Asked the guy serving if it was ok to have my Tango in a can. He said yes. When food arrived they refused to give me Tango in a can and when I complained they said the server didn’t understand what I was asking for. The manager was called and he was absolutely useless. The food was incredibly greasy and poor. Useless staff, even more useless manager and the food was disgusting. Worst KFC ever.

Luke warm tower burger that had a raw consistency in the middle. 2 hot wings that were dry and not up to the usual KFC standard at all. Stupidly ate it because I was starving thinking all chicken must be cooked to a certain temp and maybe it had just gone cold. Now paying the consequences 2 days before Christmas. I will never go back here.

I ordered 2 fillet tower meals one with pepper mayo and one normal mayo I drove home and found out my order was wrong when I called to let them know all she said was my order was right and wouldn't listen to my concerns well safe to say I will not be using this branch again. Charge 7 pound for getting a meal wrong then get spoken to like your a lier I think the owner needs to think about what kinder staff he has at his restaurant

KFC's around the country should be consistent as things go this almost wasn't comparable to to KFC......

Located next to the Premier Inn in Gate Leisure Park. A handy place to grab a takeaway. The food was hot & well-cooked. It certainly filled a hole.

Food standards are bad here. Chicken is undercooked..caused me to thrown up later in the evening and have been ill. Not the first time this has happened yet for some odd reason I chose to eat here again after dreadful previous experience.

Went with my friend to order takeaway and stood at the counter, she ordered her food fine and as we were waiting for Lewis to return a queue had formed behind us. When Lewis gave my friend her food he promptly ignored me in favour of serving the guys behind me. Had to go to the back of the queue just to get served by which time my friends food had gone cold.

Unedable, grey soggy burger, full of grissle, cold food, staff that looked like they didn't give a !!! Freezing empty restaurant, food went in the bin.
