Ordered food at 3.30pm, had a phone call to say driver delayed and would be here by 5pm - already late! 5.30pm food arrived, cold - ever tried heating up jalapeño poppers and chips and chicken??? nah guessed not!! why not cancel the order if you knew you had a problem, £26 completely ruined and in the bin..

Awful service Didn’t hear them whisper our names for our coffees and we were the only ones in there 5 mins later I asked if our coffees were ready and they just pointed I suggested they may have told us as we didn’t hear her whisper to which we got a shrug

When i ordered my food they took about 15 minutes to serve another person waited 60 minutes (one hour) for his food and there excuse was that the person making his food was in the toilet and that he had to wait another 20 minutes. I ordered 2 large portions of chips but they only gave 1 small portion of chips and took two pounds more.

Very rude did not have his name badge on I asked for his name he did not give it.i said can I order this? He went you have to do it via machine i said I’ve never used the machine. He says press this button. Do this do that did not even come over the counter to help me. I will speak to somebody else said he’s too busy he says, very unhelpful busy talking to his friends when they came in. too busy to helppay customers

The worst subway i've ever been, without a doubt. Rude staff and disgusting grubby tables. Food wasn't very fresh tasting either.

AVOID. GO TO COSTA INSTEAD. Very rude & aggressive barista. Got my drink order wrong. Then told me he could not make me the drink that I ordered. Then gave me some Luke warm alternative as they could not be bothered to add the correct amount of ice. Walked past an hour later and saw him get into his white BMW convertible, which he had parked outside the store, with a large ice drink looking smug.

Just drove 45 min paid to park in carpark to walk to a kfc that is closed. Please update your online presence as it’s states open when you clearly are not.

Bought from Deliveroo for the two for 1 deal, got two chicken burgers. They weren’t even full chicken pattys, instead I got two chicken strips that you could by from your local Tesco within each one. They do not freshly bread there chicken here, it goes straight from the fridge to the fryer pre-breaded

This restaurant has finally given me the strength to never trust or eat KFC again in my life. Bad hygiene, cold food, off chicken, my son and myself have both been poisoned 🤮 from this KFC. I look forward to my life without this brand.

Have been here many times as is local - the KFC is often short staffed and I worry overworked. I am writing this however as the staff are always kind, and clearly good people. Especially Parvinder, who has served me a number of times and always makes an effort to light up your evening.

Dreadful. Slow to give order. Chips were cold and stale/solid. £17 for a worse-than-McDonald's burger, and then they wanna charge you for ketchup...

I have been going to this particular McDonalds with no issue . However based on what I witnessed and how I was spoken today . I will never go to this branch again! The manager spoke to me like rubbish and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Left there very upset and bewildered!

There was not a single clean table in the restaurant considering every table was empty - the bins were overflowing and the staff were just stood chatting, we werent acknowledged at the counter for 5 minutes whilst they finished their conversation and then when we finally were served Holly W who served us was the most miserbale person i think i have ever known to work in customer service. As she mumbled our order you couldnt even hear her - i asked for a meal you no longer do and then asked if you do something similar to which she looked me up and down and looked up at menu not speaking and rolled her eyes. I honestly am gobsmacked, no acknowledgement from any staff and the whole place was unsanitary. They could actually acknowledge customers as you walk in and serve them without standing having their own conversations while you stand and wait for them to finish for 5 minutes. The all looked like they couldnt be bothered and it was quite uncomfortable.

My husband ordered via an app for dinner last night.he ordered zinger burger and I, chicken wings. I’m currently pregnant. Luckily, I had eaten something else as I was very hungry coming from work. Early hours of the morning he started vomiting and diarrhoea. He clearly has a stomach bug from poorly prepared food. Never again will I order from KFC. It would’ve had a significant effect to me and the baby!
