The best restaurants in England

Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The owners accommodated us with two small babies during a rain storm. My older daughter is milk an d wheat intolerant and always finds it difficult to find somewhere to eat, the second daughter is vegetarian, so you can imagined the difficult logistics; plus two babies to feed. The owners went to great lengths to help her; it was delicious. They put together two tables to help us and it was so good, we came back especially 2 days later. This is a perfect example of a small family run business offering a better and more personal service than the big chain cafes and succeeding. Unreal food cakes and coffee. The best place in faversham! Sandwiches are filled tothe brim and so tasty. Will be back here time and time again

Visited for lunch with friends .while I wouldn't recommend the wine the food more than made up .Served fast hot and very tasty good prices too

Fantástica joyita en Peterborough. Gran comida, moussaka era delicioso, justo hecho como llegamos allí, vino con tsatsiki casero y una pequeña ensalada aderezada. Terminé con galactoboureko - cielo. Una taza grande de café griego (no las pequeñas tazas que se obtienen en Grecia). Todo al son de la música griega, tocada a un nivel de fondo decente. Realmente nos llevó de vuelta a nuestras vacaciones en Cefalonia. Mi agradecimiento a nuestro servidor (posiblemente el propietario) que me aguantó practicando mi griego rudimentario en él. Era muy amable y servicial. Esta será una parada regular cuando estemos en Peterborough, de hecho vale la pena hacer el viaje desde Whittlesey solo para comer allí. Nos vemos pronto. Steve y Sue.

Staying at Burrs Country Park Caravan site, this was a great alternative to pub food. Amazing gyros and platter. Will definitely order again.

I feel the need to review the visit I had following a query which the Railway answered very positively. I would not hesitate to have Sunday lunch there again the staff were amazing as was the setting. I highly recommend a visit you will not be disappointed - even after having a query it was answered in the very best way.

Friendly efficient staff. Food cooked in open kitchen, had a full English & smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and rocket- both delicious!

Esta cafetería se está convirtiendo en mi favorita diaria. El único problema es encontrar una mesa. Ayer logré encontrar una mesa libre, lamentablemente hoy estoy sentada en la trona ( no muy cómoda para mi edad ) El personal es muy bueno

Great cafe with friendly Turkish staff- great customer service and the gentleman serving was really friendly and had a good chat about his country. I'm just giving it a minus point as it's succumbed to the 'dog friendly' epidemic of Lark Lane- I don't want dogs sniffing their private parts while I'm eating as it really puts me off my food and they're also a trip hazard. I wish more places would forbid dogs. I'd definitely go back though as the toilets were nice, coffee strong and fab staff

Tuvimos un desayuno fabuloso aquí, estaba delicioso. Había aplastado el aguacate en tostadas con huevos escalfados. Mi amiga tenía Huevos Benedict y dijo que el suyo también estaba delicioso. Absolutamente perfecto! La comida y las bebidas eran agradables y calientes y el personal era muy amable y atento. Sin duda lo volvería a visitar en el futuro. Jo y Jill de Nottingham

Fantastic food cooked and presented by a local talented chef

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the best biryani I have eaten in Nottingham.The taste of rice is absolutely the best, soft and delicate, with distinct grains.I will definitely order again if I have a chance.Please keep serving high quality food like this😊😊😊.

I've pretty much worked my way through the entire menu, everything has been fantastic. The burgers and chicken are expertly prepared and cooked. I'm not normally a fan of fries but the Umami fries are something else! Great choice of sauces. A genuine treat that I look forward to.
