Slow service. Limited menu I nipped into the drive thru to grab a coffee and there was a queue at the drive thru. It moved so slowly but by the time I realised, I had vehicles behind me so couldn’t get out. I placed my order of a toffee latte to be told they’re not doing them at the moment. It took me about 15 mins from start to finish. Couldn’t they have left a notice at the entrance explaining they were back serving the limited menu? Also, if the menu is so limited, why did the service take so long??? It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant!

Ordered food for delivery at 8pm it arrived at 830 freezing cold and inedible, reported this and still waiting for the manager to call me back , I will not use this takeaway again and advise others to give it a wide berth .

Unit 2, Park Parade, Ormesby Rd, Middlesbrough Ormesby RoadPlace as locked up! A customer had to let me in as they lock the front door. Place feels like a prison. Perspex everywhere!!! I wouldn't mind but they don't even accept cash! So what do they think is going to be robbed? Not at all a family friendly look and feel.

337 Linthorpe RoadTook the other half for his birthday. The food was fantastic! Staff were professional and friendly, lovely atmosphere, only thing I'll add is if you're middle aged with failing eye sight like us then maybe ask for a table near a light 😉 😂 will definitely be going back
