There was no other way to contact McDs but I wanted to leave some feedback about tonight’s drive thru visit. We are used to dealing with very disinterested staff when visiting here, however, tonight we had the pleasure of being served by 2 really friendly girls. The customer service was absolutely spot on. The girl taking the order was so polite and friendly, and the girl at the second window handing over the food asked us to park up, but again she was extremely friendly, warm and the customer service on point. Well done to both

This has got to be the worst fast food I have ever had. Whopper. Dry crumbling bread, lukewarm hard moisture-less burger. One small slice of tomato, wilting lettuce, few strips of onion, clumped together. Truly appalling. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

Dishonest staff. These guys can't even get a happy meal right. Firstly they said that they didn't have any books - ok, no problem. But then they tried to convince us that the "toy" could be balloon - the kind that you get just for asking at any McD's. Tip: If you've run out of toys and books be honest about it - don't lie.

Rude member of staff ( older lady ) A nice welcome ? Not available in this branch !! First experience of this woman was to be greeted with an angry face , looking like I inconvenience her just by choosing to be a customer . The woman will correct you if you have any difficulties speaking so expect to be belittled and if you don't like being called my lovely well you'll have that as an extra anyways if you like it or not , thats while she looks down at your food wrapping it up and splodges of her mouth juices flow ontop of your food as talking while doing so , try to avoid telling the woman when she is wrong as she will try argue with you regardless of who's around , the saying is , we can't teach someone who don't want to be taught. An this woman clearly has no interest in being taught customer service. After seeing the other reviews the manager is obviously aware and couldn't care less 😒

We paid for a takeaway 38.22 never came contacted them the next day to find out Tamworth was closed even tho you could still order and take money been trying to get money refunded as they said they would but NO REFUND AS ARRIVED been trying to contact them email phone Facebook etc no answer been ignored or they’ve closed down this as now been going on for 3 weeks will now have the hassle to contact credit card

I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p

Rude guy serving. Took ages to arrive, and only attractive females were being compensated albeit only with chips. Food was tasty but there happened to be something wrong with each order which they were resentful in replacing.

Absolutely awful kebab £13.50 for a mixed kebab. The lamb doner was lamb chewy gristle. Couldn't eat it. And the rest of the meat was cold. Avoid like the plague it was not worth the money.

This place is not good at all, the food is pathetic and so is the service the staff are reluctant and the place is ill managed.
