Ordered breakfast,6th time order is missing items,had to drive out after a nightshift to collect missing item.Extremely poor service.

Awful service 30 minutes for 3 simple orders staff more concerned about delivery orders rude staff at least 3 members of staff sat outside eating!! Another member of staff stood smoking outside of the restaurant in full view of customers Food cold and a sprite that tasted like sparkling water shocking visit even late at night

From bad to worse, last time I visit this place. Items not available, order took ages had to remind staff twice, very shambolic and disorganised. Food and drinks poor! (even by McDonalds low standards)

Think this was our last visit, poor service, very slow, ice cream/milkshake machine never seems to be working. Very poor.

Dreadful! Never have milkshakes or ice cream, food quality is poor, slow service car park often difficult to access and leave. Avoid!

All food was either undercooked or overcooked it was like a 4 yr old had been allowed in the kitchen my daughter used her precious points to purchase the food , she was disappointed and please get rid of the pineapple menu it's a fail ! The food reflects what's going on in the kitchen there needs to be a bit more ❤ put into what u do and the food will show that normally the food taste's great this time big turn off ! Had to write review you wouldn't pick up the phone 🙃

The worst hot chocolate I have ever had . Watery, cold and barely tasted of chocolate at all . If this is how you normally make them, dont bother , take them off the menu .

90% of my delivery orders are wrong. It’s actually starting to become a bit of a joke in our household. If you order a meal for four people you would expect four drinks, but they send one out with the order. Rang and spoke various times to a manager and they just say the orders are being double checked, really don’t think so.

2nd delivery order in a wrong was WRONG. Earlier orpder in thr week had 2 incorrect items swapped out (water sent instead of fruit shoot and no bacon in the Double Bacon Big Mac. A voucher was offered so I could try again to actually sample and taste the bacon double big mac. So ordered today, and the forgot the entire burger. I call up asking for them tk send out the missing items and to fullfill the order to which I was told 'no we don't have insurance for our drivers' - wow! Blatant lie or no mcdonalds delivering drivers are insured!!! I then request they come collect the order, refund me in full and I'll order from elsewhere. The manager said 'we don't have the system to refund' ... at all!? Wow (am assuming another lie) She says she is the manager called Ellie but only declares herself as manager after I request to speak to said manager - no online the eccellshall manager is either Claire, Chris or Emilie, not Ellie. As the branch are either lazy, liars, uninsured or whatever to arrange a simple request of 'delivery the resr of the order to the same address used barely 5 mins ago, successfully delivered most of the order too, so you know where it is, the door works and someone's home, they just want the full order as paid for and at marker prices too. Other delivery places would send their driver back out or offer to refund you to method of payment or voucher, often added a gesture of good will for the error. Not mcdonalds. They want you to fight with their outsourced couriers - when the bags are sealed i restaurant and delivered timely once collected, they arrive still sealed thus the courier did their hit part perfectly and were not at fault. Am now attempting charge back via my bank as mcdonalds are incapable at sk many things it seems. The Eccleshall Road drive thru should ve shut down (I don't recall issues when either of the other two delivered to me TLDR ; AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!, persistent wrong orders and jump through dmhkmmmm

Service was quite slow but the main problem was it was freezing in there. Too much aircon considering that the food is never that hot to begin with

Why is the milkshake machine always broken, happens all the time and staff couldn’t give a crap. PS burgers are crap, why can the French do MCds but we can’t??

Called for a drive through after travelling back from holiday starving with my family ordered3 Big Macs and 1 bacon burger all large meals after stopping to eat them no bacon on mine all stone cold no salt sauce serviettes or anything in the bags crap services are they trying to save money NO condiments you try eating with no where to wipe your handethe bacon must have been on a flying pig won’t be back.

Asked to wait in the car at the drivethru and forgot me!! Had to go inside then waited another 5mins before half hearted SORYY From the manager. Sorry my arse!! Joke Maccys!! Always get your order wrong or forget you altogether!!!!!!!!!

This mcdonald’s and just eats are crap my order never turn up they wont refund and keep pushing the blame to each other it was for my daughters birthday shes 3 today I had few kids over for her birthday I’d saved this money to treat her and the kids I’m single mum of so moneys tight with the cost of living going up then Etc they wanted me to go mcdonald’s to go collect it after several phone calls I don’t drive I then phone a family member to ask if they didn’t mind getting the food and when they got there they refused to give the food it was a large order and I’m out of pocket both ways I had to send young kids home hungry and not one company just eats or mcdonald’s will take the blame I livid and I’m taking it further

Visited drive through on Friday,car park was busy and loads of delivery /collectors about,got our food,which was very disappointing,all our food seemed like it had been sitting around for ages,why with it being so busy,are the home deliveries getting priority,or is it just that this McDonalds is poor,why isn’t anything being done about it with so many bad reviews,will not be using that one again.

Ordered and while waiting was surrounded by uber eat collectors nine no masks they constantly called staff asking for their collection. I ordered burgers without ketchup so expected a delay. When I got home they were not very hot and looking like they had just scrapped off what ketchup they could

I go to McDonald’s quite often. However this store is always the best store. Very friendly staff and super nice management. Food always excellent and never a missing item. Adam in window 1 was friendly and excellent and then Hollie on window 2 was quiet but friendly! Amazing staff amazing managers and amazing food. Defiantly the best McDonald’s in Stafford. Kingsmead is full of rude staff and creepy staff while town store is covered in chavs. Eccashall road McDonald’s is defo the go to!

Never order for delivery from this store, 4 times in a row I've had multiple items missing from my order. not just little items but whole meals or burgers/nuggets. I wont be ordering from here again.

Evidently no. So I'm only rating this "restaurant" based on my other experiences with the branch in my life. We only go to McDonald's once every blue moon due to the health issues concerning it (look at the science). Fish fillet and chicken nuggets as usual were nice, and staff seemed chirpy. Overall, it's okay, it's a McDonald's, nothing to write home about (though that's what I'm doing right now!)

We ordered through UBER eats, but when we got our order half was missing we phoned the store and said that we were missing some of our order, the management said that we had to contact uber eats as its their fault, (now I'm sure uber eats is a delivery service they don't make the food or bag it) no matter how much we said we wanted our food your staff have missed off our food and I want it sending its their fault ... they completely refused to send me the rest of our meal ... the manager Claire was really rude and completely refused to take any responsibility... they are theifs.

This mcdonalds isn't very good. There is always a wait on food because it is busy and the food is always sloppy wet and not presented correctly. I now go to kingsmead.

Used drive through. Spoke to Wayne on the order point. Very polite and courteous. Top man. Fast service, and order was correct considering I ask for made to order stuff. Lady on the end point was polite and happy too. I know it’s a drive through, but staff were very happy and professional. Well done.

Order was missing items. Told to return just to get them was the result of ringing them. Have visited 4 times to complain. They offered the items not in order or the money back for the items missed. Tried to speak to head manager but get nowhere with that. Even the fries were limp and just warm. They have no commitment to the customers or listen to the complaints. Not even a proper apology. Disgusting service.

Come here quite often as the drive through is quite handy for a quick bite to eat.... Saturday afternoon and I am aware it’s busy ish but I don’t expect food to be cold when I get home, happened to often now, 5 times out of 10 I have luke warm to cold food, definitely hasn’t been cooked to order and not at it’s meant to be temp of 75degrees.... think you need to re train staff to bin food that has been sat there too long, I will continue to come cause I love a Mac Donald’s and sometimes you do get it right and that’s nice but something has to be done on the times your not getting right... you want to take the money? Well then deliver the food correctly and hot!!!

Went through the drive through. Even though was asked to park up the food came out fast. My big tasty was cold which didn’t allow the cheese to melt and the chips tasted like they were friend in old oil again cold. Ordered a milkshake for my daughter and it was like slop. I will avoid this McDonald’s again!!

My experience with drive through is always the same... I'm always ordering the same bloody things and always have to repeat everything 2-3 times. I don't know if it's something with the headphones they wearing or it's just this kids in the window can't get focused on the job and don't listen properly honestly so fed up...now I know why they are getting replaced with the touchscreens Please please can you put adults in there instead

Ordered at the window, was given the wrong meal luckily I have brains to know they suck, so I pulled over and checked the food, not what I ordered. So I returned and got my actual order. What if I'd driven straight home!And then when I got the correct order and got home. The large chips I'd paid extra for.... Were like the photo! Is that even a small?They've changed the veggie burger too, its now horrible so this was our first visit since the change and was left disappointed.

We go there once a month very inconsistant with the heat and the size of the meal the chips are either hot or cold and if they are hot they do go cold very quickly

This place should be emmbarassed for it's customer service.. can't remember the last time I used the drive through and had a complete order!! Won't use it again!!

In past 2 months, on every occasion we have gone to McDonalds drive-through thinking let’s give it another chance it should be ok this time surely, but they have failed again to give us our complete order and what we ordered and have over charged us. Very disappointed. I think now is the time to end our relationship with McDonald’s and never to go there again. Customer service Quality

Been wanting a hot chocolate all nifht during work Get to macdonalds order it i was very exited but very tired i went to grab the suger so i beileve and i go and wait and wait and it finally arrives i start by opening the lid and pouring the' sugar' in its not untill i have poured 2 packets of 'sugar' when my friend pipes up ( abi why are you putting salt in your hot chocolate) never in my life have i cried over hot chocolate before untill now. So while still crying i walked up to the young lad who was working at 5.10am tears rolling down my face i kindly asked if i could have another one and told him what i had done he then relyed of course two minutes past and im still laughing while crying he brings it over and makes sure i have surger this time

Had a meal inside the branch yesterday. I received a chicken patty inside my veg deluxe burger. My son received 6 chicken nuggets instead of 9. The staff were awful and I was made to feel humiliated. The main head office customer service and the branch manager don’t give a damm.

Absolutely awful! This place consistently makes mistakes and the staff seem not to be trained to a proper level. Ordered food via drive in, checked order on board in case they had got it wrong. Was ok. Had to wait 10 minutes in car park. Food brought out. Drove 5 miles, emptied bags to find the pancakes ordered were not in sight! Telephoned and spoke to ‘manageress. (Another ‘manageress’ that sounded like a 12 year old.) Told her this was the 4th time the order was incorrect in the last 4 months . She suggested that in future I should get out of my car and take the bags to the manager for them to be checked!

We swing through the drive-thru for a quick mcflurry at approx 11pm on good Friday and the lad on window 2 picked up my spoon with the spoon end with dirty hands. The whole thing had to go in the bin as this was too off-putting and completely unhygienic.

Not the best idea .porrage and a wrap .asked to park up..then again always asked to park up .car came after us and has got there food .fast food not .sat here for 7 mins already 🤣😂🤣😂

I ordered at the drive throu last night. My quarterpounder was freezing cold. I contacted McDonald's on this via the receipt website and was emailed to state they would do nothing about this. As it was the drive throu I had no opportunity to take it back. Disgusting treatment by the company which I won't use again.

I have been here several times now. Purely out of necessity! The first few times were grim, so on the last miserable visit I complained via their customer survey option. I reluctantly had to go again today. I went thru the drive thru and as soon I parked up the poor quality of the cold burger and limp cold chips was obvious. I went in to complain and ask for a replacement so had high hopes but alas! No!! They can’t even get it right when you directly complain and raise an issue with them. It was still as bad! They need to sort this place out as otherwise, it is nothing more than exploitation of people who have little other option than to have to go here! Disgusting!!

So I just ordered a large milkshake that waisted 15 minutes of my time to then find out that non of the employees knew about my order. I received it with a rood stare and a watery disappointment of a milkshake.

Just popped to the Stafford macdonalds drive through on the way to see the christmas lights. Our year old daughter is in the christmas siprit and asked the young lad on window 3 if she could see him Xmas jumper only to be told 'youll have to wait a minute im really busy' and turning his back on us!

These are large chips! Where's the rest!? Boyh our lRges are like this. They used to be overfilled! And they're cold.

Never have much of a problem with this place..sometimes chips are nice sometimes not. And a few times the chips have been cold. Just wanted to complain I bought a toffee latte which was advertised with cream and syrup...I got none :(

Absolutely gross. After eating our meal my daughter pointed out that the inside of the window was covered in small flies, absolutely everywhere. I immediately asked to see the manager who said she was aware of the problem, but the franchisee said that they could not shut. Awful.

Really poor visit, 22min wait time for food, which was cold, the order was wrong and when challenged the team responded with 'there is nothing I can do about it' Team gathered around the drive thru area making loud negative comments about customers. No manager to be seen and the rest of the team just avoided eye contact

Unbelievably awful. Kids making mistakes, giving wrong orders then having to ‘park up’ and wait for food. The drive through is a real waste of time. Waited 15 minutes in the car park and a lady came out and said ,’Sorry love , I don’t know what the idiots in there are doing ! ‘ Speaking to mates, all say it’s the worst McDonald’s they’ve ever been to.

It's like being in a arcade if it's not the comp screen games it's kids on mobiles playing noisy games. Radio has been on loud that has just been turned down a touch. Can't hear myself think let a lone read a paper and relax. Staff good.

The new system of ordering just doesnt work its silly your stood there aometimes waiting ages for your food. Restaurant has recently had a refurb but not for the best just not enough places to sit when busy

They’ve improved over the last couple of years, the services are just average maybe above average as far as McDonald’s goes. You can’t fault it for what it is to be honest

The staff here have genuine care and concern for others. Not only the customers, but local community too. Yes they'll help make the area look better (eg when they repainted the subway nearby), and they take an interest in people individually.

Despite the recent revamp, things haven’t improved. The restaurant was dirty with lots of rubbish on the floor. The new ordering system doesn’t seem to work properly, as my order was shown as ready 4 minutes before it was. The customer service was slow and poor, and to top it off my order was incomplete.

Although most of the time we are quite happy with the service and food we do have an issue through the drive through at times with food often being wrong and is only realising when we get home. I haven’t complained previously I would just think that getting someone’s order correct is very important.

Where to start..? Burgers & fries are often cold, coffee is fine ice cream often sloppy / melted before it's even served you, toilets inc disabled one are dirty (-nothing worse). Orders are often wrong, with items missing or wrong items given. Air-con is cold - very; radio is much much too loud. Staff allocated to the till tend to wander off so nobody serving. Dining room staff are forever charging around attempting to keep the place clean, fighting a lost battle because not enough on duty and the other staff don't muck in. One dining area staff makes themselves absent (i.e. Sarah), so cafe looks a pigsty, with debris everywhere when she's there.

Pagué mi desayuno y me dijeron para aparcar, pero como dije a la chica que solo podía esperar 5 minutos por eso vine a través de la unidad a través de la comida y no llegó, así que tuve que dejar. ¿Por qué ir en coche a través de cuando tienes que aparcar y no había nadie esperando detrás de mí, ya que era 6. 30 de la mañana.

Mientras no había nada malo con la comida, pedí un bocadillo de huevo y tocino envoltura con salsa de tomate. Lo que recibimos fue un huevo y queso (sin envoltura snack bacon) y salsa marrón. Nos registramos en la recepción fue correcta. Ahora estoy revisando como esto está ocurriendo a menudo, y es tan frecuente que me temo que el personal es simplemente descuidado y aparentemente incapaz de leer un pedido en una pantalla.

Fuimos a Mcdonald s hoy por 2 mc's que huyen. Decidimos tener una ensalada de pollo, que nunca debería haber sido servida, pepino era vergonzoso, pedí un reembolso. El nuevo sistema de ordenar era pésimo, esperar siglos para ser servido con tal basura.

Well apart from most tables with rubbish left on them and the one bin by the ablutions door over flowing with rubbish. This is the fifth time now where there has been no apple pies ready and they don't inform us until the food is already prepared therefore going cold because of the wait Stone cold fries tonight and had to put them in microwave to heat up. Being busy as we are told is no excuse, whoever is on the prep station should have at least restock like they do with the burgers. Definitely the new designed diner is not working as people just stand anywhere and it's hard to know who's in the queue and who's waiting for orders

At least the coffee was good. Sausage egg mcmuffins. Not too bad, not offered any sauce though. Hash browns were overgreasy. kids had pancakes. they seemed ok.

2 egg muffins cold and stale. The cheese hadn't even melted! Very disappointing start to a long journey. Lazy incompetent staff, a clear lack of supervision from management.

Get served very quick whether you are driving through or eating in .Place is always clean and staff polite.

When on a quick visit on the way home we witnessed the manager or senior staff member shouting at staff in customers view which is appalling due to he fact that this sort of issue should be addressed in a different manor. Also when a young group of teenagers walked in he overtly discriminated against them by saying they can only order takeout food as they assumed they were going to cause trouble. In my opinion I think this is disgusting behaviour of a manager! Me and my boyfriend were only in for around 10 minutes and witnessed many faults it's safe say we won't be returning. This manager considered to be asian looking, with glasses and wearing a white shirt.

Food as expected for McDonalds, but check your order before driving off. They consistently get it wrong. We call it McDonalds roulette as you never know what you will get.

Very clean restaurant with very helpful staff, food as expected for this restaurant chain, very good and well presented.

One of the busiest I've been to, but in fairness we didn't have too long to wait. Typically short on table cleaners but it is macceedees so you know what to expect!

Just popped by with my daughter to use the drive through , asked to wait in the bay . Took over 10mins for them to deliver the food , went straight to the van next to us that hadn't been waiting as long to give them their food , fries were cold and the buns were stale . Not good

The order was wrong. The change was wrong by £5.00. Just as well I noticed. They gave me a full sugar cola when I asked for a diet (diabetic) The burger was a squiggy mess. When I asked for it to be changed there was a roll of the eyes and a shrug of the shoulders as if I was a nuisance. Go there if you like but I was not impressed and will not be going back

I went here at approx 9pm the drive thru was full, so I thought I'll pop in grab my food and go home, as I was ordering the staff was bickering between each other the atmosphere considering its meant to be a happy place was dreadfull staff shouting at other members of staff, restaurant was cold, the guy making the burgers was unpleasant very moody, and the food tasted like utter rubbish.

Seems the new way of serving is just making sure the right food is in the box but not actually made up into the standard format ... Gherkins on top of the bun .. Cheese underneath the bun ... Way too much lettuce ... However the seating/eating area was surprisingly clean and tidy .

Just a drink of hot chocolate served from a machine with no chocolate in it. ......and served a vanilla latte with no cream as the assistant insisted it didn't come with cream despite the photo to the contrary above her.

Stopped for breakfast after talking my daughter to school and tried the new sausage and bacon bap which was lovely.

Good service but if you are outside eating it's dirty the bins aren't empty enough and the car park has litter all over it.

I have been to this mcdonalds many times whilst at work, it has a good drive thru and has parking. The restaurant is located just off a small roundabout opposite a petrol station and next to a gym, it is handy as it saves driving into stafford town. Food quality is average.

Visited this morning at 4.30 am after being called out by work.The state of the place was disgraceful. Outside there was quite a bit of rubbish on the floor plus a large amount of vomit near the entrance doors.Inside was just as messy with rubbish over large areas of the floor and tables. Health and safety was deplorable with slip and trip hazards everywhere. Service too was awful, having to wait about 15 minutes for my breakfast order. Whilst at the counter I noticed 4 flies all in the same area behind the counter near the food preparation area & on the signs above the counter. On leaving some 15 minutes later the vomit was still present near the entrance door.I will be on touch with McDonald's Head Office tomorrow.

What can you really say about McDonald's?!? This one is no different to any other in the world... Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's salty, sometimes it's alright, sometimes it's nice, sometimes it tastes vile!!!! Just like all the others also, it's generally pretty clean... The kids behind the counter will sometimes chat, sometimes they'll chat amongst themselves and solely serve you your bits and take your money off you... It is what it is... Choose McDonald's and you already expect what you're going to get

Unbelievably worried about what has happened to me. Had the usual Saturday treat of a McDonald's takeaway breakfast only to find a foreign object in my drink !!! God knows what I've swallowed. My work colleague could not believe it when he saw what came out of my drink. I've used this place 100 ' s of times & always been pleased but am actually woorying quite badly about what it was.

Awful...... stafford drive threw is ment to is open 24 hours but it's not because of the spongs that work there absolute ball bags

Its just rubbish food. Really salty. Bad meat. Full of absolutely nothing good for you. Although, I do get a Coke from there every now and again.(good when you're drunk! cause you don't give a hooot)
