My order took ages to arrive and when it did they had no southern fried chicken they had called me but but I missed the call & this was 40 Minutes after I had ordered anyway. They sent me a chicken burger :/ BUT the food that came was fresh and well cooked so I'm not complaining I was disappointed but the chicken wings were delicious !

The food was delivered 20mins late and when we got the food it was cold so was not happy with it at all. Won't be getting food from here again. Sorry

Most disgusting service iv ever had. Just because I live in a flat (up one small staircase) the delivery driver demanded that I went outside at 3am in my dressing gown, which I refused to do as he could have been anyone and I didn't feel comfortable, the delivery guy was extremely rude and because I would not go outside drove away with my food. Even when I rang the takeaway the man who answered the phone was no help and basically told me that his driver is not allowed to enter the building. Every takeaway Iv ever had have delivered to my door, especially at 3 in the morning delivering to a young girl!! Outrageous customer service and I would never use them again

Over an hour and a half after ordering was marked as 'ordered' although food had not turned up. Called to see what was going on and told was on way. Another half hour it turns up cold and soggy. Straight in the bin!

Ordered a pizza and chips, chips were cold, pizza was missing two toppings and the crust was burnt, pizza was clearly not made with fresh dough but premade base and to top it off the driver was ignorant perhaps this was due to him not speaking english, i cant confirm however as he made no attempt to speak

Pizza could of done with 5 more minutes to cook base fully

they accept my order then they do not deliver it to me so I wont be ordering from them again

Arrived early and didn't update the just eat site to say there were any changes and also gave me the wrong can of drink

Chicken was all 3 legs, dry burnt amd tasteless.. burgers came chicken was tiny mostly bread no sauce no salad even tho was asked for. Wont be ordering from here again.

Ordered all the food and they said anything was fine until delivery I rang up asking where is it and they said "can't deliver bye" and this was at 1 in the morning

Food, badly burnt. I've ordered a Pizza and Burger, both rock hard and black. Time took 2 hours, yes 2 hours to deliver on a Tuesday evening. Absolutely stupid service. Never order from here.

Awful service. We left a note on the order asking for no cheese on one pizza and they sent it with cheese regardless. The driver arrived at the door and said 'Sorry, we had to put the cheese on in order to cook it'. When I called to complain they claimed there had been no note on the order asking for no cheese, even though the driver had mentioned it at the door. After I pointed out he was lying to me he hung up and refused to answer the phone again. Just-eat refunded me within 5 mins of calling them, they could teach this takeaway a lot about customer service...

Really wasn't that impressed. Only ordered a couple of things and it took over am hour to be delivered. After 3/4 of an hour of waiting I phoned up to see where the order was. Then I got the "he's just round the corner" excuse. When my food finally arrived (another 15 minutes - must be a big corner). It was cold and gross. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered 2 kebabs it was vile only good thing about the whole meal was the Nan bread and can of pop :( garlic is awful never again and everyone else should avoid at all costs...!!

And also I rang the number to this "chigagos" take away and it's only Ali's take away on central drive now putting your take away on just eat under a different name says it all!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

It took two hours to be delivered when it finally did arrive it was cold and the wrong order them when we tried to ring the shop they wouldn't answer

I placed my order & payed by card then i read the reviews and i was horrified i was exspecting my food to be awful but when i received my order on time :) delivery guy was lovely and food was cooked to perfection would order again. :)

DISGUSTING!!!!! Alis takeaway on central drive have the cheek to make another takeaway up to try and get more custom!! When I realised I rang them and told them not to bother bringing it and they was rude!!! Would definitely not recomend to anyone! Wouldn't even let my dog eat this food! VILE👊👊

Food hadn't arrived after over 50 mins. At this point we called the takeaway where they said it would take another 30 mins would we like to cancel and eventually put the phone down when we said we wouldn't like to wait that long. The guy on the phone put the phone down when we complained about the level of service we had received, as we hadn't even had an apology for the time it had taken. I will never be ordering from this take away again

The kebab meat was pretty tasty, not sure why I was in a brown paper bag inside the box though. Plus the burger came without cheese. Small thing maybe, but when you don't like a burger without, and you've paid x amount for a little cheese single slice...

Disgusting !!!!! Customers Beware this is Ali's Takaways alias !!! The takeaway is the same address as ALI's Takeaway on Central Drive, and is their food, cooked in the 1* premises as rated by Blackpool Council. A bit naughty I think setting up online as a different company and sending out the same disgusting food.

Pizza was luke warm so cheese was hard. Box for pizza all squashed and battered. I requested boiled rice but still got pilau rice. Chicken Tikka Masala was very greasy and had a layer of oil on top.They charge a £1 for delivery which I did not realise until I placed the order. £16 overpriced and poor quality food. Will not be using this takeaway again. :(
