The food is not good. I had a snack box. It was supposed to come with fries. It came with soggy chips which were flavoured with some spice mix and were most unpleasant. They were not freshly cooked and were hidden behind a screen so you couldn't see them before ordering. You can't call soggy chips fries. Fries are thin and crispy, not soggy and thick. That said, the staff were pleasant, parking was free and the place looked clean. Just not to my taste at all. Very disappointing. I won't be going to a KFC again in a long time!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. As a general manager my self I was absolutely disgusted in the service, the cleanliness of the staff , one member of staff wiped her noise and yawns while being served after waiting 20 mins to be served because of lack of staff , drive thru was shut with no signs or any information. Completely ignored by every member of staff including the manager, clearly more interested in closing down than running the business. Food was dry cold , chips hardly had any seasoning. Definitely a waste of money I won’t be going back to this store.

No one to take order at drive through told to drive round again, place outside is dirty even saw a rat. Food was awful and to be honest didn't fancy it after seeing state of pkace

Ordered a delivery on 1/10/2023 for three fillet burgers meals, two children's meals it cost £44.93. It was given to deliveroo and it never arrived to my address. Spoke to deliveroo and they said they can't help me, has no proof that meal wasn't eaten or delivered. What upsets me is that your manager at your Newport branch were unhelpful, and rude. If I had the delivery then I wouldn't of visited the Newport branch to complain. Has a good will gesture I feel the manager could of compensated me with two children's meal which he didn't. Never eating or ordering here again

Ordered KFC for dinner three adults and two 6 years old. Old a regular popcorn chicken meal and a 24.99 bargain bucket 10piece. Where do I start the food was cold, four pieces of chicken weren't cooked they were pink and raw, and the delivery driver was over 30 minutes late without any apology for the lateness of the food. Worse KFC in years

After reading these reviews I'm definitely going to a local fish and chip shop either that or McDonald's. Hurry up burger King please

I was rather hacked off when I came into the store recently. I ordered myself a classic chicken meal and an ice cream ball, however it seems it could not be as simple as putting ice cream inside of a ball as they forgot to give it to me when they gave me my order. I could not believe it. I asked where my ice cream was and he then gave it to me, but it was rushed and the lid had fallen off of the ice cream ball so ice cream went all over my fingers. This got me hacked off. Disappointed or as the French would say, sale.

土曜日か日曜日の午後から夕方に行くことが多いですが、いつも空いています。テーブルも片付いているし特に問題はないと思います。個人的にはセットミールに温かい飲み物が選べないことと、ペットボトルの炭酸なしオレンジ、アップル、水がメニューにない(選べない？)ことが残念です。

I see a lot of hate for Newport KFC, I visit once or twice a week on lunch breaks and never had a problem. Sometimes the odd bit of food missing but always apologised and instantly replaced all my order, today I went through the drive through and was approached by a worker named nick his customer service was 10/10 and put a smile on my face.

Found a bug in my food the manager Sam refused to believe cockroaches exist in the UK he obviously has no environmental health training , he was rude and childish . Avoid this restaurant when all the staff look like they have just rolled out of bed I shouldn't have been surprised

Customer service at this place is a joke. They seem to have missed it out of every staff members training! So many times orders have been incomplete, by the time we've got home it's too far to drive back. I think this will be the last visit we make to this place. It's not asking much to have the attention of the cashier when he's taking an order, it shouldn't need to be repeated 3 times (and it was still wrong). The guy seemed more interested in taking his mates order who was on the next till over.

After reading reviews was sceptical, but went through the drive through, face to face(better than shouting at a dodgy speaker) order with very friendly, smiling and polite Rhianne, got order quickly and more politeness from lady handing food over, 10 min drive home and still hot and all items accountable, keep it up, thanks.

Visit kfc once or twice a week as my guilty pleasure, and I have never once had a problem. Granted this is through the drive thru almost every time, but even when going inside, I'll still get me order within a few minutes.Of course, this is not food that is up to the standard of your high end restaurants, but you get what you pay for. If I'm spending 3 quid on hot wings, chips, and a chicken wrap, there's not much to complain about. Not that the food isnt good, because as a treat, it tastes so good. Will continue to come for my fix of fried chicken indefinitely.

Can truthfully say that this is the worst kfc I have ever visited. My order is rarely correct. Last weekend in July, machine were down, so they didn't know how much to cook was the excuse, I was given after waiting 35 minutes for a take away order. Which as I could of predicted, there was something wrong with the order. Ketchup on the big daddy and salsa on the tower bigger, even though asked them to make sure they did not come with the above sauces

Worst kfc I've been to. Half the order was missing when we got home and too far to drive back. Would seriously consider giving this restaurant a miss. Just a shame I never read the reviews before going.

Tenía una llevar. Cuando llegué a casa algunos de la orden que faltaba. El personal no parecía interesada en tomar la orden y es posible que ese fue el motivo de la falta de alimentos, aunque se aseguraron de que no comete un error retirar su dinero

Así que he estado mejor Kfcs y he ido a peor.Parece un poco mejor desde su cierre y re vamp.Por desgracia sólo 1 miembro del personal y todo que hizo fue quejarse y quejarse de cómo ella fue dejado en su propio frente que sirve y haciendo todo. Incluso me dijo que si ella salir no ayuda. Ordenar su dotación.La comida estaba bien para KFC. Nada espectacular, pero bueno cuando pagas che posible y alegre no esperes bistec y servicio de camarera.No puedo comentar sobre el wc ya que evita estas como de la peste, ya que son muy sombrío.Así que básicamente si decides comer aquí, recuerda los alimentos bien mientras no esperes servicio de plata.

Necesitamos más personal en los mostradores. . Estaba considerando caminando por el drive thru, ya que era mucho más rápido.La comida era fresca y fría y no podía justificar tanto tiempo esperando para comida fría.Muchas mesas no despejado y el lugar parecía sucia por una que acaba de ser renovado.

He usado el coche por fin puesto a lo que parecía una tabla de publicidad. Me dijeron que conducir a la ventana siguiente para pagar. No metimos por favor o gracias hola fueron pronunciadas por la chica que tomó mi dinero ella repitiendo mi orden tomó mi dinero, entonces cierra la ventana. Tras esperar unos minutos ella reabrió la ventana y dijo que debería estar fuera de la ventana de la colección entonces ella cierra la ventana cuando llegué a la ventana colección ella abrió empujado por la bolsa en la mano y luego cierre la ventana sin decir una palabra. Cuando llegué a casa, el pollo estaba tibio y muy grasienta y las patatas fritas eran de piedra fría. No será tener KFC nuevo

Popped in here a few months back, expect long queues and wait time, went to the toilets before ordering, what I discovered wasn't very pleasing, top to bottom it was filthy, didn't end up going as I found it too much. Finally once I order my food I didn't reicieve the sauce that was suppose to come with the meal so I had to ask a staff member which kindly apologise and gave me some, all in all the value is quite expensive for a fast food restaurant but food was tasty, not the cleaniest place but it's always busy

Como máquina de vacaciones que visitar la isla a sólo un par de veces al año, así que no use este establecimiento muy a menudo.

Este establecimiento es absolutamente asquerosamente sucia! Comida y basura. todo el piso.. mesas y no un miembro de personal parece ser molestado para limpieza general o higiene.. suelos siempre húmedo, especialmente las principales amenazas a las mujeres embarazadas como yo y fuertemente los niños pequeños!

No greeting, no please, no thanks, no acknowledgement whatsoever, just a hand shoved out the drive thru barking "£5.99..." Far too busy chatting with colleagues to remember napkins, a dip, oh and some kind of spoon would have been nice so I don't have to eat baked beans with my hands. Luckily I could eat the cold fries with my hands. Don't ever expect much from somewhere like KFC, but the customer service at this place is just laughable.

Dirty tables. Slow service very smelly baby changing area. No baby warming facilities as they said that it had been stolen.

Después de estar en la unidad a través de la cola para cerca de media hora fue recibido con uno de los miembros más horrendo de personal imaginable. Cómo la persona trabaja en el servicio de atención al cliente es más allá de mí. Ningún saludo, parecía que estábamos molestando a ella. Cuando nos dieron la comida que me preguntó si todo estaba allí, su respuesta fue bien no hubiera dado si no era! Que entonces respaldada por la gerente! Cuando lo hicieron en realidad también como dice toda la comida no estaba allí. Se le pidió a park en espacio para esperar... Luego empujado por nuestra comida, ni disculpa.

Tiene una unidad en y nos quedamos boquiabiertos al entrar en el restaurante para ver bolsas de basura tumbado en la entrada. Las mesas estaban llenas de comida comido y bandejas. Sólo 1 personal manejando el contador con un increíble larga cola de clientes y los coches para conducir en igual de largo y no parece faltar el personal de limpieza. Salimos en 2 minutos como sentimos este lugar no vale la pena comer y sólo si me había tomado fotos seguro salud y seguridad habría cerrado este lugar en unos minutos.

It's a KFC. Don't expect too much. The parking here is rubbish and if there is a queue, be prepared for a long wait.

Visitado KFC en Newport, en la Isla de Wight en 9:00 pm en una noche de sábado como había terminado el desfile de carnaval, y me dijeron que no tenía en el hueso de pollo, seria media hora por lo menos hasta que estaba listo y el no podía vender hasta entonces. Pedí un lujo deshuesados festín y esperó durante 25 minutos escuchando a los clientes y el personal de quejarnos. Finalmente recibí mi comida que no estaba demasiado mal. Aunque tuvimos que rápido para el batidos tenían derramado 10 minutos antes

Fui a las 6 de la tarde un domingo, cuando el lugar estaba vacío, dibujó hasta el coche por hatch en donde siempre orden y un agresivo buscando hembra (no es el normal, buena persona)" te pedimos?". (Bueno no, eso es lo que estoy tratando de hacer!)

Since my last KFC visit, the franchise has undergone a full refit, and it's now nice and clean. The food is also good, and now tastes like properly cooked KFC Chicken, not soggy skin like on previous visits. Well done franchise owner, at last!

A complete dump, from door to till. Ignorant staff, very slow service, tables empty, as customers don't want to have to remove the rubbish on them, before they sit down. The food is poor quality 80% of the time, and usually left under the heater light too long, and dried out.Why does nothing get done, despite all these reviews stating just what a dump this place is?Can the franchise owner ' wake up ' and get all the problems sorted out. I deserve a refund, for £28 for the last two 14 piece buckets I purchased, and had to bin!!!!I'll keep everybody updated to what happens

Metimos en una comida rápida como estamos en Newport.

Visitado KFC en un sábado por la noche soy un gran fan de KFC me encanta el pollo! En esta visita no fue totalmente satisfecho! El pollo estaba preciosa como siempre, pero las patatas fritas eran tibio calor! Era tranquilo y no tenían pañuelos! Obviamente había sido ocupado pero estaba tranquilo cuando fuimos! Hubieran tenido un montón de tiempo para rellenarla. También hay que traer de vuelta KFC la limpieza húmeda desinfectantes!

Metimos rápidamente a comer algo. Cola era larga, pero quizás esperaba de un sábado por la tarde. Sin embargo probablemente más en el hecho de que solo había una persona tomando pedidos y ordenarlos de una persona. Todo el mundo que estaba esperando parecían agobiados.

Bueno, parece que su acto de limpiar un poco desde nuestra última visita. El suelo estaba bastante limpio y las mesas se ha despejado y limpio. La comida estaba caliente y recién preparada y la máquina de café realmente estaba trabajando. (Para cambiar). Una comida rápida muy agradable a un precio muy razonable. Quizás ahora que haya pagado para vosotros. : -)

I have been there a few times and it has been very dirty most of the time, staffs not picking up trays. And staffs have even been rude on occasion. Almost no parking. The food is the only plus.

My girlfriend delivered me a Krushem to work, I was surprised by this and got so excited that I dropped the Krushem on the floor. After much dismay, I continued about my day. Shortly after, without my knowledge, my girlfriend returned to your restaurant to get me another one. Much to my delight, she was given a new one absolutely free, but on top of this also a refund! Fab service. PS, I didn't drop the second one!

Dirty floor full bins unwiped tables slimey chicken the worst kfc I have been in I have complained to kfc on there site and they said they will send me a voucher which is fair play to them but hope they can get there act together for the future of this particular shop

Popped in on Saturday for a family treat. Newport KFC has never really been top of the list but since they closed the Ryde Restaurant down Newport has the Island monopoly. Well the service was slow and the staff didn't seem to have a clue, I have never seen the staff wearing gloves, surely food and hygiene calls for this? The food was cold and the fillet burger seemed to be more skin than chicken. The tables were empty, but filled with unfinished food and rubbish. The toilets were disgusting, didn't look like they had been cleaned for days. The floor was greasy (although this is normal for here). I have given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but I am afraid this was the last visit, unless things are approved dramatically.

Food was standard KFC fare, was shocked however to walk into restaurant & see the floor strewn with food debris & rubbish, the tables were filthy, so much so, that we asked for cleaning products to clean our own table! Seemed to have plenty of staff behind the counter, but none out front keeping the place clean & tidy. I can honestly say, I have never seen this at any KfC before. Shocking!Isle of Wight Council rate this a 2 for hygiene which is 'Improvement necessary'

For once this place was clean, (it usually has loads of dirty tables ) we ate in there before the cinema

Very slow service. Very dirty place. Thick layer of dirt on the chairs.No napkins. Dirty toilets. As soon as i noticed how slow are people working behind the till I regretted going to eat there. Then I noticed the rest. And the order was wrong as well as not tasty. I will not be going there again soon. Soo bad. Will not be eating in any other KFC branch as well i think. Its not my favourite anyway.

Had had a great day out prior to our foster child going back to school and as a treat we decided to go to our nearest KFC. ( without having to pay the bridge toll over to Bristol)The place is a dump litter everywhere, staff chatting food orders incorrect, no toilet paper in the ladies. This is not what we expect the service was adequate but I shall not be going again.

Such a shame this branch of KFC is so bad!Outside bins over flowing, in side eating area dirty un wiped tables rubish on the the floors.. This should of been a sign to leave but 2 hungry boys wanted chicken for there treat meal!! Was served quite quickly & with a smile buuuuut drive through given priority which ment a 25 min wait with no real apology.. so was ok bit not great.. The toilets were vile! Un clean no toilet roll.. The Staff levels were short and everyone very young with no clue who was in charge... Sorry KFC but this is a Complete let Down...

I'm gonna be honest right now this is the worst kfc I have ever been in!! The girls toilets stank of sick and had no toilet paper had to get napkins to use as toilet paper. The lobby was filthy the bins were over flowing all the tables were dirty and had trays on them with nobody working the lobby. My partner ordered some food and wished he hadn't! The burger was soggy the chicken was soggy the breading fell off the gravy smelt off and tasted off. The use by sticker had been taken off so we didn't know how long ago it had been made. The customer service was appalling the guy behind the till didn't smile had a monotone voice awful!!!Do not eat here ever.

As the title states, this KFC can supply you lovely chicken, but then the next day it could be crap !When its good, its great, a lovely good old KFC as it should be. When its bad, its pretty rank.Last time i went in a good few weeks ago now, it was very poor indeed. So poor in fact that i took it back to the counter. I had ordered the 3 piece colonel meal with chips and drink. Straight away could see that the chicken was very very greasy. I took a couple of bites and didn't enjoy it. The skin was just about hanging on to the meat because it was so wet with grease. Dripping and Disgusting ! Took back to counter and demanded either a refund or a new lot of chicken. Done me some more 3 other pieces, wasn't much better. Wish i would have just got my money back and gone elsewhere tbh.And yet i could have gone in there the following day and might of had a great meal with beautiful chicken.Sometimes its great in here, sometimes horrible. Maybe differs in which staff are on ?Take you chances...............
