It took 25 minutes from payment to getting served. So much for fast food takeaway. Finally got served by a manger. Rude woman no Thankyou sorry or anything. Awful customer service We were number 57

Ordered a burger box meal on Just Eat. Advised food would be 40 mins. Food arrived over and hour after I’d ordered and was stone cold. I phoned the restaurant to discuss this and was told ‘there’s no way it can be cold’. I politely explained that my food was definitely cold, only to be met with further denial and a terrible attitude. Customer service over the phone is perhaps the worst I’ve ever experienced! Rude, dismissive and unable to appreciate why someone would be frustrated if their food turned up cold after an hour of waiting.

I ordered because I was hungry and didn’t receive the food until almost 2 hours later. Which arrived stone cold and the times kept changing because it was probably that dopey alcoholic woman messing up the order as per usual. This KFC really needs to set its bar higher or they will not thrive off customers willing to come back

Absolutely awful - £40 order and yet again, missing part of the order - 1 meal of 3. Useless, utterly dreadful - save your money and go elsewhere.

It’s as if it’s a crime to be hungry on a late Friday evening. I ordered online via Ubereats from Streatham KFC on 20th October. I do not fault the delivery driver as the issue was missing items and low quality food. I ordered the mega bucket for one plus an extra order of chicken. There should have been 3 x chicken pieces in addition to the 2 hot wings and 2 mini fillets. Order arrived with two miserable “pieces” that nobody would pick if ordered in person. What exactly is the bit when they fold up a side of wing with a slight chunk of meat attached, in batter, but all it really consists of is bone and skin? That’s what I got. I was charged however, for the third piece of chicken which they never packed. Wings were mean and small, no meat. They charge £2.29 for just two of their stingy wings. Chips were stone cold, I binned them immediately because I was too hungry to sit around warming them up. Absolutely terrible and cost me the best part of £17 for the “luxury” of this utter trash. It’s disgusting what KFC get away with.

Food delivered stone cold inedible would like to say the dog was fed well but even she turned her nose at it. Complete waste of money

shocking as always. never really good but this was very bad. the rice bowl tasted very wrong. when are kfc going to do something with this place. was ill 6h later. very ill

It seem like KFC have given up and are just milking things. I'd just spent 10 days in hospital and fancied a treat. I didn't get one. Two burnt chicken drumsticks, some fries. Maybe about 10. Horrible. Enough is enough, I keep giving them another chance.. but no more. They have increased prices a lot, whilst reducing both quantity and quality Hygiene? Just look at the kitchen floor.

Had ordered on online, with text message confirmation, to be told order had not been received on their order system. Staff weren't helpful at all and insisted we showed them how the the order was placed i.e. on what website, making ut obvious they thought we were lying. Staff were very short with us and had little customer service skill. Was told "if I was you, next time, don't order through the website". Ridiculous! Food was okay. Place looked clean.

I kid you not....I suggest you read my review everyone......it was disgusting! Had no choice but to use the filthy touch screen ordering facility. Half order sat on the side getting nice and tepid and soggy whilst waiting over ten minutes for spicy wings. Tables clear of trays but not cleaned so were tacky. The restaurant didn't even smell clean. It gets even better......... because to top it off, young lad who worked there had a MASSIVE MUCUS SNOT dangling down to his chin... just looked at me, wiped it with his hand/forearm, and carried on. SERIOUSLY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Spent 19.99 on an extremely rare treat and it's gone straight in the bin.

Got a takeaway via delivery service. As usual there were items missing. We never seem to get our whole order. Had a 10 piece bucket, which consisted of 8 legs and 2 thighs. Having worked at a KFC previously, I know this should have consisted of an equal amount of dark and white meat and smaller (legs and wings ) and larger pieces (thighs and breast). A thoroughly unsatisfactory meal. I have now given up on KFC, a waste of £40. Won't ever be getting it again.
