My Husband & I thought the two young men who just served us at 3pm had the nicest, kindest ways about them today Tues 13th May. Nothing was too much trouble, an absolute credit to the company. These two with their impeccable manners will go far in life. Enjoyed our meals too!

Pedimos a los empleados de este KFC unas 4 veces para limpiar la mesa en la que estábamos comiendo, pero incluso después de un sólido 30 - 45 minutos nadie vino a limpiar nuestra mesa. Después de esa pérdida de tiempo, nuestra única opción era mudarnos a otra mesa menos sucia. Definitivamente no recomiendo esto.

Siempre, siempre es un tiro de mierda en cuanto a si van a hacer su orden correcta. Hoy mi hijo está en casa para descubrir que no hay hamburguesa en una comida de hamburguesas. La última vez se perdió el pollo palomitas. Las personas que trabajan aquí deben ser entrenadas por robots buggy que no enseñen a revisar un pedido. Ya tuve suficiente de esto...

I love kfc but I've just been into the lostock hall branch and couldn't believe what I was told and treated i wanted to order at the till and was told I can't I a have to use the wall mounted pads instead I asked why and they got all upset with an attitude towards me and my little girl and said you can only pay cash at the tills and just fobbed me off even though they had plenty of staff on round 6 staff and the shop was empty Very unprofessional no people skills at all Won't be going back to kfc

FOUND A HAIR IN MY MILKSHAKE order the food to my door took 30 minutes to come I only live down the road and enjoyed my meal until I opened my milkshake to mix it.

May have been done up but really slow service for foot take aways. No progress there. Always long waits.its ok for sitters and Uber but the hungry have to wait.

I ordered delivery from the KFC website and they missed out some of my items. FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!! Clearly, there is a pattern - they are INCOMPETENT! Mistakes happen (too often) but it's how they dealt with it (BOTH TIMES). THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. Last time it was Deliveroo, this time it was Ubereats. If you have ever tried to get a refund from them you'll know how frustration this is. I haven't used Deliveroo since then and will obviously never use Ubereats either. How hard would it be for KFC to simply refund me the cost of the items they failed to include?

I find it quite extraordinary to read the reviews below.I can not speak for their delivery service but if any of you lazy people who now have a further excuse for not going out and actually get some excersise decide to eat in it may balance their jaundiced review of this place. I have to say I feel the need to mention the elephant in the room which is that the hard working staff,especially those who work at the counter may be guilty of racism.I am a white British male over sixty years old and I have a strong feeling that because the women are predominantly Muslim and wear habibs this might be the trigger for some of the nasty reviews.I should add that I am of a religion that would not be expected to speak up for Muslims ! I am not a regular but have been to KFC Hornchurch every so often when I take a night off from eating healthily.! I have never found the staff to be rude.They are always very busy and maybe do not have time for niceties but are always polite. Twice I have got confused and made errors which were rectified immediately and on a rare occasion when my fries were not hot enough they were replaced right away. The food is always as it should be.Tasty and enjoyable. I do not recognise any of the negative reviews as being representative of the KFC I go to. My advice is don’t take notice of the reviews and try it for yourself and judge accordingly

I came here with my daughter as a treat after we went to the beach (still haven’t convinced her to try fish yet unfortunately, therefore fish and chips was not an option). I ordered her a kids meal and for myself I ordered a ‘Gymshark approved’ rice box along with fries and gravy. I did so on the app so I could just quickly pick it up via the drive-thru. When I pulled up, it took the employee a few attempts to understand what I was saying, I noticed it also took the couple ahead of us a few attempts to be understood too, so perhaps the signal is faulty. It didn’t take too long for us to receive our food, perhaps a two minute wait, slightly surprising given that I had ordered in advance but not something I was too concerned about. Since we don’t live too close to the KFC, I pulled up in the parking lot so the food wouldn’t get cold before eating it. As I opened the bag, I noticed everything had just been thrown in and my rice bowl was almost tipped into the bag, thus I’m thankful I hadn’t gone the whole journey. My daughter seemed happy enough with her meal, and I was too for the most part, but there was very little ranch provided in my rice bowl and my ‘regular’ fries were minimal as well as being cold. I wouldn’t mind coming here again, the meals cost me just less than £20, but I think improvements could be made and I have had better KFC experiences elsewhere.

I dont know why i keep using it as every other takeaway i get has things missing, plus i had to wait in the stake again for my order.

Lovely KFC, no issues with the food. Had zinger rice box, fries and a drink. Tasted banging, wanted to put a review because I saw the existing reviews before I came and was worried but didn’t have an issue myself. I used drive through, so didn’t see in side. Fast service. Polite staff. I’m not from the area so used it conveniently whilst working in the area. Again no issues, but only been once.

Cuando llegamos un niño estaba causando un pequeño disturbio. El miembro del personal que trataba con el muchacho era respetuoso pero firme y rápidamente lo acompañó fuera. Pedimos nuestra comida y nos sentamos a comer, pero sentimos que nos habíamos equivocado de orden porque no había especias en el zinger. El miembro del personal con el que hablamos era increíble y rehecho y mejorado nuestras hamburguesas y añadió un poco de salsa picante (que nos dejó probar primero). Incluso nos ofreció papas frescas.

What a joke. The servers need a refresh in customer service. They put onion rings in bag instead of chilli cheese bites. When I explained what had happened, she snatched the bag out of my hands, threw it on the side and proceeded to make up a new order. All I wanted was the chilli cheese bites, not a refreshed order or to make someone else have to wait for their order as they took the new order off the pass. Blond server needs an attitude adjustment. Threw her hands up in the air clearly not coping with the orders coming through and it's not even rush hour.
