Moto Services Burger King South Bound in Boston

I ordered bbq chicken sandwich and share box, taste was not good like it wasn't fresh I felt stomach ache after eating. there coffee is the worst

As a daily motorway traveller doing hundreds of miles each week i visit lot of services for breaks etc. This has to be the worst in a long time, the men/female toilets are now housed in the previously male toilets i.e joined side by side with little privacy, very fiflthy toilet and general hygiene! The food area in particular B.K i visited was a rip off (£10 for 1 small burger, small fries & a diet coke with no gas)!! Will avoid this one in future. fyi: only few miles further down the M1 South there is a Donnington services owned by Moto which is 110% better than this one! If you can pass this one to use that one to get a better experience!

A jewel on the M1 for a lunch stop. Burgers and chips freshly cooked and onion rings too! Really enjoyed the meals, staff helpful and wasn't too long a wait for the food. Thanks very much..

Honestly, how hard is it to do a simple burger. Well very difficult for this branch of Burger King. The Whopper was inedible. The role was days old, dry and just crumbled. The meat was barely warm. There was no relish, ketchup or sauce. If you want it "Your Way" and want to avoid paying over £9 for a double whopper (not a meal) go elsewhere.

This has been out stop off on our journeys south for nearly 30 years. I have to say it got worse eye on year. My wife said the ladies toilet were disgusting. The men's weren't that much better. We alaays stop and get something to eat. The tables either had rubbish in them or weren't properly cleaned. We stood and ate.

Go elsewhere, that would be my best tip, the only drinks you can get are coke and sprite like it’s the 1950s… you can have coffee if you want a dark liquid which resembles coffee but isn’t coffee, no decaf no options just terrible coffee. Tables are filthy and sticky, it stinks and I got some cold chips and a cold burger, may as well have just opened the bin and put a £10 note into it. Problem is (as with all other services) there FA other options so you’re forced to eat in this pigsty where the staff can’t even cook food or keep it warm. Enjoy!

Visited burger king at the apple green service area tonight at 1911 hrs the steakhouse meal was nothing like the picture advertising.what chicken there was in the burger was inedible and cold . chips were ok along with the tea and coffee once I asked for a tea bag.needless to say the burger wasn't eaten. my wife did not want me to complain due to the large amount of people standing around. I did try to complain to burger king but found the hole process a nightmare as the receipt I received from the franchise didn't resemble the the one on the survey form.what a terrible experience.i will not go to this burger king ever again.
