KFC in Oxford

Siempre, siempre es un tiro de mierda en cuanto a si van a hacer su orden correcta. Hoy mi hijo está en casa para descubrir que no hay hamburguesa en una comida de hamburguesas. La última vez se perdió el pollo palomitas. Las personas que trabajan aquí deben ser entrenadas por robots buggy que no enseñen a revisar un pedido. Ya tuve suficiente de esto...

If only I could give it zero points. Ordered 6 meals to be delivered and 4 arrived. They refunded the other two meals - so 2 people were supposed to starve while watching the rest eat? They didn't answer the phone so in the end one of us went up there. There was no shortage of the items ordered. And they had drinks in the cooler (my tango was straight from the oven when it arrived). What should have been fun turned into a stressful meal. KFC don't care at all. Don't order takeaway to be delivered from this store.

Encargamos en uno de los quioscos que procedió entonces a no emitir ningún recibo. Le dijimos a un miembro del personal que abrió la puerta del quiosco que se había quedado sin rollo de recibos. Lo reemplazó y pensé ingenuamente que nuestro recibo se imprimiría, pero lamentablemente no. Por alguna razón desconocida, el personal no pudo imprimir un recibo duplicado, a pesar de que seguí tratando de explicar que sí, queríamos un recibo. Al final nos dieron un recibo, pero no por la comida que pedimos, sino por alguna otra comida que era casi la cantidad que habíamos pagado. Sin disculpas. La comida estaba tibia, absolutamente el peor KFC en el que he estado. ¡Evita este lugar y pasa hambre!

He usado este KFC de lunes a jueves durante las últimas dos semanas. El personal es muy educado y servicial. La comida cambia cada noche de buena a muy buena. Creo que esto tiene más que ver con lo ocupados que están cuando asisto. Siempre como y nunca he tenido una mesa sucia, siempre limpia o limpiada. Sin embargo, desearía que proporcionaran un poco de pimienta (KFC no está solo en eso).

Mi original ofreció buenos consejos sobre una salida de KFC alternativa (Aylesbury girando) en lugar de la de Peartree (¿la peor del país ... posiblemente?)

Paré aquí en un tramo de vuelta de la costa sur. Las mujeres en la caja eran bastante miserables y no muy amigables. Los trabajadores parecían no querer estar allí. . . La comida llegó bastante rápido, sin embargo, y sabía bien para KFC. Los "Zinger Wraps" eran bastante caros en 4. 29 en el propio.

The wait to be served was getting to me only for the staff having to get orders ready for people from the self order machines. Nevermind all the people in the queue who had been waiting patiently absolute joke.

The worst fast food restaurant in Britain. I cannot begin to describe how poor this kfc is. It has put me off chicken forever

Shame really, KFC is our favourite fast foodbut the service here was appalling, not even acknowledged by the huffy female server, who seemed to think she was doing us a favour. Self order machines weren't working and all the tables were sticky and messy. Probably just a one off, but not good on this visit.

Come here every so often and something always seems to go wrong. Staff have no customer service skills, look like they don’t want to be there and have no passion. Coming from someone who works in hospitality, I know what standard services to expect. My orders are never correct and when I inform the staff, I never get an apology. I came in at 9ish one evening and was told I couldn’t sit in the seating area as it had be cleaned and was told to go and sit in Starbucks which was very unwelcoming. I asked for a sauce once and they ended up calling a manager over which they then said ‘what do you want?’ They always seem to have run out of something especially gravy..

Unpleasant experience food not great rather greasy and there was a horrible toilet smell expensive experience

I came to KFC at Peartree services to get fast food as I was travelling and the queue was approximately 15 people, I stood in the there for 5 mins and no one got served. There was two staff preparing go orders behind the counter that didn't seem to care there was a queue. So I gave up. Don't waste your time like I did.

You visit KFC website and they offer a Chicken Tuesday deal. 9 pieces for £5.99. There is no mention on their website about t&c or mention that certain stores do not participate. This location does not ever participate in KFC offers as the person serving explained to me "We are not KFC" - okay then! So go in expecting to spend £6 and walk out spending £15 for the same thing. Whilst standing waiting for my order I noticed the food preparation staff were not wearing gloves. Neither was the person packing our food. Needless to say we did not eat the chips that I saw both team members handling with their bare hands.... eeeew!

Called in on long haul from Preston to Southampton.. very efficient warm service. Food excellent and excellent cup of tea too! Well done all. PS: Excellent value too being A34 services!

Stopped at Travelodge opposite and decided to go for a KFC, upon entering KFC area there was a queue of 16 people waiting and only one person serving. Eventually got served and the chicken was warm and the chips cool, needless to say that we won't be going back to that particular KFC

Not often I have to complain about KFC as the food and service is generally good. You see something advertised as a special from KFC - you go to KFC to buy it. Nah it's not on offer here because this is a franchise and not KFC. Well, says KFC on the sign above the place - so ordered something else - annoyed obviously. The service appears to be effort here. No-one is happy that I am spending my money with them and not elsewhere. I feel like an inconvenience. Annoyed some more. I ordered a Oreo Krushem and whilst it's being made the bloke spills some and it runs down the side of the cup. He takes his bare finger and slides the messed bit up the side of the cup and into it. Places the lid on it and licks his finger. He then proceeds to pick up my food with the same licked finger and wants to hand me the food to eat. REALLY???? Is there no food hygiene standard in this place. Wont be going back here OBVIOUSLY! KFC want to do some visits to this establishment as it needs to be sorted - it's letting a great food chain down badly! Still annoyed!

I didn't bother to read the reviews because you expect all K of C to be the same. Boy was I wrong. The food is awful. Total waste of money.

my husband was asked to go to the counter to be served and then told to wait we waited while the server emptied a box of stock.he was told people were waiting he then proceeded to open another box. think server been off work the day customer care was explained .we waited 10 minutes and the walked away in disgust will not visit this place again.this was on friday the 27th about 12

my family and i have eaten kfc for many years but no longer the food here was cold and slimy and what was eaten had a horrible taste.five out of five meals thrown away,staff very rude

Visited this evening but gave up after 10 minutes with 20 people still in front of me . Self service not working probably due to lack of staff .

Stopped on our way home after a long drive. The service was good and very fast. Sad part they ran out of strawberry Saundae so had to take yogurt but kids loved chicken.

Slow service and general incompetence with staff that don't care a damn, dirty floors and massive queue. Avoid at all costs.

Its not often my wife and I have a meal at a KFC but did so the second week in April 2017.The staff and service were very good but oh god was it busy.We ate in the restaurant which was a bit littered due to how busy the venue was.The meal was acceptable with all the trimmings we required..

Dirty floor & counter. Shouty & abrupt staff. Strange outside seating area. At least the BBQ snack wrap was tasty!!

Wanting a kfc we decided to stop at this one again for another chance. It was shocking to say the least. Dreadfully slow service (again), food took forever (again), had to go get another burger because they gave me one that was clearly sat there for hours! It was hard and sauces had dried up. It shouldnt be more expensive than any other kfc's, infact it shouldnt be there at all! While i was getting my burger changed there was 3 other people that complained within the 2 mins i was there! Dreadfull. I wont be returning there. I would rather travel further to a mcdonalds or burger king. get decent service and chicken.

Trying this again after last time bad experience I was so annoyed I emailed KFC all I got was a short reply of staff will get more training, still the same rude staff arrived at 840pm they were closing early refusing to cook anything fresh no popcorn chicken refusing gravy again yet we could see gravy in the back boneless banquet all we got was cold crusty chicken that had obviously been sat there for hours staff are so rude throwing our order around after clicking his fingers at us to be served we complaing he didn't care and we ended up with the security guard behind us as we so angry we got our order thrown at us it was completely inedible no offer of money back by kfc serving crusty old cold chicken is not good staff don't care are so slow and rude I live in area and many people are complaining of the same things this needs to be on a TV show this kfc its totally shocking the staff don't want to be there refuse to cook orders 2 hours before closing time and always say no gravy people in the cue are always unhappy with this joke of a food place

Judging from the queues this outlet was understaffed.This KFC by far the worst we've had. The oil in the chip pan needed changing.We ordered a ten piece family feast and got five drumsticks, with a breast and wing majorly bruised. Clumped soggy coatings all round. What else was there not to enjoy?!And Oh yes, no moist wipes provided. By this time we had lost the will to live having had to queue for plates and forks for our slaw and beans.A memorable visit for all the wrong reasons!

Every time we have been here the staff are very rude very slow worse attitude I've ever seen, staff can not speak very good English or understand English as no one is English who works there always running out of gravy orders wrong gave up with this KFC as it's local

After our visit to Lancashire we decided (after a 4 hour drive) to stop at our usual place - PearTree services. We usually buy a sandwich and coffee and eat in the car. This time we had a leg stretch and went into KFC - what a disaster. Service poor - coffee came out wrong - just white milk -had to ask for everything, sauce, sugar, stirrers. Wished we had done as usual and not wasted our time and money on useless refreshments.

Given a one star as no option for a minus.Popped in on a Sunday at 1.45pm, fast food this is NOT got served at 2.05pm, only had a bargain bucket, service slow, no tables were wiped down apart from the customers wanted to sit in and done it themselves, The chairs are in need of urgent attention as the rubber feet are missing off loads of them so the chairs are screeching when people sit on them and kids think it's funny so keep sliding them across the floor, no paper plates or serviettes given with our order, sorry this kfc will definately not recommend or return to this one.

I called in here during a long journey and was grateful to find somewhere to eat, drink and relax for a few minutes.I ordered three pieces of chicken which came with fries and a pepsi. The food was served quickly and efficiently. It was a nice, sunny day so I took it to the outside seating area. Very pleasant.The chicken was juicy and tasted good. This is standard fast food, but fine for what it is. At just under £6 it was a filling meal and good value.staff were efficient and place looked clean. I was a bit confused by the machine where you can place your order and pay by card, but that is just because I hadn't been there before. I went to the counter and paid cash.I would go again in similar circumstances.

Despite a slight staff shortage and a small queue the service was friendly and polite.My original meal was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and light and airy.For a service station KFC this is a good one.

I visited this KFC after a drive from Manchester on route to home. It was not overly busy (12.48pm) but the staff were disorganised and hopeless. My choice of Tango was not available so was offered Pepsi which turned out to be flat. I took my food to the car to eat, the chicken was like cardboard and was disgusting. As it was raining I decided I would not walk back and complain s just ate the lukewarm fries. I would not recommend this KFC at all and will not visit again.

Don't indulge very often but this KFC experience was so positive. The chicken was hot, moist and tasty; the fries crisp, dry (i.e not oily) and warm; the service efficient and polite.The eating area was clean and tidy.Mind you, it wasn't particularly busy. Can't actually fault this visit at all!

This KFC is situated on the outskirts of Oxford, next to one of the main Park and Ride car parks into Oxford. We have used it several times and always found it to be clean, and the food of a good standard. It does get busy at weekends, and hasn't got that much seating for its popularity, but the service staff in the food court are happy for you to sit in the coffee shop to, if they aren't so busy or your party is a mix of KFC and Cake lovers.

Cold chips, no forks, no ketchup, no wipes, no salt. Food thrown on tray. Floors and tables dirty. Very poor for a KFC. I wouldn't stop here again.

Quick stop here as nothing else around and what a mistake.Service terrible, food bland, coffee appalling.Will never return.
