Only allowed two sauces instead of three suddenly? Are you having a laugh? Food rapidly gave me diarrhoea this time unfortunately so that’s the last time I’ll be visiting.

**Terrible Customer Service - Never Coming Back!** I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Delight Kebab House recently, all thanks to an unbelievably rude and obnoxious staff member. The man with the white beard who was working the grill seemed like he couldn't care less about serving customers. I ordered my food, and from the moment I started my order, it was clear that he didn't want to be there. He barely acknowledged me and tossed the first part of my order on the grill with a noticeable attitude. As I tried to give him the rest of my order, he started huffing and puffing, acting as if taking my order was the biggest inconvenience in the world. His attitude was so off-putting that I ended up telling him, "Forget it, see you later," and walked out. I refuse to spend my money at a place where the staff treats customers so poorly. I will never be going back to Delight Kebab House as long as this rude man continues to work there. Avoid this place if you value decent customer service. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Ordered tower burger ended up with a chicken bun

Orders 4 piece and chips, the chicken was pink inside and has a fishy smell to it, took back to one of them and the guy with beard white hair and tattoos became rude and said there is nothing wrong with it.

Guy with white hair and beard charged me £3 for chips then when I asked for garlic sauce became rude and tried to say you only paid £3.

Very bad customer service, i asked for a meal and a worker he said he’s Turkish and hes old i think he’s new there he gave us a different meal and he was shouting and being very rude. I don’t advise anyone to go eat there. You should sack the worker i mentioned!

Hands down best chicken place in Oxfordshire

Ok re-review - This place has been redeemed, the service is good, the food is amazing and seriously love the donner wraps. I'd definitely recommend. Its my go to when we have a family takeaway day. Also its good to receive a 5% discount on online order.

I am forced to give this review simply because it was amazing. I used the website which by the way I find way better than using other food app providers. I ordered a Mixed Donner Kebab which was simply amazing it was cooked to perfection. Now I dont normally give food reviews but great place great food. Ordered 5th July 2024 this evening.

Nice service, large portions, low prices

BEST KEBAB IN OXOFRD! I don’t say this lightly but this kebab is next level. All ingredients are fresh and the donner is cooked to order. The guys were extremely polite and very funny. They also gave me a wings for free! And loaded the donner wrap with meat. I seriously cannot fault these guys. AMAZING SERVICE AND AMAZING FOOD!

It’s a good place with good food, I got the chicken wrap meal for £8.50, kinda expensive but the wrap alone is £4.30 which is better. And it tastes pretty good I enjoyed the fried chicken inside and it was lovely. I’m giving this place a solid 4 stars out of 5 for me.

Great tasting kebab 👌🏻but their service is terrible 👎🏻as soon as i went in, the person serving me had some grim looks, when i made my order, he looked as he doesent want to prepare it, i think he was mad rhat he had to work actually....the hot wings are not hot at all....blthe kebab was tasy and good, but yea their costumer service left an bad impression....😕

Not happy with my order today.asked for mayo in chicken burger and gave burger sauce in it instead not impressed as child is allergic to burger sauce. Please sort this out

Asked for doner shish mixed was given a cut up chicken strip and basically full doner kebab, charged full price I used to come here a lot not anymore good luck guys your gunna need it!

Food is good, I used to go there many time and the man with beard showing bad gestures and shouting at me as I tapped my card too fast.. never gone there anymore( happened few months ago)

I have been very ill since Tuesday night when I order cheese burger and chips and kebab I have not stop been sick all day and night yesterday morning after eat the cheese burger and chips and my other half he as not stop going to the toilet

Lamb doner was great. Meat is good quality, vegetables fresh. I’m surprised because I visited them half hour before closing and I cannot complain about anything. Would recommend. Definitely will comeback.

Best Kebab house by far. Lovely people and the food is absolutely awesome. These guy's never dissapoint . DO NOT ORDER Unless you want burnt meat and half an order. Refused to deliver missing items. DISGUSTING I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star.

I went to order Doner Kebab and chips. The Man serving us was extremely rude and starting tutting at us whilst we were looking at the menu. I asked if he could fry up the Doner Kebab and he said yes. Then when he put it in the box I asked him if he was going to fry it up for me and he said no. It felt like we were not welcome there and they didn’t want us to order food. The attitude of the workers was appalling.When I ate the Doner Kebab it tasted quite old which was very frustrating considering how unpleasant the customer service was. The shop had no customers waiting so this carelessnesses was really unnecessary. There are better Kebab places in Oxford with much better customer service too. I had been here multiple times beforehand but this experience has made me never want to come back.

Often the average Kebab is to small for me, but here You will get the right one! Definitely one of the best Kebab in Oxford!

I trave the country for a living and I must say hands down, that's was the best doner meat, chips and cheese I've ever had. The homemade chilli sauce made it, topped off with the cabbage, unreal. If I'm ever back in the area again I'll be sure to drop in

I did order a Chicken Shish Kebab and I got Lamb Shish Kebab. I think there is a big difference between a chicken and a lamb . I love the Delight Kebab House but staff working there should more carefully read the orders especially that prices are going up.

Ordered popcorn chicken, Chicken wings meal and a cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was good but the chicken wings tasted really dry and old. It was tasteless and horrible!!! Asked for chilli sauce and they were well stingy. Barely gave any sauce. Popcorn chicken was 5/10.

Staff could be nicer but well, they can afford not to be friendly as the food is sooo good!!! Delightful food! I simply love their's "double half pound burger meal" and their's kebab is definitely the best in town.

Food was good! Staff were miserable. We are in a middle of a pandemic, and there were no notices, no staff were wearing a masks. Apart from me, no customer either. Guess what!? They were students!! Shocking! Who cares when your making money.!

We ordered a takeaway last night and the highlight of the meal was our chips... the lamb donor was mediocre and the fillet chicken burger was rock solid and cold in the middle! Will not make the mistake of ordering from here again! Very poor.

Eat here so often and usually extreamly pleased with the food. Love the chicken kebabs well I did untill last week i spent 2 days violently I'll throwing up etc with food poisoning. Cost me an extra £50+ for child care I was that bad. Couldn't even take care of myself it was that horrific. Such a shame I'm really put off.

Honestly this place has one of the best Chicken kebabs I've ever eaten!! And there wings are soo good also! I eat there all the time!! Cant recommend enough!

I ordered fried chicken, now I have a tough stomach, but this food I was not able to even tolerate let alone like. It was the worst chicken I have ever smelled/tasted in my whole life.

disappointed normally a nice meal but a few times the meals have turned up different to what we ordered yesterday we received chicken which was raw , Phoned them up and again due to non english speaking person very difficult to explain what the problem was , they did send another meal round quickly but it wasnt the one that we had complained about so they obviously didnt fully understand the complaint .

Cannot recommend enough. The staff are always friendly and very quick to prepare the food. I have my lunch here 3-5 times a week and the high standard consistency is second to none. I live in Kidlington about 20 minutes from Delight Kebab and can't count how many times I drove 20 minutes to get my Kebab even though we have local fast good shops the food a Delight Kebab is extraordinary. These guys are the best Kebab in Oxford! 10/10 any day all day.

Friendly, non-pretentious and honest, may not be your 5-star sort of place but quite reasonable IMO. Can be busy at times - especially as it seems - due to ideal location- a favourite stop-over for hoards of hungry school kids from the several schools around here.. I am local and I have never seen any rudeness from the staff to self or any other clients - indeed the client who get a 'rude' experience more than often kind of invoke that (misjudging the assistants , their unexpected calm resolve for rudeness, for instance) : IMO customer service is caring , warm and exemplary (try next door Pizza for instance - all cold indifferrence and some attitude!-sorry!). I feel the food is more than decent (chicken especially nice!) though to be honest I stick to what I like (chicken, chips or kebabs), the prices are ok but creeping up slowly! Real major problem is with seating - i.e too few tables (but then it's a smallish place), and customer hygiene issues - unfortunately some clientele exhibit less than ideal table manners, leaving dirty mess and clutter which staff unfortunatley may sometime not react to readily or notice! So I much would recommend if you need a quick , friendly and decent meal ,not too too fussy about things, or honestly find those lofty standards at the more pricier competition around instead of calling

I've been going to this place for a few years. It used to be really good but recently I've noticed they don't seem to put the love in to it, especially the older guy there. He's served me the last 2 times and seemed to be pissed off, as though I was an inconvenience like I'd just asked for the impossible 🙈
