KFC Dorchester in West Dorset

Very disappointed on the quality of the food, nothing like the picture we ordered from, sauce was bright orange inside was disgusting 🤢 so don’t order the big tower. The chips were cold when they came out so had to ask for some more total waste of money.. Won’t be wasting my time there again.

It took this KFC on Dorchester rd Niagara Falls 55 or so minutes to deliver my food to my door but delivery was actually quick. The paper receipt showed the promised time was 6:36 pm, but my email receipt showed expected delivery at 6:07 pm as the tracking information on the KFC site kept on showing the food was cooking and didn't change for over 45 minutes, then as soon as I phoned their 800 # and asked why is my order talking so long, I noticed the tracking info finally changed to out for deliver. I gave her my email order # three times and there was nothing in the computer system about it, she had to ask me for my name to find my order. Theres no way my food was cooking for over 45 minutes, that can only mean they started cooking it later. They need to be more accurate and precise with their tracking and cooking info and update it every step of the way please because its very important instead of have me waiting and wondering why so long for my order to arrive. Delivery was quick but not the order.

I have written reviews before about Dorchester kfc I’m sure there lovely people but from doing a order to pick up we were ignored for which felt like forever there looked like they were trying not too see us and yet again it felt like we were an inconvenience

Why is KFC so expensive? £16.98 for two 3 piece boneless meals for the kids, shocking. And the service is there is none. If you’re going to ply your children with fast food you may as well go to McDonald’s, much better value and service. Also why are KFC chips covered in some kind of spice or Cajun? Shame as I used it love a dirty KFC

We went there for my grandson's birthday the food was ok but 75 minutes which for a family meal is not long enough, the car park was about half full so i do not see the point, (put me off)

Chicken was greasy and not enjoyable and the gents toilet hadn't been cleaned for a LONG time...absolutely disgusting!!

I Oder deliver food was horrible , food are all cold , no tissue pepar. No mayo and ketchup ,no drink waste of my money i don’t recommend ☹️☹️

Joe was lovely, very helpful and a really nice guy. Although much was missing from the menu he helped us out alot. Highly recommended Joe

Chicken piece cold and dripping with oil, burger lukewarm and badly dressed (chucked in the box), chips cold and no pepper available, corn tasted mouldy. No full fat drinks available at all, so had a black coffee which was cheap instant stuff and tasted foul. Altogether the worst fast food I've had for ages. Never again.

Having had a bad experience at the Weymouth KFC, gave the Dorchester branch a try & had a very good experience. The staff were friendly & helpful, meal was excellent, toilets & sink area was clean

Literally missing half the order, unprofessional behaviour from staff talking bad about me and my mum because we had to ask for the rest of the order, laughing at us. Always missing something everytime we go in there, such a shame, so unorganised

A rice box, kids meal and boneless banquet for 1, sounds simple but we still got home to find our chips and popcorn chicken missing. Not driving back there now and they are not answering the phone so kfc 1 hungry people 0

Multiple times I have ordered online from this place and they have got my order wrong. Today I ordered and I was missing a Pepsi can and cookies, there wasn't even something to replace it. At this point I'm just giving extra money for no reason.

We’ve visited here several times to collect a takeaway and I don’t think they have ever got our order right. Sometimes items have been swapped (original pieces with bones in a boneless box), but usually it’s something missing. They must make a fortune out of stuff they sell but never actually give to customers. We won't bother visiting again.

Staff smelling of BO and general unwashed smell, wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person!! Would give zero stars if I could

Yet again, a disgusting fatty drowning in oil meal we got a refund last time, 14 bits of chicken we ordered at lunch time for collection at 6, still not cooked when we got where, save your money

We went to KFC for supper as our car at nearby Halfords was having bulbs changed. We just wanted 3 piece and fries, but this was not on the menu displayed. The assistant confirmed he could do this, and we duly ordered. It was about 4.30 and the shop was empty. We went to a nearby table and found the table to have not been cleaned properly and there were pieces of food all over two of the seats and the floors also had not been swept and a litter bin was overflowing. Now for the food. It arrived barely warm, and the fries appeared to have been cooked with bad bits and they were tiny and very crispy. It was truly awful, and I am sorry but will not visit there again.

Very slow service, poor attention and inability to get the order correct. Did not know what they were doing at the till, order delivered incorrectly.

The food was nice, the one star is more for the place. I had to ask for the table to be wiped clean. I expected a damp cloth at the very least. It was wiped on the dirty parts by dry blue towel. Hardly hygienic in todays current situation. I had to ask for a spoon and a stirrer for the coffee. No napkins at all, just wet wipes that are tiny and not much use. It was also freezing cold in there too. We only sat in as there was 5 of us in the car. Not the best experience.

Just ordered tonight and still can't belive how many times you people at KFC dorchester get things wrong! Worst franchise in the history of KFC !

Can never get the order correct.time after time I stupidly think il give them another go and time after time,things are missing and/or some bright spark has substituted items for inappropriate items, tonight we had ordered a Kids bucket and rather than send what we had ordered we received in it’s place a snack box without the pineapple stick that should of come with the kids meal and in place of the fruit shoot drink they sent a can of fizzy pop,clearly who ever made that decision doesn’t have children because who in there right mind gives a child a can of fizzy drink before bed. From the adult order missing gravy,bone dry chicken and a fillet tower burger that looks to of been tossed in wrap. Now I get that it’s fast food and you get what you pay for BUT the fact is we didn’t even get what we paid for
