The best restaurants serving American food in England

St Albans road McDonald’s is a shambles… The food is vile, cold and just disgusting. The amount of times my order has been incorrect, the amount of times I have found hairs in my food and so on. If your in a rush, you’d be better off driving the extra 10 mins to the garston maccies or just go hungry

The most disgusting,vile and appalling eating experience we have ever had! The floor hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Children obviously eating things off the floor that could kill them. Do not go here! KFC should be appalled and ashamed at themselves! We are truly disgusted at the vile conditions this "restaurant" has. May as well pay to kill yourself and most importantly, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ITS DANGEROUS!

3rd time ordering from here.. everytime the food has been lovely but everytime there is something wrong (something missing) no peri peri sauce on my wrap or no wrap or no peri peri salt. Delivery says approx an hour but always takes minimum of an hour and a half so be prepared to wait (order early or collect). Rang up to say no wrap and they brang it round no questions asked within 15 mins but still no peri peri sauce... rang to ask where food is after 1 hour 20 and always get told it is on the way!. Will eat from here again but will no longer ask for delivery as 3 times is too much to get wrong.

Haven’t been here for a while as it’s not been that great. Today we came at 3pm, the shop has had a refit and looks really good. Food was really good and the staff friendly. Would come back again. Such an improvement from the old one. Keep up the great work.

¿Qué le has hecho a las papas fritas? Las nuevas papas fritas tienen un sabor muy malo. Hasta el punto de que no compraría en KFC hasta que ofrezcan una opción de dioses anticuados. ¿Y una baqueta en un cubo de gangas? No volveré a comprar por mucho tiempo.

Este lugar es extremadamente sucio. Está en todas partes los pisos y las ventanas. Las cajas de ratones tienen chips peludos cerca de ellas. Los baños son terribles. ¿Cómo ha pasado esto una inspección de higiene alimentaria? El inspector era ciego. Llamaré a los estándares alimenticios. Asqueroso este día y la edad. El personal es antipático y no hace nada.

Waited over a hour for our meal. They don’t tell you there’s a long wait ,they take your order , take your money and tell you to park up and wait.

Went thru the drive thru at Eastbourne this evening order a 6 piece bargain bucket and when got home to sit down with the Mrs we were both were shocked by the size of all the chicken pieces like wow in all the years of eating at KFC and they looked like chicken nuggets for 14.99 and absolute rip off what is happening really do you want customers business or not as without your customers you are nothing a disgrace.

La comida siempre ha sido agradable, pero el servicio al cliente es horrible! ¡Estas personas podrían ganar un premio al servicio más silencioso pero grosero! Estoy seguro de que mi crítica junto con la infinidad de otras no va a marcar una patada arriba con aquellos que tienen el poder de cambiar las cosas drásticamente. Si se preocuparan por los clientes en lugar de solo por su dinero, tal vez los empleados decentes estarían en su lugar.

Used the machine to order and picked a number for table service due to a long day at work. Instead of bringing over the food, order number was shouted through the shop and then the table service number. I ended up collecting it. Bbq wrap was cold, chicken missing out of the boneless banquet. Rude lady behind the till. Seemed to only care about the food delivery customers e.g. just eat and not the regular customer coming through the door. If it was busy, I could understand a few mistakes, but there were literally 4 people inside.

Just been in and to say it was disgusting was an understatement. Bins overflowing, food and rubbish on the floor. No one out on the floor cleaning or emptying bins. Dirty mountain bikes allowed in an propped against seating. If I'd noticed before ordering I would have walked back out. Haven't been to this KFC for years now I remember why.

Today I went to kfc and was extremely dissatisfied. The staff were extremely rude and hostile and not very nice at all. My chicken was extremely greasy and the worst I’ve ever had . Would not recommend for anyone to come to this kfc.

I have never in my life been so annoyed missing half the order when I spoke to a member of staff they refused to do anything about it the attitude was disgusting of the staff and I will go there again

This Burger King and Greggs are just off the a1. It’s a big mostly empty place and it was absolutely freezing. Either there is no heating or it was broken. Food from Burger King was as expected although a bit slow given how empty the place was. We went back to the car as quickly as possible to avoid hypothermia!

Service was fast as only customer, however the server was outside smoking when i arrived , she didnt bother washing her hands when serving me , the foor was terrible chicken tasted old and overcoooked the chips were cold and stale very diappointed will not return overalll poop
