Mr akhil probably east asian works there. He is a rude person to customers. I often buy but today i meet him first time. He told me he is a manger and he was careless of my compliants. I saw he is rude to employees also. Management should teach him how to behave with customers

Absolutely amazing customer service from gabe , who went above and beyond to help me with my order! He even helped me to carry the food to my car! He is so pleasant and kind and really a happy face to have working for the business. Really am so pleased with the service I got today from gabe! He deserves all the praise in the world truly a hard working Individual and really pleasant person to have a good conversation with. Thankyou again to gabe for giving the best customer service I have ever received!

I was served by this very handsome devil named david, he made sure my food was cooked to perfection and that it was out quick and still warm, if not done already, give this man a promotion. I'm sure he has a bright career.

Mi local más cercano KFC con un aparcamiento, así que he visitado muchas veces y utilizado el aparcamiento mientras cenaba en el restaurante. Después de mi última visita me sorprendió encontrar que me habían emitido un PCN, pensando que debo haber cometido un error que casi lo pago antes de darme cuenta de que esta empresa claramente había tratado de estafarme (ya que establece claramente que si pagas, no puedes apelar). Obviamente he apelado y estoy esperando un resultado. Al ponerse en contacto con KFC para quejarse de que esta empresa ‘Civil Enforcement Ltd’ intenta estafar a sus clientes honestos y pagadores. La respuesta de KFC fue que no pueden evitar que los clientes sean estafados por esta empresa con la que trabajan para evitar estacionamientos no autorizados. Bueno, muchas gracias por su ayuda KFC, es maravilloso escuchar que se preocupa por el bienestar - el bienestar de sus clientes. No podía creerlo cuando recibí la respuesta. Obviamente, para evitar ser estafado por KFC y sus asociados, le aconsejaría que considere seriamente una experiencia gastronómica alternativa con una empresa de buena reputación que realmente tenga respeto y cuidado por sus huéspedes.

Wasn't expecting much, but the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Food was prepared quickly, although the portion size was rather small.

Absolutely filthy Asked for table to be cleaned but no one did in the time I’d eaten. Floor so dirty and the area they left our food was even worse. Such a shame, staff very friendly but some decent management is needed

I had placed an order with just eat, and gotten my address wrong, seeing as I couldn't contact just eat directly I contacted the store where I spoke to Ethan and I've got to say this person was an absolute game changer for my experience, really helped me track down my order every step of the way despite it being a late order close to closing time. He truly went above and beyond and definitely deserves recognition for amazing customer service.

Pedido almuerzo con 2 tés. Me preguntaron qué té me gustaría chocolate caliente u otro. No sabía que el chocolate caliente era un té. Pedí té de desayuno inglés normal. No había leche en el té, por lo que pidió leche, pero le dijeron que no la tenían. Pregunté qué estaban poniendo en el café y me dijeron que salió de un recipiente que encajaba en la máquina de café. El agua para el té salió de la cafetera. El personal entonces estaba buscando leche. Tuve que preguntar de nuevo. This has to be the worse KFC I have visited, the tables were unclean, as were several of the chairs and benches. I had to take my food back as it was cold, but had apparently just been cooked. Not knowing the area I thought that this would be a safe choice for lunch but I know better for next time.

Filthy, dirty "restaurant". Cold food, poor service, long wait and awful experience. Whoever is running this branch of the chain, is letting the brand down. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.

Do not go to this kfc. Had popcorn chicken, fries and gravy, later started violently vomiting..... (and more!!) ..all evening and through till morning.

¡La carne estaba empapada y rancia y húmeda y muy rara! ¡Fue mi peor experiencia! Tiene un sabor a limón empapado y goma. Había moho en mi comida. Absolutamente asqueroso. Estaba buscando una comida para mis vacaciones en Londres y estaba puramente disgustado.

Disgusting! Old chicken that had been reheated no idea how long ago but smelled awful and you couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart, some how KFC have created something that so dry yet soaking wet at the same time, when tried to speak to a staff member about it they just said it’s like that some times and there nothing we can do, they didn’t even wanna look at the photos when I expressed how dangerous this food could be !!
